Report: NRA Gave Over $7 Million to Hundreds of Schools Across the Country

The Associated Press completed an independent analysis of the National Rifle Association's (NRA) public tax filings. What the AP discovered was that the NRA donated roughly $7.3 million to schools across the country between 2010 and 2016.

According to the report, about 500 schools received the money,
mostly through grants designed to promote the shooting sports. The grants were awarded to school programs, such as the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, rifle teams, hunting safety courses and agriculture clubs.

Interestingly enough, three-quarters of the schools that received NRA grants were in rural counties that voted for President Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

Pigs flying: Washington Post calls out Muslim Brotherhood Congressman Ellison’s lies about his ties to Farrakhan

It’s not surprising that Ellison would lie about his ties to Farrakhan. He is aware that there might be some political cost in those ties, even though for the most part the left has yawned at the Democrat leaders’ admiration for that notorious racist and Jew-hater. What is surprising is that the Washington Post, of all people, would be calling Ellison out. The WaPo is usually a reliable propaganda organ for the Democrats, purveying Trump-Russia hysteria in large quantities while covering for or ignoring altogether real issues such as the Democrat leadership coddling this anti-Semite. What has gotten into the Post? Have they decided to actually try to practice some journalism? It would be a first.

Facebook Bans Republican Candidate After Posting a Doodle of a Gun

This week, Republican senatorial candidate and staunch Second Amendment defender Austin Petersen found himself banned from Facebook after posting a video promoting the right to self-defense.

While in front of an American flag, Austin expressed conservative viewpoints, relayed his concerns regarding his opponents’ stance on self-defense rights, and discussed a firearm raffle.  To be clear, the only firearm present in the video was a subpar drawing he made of one.  Although the video didn’t violate any laws or Facebook policies, shortly after the video went viral, Austin received a notification from Facebook informing him that a decision had been made to ban him. Assuming Facebook isn’t in the business of judging art, one might question if it was the articulation of conservative views that the platform deemed cause for censorship.

Tuesday marked the second time during Austin’s campaign for U.S. Senate that a major component of his campaign platform was subject to censorship and as a result, communicating with voters and supporters was prohibited.  The first time occurred less than six months ago after he posted a compliant video in which a firearm was on display. During the video, just as he did this week, Austin explained a crucial part of his campaign platform to voters, advocated for the right to self-defense, and discussed a firearm raffle.

President Trump Has Issued Another Pardon

Speaking from the White House Friday, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters President Trump has pardoned U.S. Navy Kristian Saucier sailor who was charged and convicted of taking photos of classified areas on the submarine USS Alexandria.

"[Saucier] He has been recognized by his fellow service members for his dedication, skill and patriotic spirit. While serving he regularly mentored younger sailors and served as an instructor for new recruits," Sanders said. "The sentencing judge found Mr. Saucier's offense stands in contrast with his commendable military service. The President is grateful to Mr. Saucier for his service to the country."

Saucier was sentenced in 2016. More on the background of the case:

The investigation began in March 2012, when Saucier's cellphone, with pictures of the submarine still on it, was found at a waste-transfer station in Connecticut.

Texas: Communists use lawfare to censor pro-freedom newspaper

Please help the Columbian Post in any way you can. Everywhere the left is trying to intimidate and bully lovers of freedom into silence and submission. We cannot and must not let this happen. All the Columbia Post did was quite the Revolutionary Student Front Austin, and they’re being sued for libel. If this naked attempt at legal intimidation succeeds, the implications will be ominous for other lovers of freedom. Please help.

A couple weeks ago, we wrote about Revolutionary Student Front Austin recruiting and arming students with mental illnesses. Now, they’re fighting us in court to censor our coverage of them.

We recently received a Cease & Desist letter from Phillip Semple of RSF Austin, as well as notice that he has filed for a Civil Restraining Order against our Editor and The Columbian Post. He claims our referencing and directly quoting RSF’s own document which states they actively recruit students with mental illnesses is harassment and libel. You can’t make this shit up, folks. But, as ridiculous as it is, we’re now having to defend our First Amendment Rights in court against these Communist radicals.
