The Case for Removing Jeff Sessions

When the American people elected then candidate Trump to become President Trump, they did so in part to “drain the swamp,” and in part to go after both high level members of the Obama administration and to have investigations launched into high level misdeeds.

Senator Jeff Sessions quickly inserted himself into the inner circle of the Trump campaign becoming an adviser on nearly every decision or policy proposal Trump made during his campaign. And either Sessions himself or one of his team crafted and helped communicate Trump’s campaign immigration policy platform. And Sessions became the chair of Trump’s National Security Team, also helping Trump pick his V.P. running mate.

And we believe it is highly likely that in the early months of the campaign a deal was struck between then candidate Trump and then Senator Sessions that should Trump become president, Sessions would be rewarded with a high-level post, and that due to his time as Attorney General of the State of Alabama, the A.G. post would be the most likely fit.

We say this because just two weeks after the election, soon to become Attorney General Jeff Sessions let President-elect Trump know that he, Sessions, would not pursue Hillary, leading Trump to announce that he, Trump, was “no longer interested in pursuing a case against Hillary Clinton.” 

What follows below is a short line item list, in no particular order, of prosecutable offenses and offenders that A.G. Sessions has no interest in going after, which means what follows are key reasons why he should be removed from his post.

Let's start with Hillary's private and highly questionable if not outright illegal private server set-up in the bathroom of her Chappaqua, New York home. Saying when questioned by the F.B.I. about said server and why she used it, as in “The vast majority of my work emails went to government employees at their government addresses, which meant they were captured and preserved immediately on the system at the State Department,” means in Hillary's mind that her turning over “the vast majority” of emails equates to her having broken no laws. Never mind that said “vast majority” might be minus the emails that contain the very information that show her actually breaking the law...never mind that she most likely committed treason.

So as A.G. Sessions is now begrudgingly investigating Hillary’s server escapade because of a recent directive from the White House regarding “questions about immunity agreements that Clinton aides may have made,” it's a token investigation at best because Sessions continues to reiterate that, “It would take a factual basis that meets the standards of the appointment of a special counsel” in order for him to go forward against Hillary.

And Sessions says so even though no grand jury was ever seated to compel the turning over of key physical evidence; no matter that the D.O.J. collaborated with defense lawyers to “restrict” the F.B.I.’s ability to pursue certain lines of questioning and examine digital evidence; no matter that immunity was given to some folks who should have been charged with crimes and who should have been “pressured” to cooperate; and no matter that James Comey admitted to having written his conclusion even before Hillary was interviewed.

So instead of Sessions accepting as fact that a special council or a grand jury is exactly what would have but still can put 'teeth' into the email investigation...he instead is trying to make 'dirty herself' Huma Abedin the fall guy for all Hillary things email related.

Translation: Sessions by his what amounts to inactions is doing his very best to let Hillary remain both unscathed and unprosecuted.

And he's doing so while also letting former F.B.I. Director James Comey...the man who should have been in Sessions' prosecutable crosshairs long ago for perjury and conspiracy not to mention obstruction of justice for his exonerating of Hillary ahead of 17 witnesses being interviewed and before like we said Hillary herself had been interviewed...remains unprosecuted as well. Choosing to do absolutely nothing regarding the corruption masterminded by Comey... corruption well known, documented, and long established...it appears Jeff Sessions does not want now or ever to do anything about it.

The hard cold truth is that had any average citizen who did what Comey did, would be indicted, charged, and taken to trial. The fact that A.G. Jeff Sessions has turned both a blind eye and a deaf ear to the unlawful acts of James Comey is another line item on the list of why Sessions must be removed from office.

Now add to that growing list the name Lois Lerner, the woman who used the I.R.S. as a partisan political weapon with which to target conservative groups, and the abject inaction of A.G. Sessions to lift a finger to indict Lerner as yet another reason pointing directly to why it’s high time to remove Sessions from his post.

