Jeff Sessions: Missing In Action...Again

While this is the beginning of my article I can safely say it's also the end of my article...an end where it becomes more than a bit apparent that as long as Jeff Sessions is attorney general, and as long as Republicans give Robert Mueller even more time to procrastinate in wrapping up his joke of a proven nonexistent Trump/Russia collusion investigation...Congress will use that as an excuse to stay unfocused and get nothing of substance done...while the mainstream media racks up ratings and advertising numbers as they continue to twist the truth into even more lies.

And while on occasion Jeff Sessions speaks out against sanctuary cities and the need to cut said cities federal funding as well as sporadically informing us that the round-up of illegals is still ongoing, there are so many other occasions where in his position as Attorney General, Sessions could have and should have done his job and brought charges against the guilty party or parties.

Remember when Obama illegally ordered spying on American citizens including all those who ran in the 2016 Republican presidential primary, I surely do. And I and so many others watched over time as said spying morphed into the media-hyped Russian dossier scandal Obama, Hillary, and crew were sure would take Trump and his presidency down. Starting off with the F.B.I. lying to the FISA courts regarding said dossier...a dossier now proven to have been funded by the Hillary campaign...with her full knowledge of course...it was also a dossier Rino John McCain personally hand delivered to the F.B.I. And he happily did so in an obvious attempt to get revenge on the man who said that he, McCain, was no war hero, and who he could not believe was actually elected president.

And dare we forget that it was former F.B.I. Director James Comey and crew who were charged with getting to the bottom of Hillary's email scandal, and who in a 'dog and pony' televised news conference actually had the gall to exonerate Hillary Clinton...exonerate her in what was actually found out later to be an exoneration James Comey himself wrote up even before he had bothered to interview Hillary regarding said scandal.

Silence on all above accounts from AG Jeff Sessions...who while not attorney general at the time of certain happenings still legally had and still has the power to bring charges, but who instead chose to recuse himself from anything even remotely involving or suspected of involving Russia...or for that matter Hillary or Obama. But what can you expect from the man who publicly stated that he wanted the Inspector General alone to look into all the above stated matters even while he knew that the Inspector General cannot prosecute anything...how convenient and 'red flagging' is that.

But then again Jeff Sessions says a whole bunch of things without his really saying or doing anything of substance. As examples of that lest we forget that Uranium One is still out there circling overhead and so is the Clinton Foundation...the first concerning Russia, Hillary, and treason; and the second concerning the buying and selling of political favors to foreign governments by the very two people whose payroll, I believe, Jeff Sessions might secretly be on. The true reason for his not prosecuting anything...perhaps.

And recently a group of Republican lawmakers...including Rep. Mark Meadows (N.C.) chairman of the conservative House Freedom Caucus along with two of the group's co-founders, Reps. Jim Jordan (Ohio) and Ron DeSantis (Fla.)...presented to Congress a 12-page resolution that asked for a second special counsel to probe all matters directly related to the ending of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's personal email server, the progress of the Trump/Russia investigation from its origins through the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel, and abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) during the warrant application process. 

In fact, Rep. Lee Zeldin (N.Y.) when announcing the resolution to the press said that, "The Justice Department cannot be expected to investigate itself," adding that AG Jeff Sessions "should tap an independent investigator to examine whether FBI and Justice Department officials obtained surveillance warrants with insufficient evidence."

Really...Jeff Sessions would never do that for the obvious reason of possibly implicating himself, and besides does anyone really believe a second investigation would bring different results than the first...it's just another waste of time and our hard earned taxpayer dollars as we and Congress already know that certain folks most definitely belong locked up in jail. 

And the fact is that AG Jeff Sessions could end this nonsense once and for all if it wasn't for his recusal getting in the way. Being just the same old nonsense but on a different day, maybe instead Congress should look into the real reason why Jeff Sessions recused himself in the first place. Perhaps I should send Congress the article The Case for Removing Jeff Sessions my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Craig Andressen and I wrote to help aid them in doing what they know should have been done long ago...demand Jeff Sessions do his job or resign his position post-haste.

And now being thrown into the Jeff Sessions recusal mix comes the fact that President Trump recently demanded that the Department of Justice investigate whether the now disgraced F.B.I. infiltrated his presidential campaign via what he calls an “embedded informant”...an informant by the name of Stefan Halper who also sought a permanent position within the Trump administration...an informant who suddenly seems to have gone missing like so many others before him.

