So, That's Why Biden Wants Israel to Scale Down Its War in Gaza
Matt Vespa / Townhall Tipsheet

Young voters are already frustrated that Joe Biden couldn’t deliver on an actual student loan bailout. Biden didn’t have the votes in Congress to pull off something of that scale, and doing so by executive decree was later deemed constitutionally questionable. He did so on a smaller scale because Joe, like crackhead Hunter, thinks the rules don’t apply to him.

Still, it hasn’t masked the fact that young voters are souring on Joe; they think he’s too old, and now he’s enabling genocide in Gaza. You know there’s no genocide in Gaza. Still, the kiddos and the Muslim voters here think Treblinka 2.0 is unfolding before our very eyes, blinded to the fact that Hamas committed an actual genocidal terrorist attack on October 7, 2023. Israel is killing terrorists. The Palestinian people support Hamas and their attacks. I’m not crying over the death toll. Read more and see X here.

John Kennedy Stumps Another Biden Nominee With Simple Question
Sarah Arnold / Townhall Tipsheet

Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) once again stumped a Biden judicial nominee after asking her a simple question about how the Court of Federal Claims works.

This week, Kennedy asked Biden nominee Robin M. Meriweather how many motions she has argued in the court of federal claims. In response, she said, “hundreds of motions involving complex civil claims in numerous courts, the court of federal claims is not one of those courts.”

Kennedy confirmed the answer was zero before he asked Meriweather to tell him the grounds for granting a new trial in the Court of Federal Claims.

Meriweather continuously dodged the senator’s question, refusing to answer the grounds for granting a new trial.

"All of the trials in the Court of Federal Claims are bench trials and the Court of Federal Claims, although it is not bound by the federal rules of civil procedure, its rules mirror those rules when applicable. So it’s my understanding that the same rules that would apply in the district court are also applied in that context, but if I...Read more, seeXs and video here.

Governor pledges to ship razor wire to Texas if Biden stops Abbott
Noem says governors are commanders-in-chief, too

A Republican governor of an interior state pledged to drive in razor wire on the border herself if Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is stopped by President Biden or federal forces from retaining operational control of a park in Eagle Pass.

Meanwhile, the U.S. congressman who represents the area warned Biden would be an "idiot" to commence a standoff or worse with Texas National Guard members now using the park, as parallels were drawn to the last instance of National Guard federalization 67 years ago.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem told Fox News that Abbott is doing the right thing by standing firm after a Supreme Court ruling in which two conservative justices sided with the liberals to vacate a lower court's order preventing U.S. Border Patrol agents from accessing the park, which has reportedly been a high-traffic illegal migrant arcade. The court’s decision allows Border Patrol agents to cut concertina wire that Texas had installed along the border near Eagle Pass while litigation...Read more see X and videos here.

The January 6 Committee Destroyed Encrypted Files
Matt Vespa / Townhall Tipsheet

When you have a terrible sales pitch, it’s best to eliminate the materials. Except this wasn’t a sales pitch—it was an official act of Congress that required evidence to be collected, cataloged, and preserved. People were sworn under oath to make the case that Donald Trump was Augusto Pinochet reincarnated, who tried to overthrow the government on January 6, 2021. Then-Reps. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) staked their political careers on this Democratic hit job and lost. Cheney got blown out in a primary challenge, while Kinzinger opted not to seek reelection.

After months of this select committee, they turned up nothing that we didn’t already know, which was that Trump didn’t foment an armed rebellion, this wasn’t some cataclysmic event, and this was all one massive Democratic Party fundraising operation—all of which was given the stamp of bipartisan approval because of Kinzinger and Cheney’s participation.

Border battle lines: Dems call on Biden to seize control of Texas National Guard, as GOP allies back Abbott
The Lone Star State is fighting multiple legal battles with the federal government amid the migrant invasion at the southern border

As Texas Gov. Greg Abbott continues to tout the state’s right to self-defend itself from a migrant invasion, some Democratic lawmakers are calling on President Biden to take control of the state’s National Guard.

Abbott issued a lengthy statement Wednesday, saying the federal government broke the compact between the U.S. and the individual states.

"The Executive Branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting states, including immigration laws on the books right now," Abbott said. "President Biden has refused to enforce those laws and has even violated them."

Abbott is fighting multiple legal battles with the Biden administration, which has threatened legal action over Texas’ seizure of Shelby Park near Eagle Pass. Texas has also filed lawsuits against the administration, which cut razor wire set up by the state on the Rio Grande to prevent migrants from illegally crossing into Texas, as well as the establishment of buoys on the river. After Trump's Win in New Hampshire, The Liberal Media Suffered Another Meltdown
Matt Vespa / Townhall Tipsheet

It’s hitting them, and the liberal media doesn’t know what to do. Former President Donald Trump trounced former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, who vowed to fight on despite this being the contest to halt Trump’s momentum. It’s over. Either Haley doesn’t know it yet, or she’s being forced to continue this unrealistic bid for the 2024 Republican nomination by the liberal donor class.

CNN didn’t carry Trump’s victory speech in New Hampshire. MSNBC could barely get through it. If I had to guess, when Tom Homan, the former acting director of ICE, spoke about immigration, that was when they cut the cameras.

The two primary liberal narratives against Trump are that he might be senile, harping on a probable teleprompter screw-up, or he’s Adolf Hitler in waiting. MSNBC is the leading manufacturing base for this inanity. The senile part is laughable, being undercut when Nancy Pelosi did her media spot and blew a fuse on live television. See Xs and videos here.
Trump ‘honored’ by New Hampshire win, says Republican Party is ‘very united’
Brooke Singman / Fox News

Former President Trump said he is “very honored” by his New Hampshire primary win Tuesday night, telling Fox News Digital that the Republican Party is “very united” behind his candidacy.

Trump won the first-in-the-nation primary Tuesday night, defeating former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. Trump also won the Iowa caucuses last week.

During an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital shortly after the race was called, Trump said he was honored.

I’m very honored by the result,” Trump said.

New Hampshire – where independent voters who make up roughly 40% of the electorate can vote in either major party’s contest and have long played an influential role in the state’s storied presidential primary – was considered fertile ground for Haley. And Haley spent plenty of time and resources in the state, securing the influential endorsement of popular Republican Gov. Chris Sununu. Read more and see video here.