Not only did Lois Lerner use her position at the I.R.S. to mastermind the targeting of conservative groups, she also built a team to carry out the targeting...targeting that branched out to several I.R.S. offices in various parts of the country.

And then, when the walls of her cubical of corruption began to collapse, Lois Lerner lost her emails...24,000 of them...her hard drive “crashed” along with several other hard drives of those on her team, hard drives were destroyed, and then when investigators tried to ascertain who may have been in the I.R.S. building when Lerner’s hard drive “crashed,” they discovered that the security logs regarding who was in the building and when had been destroyed.

At the time all of these misdeeds were taking place, I.R.S. Commissioner John Koskinen was on the job, and by any outward appearances he was a part of the targeting scandal as well as being part of the cover up of it. And yet, to this day, Jeff Sessions has done nothing to hold those so deeply involved in such obvious government overreach, corruption, obstruction of justice and abuse, accountable.

Water under the bridge or is it just the swamp getting murkier by the minute?

Now around the same time as the Lois Lerner/I.R.S. issue was going on another little deal was taking place, a deal that became known as Uranium One. But what is not known about that deal was that a parcel of 600 acres of land...land encompassing roughly a square mile...is land that A.G. Jeff Sessions just happens to own. Sitting adjacent to the Choctaw National Wildlife Refuge... Sessions does not just own the physical land itself but the all-important “subsurface oil and mineral rights” to said land...land that just happens to sit atop Alabama's uranium deposits.

That's right...the state of Alabama is home to a belt of uranium that runs clear across the state and Sessions...the man who recused himself from existing D.O.J. policies concerning drilling and mining relating to environmental issues...just happens to personally own the land and hold “mineral rights”...including drilling and mining rights...to some of Alabama's uranium.

And Sessions kept silent on this little known uranium fact when appearing before his confirmation hearing.

So why is this important...because when then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton set-up and then President Obama approved and announced the sale of 20% of our uranium stocks to Russia, that sale itself dictated that said 20% had to be replenished in order to bring our country's uranium stocks back up to 100%. And where would that uranium come from...some might just come from the up-to-this-point unmined uranium deposits in Alabama...maybe even from under the ground Jeff Sessions owns the mineral rights to. Possibly then making Sessions one very rich man no matter his department's recusal from drilling and mining issues, this could be yet another reason why he will not take sides on G.O.P. demands to probe "years-old matters" connecting Hillary Clinton to Russia.

And dare we say could this be the real reason why Sessions recused himself from any and all things Russia, after all one supposed meeting with the Russian ambassador seems an unlikely reason to do so.

Now let's move on to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and two episodes she was involved in that A.G. Sessions has said he has no intention of investigating.

The first was her clandestine meeting on the tarmac and inside a private jet with former President Bill Clinton, the husband of the target of an ongoing investigation. And while all attorneys learn from the get-go that they must do everything in their power to avoid even the slightest notion of impropriety, there was A.G. Lynch in Phoenix, holding a secret meeting with the husband of the target of a D.O.J. investigation. That meeting surely violated at the very least D.O.J. ethics regulations and probably quite a bit more than that.

The other event was when A.G. Lynch told then F.B.I. Director Comey not to refer to the investigation into Hillary Clinton as an “investigation” but instead to call it a “matter.” This then saw Jed Shugerman, a law professor at Fordham University calling that bit of wordplay a “partisan intrusion” by A.G. Lynch on behalf of Hillary Clinton…quite possibly part of whatever else was discussed on that Phoenix tarmac. But we’ll go a step further and call it a violation of the Hatch Act...the act which states that, “(a)...an employee may not—(1) use his official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election”...proving that Lynch was intentionally trying to soften the language used in regard to her chosen 2016 presidential candidate.

And while this was a clear violation of the Hatch Act, and while violations of the Hatch Act are not criminal in nature but only rise to the level of firing a federal employee, it still leaves one to wonder who else was a part of that particular decision making process, who is still employed at either the D.O.J. or the F.B.I. that was a part of it, and why Jeff Sessions is doing abjectly nothing about investigating it.

