Investigative Report:
Peter Strzok...The Epitome of Arrogance and Bias
By: Diane Sori and Craig Andresen / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
He lied, he smirked, and he smugly testified about certain “off the cuff” texts he doesn't remember writing but still explained what the texts meant. He denied that his personal anti-Trump bias affected his work because he said the texts were sent out of his “deep sense of patriotism” and nothing else.
And so F.B.I. Counter-Intelligence Agent Peter Strzok, who publicly testified last Thursday before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees, tried to paint himself as the victim of a vast Republican conspiracy that claimed his personal bias and texts against then-candidate Donald Trump affected how he did his job in regards to his involvement in both the F.B.I.'s Hillary Clinton email investigation and Robert Mueller's investigation into possible Russian collusion and election tampering. Going so far as to say that the hearing itself was but a rehash of Hillary's emails and yet “another victory notch” for Vladimir Putin, Strzok insisted that his text messages regarding Hillary and Trump were nothing but “standard political opinions” that he was entitled to hold under the First Amendment. And he did so while insisting that his promise to former F.B.I. lawyer Lisa Page...whom he was having an affair with...that “we'll find a way to stop Mr. Trump” did not mean he was biased in his approach to his job.
And we say that is simply not so for not only did he clearly show
bias but more importantly his words exposed one Mr. Peter Strzok for who
he really is...Obama's 'deep state' operative planted within the F.B.I.
itself. And how did we come to this conclusion...by putting the pieces
of the puzzle together so that when fully assembled a vastly different
picture of Strzok emerged then just the arrogant individual who tried to
downplay the seriousness of this hearing, but who in that arrogance
proved himself to be the one who at the very least helped or who
actually orchestrated this entire sorted mess.
Let's start putting the puzzle together with the one question that never has been asked let alone answered...how did Peter Strzok ever become part of either James Comey's email investigative team or Robert Mueller's supposedly unbiased and supposedly nonpartisan investigation into supposed Russian collusion when it had been known for years how Strzok felt about both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, after all he texted back then as much if not more so than Trump does now.
The answer to that critical question is that for the most part Robert Mueller's investigators were and still remain Democrat party loyalists and donors to both Hillary Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama with non-partisanship never being a pre-requisite for being on his team. And the same surely goes for those James Comey handpicked to investigate Hillary's emails. In fact, party partisanship seems to have been the one critical thing both Comey and Mueller demanded of all those on their teams as everything that had been so carefully planned and very calculatingly crafted to make sure Obama via Hillary Clinton got his third term in office, needed folks willing to cover up both investigations and to made it to look like Trump was guilty of collusion on the outside chance he won the election.
And Peter Strzok in his unabashed hatred of Donald Trump and love for Hillary Clinton fit both bills to a tee.
But the thing is Robert Mueller...a man who himself was not and is not impartial no matter the R next to his name...no matter that he in a 'too little-too late' move did in 2017 remove Strzok from his investigative team when he found out about the texts...and James Comey...a Rino Obama puppet-on-a-string...were never the ones calling the shots...Peter Strzok was and still is and certain of his text messages prove just that.
But first Robert Mueller and James Comey. In Mueller's case, if this man had been truly impartial and if he was truly dedicated to ascertaining the truth about supposed Trump/Russian collusion and not just focusing on the appearance of integrity, he would have disbanded his team and called for the investigation to be closed when back in March, Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee announced that their in-depth investigation had found no evidence whatsoever of collusion between Donald J. Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia's wanting to sway the 2016 election. Yet Mueller's investigation continued on with the grand climax reached last Friday night, when on the eve of the Trump/Putin Helsinki Summit, Mueller's flunkie Rod Rosenstein...whom the House Republicans now want impeached...announced that 12 Russians were being indicted for hacking not into Trump's campaign computers but those of the DNC...unsecured DNC computers in fact...computers the DNC had never even turned over to the F.B.I...how convenient yet questionable is that.
Talk about timing...talk about a diversion to deflect us away from Peter Strzok's public testimony completed literally mere hours before...for suddenly now just as the all-important meeting between the leaders of the world's two superpowers is to take place, the Mueller investigation is completed, the Russians are guilty, the Democrats demand the summit be called off, and Hillary Clinton is now trying to set the stage for her third presidential run.
Such orchestrated theatrics even a blind man could see as this reeks of nothing but desperation and a need to hide secrets hidden within the F.B.I. that as we suspected reach all the way back to the Obama White House.
And those secrets lead back to then-F.B.I. Director James Comey's investigation into Hillary's emails and raise serious questions about the F.B.I.'s integrity during this period, including their handling of a proven to be manufactured dossier and an intended scenario where Hillary is to be the aggrieved one instead of the guilty party that she was.
Comey already knew there was evidence of collusion not between Trump and Russia but between senior bureau officials and Hillary when he was told to change the wording of the F.B.I.'s findings from Hillary being guilty of “gross negligence”...a serious chargeable offense...to being just “extremely careless” regarding the emails sent from her unsecured private email server. But the thing is it was not James Comey who actually physically changed the wording of the report...it was changed by Peter Strzok and done so on his F.B.I. computer.