But to see the big picture regarding the now corrupted F.B.I. and how it ties into Sessions' inactions, one needs only to understand some basic facts, first of which is that under James Comey's directorship the F.B.I. was indeed Obama's private army of sorts...maybe not the rank-and-file agents per se but surely the hierarchy all have the stink of Obama on their hands. Doing Obama's bidding by looking away to not only protocol breached, but by actually tampering with and even destroying evidence revolving around Hillary's email scandal in order to try and assure her win...and Obama's third term in office I might add...now places the F.B.I. on its own 'wanted list.' And when you add into the mix that the Hillary campaign actually helped to fund the Steele dossier/Russian collusion nonsense the once great F.B.I. becomes but a joke that saw educated men and women suddenly and willingly choosing to play dumb especially when it came to the FISA court.

Comey's F.B.I. and those in the D.O.J. knew well the true duties and obligations of the FISA court, and yet they manipulated said duties and obligations into not only affecting domestic politics, but in setting the course said politics would take. How so...by together creating a scandal to manipulate votes against Donald Trump and in favor of Hillary Clinton...the above stated Steele dossier, charges of Russian collusion, and vote tampering nonsense was born. And that nonsense took on a life of its own and grew to the point where we now know as fact that in 2016-2017 the FISA court was “abused by intelligence officials”...aka the F.B.I...who used the phony dossier as their prime evidence  against President Trump.

And with 'We the People' knowing what we know now... courtesy of the limited information given to us in a 'throw them a bone' manner...so did AG Jeff Sessions know as well as did Barack HUSSEIN Obama for the fact is that as president, Obama was informed of all FISA court dealings and rulings as they happened. In fact, I believe, Obama is probably ground zero for this whole sorted mess...with Jeff Sessions recusing himself for one obvious reason alone...not to protect himself or his real or imaginary dealings with Russia, but to protect Obama alone.

Are the pieces of the puzzle coming together for you yet?

Remember, all these shenanigans boil down to one thing...a not so hidden 'Deep State' attempt to try and negate the 2016 election results. Removing President Trump from office, through impeachment if need be, and to install Hillary Clinton as president was and still is their main goal no matter that Hillary is a drunken, America-hating, socialist spouting, U.N. controlled, islamist-condoning puppet-on-a-string...albeit one with the all-important D after her name.

I guess the plotters and planners truly forgot that even if Trump was indeed somehow impeached Hillary Clinton would still not even be on the presidential succession list as V.P. Mike Pence would now head said list.

But again, Jeff Sessions knows this all and still sat mum on the sidelines. And why am I so sure of all I just said... said even beyond what was exposed in Craig and my previously stated article...why...because Jeff Sessions did not request to be in yesterday's meeting Chief of Staff John Kelly was tasked with brokering...the all-important Trump called for meeting between congressional leaders and the F.B.I., the D.O.J., and the office of the Director of National Intelligence. And really why wouldn't Jeff Sessions in his capacity as attorney general not want to be there...to be there if only to garner first hand information to help him set up a case against any and all guilty parties...that's in his job description after all...leading me to believe this has to do not just with his recusal from all things Russian connected, but because of the actual act of recusal itself.

And this, again I believe, has possibly led some in high places to now consider that Jeff Sessions just might be the White House leaker. Remember, some of the leaks have stopped since islamic-condoner and now former National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster has been gone...some...but not all.

But even if the above stated is proven to be true, a hero of sorts has entered the picture as Rep. Trey Gowdy (S.C.)...the House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman...has taken a special interest in the F.B.I.'s mishandling of the entirety of the Russian investigation. And Gowdy's interest peeked after earlier this month he met with some members of the Department of Justice to go over their role in now exposed F.B.I.-FISA abuses.

And so at 12 noon yesterday the first of two meetings regarding what has become known as "Skygate" took place...sans Jeff Sessions of course...at Department of Justice headquarters. Present were White House Chief of Staff John Kelly; White House Council Emmett T. Flood, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein; F.B.I. Director Christopher Wray; Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats; House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes...who also accused the FBI of planting an "informant" (a spy) within the Trump campaign...and above stated House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy. And at the very last minute Representative Adam B. Schiff of California, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, was included in said meeting after leading Democrats accused Nunes and Gowdy of holding a partisan meeting that "could be weaponized" against the D.O.J. and even against Robert Mueller himself.

So what was the outcome of this first meeting...simply a lot of whining that the president's council attended said meeting. But really why shouldn't he be there to protect President Trump's interests, after all tensions between the White House and Sessions' Department of Justice are at an all time high what with the Russian investigation being nothing but a witch hunt, blatant F.B.I. improprieties more than bordering on the criminal, and the now come to light accusations of a spy being placed by said F.B.I. within the Trump campaign.