And know that Jeff Sessions also remains noticeably quiet on Benghazi...a scandal that does indeed “make a difference” no matter that Hillary Clinton herself said it was “time to move on” after Trey Gowdy's congressional report produced no new evidence pointing to wrongdoing by the former secretary of state forever to be known to we conservatives as the 'Butcher of Benghazi.'

And by his saying that specifically there continues to remain “an insufficient basis to launch a special investigation of Hillary's actions regarding Benghazi,” A.G Jeff Sessions has turned his back on bringing to justice those responsible... as in Hillary Clinton and of course Barack HUSSEIN Obama...for the 2011 deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Shaun Smith, Glen Doherty, and Tyrone Woods.

In fact, just this past August, U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta, ruled that Loretta Lynch's D.O.J. had not been “sufficiently thorough” when responding to Freedom of Information requests by Judicial Watch for the 348 Benghazi related emails...348 out of the 30,000 not turned over emails Hillary sent via her private email server. And that ruling, by of all things an Obama appointed judge, seems to have been pushed to the side...ignored actually...by both Sessions and his D.O.J. neither of whom to date has done anything of substance concerning Hillary's covering up, let alone helping to orchestrate, the 2011 attacks on the Benghazi compound.

Then there's Jeff Sessions' stance on immigration...illegal immigration in specific. When Sessions was the junior senator from Alabama, he helped to block comprehensive immigration reform but now says ending illegal immigration is his “signature issue” at the Department of Justice. In fact, in 2006 when the G.W. Bush administration first tried to overhaul our even then seriously flawed immigration policies...including his trying to “tighten” border security...it was then Senator Sessions who lead the opposition to Bush's proposed immigration bill, and who continued to oppose anything but his version of said reform, that is until he became one of the first to jump on the 'Trump train' that is.

And while we understand Sessions' reasons for opposing both Bush's proposed reform and the 2013 Gang of Eight...saying neither went far enough...not doing anything even knowing that changes and amendments could later be added on...is exactly what allowed illegals to continue to enter our country because border security remained understaffed and overwhelmed. Not understanding that immigration reform has to start somewhere...all or nothing is no longer a viable option...Sessions cannot be trusted to follow through on what he says is now his “signature issue.” 

And why...because of both his past and present words regarding sanctuary cities, sanctuary states, and the now timely DACA/DREAMer situation.

On sanctuary cities...last year Jeff Sessions “urged” the 300+ sanctuary city mayors to rethink their policies regarding protecting illegals or else face the withholding of millions of dollars in federal assistance if their local governments could not prove that they were cooperating with federal authorities. But that “urging” turned out to be just talk.

How so...a couple of weeks ago the D.O.J. ramped up its “urging” to now “threatening” 23 sanctuary cities with subpoenas if they failed to provide documents showing whether local law enforcement officers shared information with federal immigration authorities or not. And yet even that remains mere words for what are threats and/or subpoenas if they are not followed up with actions...and to date no tangible actions by Jeff Sessions or his D.O.J. against sanctuary cities has been taken.

So while Sessions made it one of his top priorities to crack down on sanctuary cities, he has done absolutely nothing regarding the even more grievous issue of sanctuary states...states that have become a free-for-all haven for illegals... states that actually legally cannot exist as a sanctuary for anyone as it's the federal government who sets and enforces federal immigration law and nothing or no one can change that fact.

Now as for DACA and the DREAMers...Sessions did state that, “The program known as DACA that was effectuated under the Obama Administration is being rescinded,” which is a very good thing, however, it was Jeff Sessions who recommended that the Trump administration begin rolling back DACA in phases instead of doing away with it in one fell swoop. And why is this counterproductive to overall immigration reform, because with the no change to the policy that determines what information DACA recipients provide to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is shared with immigration enforcement, and with DREAMers only facing the “risk of deportation” not deportation itself, Jeff Sessions has proven how ineffective he is on the very issue he still claims is his “signature issue.”