Secrets indeed for what appears on the surface is not always the case
for James Comey...the very man who exonerated Hillary even before
interviewing her...was but collateral damage easily thrown away with
Loretta Lynch just the courier of the much needed offense change. And Rod Rosenstein was actually Comey's handler not the other way around with Peter
Strzok being and remaining the 'deep state' direct conduit to Obama and
who on Obama's directions actually on the surface was the one calling
all the shots. And Strzok knew well that if he was caught Obama would
make sure he would walk away with but a slap on the wrist if even that.
And while you will say this is just supposition on our part, we say it was Peter Strzok and his unabashed arrogance...an arrogance rivaling that of Obama....who gave it all away with his back and forth text messages to Lisa Page.
“[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Lisa Page texted Strzok.
“No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it,” was Peter Strzok's reply...leaving one to wonder just who “we” is and how exactly did “we” intend to “stop” Trump from becoming president.
“We” is a term used to encompass others besides oneself and “we” also alludes to someone being the leader of “we.” And with Strzok's arrogance and self-assured smugness a sure sign of someone trusted to be in command it can safely be assumed that he was the front-man of that texted “we.” But while Strzok was the front-man what with his job being to make sure Hillary became Obama's third term in office, this means both Obama and Hillary were surely part of that “we” with James Comey thrown in for good measure. And why so...a weak and easily manipulated man was needed to assure that Hillary was found not guilty of “gross negligence,” and with the always hovering threat of sudden “suicide” always hanging over one's head when one gets involved with the Clinton's, Comey fit that description to a tee.
As for Obama and Hillary being part of the “we”...it is a fact that when someone has both the most to gain as well as the most to lose that someone will do everything in their power to assure themselves the win. Losing is not an option for losing can have serious consequences, and losing the White House was a consequence both Obama and Hillary had to avoid at all costs so as not to upset their respective handlers and so on up the chain of the oh so dubious command...or should we say cabal.
So while we've laid out the “we” aspect of Strzok's inflammatory text what about the word “stop”...a word just as inflammatory and maybe even more so for “stop” usually means put an end to something.
Could “stop” simply have meant “stop” Trump at the ballot box, something Peter Strzok would like us to believe and something we hope would be the case or could it have meant “stop” as in Vince Foster, James McDougal, Mary Mahoney, Seth Rich, and so many others...for when anything Clinton is involved one just never knows. It's an unanswerable question at this point in time but a question that simply cannot be dismissed for when hate and the quest for power are the driving forces of one's actions no scenario should be taken off the table.
So how did Strzok's testimony play out with both Republicans and Democrats?
Republicans hit Strzok hard demanding answers they knew they would not get from a man obviously on a divert and deflect everything back to Trump mission, while Democrats were lined up in lockstep to applaud and defend this “renegade F.B.I. agent” whom the agency itself now seems ready to distance themselves from.
Taking no nonsense from obviously scripted Peter Strzok whose pat answer to the questions he did not want to answer always being, "I
understand your question and would like to answer. As you know, the
counsel of the FBI have directed me not to answer any questions about
any questions about ongoing investigations," now saw House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy nailing Strzok on his "self-serving definition of bias,"
the very word he had trouble defining during his previous deposition
behind closed doors. Saying that Strzok had Clinton winning the White
House even before the election took place, Gowdy added that once Trump
won and Mueller was tasked with an investigation that never should have
been, "Agent Strzok had Donald Trump impeached before he even
started investigating him. That is bias. Agent Strzok may not see it but
the rest of the country does, and it is not what we want, expect or
deserve from any law enforcement officer much less the FBI."
And bias is the crux of the matter for without bias there would have been none of our hard-earned taxpayer dollars wasted on a cast of characters we already knew were corrupted to their very core.
And then there was House Judiciary Committee chairman Bob Goodlatte (R., Va.) who actually read off some of Strzok's biased text messages sent to Lisa Page.
“To my colleagues on the other side of the aisle, please replace President Trump’s name with your own name in a small sample of things Mr. Strzok has said,” Goodlatte said. “Envision how you would feel if you found out that the chief agent investigating you as a Member of Congress was making these comments: ‘F Trump,’ ‘Trump is a disaster,’ ‘Just went to a southern Virginia Walmart. I could SMELL the Trump support’ — or, perhaps most alarmingly and revealingly, ‘We’ll stop it’ — referring directly to Mr. Trump’s candidacy for President.”
If that's not bias we don't know what is...and we'll go into more detail on bias in a bit.
And the Democrats response...the one that stands out in our minds the
most is how Rep. Steve Cohen (TN.) had the audacity to tell Peter Strzok that he deserved a
Purple Heart for sitting through a public hearing that was "an
attack on you and a way to attack [Special Counsel Robert] Mueller and
the investigation that is to get at Russian collusion involved in our
elections, which is what this committee should be looking at." Amazing isn't it.