The second meeting at 2pm...again sans Jeff Sessions... was called for after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer whined that no Democrats were invited to Kelly's first meeting even though Mark Warner...the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee...was asked to attend but declined. This meeting was attended by a select bipartisan group of lawmakers with whom the government’s most sensitive intelligence is shared...a group referred to as the 'Gang of 8'...also saw John Kelly, Rod Rosenstein, Christopher Wray, Dan Coats, and Trey Gowdy in attendance...with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and former decliner Sen. Mark Warner there as well.

And while there is a 'gag order' of sorts against disclosing what was said at this second meeting as well as what was said at the first, you just know the supposed F.B.I. informer Stefan Halper was a key point of discussion. And we all know that over the next few days information will surely leak out as it has done so many times in the past.

And so what I said at the beginning of my article holds just as true at the end for AG Jeff Sessions' silence and absences in regards to both meetings and all the things stated above is the direct cause of everything getting out of hand. If Jeff Sessions had not recused himself...if he had done his job as America's chief law enforcement official...the guilty would now be in jail awaiting their court dates, and an innocent man would finally be totally free to do the job 'We the People' elected him to do...unencumbered by shear nonsense hanging over his head. 

And oh yes...I hope President Trump fires Jeff Sessions now.

Crimes, Pensions, and Andrew McCabe

Last week Attorney General Jeff Sessions finally had the guts to do the right thing and fire former F.B.I. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and doing so but a mere 26 hours before he would have received full retirement benefits...benefits McCabe assumed were safely his after having been with the F.B.I. for over two decades during which time he worked his way up the chain of command, now retiring from his number two position just this past January 29th...but thankfully oh how wrong he was.

Fired based upon reports from the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility, the nonpartisan Office of the Inspector General that just happens to be headed by Obama appointee Michael E. Horowitz...and upon the recommendation of the Department’s senior career official, Andrew McCabe's downfall was of his own doing for he took it upon himself to initiate "unauthorized releases" of information to a news reporter about the F.B.I.'s ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she held the position of Secretary of State. 

However, the fact is that the F.B.I. rarely if ever shares information regarding any ongoing investigation with any in the media let alone shares with anyone what's deemed to be “specific and sensitive” information. And it was just that sort of information which was found in a Wall Street Journal article...information they would not have known about or been privy to unless it was directly given to them...information that was never meant for public dissemination.

And to compound the issue, McCabe, who when questioned by investigators while under oath, deliberately lied, yes lied as in committed perjury, about his involvement or what he perceived to be his lack thereof in this oh so sorted matter. Aided by the liberal Trump-hating media who tried to downplay if not outright 'whitewash' his involvement by simply reporting that McCabe “lacked candor” in both his official testimony and his interactions with investigators examining his media disclosures, McCabe thought by his retiring when he did...as in before the final F.B.I. report came out...meant that he was as the say, home free. Remember, Andrew McCabe never in his wildest dreams thought that AG Jeff Sessions would have the guts to fire him...let alone did he ever think that his pension would be taken away even if he did.

But the question is, were McCabe's pension monies and benefits actually taken away as said sympathizers in both parties and many in the media claim they were?

The answer to that is a resounding 'no' for the truth is that Andrew McCabe's pension was not taken away, it is just being delayed. And while key Democrats should know this as fact....no matter their now claiming otherwise...so should the Republicans who both sympathized with and cried fowl for McCabe known this as fact. And these Republicans include but are not limited to Pennsylvania Rep. Charlie Dent who said that AG Sessions needed to “have the guts” to say no to President Trump regarding the firing of Andrew McCabe as it looked to be nothing but a "vindictive" move by the president to which he added that he believed Sessions was "browbeaten" into firing McCabe after weeks of public humiliation from Trump. 

And then there's Republican Florida Senator Marco Rubio who upon hearing about McCabe's firing said not only should AG Jeff Sessions not have fired McCabe, but who on last Sunday's Meet the Press said that, “He should've been allowed to finish through the weekend.”

And to both men and any others in McCabe's corner I say "no, you are absolutely wrong" as McCabe being allowed to retire on the date of his choosing...as in after last weekend...would have seen his full pension given to him without even a delay as punishment. In other words, without even a slap on the wrist for such a grievous wrong he alone committed, albeit with help from any number of his assorted fellow swamp and Deep State dwellers.