And the line item list for A.G. Sessions being replaced continues and includes the fact that Sessions has a rather checkered past with regard to racism. And while Sessions claims that allegations related to racism were and are false, nonetheless, those allegations prevented him from being appointed as a Federal Judge in 1986, and the sting of that, and the fact that such allegations continue to haunt him, may well play a role in his refusal to prosecute Obama, as well as Obama’s willing puppets.

Could it be that Jeff Sessions is terrified of having the race card played against him, so much so that he is unwilling to go after those who broke the laws of our nation because either those lawbreakers themselves are black, or because their puppet master is black? If so, than that alone is reason enough to remove Sessions from his position as our nation’s attorney general. Justice is to be blind, but an attorney general who allows the color of a lawbreaker’s skin to weigh into his decision as to whether or not to launch an investigation, indict, bring charges, or go to trial, is not at all the right man for the job.

And even with all listed, the line item that can never be ignored is that given all of the corruption, collusion, misdeeds, breaking of laws, and the transparent abuses of power already mentioned, we know that all of it was under the direct control of just one individual...Barack HUSSEIN Obama...and Sessions knows this yet he has no intention of doing thing one about any of it.

Remember, as President Trump began his presidency he traveled to many foreign nations, and set new policies in place as per his Constitutionally derived powers, and there was Obama, shadow traveling to the same foreign nations, meeting with the same foreign leaders, and ostensibly working to undermine U.S. foreign policy. Also, remember that the Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized persons with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

And said disputes can be identified as anything from armed military action, to trade disputes, or simply disputes regarding the direction of foreign policy matters. Therefore, Obama has been acting in violation of the Logan Act in addition to all the unlawful acts he committed during his eight years in office with some rising to the level of treason. And while violations of the Logan Act are relatively minor by comparison, but with any violation of the Logan Act still being a felony...and while only two such cases have ever been brought with no convictions...that is no reason why Sessions shouldn’t be employing his D.O.J. with regard to the Logan Act now.

But again A.G. Jeff Sessions has no intention of pursuing any case against Obama using the excuse that prosecution could create something as serious as a Constitutional crisis to merely being a violation of protocol, but we believe there may well be something more to it than just that. Remember, Obama’s being the head of the snake and the master of the swamp did not end on January 21, 2017 when President Trump was sworn in as it continues unabated to this very day via the puppets whose strings he still pulls.

But even that does not answer specifically why Attorney General Jeff Sessions will not even consider appointing a special council to investigate Hillary Clinton or Barack HUSSEIN Obama...or why he continues to say that there is an “insufficient basis” to launch even a special investigation into just Hillary Clinton and her shenanigans alone when evidence abounds everywhere.

And so based upon all we have stated, we believe Jeff Sessions should be removed from his attorney general position post haste. The last thing our country or our president needs is a weak and ineffectual individual as our nation's 'top cop' for his actions...or lack thereof...prove that Jeff Sessions is nothing but a savvy political operator who was a bit too fast to jump on the 'Trump train' and who carefully strategized his rise within the Trump inner circle while actually working to protect those persons who should be in prison for life.

And while we believe Sessions is silently working against the very man and agenda he claims allegiance to one has to wonder why he would do so...why...we also believe that Attorney General Jeff Sessions just might be a 'Deep State' operative...a plant...we cannot say it any plainer than that.

Not Holding My Breath

She has agreed to testify before the House Intelligence Committee sometime this month, but she agreed to do so only behind closed doors. And if you believe her claim that it's because of national security concerns I've got some swampland to sell you.

And so the 2016 presidential election is now one for the history books....exciting, intriguing, yet downright dirty and vile...with a cast of characters even the best novelist could not make up. And now with the passage of time helping to prove that the media driven 'Russia did it' hacking scenario was nothing but sore losers grasping at straws, certain key players in that election's cast of characters continue to stand out...that is in addition to Hillary Clinton of course...one of which is former F.B.I. Director James Comey...the very man given the task to find the leakers turned out to be the leaker himself.