And to Rep. Cohen we say this never was an investigation into Russian collusion, it was and remains a hearing regarding bias, lies, and cover-ups being perpetrated by one Peter Strzok who still is trying to make an innocent man...Donald J. Trump...the guilty party in an election your side lost. And might we add how dare you defame our troops and veterans by equating the giving of the Purple Heart to this scum when the Purple Heart is given solely to whom while wearing our nation's uniform gets injured or killed during times of war.
It's sad just how low the Democrats will sink when therapy puppies and bottles of bubbles are simply not enough to soothe their bruised egos.
And while the congressional hearings last week featuring Strozk failed to reveal any information we didn’t already know, it did succeed in shining the light of truth in the court of public opinion on Strzok and the 'suits' at the F.B.I. Whether or not the IG found bias on the part of Comey or McCabe, he did find bias in Strzok regardless of how much Strzok protested in that ten-hour hearing. That bias was two-fold...bias against Donald Trump and bias in favor of Hillary Clinton.
According to Strzok, as per his under oath sworn testimony, "I did not think that bias was expressed in those text messages.” According to the Justice Department's Office of Inspector General report however, Strzok’s texts were evidence of a "biased state of mind."
It is hard if not impossible for anyone with even the most basic amount of common sense to believe that Strzok, showing such a deep desire to see Hillary win and stop Trump...as evidenced by his own texts...could keep it personal without allowing it to directly affect his work in both investigations.
Nobody who was going at those investigations with the open mind Strozk claimed he had during his sworn testimony last week would have written a text stating his “concern” that there wasn’t any “there, there” with regard to collusion between Trump and the Russians. An open-minded individual, one without bias, would have said if there’s no “there, there,” Trump didn’t do it and the case should be closed...but Strzok texted that he was very “concerned” there was no “there, there.” Concerned, as in if there wasn’t any “there, there,” they couldn’t stop Trump...couldn’t impeach Trump...couldn’t nail Trump...and Hillary could possibly lose the election.
Again, according to the official IG report, with regard to the aforementioned “...we’ll stop it” text, “It is not only indicative of a biased state of mind but, even more seriously, implies a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral prospects. Strzok’s decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the midyear-related investigative lead discovered on the [Anthony] Weiner laptop in October 2016, these text messages led us to conclude that we did not have confidence that Strzok’s decision was free from bias.”
Allow us to be clear here, Strzok’s clear bias was exactly what the F.B.I. 'suits' Comey and McCabe relied upon in both those investigations...it is exactly what Hillary and her team, including the DNC, relied upon and perhaps even more precisely it was what Obama relied upon as an “insurance policy” if you will, yet but another direct reference to yet another of Strzok’s texts, in order to secure what we previously stated would have been his third term using Hillary as a figurehead.
During his testimony last week Strzok stated, “Let me be clear, unequivocally and under oath: not once in my 26 years of defending my nation did my personal opinions impact any official action I took.” Trey Gowdy had no trouble seeing through the flimsy facade and stated that Strzok had a “self-serving definition of bias.”
The bias displayed either overtly by Peter Strzok or covertly by F.B.I. 'suits' Comey and McCabe along with the smirking, arrogant testimony provided by Strzok last week in that congressional hearing have now become the public persona of the FBI thanks to Obama and Hillary and has resulted in the American public having as little trust in the Bureau as we do in the IRS.
The last thing America wants or needs is a sense of distrust in the nation’s top law enforcement agency, the F.B.I. but thanks to the main players...Obama, Hillary, Comey, McCabe, Page, and especially Strzok...that is exactly what we now have.
At this point, we must differentiate between the F.B.I.’s 'boots' and 'suits.' While the 'boots' on the ground for the F.B.I. are not to be blamed in all of this, it is exactly those everyday agents of the Bureau who will ultimately pay the price for what the Bureau’s 'suits' have done.
Like it or not the faces of the F.B.I. are now Strzok, his lover Lisa Page, and the former top two 'suits' Comey and McCabe, but worse yet than just being the now publicly disgraced and most recognizable names and faces of the F.B.I., those four are what the public now views as the standard.
Obama led this now public perception of the F.B.I. by orchestrating the use of our nation’s primary law enforcement agency as a political weapon to be used not only in the attempted smear of then candidate and now President Donald Trump, but also for the purpose of covering up Hillary’s own malfeasance.
Hillary’s role on the public perception downfall of the F.B.I. is equally as deep and troubling as she and her campaign along with the DNC provided a major part of the financing for the now completely discredited Steele dossier that manufactured dirt against Trump and was used to illegally garner FISA warrants.
Comey, although a useful puppet, also kept the manufacturing of the Steele dossier going by using F.B.I. resources to continue financing it even though he had no way of vetting whether or not any of the material contained within it was credible...which it wasn’t.
McCabe knew exactly what was going on regarding the manufactured dossier, as well as knowing the true purpose of both going after Trump with it and the slow walking of evidence against Hillary Clinton. After all, it was primarily McCabe who kept Obama up to speed as the duel campaigns of smears against Trump and the covering up on Hillary’s behalf went along.
Lisa Page was the F.B.I. attorney whose job could well have been to safeguard both ends of the “elect Hillary at any cost” covert operation against being discovered, or if it was discovered, to bury any strings that could be pulled in legalities. Make no mistake, she was just as in on it as were the others.