And Andrew McCabe's response to said firing and to the pension issue...the only issue that truly concerns this greedy and oh so corrupt swamp dweller...were but empty bloviations. Saying in a statement that, "Here is the reality: I am being singled out and treated this way because of the role I played, the actions I took, and the events I witnessed in the aftermath of the firing of James Comey," McCabe knows well that his firing has only to do with his own malfeasance just like he knows as fact that as one of the 2,2 million federal employees his pension is subsidized, insured, and guaranteed him by we taxpayers. So, his playing the victim will not work for McCabe knows that he remains eligible for federal retirement benefits and that he will not now or in the future lose the entirety of what would have been a $1.8 million pension if he had retired at a later date.

How so...know that in his number two position at the F.B.I., McCabe was more than just a bit familiar with the requirements in the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and how federal employees become “vested” after five years of federal service. And he is well “vested” as serving in the F.B.I. since 1996...meaning his “accruals” cannot be taken away...they can be delayed but not permanently taken away. So the four Democratic lawmakers lining up to hire McCabe for the federal job that they think could get him over the retirement "hump" are either as delusional as he is or are just plain oblivious to how government pensions work.

And here's an interesting little side note...when Andrew McCabe began working for the F.B.I. in New York in 1996, where he was assigned to investigate Russian organized crime...the Russians come back to haunt I'd say.

But I digress...while Andrew McCabe will indeed lose his eligibility to a special “top-up” in the benefit formula...all this means is that he will not gain access to what's known as "early pension recovery" at age 50...McCabe is now 49 and a half...but he still will gain access to said pension between the ages of 57 to 62...which is the standard federal retirement period. And being that McCabe is already a multi-millionaire in his own right, this crying about his pension makes him, to be perfectly honest, look just another D.C. greedy politician crying over his self-perceived just deserts being in his mind erroneously taken away.

And what this all translates into is the fact that Andrew McCabe's pension benefits will (unfortunately) still be waiting for him when he’s legally allowed to retire...at age 57. In fact, as per legal affairs columnist Debra Roth, “If you are not eligible for an immediate annuity at the time of termination, you do not lose your eligibility for a “deferred” annuity just like any other federal worker who leaves federal service short of being fully eligible to collect a retirement annuity. Your annuity will be deferred until you reach the age eligibility to collect a deferred annuity.”

And that statement alone should stop the media and his supporters from trying trying to paint Andrew McCabe as the targeted victim of what they call "early pension denial" simply because of the rightful nature of his firing. 

In fact, as stated in 5 U.S.C. §8412(d)(2): “an employee who is separated from the service, except by removal 'for cause' on charges of misconduct or delinquency...after becoming 50 years of age and completing 20 years of service as a law enforcement officer, member of the Capitol Police or Supreme Court Police, firefighter, nuclear materials courier, or customs and border protection officer, or any combination of such service totaling at least 20 years...is entitled to an annuity.”

In other words, because Andrew McCabe was legally fired “for cause” (remember, McCabe was fired on recommendation of the F.B.I.'s own Office of Professional Responsibility) and will most likely just lose the “accrual” into his pension of what would have been seven and a half more years worth of pay...the pay between the age he did retire...as in 49 and a half...and the age at which he should have retired...as in age 57...if he wanted to receive his full pension.

Andrew McCabe knew exactly what he was doing when he suddenly took the cowardly way out and retired before his full “accrual” time was reached for he counted on this move helping him to set the stage for his playing the victim...a victim he claims continues to be publicly bullied by the very man who, unfortunately in his eyes, became the president...but I say by the very man who much to McCabe's chagrin is right in what he says and in what he tweets.

A true Hillary loyalist no matter his voting card saying he's a registered Republican, Andrew McCabe was and remains a so-called "partisan hack" and a man with a grudge to bear. And the fact that this grudge festered, grew, and morphed over time into actions bordering on if not outright being treason, resulted in his willingly and knowingly not only tampering with but actually trying to sway an ongoing investigation in favor of one Hillary Clinton, the woman who should have been indicted on numerous charges long ago. 

And I would not be surprised if for his efforts Andrew McCabe is not somehow secretly and "under the table" monetarily rewarded by that very woman, after all he and his good buddy James Comey did try to help "fix" not only an investigation but an election for her as well.

On Deep State...An Essay in Truth

Deep State...a term, a concept, and a not so secret cabal engaged in not so subtle 'cloak and dagger' acts of subterfuge, innuendos, terror, and even murder. Deep State...a dark shadow hanging over our government for decades if not longer...a shadow that will never go away...but then again why would it as Deep State remains the reality of today's political arena that few can nor should ignore. But know that Deep State sees not just Democrats as part of its cabal as it sadly encompassed and still might encompass Republicans too, for remember disgraced former Republican President Richard M. Nixon, the secret break-in and the tapes that got tied up in a neat little bundle called Watergate.