James Comey...a key player for sure but not 'the' key player no matter his recent testimony before the House Intelligence Committee where he stated that he was "concerned" about preserving the integrity of the F. B.I. But how concerned could Comey really be when it was he who cowardly leaked, via a third party, a certain memo to the New York Times concerning what was a private conversation between himself and President Trump. 

"Concerned"...I think not for James Comey knew well that he himself, as a government employee, composed said memo on a government computer and that he did so while on the government time clock. And Comey knew that his actions were violating the Records Act and presidential confidentiality...and he knew that said memo was technically not only the property of the U.S. government but property of 'We the People' as well.

The only two things James Comey was concerned about was first, protecting his charge Hillary Clinton from prosecution and second, to protect his own sorry-self by exposing the very person behind what he saw as his prime mistake made... that being last July 5th's press conference he had no authority to hold...a press conference where he stated that while Hillary herself made numerous "mistakes"...felonies actually...in how she handled and disseminated classified information that "no reliable prosecutor would bring such a case" and that he recommended "no criminal charges are appropriate in this case" due to "lack of intent."

"Lack of intent" regarding Hillary Clinton I think not for the 'mother' of the snowflakes... aka the 'Butcher of Benghazi'...carefully plans to the nth degree both every calculatingly deceptive move she makes and every cover-up needed to mask said move.

So who is the key player in Hillary Clinton's cast of characters...who is the one James Comey exposed... simply...none other than Barack HUSSEIN Obama's former Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Remember, Comey admitted under oath that Lynch pressured him to downplay the Clinton email server investigation... pressured him after, I believe, Obama ordered her to do so. In fact, during his testimony Comey stated that when he asked Lynch if she was going to authorize him to confirm the existence of the Clinton email investigation, her answer was, “Yes, but don’t call it that. Call it a matter,” and that when he asked why the change of words her response was no response at all just that she repeated “Just call it a matter.” 

This in turn led James Comey to also claim that it was not only Lynch's pressure over wording but pressure to downplay her secret Phoenix, AZ tarmac meeting with Billy-Boy that forced his hand to hold the aforementioned press conference when he did in an effort to again affirm his "concern" about preserving the independence of the F.B.I.

But when all this is added together certain key facts remain, one of which was that the F.B.I. director was more than willing to be the 'fall guy' for Loretta Lynch even after Lynch publicly stated that the law does not require the D.O.J. to pursue criminal charges against Hillary even if Comey recommended they do so. But with Comey being her willing patsy, Loretta Lynch knew well that her words publicly stated were just that... words....words the liberal media would twist into words not said if need be.

And the take-away from James Comey's testimony is that because of pressure from Loretta Lynch not only did he say that there was "no intent" in Hillary's actions regarding this "matter," but that he willingly and with malice obstructed justice by not doing what he knew was the right thing to do...as in recommend to the D.O.J. that they do indict Hillary over her disseminating classified and top secret information via her personal emails. 

And with his recommendation made to let Hillary off scot-free...a decision he made right from the start...James Comey directly aided Hillary's presidential campaign...at least at first that recommendtion did but it rightfully backfired on her as the campaign season moved forward. But make no mistake about it, Hillary knew what the outcome of the "matter" would be even before James Comey's infamous press conference as she probably worked with Loretta Lynch to dot every 'i' and cross every 't' regarding the pressure Lynch was to put on this weak and cowardly man.

And dare we not forget that James Comey also succumbed to pressure when he tried to spin Loretta Lynch's and Billy-Boy's tarmac meeting...a meeting that just happened to take place right before the public release of the House Benghazi Committee's report...a meeting he made out to be nothing but harmless chit-chat about grandkids and golf...a meeting now admitted to having been about national security issues. And Comey knew he again was helping the Hillary campaign on direct orders from Lynch no matter that Bill Clinton was then and still is now a private citizen who had no legal right to be privy to national security issues, as well as his being the husband of the very woman who was the target of a still ongoing criminal investigation.