That leaves us with Peter Strzok, the one we call the “evil genius” of the operation. Obama knew and most likely related to McCabe and Comey that the F.B.I. would need a point person for the operations...smearing Trump via an official F.B.I. investigation so as to ruin him in the court of public opinion leading up to the 2016 election, and a point man to slow walk any elements of the investigation into Hillary such as the Weiner laptop issue, and exonerate Hillary ahead of the election even if the investigation was still ongoing.
They needed someone brash, arrogant, dedicated to Hillary and just as dedicated against Trump, and someone who would no doubt see such an opportunity as a big step from being a 'boot' to becoming a 'suit.'
Strzok’s arrogance, combined with his ambition became not only his downfall, but the F.B.I.’s downfall as well. Strzok’s texts between himself and Page were arrogant, vile, vulgar and showed an overwhelming bias not only on his part, but on the part of the F.B.I. 'suits' who engineered the entire weaponization of the Bureau against a presidential candidate and then against a sitting U.S. President.
With Comey and McCabe now gone from the F.B.I. and with both Lisa Page and Strzok now investigative targets themselves, it has fallen to Robert Mueller to try and keep the covert operation alive through the still ongoing investigation into non-existent collusion between now President Trump and the Russians.
Stopping Trump…that was Strzok’s goal as per his text to Lisa Page...because that was the goal of the 'suits' at the FBI...Comey and McCabe as directed by Hillary and Obama...to stop Trump, and if he...Peter Strzok could be the one to stop Trump, and oversee the exoneration of Hillary...from 'boot' to 'suit' he would go in a flash.
At one point Strzok texted his lover Lisa Page that he was, “concerned” that there was no “there, there” with regard to the manufactured Trump/Russian collusion investigation. Strzok’s “concern” was without a "there, there," he wouldn’t become the 'suit' his ambition and arrogance had led him to believe was his destiny.
Rightly or wrongly the perception of the F.B.I. is no longer that of being above reproach, but now beneath contempt and Strzok’s arrogance in last week’s hearing did even more harm than his texts. Liberals in that hearing also made things worse...not only for the F.B.I. but for themselves by defending Strzok and attempting to turn him into some sort of a hero worthy of a Purple Heart, and in defending Strzok, liberals were, by proxy, defending the 'suits' at the F.B.I.
At the heart of the now damaged reputation of the F.B.I. is Obama and Hillary who weaponized our nation’s top law enforcement agency just as Obama had weaponized the IRS...both being utilized as political weapons.
The ultimate irony might well be that to cook up a fictitious story
of collusion between then-candidate and now President Trump and the
Russians, Obama had to turn the F.B.I. into his and Hillary’s version of
the KGB.
Sadly, aside from a few firings, and we believe that Peter Strzok will be fired from the F.B.I. shortly, the rest of the usual suspects will get away with undermining what was once the most trusted law enforcement agency in the United States, as congressional Republicans simply do not have the guts to do what’s right.
It will take decades to reestablish the factor of trust lost to the political weaponizing of the F.B.I., and we suspect that what we know now of the situation may well be just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. This goes well beyond the swamp and is deeply rooted on deep state tactics, meaning there could well be much more to it with many more operatives involved than we know of at this point.
The puzzle pieces have now all been assembled and the picture as you can see is not a pretty one with liberals claiming as their heroes those who have so tarnished our nation’s belief that the law would be evenly applied with their sneering, smirking, astoundingly arrogant and disdainful, vile and vulgar disrespect of not only our President but of those who believe America can and will be great again.
Their attitudes and actions will serve our conservative cause well in upcoming elections as we will surely neither forget nor forgive.

Jeff Sessions: Missing In Action...Again
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on American
Political Radio
And while on occasion Jeff Sessions speaks out against sanctuary cities and the need to cut said cities federal funding as well as sporadically informing us that the round-up of illegals is still ongoing, there are so many other occasions where in his position as Attorney General, Sessions could have and should have done his job and brought charges against the guilty party or parties.
Remember when Obama illegally ordered spying on American
citizens including all those who ran in the 2016 Republican presidential
primary, I surely do. And I and so many others watched over time as said spying morphed into
the media-hyped Russian dossier scandal Obama, Hillary, and crew were
sure would take Trump and his presidency down. Starting off with the
F.B.I. lying to the FISA courts regarding said dossier...a dossier
now proven to have been funded by the Hillary campaign...with her
full knowledge of course...it was also a dossier Rino John McCain
personally hand delivered to the F.B.I. And he happily did so in an obvious attempt to get revenge on the man who said that he,
McCain, was no war hero, and who he could not believe was actually
elected president.
Silence on all above accounts from AG Jeff Sessions...who while not
attorney general at the time of certain happenings still legally had
and still has the power to bring charges, but who instead chose to recuse
himself from anything even remotely involving or suspected of
involving Russia...or for that matter Hillary or Obama. But what can you expect from the man who publicly
stated that he wanted the Inspector General alone to look into all
the above stated matters even while he knew that the Inspector
General cannot prosecute anything...how convenient and 'red flagging' is that.