And let's not forget the now infamous former F.B.I. Director James Comey, a once registered Republican who forged deep and oh so sinister ties to one Hillary Clinton whose sham of a husband, I believe, is a Deep State operative himself. And amongst numerous others there's the anything but impartial Robert Mueller, the special counsel appointed to investigate not Hillary Clinton's criminal actions, the Democrat Party's election tampering, or the mainstream media's 'fake news' hatchet job on President Trump, but to investigate what turned out to be completely fabricated Trump/Russia collusion nonsense.

So while some will say that the globalists...that the New World Order sorts...lay at the bottom of Deep State, I say that while globalists surely play a part, a big part in Deep State, right now Deep State sees as some of its key players those nose deep in what President Trump so rightfully calls the D.C. “swamp” ...a “swamp” full of previous and current elected officials as well as their appointees and those who pull all their strings. And all share the commonality of unity in working to overthrow the man who overthrew their sacred established political pecking order, and who both separately and together care only about bringing our beloved America to her knees...collapsing her via said rogue enemies within...and then rebuilding her in their vision of a socialist 'supposed' utopia where everyone is of equal status...third world status that is...while a carefully select few Deep State “swamp” dwellers not so secretly sit at the top ruling over us all.

And with Deep State...the morphing of what some say is nothing but the once known as “good old boy network”... being a dichotomy of sorts encompassing both invisibility and in-our-face subversion...becoming what some call a “government within our government”...as in a parallel yet secret “government working behind the facade of the constitutional U.S. government”...Deep State remains as it has always been, a unified entity operating outside all common moral and ethical parameters regardless of who or which party is in power...of who or which power currently holds "check" on the political chessboard.

Remaining as it has always been, a deeply embedded and entwined government cancer of sorts, today's Deep State consists of those remaining 'left-overs' from the past administration who hide not so secretly under layers of ongoing political bureaucracy, the military-industrial complex, and the intelligence communities...no matter that at times Deep State is also an entity at war with itself even while being protected by their allies and cohorts in the media. But no matter for the ultimate goal of Deep State remains its quest to control the “mechanisms of power” in order to either manipulate or outright negate and then “reset” existing government policy. And they're doing so while ignoring the will of 'We the People' and the few remaining honorable sorts we elected to do our bidding.

And by its ignoring the will of 'We the People' we now see Deep State “operatives” focusing not just on trying to destroy by any means possible the presidency, the agenda, and the campaign promises made by duly-elected Donald J. Trump, but we also see said "operatives" dedicated to making sure that the Constitution becomes but paper to wipe one's feet on.

But how can these Deep State “operatives”...and I surely think “operatives” is a word that describes these secretive sorts well...how can they destroy a man who not only fights back but who has publicly stated that Deep State is an “entrenched bureaucracy”...how can they manipulate let alone control such a man when that very man cleverly uses something as simple as 'tweets' to expose their true agenda? Simply, they do it by controlling the Democrat party hierarchy which in turn brings with it the Democrat's party line voting which works directly against the Trump agenda, as well as seeing it increase the number of Democrats who vote.

Remember, both their agendas are the same...as in the hoped for demise of the existing fabric of our American society...a society now to be replaced by an alternate "brown society"...a "melded society" where the few will continue to subvert the masses. And they'll do so not just for personal gain but for what they as a united entity even now refer to as the “betterment” of society. And really, what is that better society as they see it but a socialist collective where Barack HUSSEIN Obama remains defacto president and where Hillary Clinton forever remains president-in-waiting...waiting to make even more traitorous deals like Uranium One...waiting for the New World Order to finally step in.

But with President Trump's now exposing Deep State or at least bringing public attention to what some try to ignore or claim does not exist...coupled with Deep State having tried but failed to fix the 2016 presidential election in favor of Hillary Clinton...Trump has gained the upper hand against them as he can now manipulate both their actions and inactions into forming a shield of sorts around both himself and his agenda, and doing so by his outwardly undermining and now publicly battling against the flawed and distorted values and ideals that Deep State thinks noble and wants us to believe they protect.

And really, what is Deep State but a pool of very bad actors... predominately Democrat very bad actors... performing in a very bad play, and in Donald Trump we see a stage director who is ready to bring the curtain down on that very said and oh so traitorous play.