So while James Comey 's actions both taken and not taken (remember he 'conveniently' forgot to record his all-important F.B.I. interview of Hillary Clinton nor did he put her under oath when interviewing her) border on if not cross over into the criminal. And Loretta Lynch, as the orchestrator and 'strongman' of all things concerning obstruction of justice, when appearing before the Intelligence Committee later this month must be called to task for her actions...and called to task means she must not be issued a 'get out of jail free card' upon pressure that will surely be put on the committee members by either by Obama himself or by proxy through his Democrat flunkies who sit on said committee..

And know that Loretta Lynch...a puppet of both Obama and the Clinton's...is a spin-meister extraordinaire in her own right. Remember it was Lynch who was the one who was responsible for the perpetrating on the Sunday morning talk show circuit all the Benghazi lies concerning a YouTube video being the cause of it all... lies of course orchestrated by Obama and Hillary...lies told to protect both...especially to protect Hillary as Loretta Lynch's history with the Clinton's goes back decades and her loyalty to them seems to be unyielding. 

How so...Loretta Lynch hit the national stage in 1999, when she was appointed U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) in Brooklyn by none other than Billy-Boy himself, and was then reappointed to that position by Obama in 2010 before becoming his Attorney General in 2016. What is of importance here is that when in Brooklyn, Lynch was able to 'stack' that office with liberal staffers and attorneys translating into that even today that office is inundated with with attorneys hired, supervised, and indoctrinated by Clinton protector Lynch herself.

Now you can understand why Loretta Lynch helped block...helped obstruct...the F.B.I. looking into possible RICO violations committed by the Clinton Foundation... violations that had the Hillary run State Department showing a definitive pattern of 'pay-to-play'...as in influence peddling to the highest bidder...and highest bidder means both those who like us as well as those who do not like us very much. And Lynch dared not let the Clinton's down...I believe she was paid plenty for her services...by letting it be found out that the Clinton Foundation actually tied directly into the email scandal as Hillary sent thousands of what I suspect were Foundation emails...pay-for-play emails now deleted...on the illegal private server in her home...a server outside the government system that captures and saves all official emails going out and coming in.

And let's also not forget that it was AG Lynch and her Department of Justice who refused to authorize the use of the grand jury that was needed to go forward with the Hillary email investigation...or should I say "matter." And in her denying the F.B.I. the ability to subpoena both testimony and evidence, Lynch also crossed the line by consulted with defense attorneys representing additional 'persons of interest' to the investigation, basically setting the stage for Hillary ultimately (to date) being let off by Comey under the guise of "no intent."
 
And know it was Loretta Lynch who unethically if not outright illegally allowed Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson to be Hillary's attorneys...no matter that she knew these were the very two women Hillary told to go through her e-mails and (I believe) delete any that could cause a problem for her, her campaign, or for the Clinton Foundation... the Foundation that was the Clinton's cash cow..and to do so under the guise of their being personal emails about Chelsea's upcoming wedding and yoga positions...those were the critical emails that Loretta Lynch by her inactions helped to destroy.

And with Mills and Samuelson being told to delete only certain emails is where the "intent" motive comes into play for intent means a conduct or act perpetrated being knowing, willful, intentional, or grossly negligent ...which ordering the deletion of incriminating evidence alone surely was. Lynch knew all this and still allowed these two characters to be Hillary's attorneys knowing full-well that when needed she would be able to manipulate Clinton loyalist James Comey into saying no such "intent" occurred.

Nice huh...but wait...Lynch's orchestrating of events goes even further. 
 
As per The National Review, the afore mentioned Mills and Samuelson were then granted immunity from prosecution by the Lynch D.O.J. in exchange for providing the F.B.I. with the very laptops on which they reviewed Clinton’s four years of emails while at the same time the F.B.I. was investigating the Clinton Foundation yet they, the F.B.I., were being denied access to the Clinton emails.