But then again Jeff Sessions says a whole bunch of things without his
really saying or doing anything of substance. As examples of that
lest we forget that Uranium One is still out there circling overhead
and so is the Clinton Foundation...the first
concerning Russia, Hillary, and treason; and the second concerning
the buying and selling of political favors to foreign governments by
the very two people whose payroll, I believe, Jeff Sessions might
secretly be on. The true reason for his not prosecuting anything...perhaps.
In fact, Rep. Lee Zeldin (N.Y.) when announcing the resolution to the press said that, "The Justice Department cannot be expected to investigate itself," adding that AG Jeff Sessions "should tap an independent investigator to examine whether FBI and Justice Department officials obtained surveillance warrants with insufficient evidence."
Really...Jeff Sessions would never do that for the obvious reason of possibly implicating himself, and besides does anyone really believe a second investigation would bring different results than the
first...it's just another waste of time and our hard earned taxpayer dollars as we
and Congress already know that certain folks most definitely belong locked up in
jail.
And the fact is that AG Jeff Sessions could end this nonsense
once and for all if it wasn't for his recusal getting in the
way. Being just the same old nonsense but on a different day, maybe instead Congress should look into the real reason why Jeff
Sessions recused himself in the first place. Perhaps I should
send Congress the article The
Case for Removing Jeff Sessions my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner
Craig Andressen and I wrote to help aid them in doing what they know should have been done long ago...demand Jeff Sessions do his job or resign his position post-haste.
And now being thrown into the Jeff Sessions recusal mix comes the
fact that President Trump recently demanded that the Department of
Justice investigate whether the now disgraced F.B.I. infiltrated his presidential
campaign via what he calls an “embedded informant”...an informant
by the name of Stefan Halper who also sought a permanent position
within the Trump administration...an informant who suddenly seems to have gone
missing like so many others before him.
Comey's F.B.I. and those in the D.O.J. knew well the true duties and
obligations of the FISA court, and yet they manipulated said duties
and obligations into not only affecting domestic politics, but in
setting the course said politics would take. How so...by together
creating a scandal to manipulate votes against Donald Trump and in
favor of Hillary Clinton...the above stated Steele dossier,
charges of Russian collusion, and vote tampering nonsense was born.
And that nonsense took on a life of its own and grew to the point
where we now know as fact that in 2016-2017 the FISA court was
“abused by intelligence officials”...aka the F.B.I...who used the phony dossier as their prime
evidence against President Trump.
Are the pieces of the puzzle coming together for you yet?
Remember, all these shenanigans boil down to one thing...a not so hidden 'Deep State' attempt
to try and negate the 2016 election results. Removing President
Trump from office, through impeachment if need be, and to install
Hillary Clinton as president was and still is their main goal no matter that Hillary is a drunken, America-hating, socialist
spouting, U.N. controlled, islamist-condoning puppet-on-a-string...albeit one with the all-important D after her name.
I guess the plotters and planners truly forgot that even if Trump was indeed
somehow impeached Hillary Clinton would still not even be on the
presidential succession list as V.P. Mike Pence would now head said
list.
But again, Jeff Sessions knows this all and still sat mum on the
sidelines. And why am I so sure of all I just said... said even beyond what
was exposed in Craig and my previously stated
article...why...because Jeff Sessions did not request to be in yesterday's meeting Chief of Staff John Kelly was tasked with brokering...the
all-important Trump called for meeting between congressional leaders
and the F.B.I., the D.O.J., and the office of the Director of
National Intelligence. And really why wouldn't Jeff Sessions in his
capacity as attorney general not want to be there...to be there
if only to garner first hand information to help him set up a case
against any and all guilty parties...that's in his job description
after all...leading me to believe this has to do not just with his
recusal from all things Russian connected, but because of the actual
act of recusal itself.
And this, again I believe, has possibly led some in high places to now consider that Jeff Sessions just might be the White House
leaker. Remember, some of the leaks have stopped since islamic-condoner and now former
National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster has been
gone...some...but not all.
And so at 12 noon yesterday the first of two meetings regarding what has become known as "Skygate" took
place...sans Jeff Sessions of course...at Department of Justice
headquarters. Present were White House Chief of Staff John Kelly;
White House Council Emmett T. Flood, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein; F.B.I. Director Christopher
Wray; Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats; House Intelligence
Committee Chairman Devin Nunes...who also accused the FBI of planting
an "informant" (a spy) within the Trump campaign...and above
stated House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy.
And at the very last minute Representative Adam B. Schiff of California, the top
Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, was included in said meeting after leading Democrats accused Nunes and Gowdy of holding a partisan meeting that "could be weaponized" against the D.O.J. and even against Robert Mueller himself.
So what was the outcome of this first meeting...simply a lot of whining that the president's council attended said meeting. But really why shouldn't he be there to protect President Trump's interests, after all tensions between the White House and Sessions' Department of Justice are at an all time high what with the Russian investigation being nothing but a witch hunt, blatant F.B.I. improprieties more than bordering on the criminal, and the now come to light accusations of a spy being placed by said F.B.I. within the Trump campaign.
