[[[ Yesterday on my South Florida local FOX affiliate Mass. Senator Markey (D) said in an interview that since this newest phase of the Iran War started in February that nothing has really been accomplished since then.

 

And it's shocking to have to say this but this Democrat is right for what really has been accomplished... Iran has not surrendered; they're still able to cause missile & drone havoc to their Gulf neighbors and beyond, Trump underestimated Iran's military arsenal; new and dangerous Arab alliances are being forged; yet Trump's "we're close to a deal" nonsense, is spewed almost daily even as the Iranian people who begged for our help remain just as bad off, if not worse, than before this war started. 

 

Why so...because all Trump's supposed "strategies" have accomplished is allow Iran the time to rearm, regroup, and reload if you will. Simply, PR wise outmaneuver Trump. An now here's yet another Trump "Red Line" Iran surely will not be party to...in that they must pay "compensation" to the families of the hundreds of thousands of innocent protestors they killed over the last 50 years...won't hold my breath for that one.

 

Trump must either finish the job that was supposed to take "only weeks," or Israel will have to to do it for him in which case never mind 2026 being lost, 2028 will be a disaster! ]]]

Overturning vs. Invalidating...Two Different Meanings

...But the fact is that much to Fauci's and his attorney's surprise this itself might not hold true for the Constitution places specific limits on the power of the pardon, including its implying that a president cannot “preemptively pardon” someone for a crime they have not yet committed as it would violate the Article II mandate to, “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” 

 

“Not yet committed”...countless multitudes died during the covid pandemic, so here it becomes a game of word semantics for with Fauci legally not yet charged with having committed any tangible crime...remember lying under oath is a misdemeanor...a case could still be made regarding the fact that Biden's actual pardon of Fauci when given was legally “invalid,”...which would now open up an interesting can of worms.

ICE hit a new record with 51,000 migrant arrests in July

Federal agents have targeted airports and used traffic stops to carry out President Trump’s massive deportation agenda

A record 51,000 migrants were arrested in July by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

To fulfill President Donald Trump’s massive deportation agenda, officers within the Department of Homeland Security have been pushed to reach high arrest quotas, with some reports stating as high as 3,000 per day.

A senior DHS official confirmed to The Independent that ICE made roughly 51,000 arrests in July, stating that the numbers beat June's record 43,000 arrests.

ICE was making an average of 1,645 daily arrests last month, multiple federal sources told Fox News, which first reported July’s record-breaking numbers. 

“Every day, DHS is delivering on President Trump’s mandate from the American people to deport illegal aliens from our country,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said in a statement Friday.Read more, and see photos here.

Iran’s ‘misery’ index hits record high — and about to get worse under Trump’s latest move

Iran’s “Misery Index” hit a record high of 91.1% due to rampant inflation and unemployment, with the economic strain likely to get worse under the US naval blockade.

The country’s Misery Index — which is calculated by adding the point-to-point inflation rate, 82%, with the unemployment rate, 9.1% — hit its highest level yet this year, according to a recent report from the Statistical Center of Iran.

The Misery Index spike is notably more than double what it was last spring, with not even Tehran spared from the economic blow as the city’s own index hit 78.3%, according to provincial data. 

Iran’s economy has been in a free fall since late last year, with its rial currency falling to record-low levels as the cost of basic commodities soars. 

The value of Iran’s currency has fallen to 185,000 rials to the US dollar, a drop of about 20% since the start of the war, according to the US Treasury. Read more, and see photos here.