So while the very name Deep State continues to reek of conspiracy sorts, know simply as fact that first, Deep State is a very real entity that does try to control, reshape, or outright negate the policies and agendas of any duly-elected official who does not march in lock-step with their preset agenda, while at the same time denying 'We the People' access to a constitutionally mandated 'free press' replete with its all important free-flow of and access to unfettered, uncensored, and unredacted information. And second, know that Deep State in action can easily be seen in how it orchestrates and then executes its plans to protect the actions of those whose time would best be spent in a little place called Gitmo.

But have any of us seen any indications at all that those persons...as in one Barack HUSSEIN Obama and one Hillary Clinton...will be brought up on any charges by anyone...hear that Jeff Sessions...no we have not nor will we as long as Deep State has their backs covered. And dare we forget we also will not as long as some claiming to be on our side are actually, I truly believe, Deep State "operatives" themselves...nefarious "operatives" of the kind that wander amongst us in plain site not bothering to hide their goal of usurping political power...not hiding the fact they are the denizens of the “swamp"...for what is the “swamp” really but Deep State 'lite.'

And while others claim that the entire scenario of there even being a Deep State is nothing but an attempt to “delegitimize voices of disagreement," nothing could be farther from the truth. And as proof of just how deep Deep State's hand actually goes nowhere is that more evident than in the ongoing issue of gun control...translation: gun control cleverly crafted to be nothing but a front for the rescinding of our Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms...rights they want and need taken away from 'We the People.'

Remember, it's the Second Amendment that helps 'We the People' defend not just our beloved homeland but our personal selves and our families as well...for it affords us a tangible way to stand up against America's enemies... including the enemies buried within the Deep State itself.

And if truth be told our constitutional Founders and Framers specifically constructed the Second Amendment to protect 'We the People' from said enemies within...especially if that enemy is an overreaching, overinflated, and overextending federal government...a government who knows the truth that an “armed populace” was wisely put into place to be a constitutional system of checks and balances against themselves...against the federal government’s power grabs, corruption, and oh so unconstitutional tactics.

And it's a fact that as much as Deep State "operatives" who pull the strings on the inside and Deep State "operatives" on the outside who work through the elected “swamp” try to flex their muscle, the fact remains that a constitutional amendment would be needed to take away our firearms, and for that two-thirds of Congress and two-thirds of the state governments must sign off on any new amendment that dares to try and take away our Second Amendment rights. And know that while the first scenario is highly unlikely, the second scenario is almost if not impossible thanks to our far-seeing and oh so wise Founders and Framers.

And Deep State "operatives" can also be seen as having infiltrated our judicial system where activists judges who instead of interpreting the law actually try to make the law. And dare we forget the Department of Justice itself rift with corruption; the Department of Defense only now starting to recover from the traitorous actions of the Obama administration; the Department of State and all illegal things Hillary Clinton; and the Department of Homeland Security, the C.I.A., and the F.B.I. now at the forefront of too many scandals.

But know above all else that today's Deep State runs deeper than any of us can even begin to fathom for Deep State has had many years and many administrations in which to grow, to learn, and to entwine itself within the bowels of dirty politics that is the hallmark of Washington D.C. But then again maybe it will be Deep State's target de jour, as in President Donald J. Trump, who in starting to pull the plug on the “swamp” will actually be draining Deep State...and that is something we can truly hope for.

An American Disgrace Bar None

And so last Friday, a bit before noon and mere hours after President Trump, over F.B.I. objections, gave his official approval to have the four-page now declassified FISA memo released to the public...it was. And while there was no smoking gun per se, the memo did corroborate what many of us have suspected for some time...that the FISA warrant (along with two renewals) obtained by the F.B.I. to "investigate" former Trump campaign foreign policy advisor Carter Page was indeed based upon a “salacious and unsubstantiated” dossier of now proven “negative information” and “made-up memos” concerning then-candidate Trump. And this dossier was paid for in part by Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign along with the Democratic National Committee (DNC), in a last ditch desperate attempt to find ties between now President Donald Trump, his then presidential campaign, and Russia.

And when no ties were found those involved simply made them up.

Compiled and composed by former British intelligence agent (spy) and avowed Trump-hater Christopher Steele, it was Clinton campaign and DNC lawyer Marc Elias and his law firm Perkins Coie, who initially hired Steele and funded the research by Fusion GPS that comprised the dossier's contents through October 2016. And Steele charged £130,000 for this dossier...the never disclosed in the application for the FISA warrant dossier for fear of it being found out exactly who had paid for it.

