What the TSA Told Illegal Aliens to Present for Air Travel Only Shows How Lost Biden Is on Immigration

What in the fresh hell is this? As if the secret night flights which carry illegal aliens across the country aren’t bad enough, this is what the TSA is telling them that would permit them to air travel. I’m guessing many if not all don’t have a valid form of identification to pass security. There needs to be something that verifies their identity. If they can’t obtain such identification, what will work? I know, silly question since illegal aliens should be deported but the Biden Administration isn’t going to do that. How about something like an arrest warrant? Would that work? Yes, that will do (via Daily Mail):

The Transportation Security Administration revealed that unlawful immigrants who are unable to obtain proper identification are being allowed to pass through security using an arrest warrant to prove their identity.
Rep. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, had sent a letter to TSA after a whistleblower claimed the agency was allowing 'unknown migrants' to board commercial airlines in the U.S.

Biden's press conference gets panned by critics: 'Total disaster'

One commentor quipped, 'Joe Biden didn't do a press conference for months. We all understand the reason why.'

President Biden spent most of 2021 avoiding press conferences, but he held one on Wednesday, which was panned as being a "total disaster."

The White House had high hopes for Biden's press conference on Wednesday — hoping to paint the administration as a less-cloistered outfit that embraces the public and transparency. With Biden's strikingly low popularity numbers, the president was expected to cast himself as a competent leader, who is in touch with the problems of everyday American voters.

But the debacle that took place behind the podium from the East Room of the White House on Wednesday did little to support that persona according to reaction to the press conference.

Speaking to reporters at the White House Wednesday afternoon, President Joe Biden was asked to explain his comparison of Republican and Democratic Senators to Democratic segregationists opposed to the Voting Rights Act of 1965. He claimed he did not make the comparison.

But the record and facts show Biden did make the comparison during a speech in Atlanta last week.

"I ask every elected official in America: How do you want to be remembered? At consequential moments in history, they present a choice: Do you want to be the side, on the side of Dr. King or George Wallace? Do you want to be on the side of John Lewis or Bull Connor? Do you want to be on the side of Abraham Lincoln or Jefferson Davis?" Biden said according to the official White House transcript. "This is the moment to decide."

Mark Zuckerberg has a fascination with ancient Rome, but last week a court decision threatened the future of another empire: his own.

Judge James Boasberg said the US competition watchdog can pursue the break up of Meta – the owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp – paving the way for a costly and lengthy legal battle. Boasberg had dismissed the Federal Trade Commission’s first attempt in June, but this time he was swayed by a revised FTC complaint under its new chair, Lina Khan.

As the judge stressed in his 48-page decision, it is “anyone’s guess” whether the FTC will win its case against a $920bn (£675bn) business that can afford very decent lawyers. Boasberg, a Washington-based district judge who hears cases under federal law, has simply ruled that the FTC has a “plausible claim” under the Sherman Act, which prevents monopolistic companies from ripping off consumer.

Things keep changing. A few months ago I thought Trump would not run. Then I thought he would run. Now, I don’t think so once again. And one of the tells is the subtle shot he took at DeSantis over vaccines. The fact is that Trump, if he runs, is not a shoo-in. And this could be an epic battle for the chance to beat Kamala Harris like a drum in 2024. And, at least according to people like you who took my most recent Twitter poll, Trump is not a shoo-in. He’s dropped to just one-third support from nearly half six months ago. If he wants to win Round Two, he’ll have to fight for it.

But my gut is again telling me that 75-year-old Donald Trump will not run in 2024. Perhaps if the election was next week, but with it three years off, that's a lot of time and he’s aging out. Does he want to follow President Crusty’s lead and decline on camera over the next seven years (three campaigning, four in office)? Is anyone more sensitive to such things than Trump? Maybe not.