So what was the outcome of this first meeting...simply a lot of whining that the president's council attended said meeting. And while there is a 'gag order' of sorts against disclosing what was said at this second meeting as well as what was said at the first, you just know the supposed F.B.I. informer Stefan Halper was a key point of discussion. And we all know that over the next few days information will surely leak out as it has done so many times in the past.
And oh yes...I hope President Trump fires Jeff Sessions now.

Crimes, Pensions, and Andrew McCabe
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor /
Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
“I would've done it differently.
I'm not the president. But I certainly would've done it differently
if I was.”
- Senator Marco Rubio on hearing of
F.B.I Deputy Director Andrew McCabe's firing
Last week Attorney General Jeff
Sessions finally had the guts to do the right thing and fire former
F.B.I. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and doing so but a mere 26 hours
before he would have received full retirement benefits...benefits
McCabe assumed were safely his after having been with the F.B.I. for
over two decades during which time he worked his way up the chain of
command, now retiring from his number two position just this past
January 29th...but thankfully oh how wrong he was.
Fired based upon reports from the FBI's
Office of Professional Responsibility, the nonpartisan Office of the
Inspector General that just happens to be headed by Obama appointee
Michael E. Horowitz...and upon the recommendation of the Department’s
senior career official, Andrew McCabe's downfall was of his own doing
for he took it upon himself to initiate "unauthorized releases" of
information to a news reporter about the F.B.I.'s ongoing
investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server
while she held the position of Secretary of State.
However, the fact is that the F.B.I. rarely if ever
shares information regarding any ongoing investigation with any in
the media let alone shares with anyone what's deemed to be “specific
and sensitive” information. And it was just that sort of
information which was found in a Wall Street Journal
article...information they would not have known about or been privy to unless it was
directly given to them...information that was never meant for public
dissemination.
And to compound the issue, McCabe, who
when questioned by investigators while under oath, deliberately lied,
yes lied as in committed perjury, about his involvement
or what he perceived to be his lack thereof in this oh so sorted
matter. Aided by the liberal Trump-hating media who tried to downplay
if not outright 'whitewash' his involvement by simply reporting that
McCabe “lacked candor” in both his official testimony and
his interactions with investigators examining his media disclosures,
McCabe thought by his retiring when he did...as in before the final
F.B.I. report came out...meant that he was as the say, home free.
Remember, Andrew McCabe never in his wildest dreams thought that AG Jeff
Sessions would have the guts to fire him...let alone did he ever
think that his pension would be taken away even if he did.
The answer to that is a resounding 'no'
for the truth is that Andrew McCabe's pension was not taken away, it is just being delayed. And while key Democrats should know this as
fact....no matter their now claiming otherwise...so should the
Republicans who both sympathized with and cried fowl for McCabe known
this as fact. And these Republicans include but are not limited to
Pennsylvania Rep. Charlie Dent who said that AG Sessions needed to
“have the guts” to say no to President Trump regarding the
firing of Andrew McCabe as it looked to be nothing but a "vindictive"
move by the president to which he added that he believed Sessions was
"browbeaten" into firing McCabe after weeks of
public humiliation from Trump.
And then there's Republican Florida
Senator Marco Rubio who upon hearing about McCabe's firing said not
only should AG Jeff Sessions not have fired McCabe, but who on last
Sunday's Meet the Press said that, “He should've been allowed to
finish through the weekend.”
And to both men and
any others in McCabe's corner I say "no, you are absolutely wrong" as McCabe
being allowed to retire on the date of his choosing...as in after
last weekend...would have seen his full pension given to him without
even a delay as punishment. In other words, without even a slap on
the wrist for such a grievous wrong he alone committed, albeit with
help from any number of his assorted fellow swamp and Deep State dwellers.
And
Andrew McCabe's response to said firing and to the pension
issue...the only issue that truly concerns this greedy and oh so
corrupt swamp dweller...were but empty bloviations. Saying in a
statement that, "Here is the reality: I am being
singled out and treated this way because of the role I played, the
actions I took, and the events I witnessed in the aftermath of the
firing of James Comey," McCabe knows well that his firing
has only to do with his own malfeasance just like he knows as fact
that as one of the 2,2 million federal employees his pension is
subsidized, insured, and guaranteed him by we taxpayers. So, his
playing the victim will not work for
McCabe knows that he remains eligible for federal retirement benefits
and that he will not now or in the future lose the entirety of what
would have been a $1.8 million pension if he had retired at a later
date.
How
so...know that in his number two position at the F.B.I., McCabe was
more than just a bit familiar with the requirements in the Federal
Employees Retirement System (FERS) and how federal employees become
“vested” after
five years of federal service. And he is well “vested”
as serving in the F.B.I. since
1996...meaning his “accruals”
cannot be taken away...they can be delayed but not permanently taken
away. So the four Democratic lawmakers lining up to hire McCabe for the federal job that they think could get him over the retirement "hump" are either as delusional as he is or are just plain oblivious to how government pensions work.