And why not disclose it...because if the dossier, which "formed an essential part" of a government request to “eavesdrop”...to spy...on Carter Page had been disclosed to the FISA court, the FISA warrant would most likely not have been granted. And when Michael Isikoff's Yahoo News' article about Carter Page's 2016 trip to Moscow (which was for a private speaking engagement totally unrelated to politics) 'supposedly' corroborated the words and accusations made in the now named 'Steele dossier,' true to form the liberal media led a lynch-mob style campaign against then candidate and now President Donald J. Trump, and they continued to do so right up to the memo's Friday release.

And what did the memo reveal...serious F.B.I. abuses of power regarding top-secret surveillance...translation: spying...on American citizens along with very serious concerns about the actual "legitimacy and legality" of the D.O.J. applications seeking FISA permission to spy on Carter Page.

Also revealed but kept from the FISA court was that it was the D.O.J. who shielded the truth about the DNC paying "to obtain derogatory information on Donald Trump's ties to Russia," and that it was the D.O.J. who did not reveal that Christopher Steele, who it described as a "longtime FBI source," had been in contact with news organizations...like Yahoo News...which ultimately led the F.B.I. to terminate his use as an informant.

And kept from the FISA court was the fact of Steele's telling that D.O.J. Official Bruce Ohr was "desperate that Donald Trump not get elected,” and that his wife was employed by Fusion GPS, which hired M16 agent Steele...a vicious circle of events for sure. And while Steele had a history of "credible reporting on other unrelated matters," the committee's memo said the F.B.I. and the D.O.J. should have told the court about Steele's decidedly "anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations." 
 
And now the Democrats, the F.B.I. the D.O.J. and the media all have egg on their face because the bottom line is this...as per the memo neither anyone on the Trump campaign nor President Trump himself ever colluded with Russia to steal or influence the election nor did they ever obstruct justice.

Simply, it was the Clinton campaign and the DNC who did all that aided by the Obama controlled F.B.I. and D.O.J. Yes...Obama controlled...for who was the head of the F.B.I. at this time but James 'I found her innocent before even investigating her' Comey (who Trump should never have allowed to stay on in his position), with Loretta 'tarmac' Lynch as the head of the D.O.J...both proven to be Obama and Hillary loyalists.

And so President Trump was right in his accusations that both the F.B.I. and the D.O.J. were indeed guilty of “political bias” against his campaign, a possible Trump presidency, and against he himself. In other words...President Trump was vindicated and this useless money and time wasted investigation needs to be shut down post-haste.

"They know there was no collusion...I have been saying this for a year now,” so said Rep. Devin Nunes...the memo's unsung hero who was the only one to demand bank records...in speaking with FOX News' Brett Baier after the memo's release.

Also saying that Deputy F.B.I. Director Andrew McCabe, who last Monday resigned before he could be fired, never testified to the House panel in 2016, and that the FISA warrant would not have been obtained without the Steele dossier, Rep. Nunes added that the Democrats keep claiming that he had not read all the information supplied before comprising the memo. But the fact is that Nunes did indeed read all the official information Trey Gowdy had vetted and compiled on behalf of the House Intelligence Committee.

And while who compiled said information and who read what might seem a trivial point, know it is not for if a lie is told about something as mundane as who read what and when they read it you just know lies have been told throughout this entire farce of a Russian investigation, after all lies are the hallmark of those who served in the Obama administration. And the key players in this farce of a Russian investigation were indeed Obama appointees.

So while President Trump takes his rightful victory lap saying in a Saturday tweet that, "This memo totally vindicates “Trump” in probe. But the Russian Witch Hunt goes on and on. Their was no Collusion and there was no Obstruction (the word now used because, after one year of looking endlessly and finding NOTHING, collusion is dead). This is an American disgrace!"...know this story is far from over as the Democrats immediately started countering the memo saying the memo's release was a “dangerous upheaval of established oversight norms in favor of partisan politics, in an effort to discredit the Mueller investigation.”

Led off by California's Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, who fired back with a tweet of his own saying that, "Quite the opposite, Mr. President. The most important fact disclosed in this otherwise shoddy memo was that FBI investigation began July 2016 with your advisor, Papadopoulos, who was secretly discussing stolen Clinton emails with the Russians."
 

Then there is New York's Rep. Jerry Nadler, the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee and a man who believes that Carter Page was more likely than not an agent of a "foreign power," saw him releasing a six-page rebuttal memo claiming that the Nunes memo is "deliberately misleading and deeply wrong on the law" in its central allegation of wrongdoing by the F.B.I. and the  D.O.J. Also saying that the Nunes memo "does not provide a single shred of evidence" that the information in the unverified Steele dossier was "inaccurate in any way," what Nadler is doing is regurgitating the Democrats accusations that the memo's release is just an excuse to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, end the D.O.J. “engagement” of special counsel Robert Mueller...who just happened to be appointed to said position by Rod Rosenstein...and to end the entire investigation itself.