Bottom line...first, these two characters Mills and Samuelson should never have been granted immunity or anything of the sort as they should have been made to turn over the computers by grand jury subpoena alone. And second, not only did Lynch seriously restrict the F.B.I.’s authority to examine Hillary's computers, but she also agreed to the F.B.I. destroying those very computers after what would be their now limited examination of them.

Nothing like destroying evidence now is there...nothing like 'dereliction of duty' in allowing what would have been a breaching of simple classified information laws to morph into a felonious criminal offense...nothing like helping to hide the illegal activities between the Department of State and the Clinton Foundation...nothing like Loretta Lynch's compromising the integrity of the Department of Justice itself in regards to the investigation into Hillary's private email server...and nothing like doing it all for a hefty price I'm sure.

And now with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley having recently stated that Loretta Lynch is indeed a focus of their investigation over serious concerns she may have impeded the F.B.I.’s investigation into Hillary's email scandal, know that if she is found guilty of 'misconduct in office' she would face a lengthy prison term. 

But I'm not going to hold my breath for that to happen nor for James Comey to formally be called to task as time and events have proven that those loyal to the Clinton's seem to get away with murder...figuratively speaking of course...and proves British politician Lord Acton's words written in a letter to Bishop Mandell Creighton in 1887, "power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely"...and that truth has proven to be the saddest thing of all.

“We had no indication prior to the election that adversaries were planning cyber operations against election infrastructure that would change the outcome of the 2016 election.” - Samuel Liles, acting director of the DHS Cyber Division 

He thought he had moved the pieces on the chess board in such a way as to not only assure that Hillary would be anointed president, but in such a way as to checkmate the enemy in the outside chance that she did not win...in the outside chance the American people were fooled, bamboozled, or were just he thought stupid enough to elect a man whose presidency he would need to bring down.

And so he lined up his pawns, being ever so careful to pick and chose those he thought would serve him well and he did the same with those he chose to be the behind-the-scenes manipulators and string pullers...string pullers he thought had enough political smarts that they knew the ways of how not to be caught. But as events unfolded the fact was shown that sometimes even he who thinks himself all powerful and all knowing can and does misjudge the very ones whose strings he pulls...and so he becomes exposed as not the chess master he thought himself to be but the court jester in the true chess king's court.

So when all the puppets, the manipulators, and string pullers are played in such a way as to remove them from the game board, the piece left on the board is not the one who thought himself the chess master but is the one who actually was the architect of all things anti-Trump. And while first in one's mind is probably sore-loser Hillary Clinton...a 'she' thinking herself powerful enough to be considered a political 'he'...know that while she most assuredly is part of those who laid the ground work and perpetrated the lies of Russian 'supposed' involvement in the 2016 election...also know that she is not smart enough to lay out the all-important time line of what would happen when, where, how, and to whom.

Nor is it the 6' 8" giant of man named James Comey... former F.B.I Director and Hillary protector James Comey...for no matter his size or the position he once held he is a weak and cowardly man...a man who fell for President Trump's cleverly crafted chess move of 'what if tapes existed' of conversations said...he is a man who folded under pressure not for altruistic reasons but because he knew he had to save both his and Hillary's sorry selves for fear of his becoming yet another victim left in the wake of the Clinton's, I believe, body count numbers.

And then there's former Attorney General Loretta Lynch...another 'she' who thinks herself still powerful enough to be a political 'he'...who met with Billy-Boy Clinton himself on a tarmac in Phoenix AZ not to talk about grandkids and golf as they first claimed, but who now say they cannot talk because 'supposedly' what they discussed involved national security information and as such is not for public consumption. Oh really, then what about AG Lynch discussing 'supposed' national security issues with a man who was then and remains now a private citizen. Guess there's is a lot of 'ooops' going around on that one.