And here's an
interesting little side note...when Andrew McCabe began working for
the F.B.I. in New York in 1996, where he was assigned to investigate Russian organized
crime...the Russians come back to haunt I'd say.
But I
digress...while Andrew McCabe will indeed lose his eligibility to a special
“top-up” in the
benefit formula...all this means is that he will not gain access to
what's known as "early pension recovery" at age 50...McCabe is now 49 and a half...but he still will gain
access to said pension between the ages of 57 to 62...which is the
standard federal retirement period. And being that McCabe is already
a multi-millionaire in his own right, this crying about his pension
makes him, to be perfectly honest, look just another D.C. greedy
politician crying over his self-perceived just deserts being in his
mind erroneously taken away.
And
what this all translates into is the fact that Andrew McCabe's pension
benefits will (unfortunately) still be waiting for him when he’s
legally allowed to retire...at age 57. In fact, as per legal affairs
columnist Debra
Roth, “If you are not eligible for an
immediate annuity at the time of termination, you do not lose your
eligibility for a “deferred” annuity just like any other federal
worker who leaves federal service short of being fully eligible to
collect a retirement annuity. Your annuity will be deferred until you
reach the age eligibility to collect a deferred annuity.”
And
that statement alone should stop the media and his supporters from
trying trying to paint Andrew McCabe as the targeted victim of what
they call "early pension denial" simply because of the rightful nature
of his firing.
In fact, as stated in 5
U.S.C. §8412(d)(2): “an employee who is separated
from the service, except by removal 'for cause' on charges of
misconduct or delinquency...after becoming 50 years of age and
completing 20 years of service as a law enforcement officer, member
of the Capitol Police or Supreme Court Police, firefighter, nuclear
materials courier, or customs and border protection officer, or any
combination of such service totaling at least 20 years...is entitled
to an annuity.”
In
other words, because Andrew McCabe was legally fired “for
cause” (remember, McCabe was
fired on recommendation of the F.B.I.'s own Office of
Professional Responsibility) and will most likely just lose the
“accrual” into his
pension of what would have been seven and a half more years worth of pay...the
pay between the age he did retire...as in 49 and a half...and the age at which
he should have retired...as in age 57...if he wanted to receive his
full pension.
A true
Hillary loyalist no matter his voting card saying he's a registered
Republican, Andrew McCabe was and remains a so-called "partisan hack" and a man with a grudge to
bear. And the fact that this grudge festered, grew, and morphed over
time into actions bordering on if not outright being treason, resulted
in his willingly and knowingly not only tampering with but actually
trying to sway an ongoing investigation in favor of one Hillary
Clinton, the woman who should have been indicted on numerous charges
long ago.
And I would not be surprised if for his efforts Andrew
McCabe is not somehow secretly and "under the table" monetarily rewarded by that very
woman, after all he and his good buddy James Comey did try to help "fix" not only an investigation but an election for her as well.

The Case of the Dueling Memos
The Case of the Dueling Memos
By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor /
Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
It was a set-up from the get-go...we
knew it, the Democrats knew it and didn't care if President Trump
knew it. And he indeed knew it and was so right in saying that the
Democrats rebuttal memo was written as it was so that they could
"blame the White House for lack of transparency."
And
Trump's claiming that the Democrat's memo, as it stands now, was
written as "a very political and long response memo
which they knew, because of sources and methods (and more), would
have to be heavily redacted"...is
of course true for it was deliberately written in just that way
knowing well that F.B.I. and D.O.J. officials would tell Trump it
could not be released as written...which they did.
So,
the very two agencies complicit in the Russian scandal itself...are
now both complicit in making sure President Trump alone would be blamed for
a lack of transparency no matter that he publicly stated that he is
absolutely not against releasing the Democrats memo...a rebuttal
to the recently released Nunes' what Trump called “blockbuster”
memo...but that they need to "re-do and send back in
proper form!" After all,
the Republicans had their memo properly prepared so it could safely be
released to the public...as in removing anything that might compromise national security...so why shouldn't the Democrats have to do the same thing.
And yet even with said specifics given...specifics that were and still are an easy fix...the Democrats whined in defiance...including whining that the White House sent said memo back to Nunes directly instead of submitting it to Rep. Adam Schiff, the H.I.C's ranking minority member and the memo's chief composer...along with whining that they believed their memo was to be revised solely "to mitigate risks identified"...as in to take the heat off President Trump...no matter that those who have already seen said memo have said that in no way does it negate anything in Nunes' memo.
And the whining continued on throughout this past weekend no matter the fact that not only did above said White House Counsel McGahn, on President Trump's “directive” no less, personally offer Rep. Schiff the above said technical assistance so that the memo could be released in a timely and proper manner...McGahn did so no matter that the memo in its current form would see him saying that it “contains numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages”...passages that would obviously have to be redacted and/or revised before being released for public consumption.