And Nadler's rebuttal saw ten top congressional Democrats including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, sending a letter to President Trump warning him that they would consider terminations of the top leadership at the D.O.J. or the F.B.I. as "an attempt to obstruct justice."
 
A threat I would say bordering on if not outright blackmail.

But the truth is that ending the investigation would have serious ramifications not for Republicans per se but for the conniving lying Democrats come the November mid-terms and especially for the ten letter writing Democrats... ramifications with very serious consequences to pay...and those consequences I guarantee you, when more memos and documents are released, will point to and show direct involvement by Hillary Clinton and Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself.

And why...if you tuned into last Friday's RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS broadcast you would have heard my RSP radio partner Craig Andresen and I put the pieces of this entire smoke and mirrors investigation together. But if you could not tune in here is our “truth” as to who we believe orchestrated this entire shameful scenario and why.

Let's start with the fact that the Nunes memo was comprised from the very same information that the House Intelligence Committee garnered regarding FISA warrants that were used to spy on then candidate Trump, his advisors, and his campaign team. But the question is why manufacture a dossier, smear innocents, and risk getting caught in the first place? Why...simply because Obama, Hillary, and their people needed at all costs...with collateral damage be damned...to stop Donald J. Trump from getting the nomination and becoming president as Hillary had...absolutely had...to win the election so Barack HUSSEIN Obama could have his third term in office. Remember, this is the same group of miscreants that wanted to do away with the Constitutionally mandated two-term presidential limit.

And as the campaign season rolled out, this group of plotters looked at the crowds Donald Trump was drawing to his rallies and they got scared as they saw the momentum was going towards a businessman and his 'Make America Great Again' platform while Hillary's rallies both before and after the convention continuously drew mediocre if not outright low numbers. They saw non-politician Trump's message resonating with the middle class while professional politician Hillary Clinton's message was falling flat for her platform was basically nonexistent. Even socialist masquerading as a Democrat Bernie Sanders was drawing larger crowds than she was.

Now sensing the real possibility that Hillary could lose not only the nomination but the election itself thus denying their anointed “savior” Barack HUSSEIN Obama his third term in office...we believe that deals were made allowing Hillary to secure the nomination instead of D.N.C. wanted Bernie Sanders but with Obama secure in the knowledge that he would be pulling Hillary's strings. 

Scrambling to put something...to put anything...together to stop what was now becoming clear to them that Donald Trump could very well win, and with lies and back stabbing serving them well in the past, the dossier scenario was hatched with Carter Page becoming the fall guy. And why did they pick Carter Page...because they knew he had made a recent trip to Russia not for Trump but for the university he worked for, but they knew that with enough twisting of the truth and with their counting on the sheeple buying into said twisting...their plan to take Trump down via the dossier was set into motion.

And proof of this can clearly be seen by simply looking at the dates of when all this dossier nonsense started...as in it started shortly before the 2016 Republican nominating convention. And why at that time...because the plotters, the D.N.C., and Hillary herself knew that her presidential campaign was in deep trouble. And when all the dots are connected it draws a picture that takes you directly to the top to Obama...for we believe it was he who gave the order to initiate and then execute the dossier plan via the phony Russian investigation. And Obama did so for what was obviously his being denied not only his coveted third term in office but his pecking order...if you will...at the U.N...an organization that no longer heralds Obama as the possible next in line Secretary General.

So with the Nunes memo now being the all-important confirmation of what some of us have long suspected and with more memos soon to be released...memos involving other departments as in the State Department... notice how certain key Democrats..like for instance Donna Brazille and West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin... are starting to distance themselves somewhat from their party and especially from those they believe to be directly involved. And while it's the hierarchy at both the F.B.I. and the D.O.J. who are the guilty parties... 'rank-and-file' F.B.I. agents and lower-level D.O.J. attorneys seem not to be involved...but they too are as angry as we are that their bosses have proven to be just as corrupt as both Hillary and Obama. 

Reeling as we are in the fact that these folks would sink to the levels they have to try to 'fix' a presidential election and destroy what 'We the People' hold most dear...our right to freely vote for whom we think to be the best to lead our country...our republic...they too know that charges should be brought, trials should be scheduled, and sentences should be adjudicated, but sadly with Jeff Sessions as attorney general they too know nothing of the sort will happen.

And that folks is the saddest thing of all.
