- FBI investigators have identified seven suspicious packages addressed to prominent liberals and Democratic leaders - including former President Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Eric Holder and U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters – and believe more packages could surface in other locations
- President Trump, in a Wisconsin rally Wednesday night, condemned threats of political violence, called for unity, but also blamed the media. Democratic leaders and CNN President Jeff Zucker charged that Trump has played a role in creating a politically hostile environment
- The Central American migrant caravan is reportedly in Southern Mexico, approximately 1,000 miles from the nearest U.S.-Mexico border
- Wall Street will be watched closely Thursday after a stocks fell sharply Wednesday: The Dow lost 608 points while the S&P 500 dropped 3 percent, erasing their gains for the year