But was the offer of technical help good enough for the Democrats...of course not...and out came the usual cast of characters to say that President Trump is once again obstructing justice...their version of justice that is. And the attacks, as expected, were led off by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer who said that Trump's double standard when it came to transparency was "appalling"... and "What is he hiding?"...to be followed in tune by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's claiming that the memo's “blockage” shows that Trump's “hypocrisy” is on full display, and that this is nothing but his attempt to put and end to the still on-going Russian investigation.
Continuing on by saying that Trump's not releasing said memo was "a stunningly brazen attempt to cover up the truth about the Trump-Russia scandal from the American people"...“the president has something to hide"...and... "Why won't the president put our country before his personal and political interests?"...Nancy Pelosi is very woman who not only puts illegals and her and their corresponding personal and political interests before our country, before American citizens, and before our troops who defend our freedoms in the theaters of war...but also before those here at home...as in our police...who help keep America's streets safe...or at least they try to what with the animosity our police have to deal with all initiating and coming from the left.
And while the Democrats continue to whine and stamp their feet like the two-year old children they relish in acting like, there is another memo slowly circulating that most know nothing about because the liberal controlled media refuses to report on it.
And why do they not report on it...because this document, known as the Grassley-Graham memo, absolutely corroborates both the claims made in the Nunes memo...claims that Obama's F.B.I. and D.O.J. did indeed use only the “anonymously sourced, Clinton-campaign generated innuendo”... as in the Steele dossier...to convince the FISA court to issue surveillance warrants against Trump campaign foreign policy advisor Carter Page...and that in their doing so, they deliberately, and I say with malice, concealed both the Clinton campaign and the DNC role in getting the Steele dossier compiled and funded.
And why did Hillary's people zero in on
Carter Page as the fall guy...a man who by the way had left Trump's
campaign before the first warrant was even issued...simply because
they knew that if they secured the much needed FISA warrants that the
in-their-pocket F.B.I. could now “seize” not only Page’s
“forward-going communications,” but also “seize”
any past emails and texts he may have stored on his computer...as in
communications between him and the Trump campaign.
Devious sorts Hillary's campaign people
were...well trained by Obama and his people but of course.
In
other words whether Steele deliberately and with malice misled
the F.B.I. about the “extent of his contacts” with the
press, especially in regards to his 'supposed' findings coupled with whether this
should have influenced the F.B.I.'s assessment of him being
credible, and if they took what is deemed “adequate steps”
to either confirm or refute Steele’s reporting before they sought a
wiretap order.
Obviously the F.B.I. did none of the
above for they obviously knew the truth all along...at least their hierarchy did...and for that they need to be investigated.
Now add in that we also need not only
an investigation into just the FISA warrant applications
themselves but also into how the FISA judge(s) could dare to sign both the
original truly baseless warrant and its three just as baseless
renewals..including the last renewal that was done after Donald Trump became
president.
Can you say collusion via “activist
judges” sitting on the FISA court...I can. And I absolutely
refuse to buy into the nonsense that some on the left are now
spewing...as in that the FISA judge(s) warrant approval allowing the
surveillance of U.S. citizen Carter Page was based upon the
'supposed' fact that the court was not given the full picture of
exactly who was behind the unverified obviously partisan dossier of a
man who was a known former aide to the presidential campaign of the
opposition party.
And know that both Sens. Charles
Grassley and Lindsey Graham composed their memo...which they sent to
the D.O.J. in early January weeks before the Nunes memo was
composed...strictly in support of the criminal referral recommending
that Christopher Steele be investigated for making false statements
to the F.B.I., which some might not know is a felony. And while their
memo was at first withheld because its contents were deemed “largely
classified,” it was finally released shortly after the Nunes
memo but with heavy redactions...redactions done for national
security reasons...which was the right thing to do.
And as I write this we seem to have
reached a stalemate of sorts as the Democrats keep whining that
Trump's refusal to declassify the Schiff memo is nothing but an
“assault on the legitimacy of the government's Russia
investigation” as well as it being a ploy to undermine Special
Council Mueller's lead in that investigation.
So, where do we go from here as we
await seeing if the Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee
will do the right thing and put the Schiff memo into its “proper
form” replete with the much needed
for national security reasons redactions, or if they
take advantage of what is known as 'Rule X'...a rule that would allow
the Democrat committee members to call for a committee vote on
releasing said memo over the objections of the president. 'Rule X'
was what allowed the Nunes memo to be released setting all into
motion. But thankfully they would need the support of the majority
Republicans on the intel committee which they surely will not get, so
I guess we are in for more accusations and mud-slinging against
President Trump and his administration.
More mud-slinging for sure even while
we know that the cunningly crafted Schiff memo was composed not as
true rebuttal to the Nunes memo, but solely to back Trump into a
corner in a desperate attempt to try to convince 'We the People' that
the Trump administration is hiding something from us...which they are
not.
So as President Trump rightfully and truthfully continues to call
out the Democrats for playing “political games,” and with
the Democrats countering...whining actually...that Trump
“flip-flopped” over the memo's promised release denying
them promised transparency, the fact remains that all this memo
back-and-forth has done is implicate not President Trump but the
Democrats themselves. And to that I say job well done.Copyright @ 2018 Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / All Rights Reserved.