And dare we not forget the collective 'he' known as the mainstream media...the bishops of sort always riding across the chess board on horseback to help 'save the Democrat's very bad day'...or at least to help deflect the attention off of who is the real architect of the 24/7 'fake news' story that then-candidate Donald Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election away from Hillary.

But when the strategy used via secrets kept is the hoped for final move that would allow a checkmate position to be had...when that strategy 'somehow' makes it into the public domain...there not only is no checkmate but the one architect of this so vile a game plan is now exposed as Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself.

Now we knew that along didn't we...if we didn't we should have.

And why is Obama the architect of all things anti-Trump...simply because Obama knew about 'supposed' Russian hacking activity directed at U.S. political parties, think tanks, and other targets in early August 2016. And how did he know...because it was then C.I.A. Director John Brennan himself who alerted Obama to possible Russian election interference as well as telling him that in no way could the Russians interfere with the all-important voter tabulations and that the "integrity of the vote" was secure.

And yet with the election being mere months away, and with it now being known that DNC computer systems were indeed breached in the summer of 2015 and again in the spring of 2016, Obama still did not say or do a thing about it, thus willingly and maliciously also covering-up what he was eventually told by Brennan. And he knew well that his silence would buy him the time needed to both plan and set in motion his now being formulated scenario to 'blame the Russians' if by some chance Hillary lost...something we all know she was never expected to do what with all the illegal and dead votes Obama had waiting in the wings ready to be cast for Hillary's first term in office...actually what he knew would be his third term in office.

“It is the hardest thing about my entire time in government to defend, I feel like we sort of choked,” said a former senior Obama administration official involved in White House deliberations on what to do about Russia, but said on the condition that he would  remain anonymous

So what was Obama's response upon learning from the C.I.A. in August that the Russians were 'supposedly' trying to influence the election in Donald Trump's favor.. .they were mere token responses actually not taken until late December 2016...five months after he found out...symbolic responses made to placate his critics and quiet down those who demanded he do something as he still needed a bit more time to finalize the last details of his 'Trump colluded with the Russians' nonsensical scenario.

According to a recent Washington Post article some key staffers said that Obama's actions finally taken against Russia were "modest" at best, with others claiming they were not "aggressive" enough because Obama did not want to "make things worse" with Putin, while still others stood by Obama and his decisions made. And those decisions consisted of his issuing some token economic sanctions on Russia in late 2016...economic sanctions so narrowly targeting that some who helped design them stated their impact was largely symbolic especially since those sanctions were put in place to punish Russia for other issues and not specifically for their hacking and 'supposed' collusion.

And those actions also included Obama approving but never using...I repeat...never using...a previously undisclosed covert measure that authorized the planting of cyber-weapons into Russia’s infrastructure...cyber-weapons referred to as 'digital bombs'... digital bombs that could be remotely detonated to help prevent us from becoming the target of further Russian cyber-threats or if we found ourselves "in an escalating exchange with Moscow"...yet never once saying specifically what 'escalating' meant.

And oh yes, girlie-man Obama also told Vladimir Putin, aka the Russian-bear, to “cut it out." when they met at the G-20 Summit in China. How Putin must have been shaking in his steel-toed boots with that one.

So basically Obama did nothing of true substance as he, I believe, fervently worked to set in motion (with the help of James Comey, Hillary Clinton, and not surprisingly then-National Security Adviser Susan Rice who ordered the National Security Council to "finalize" the above list of "modest" options to use against Russia), what he saw as his payback for not just an election lost, but for an election lost that angered his New World Order string pullers, for now their 2020 and 2050 agenda got set back as well.

And no matter how hard the media works to keep the Trump/Russia blame game in the forefront of the 24/7 news cycle, to date no evidence whatsoever has been found by anyone...neither Democrat or Republican...to prove that candidate Trump colluded with anyone let alone the Russians. And even after the late-July 2016 WikiLeaks dump...which quite coincidentally (yeah right) just happened to come on the eve of the Democratic convention...saw U.S. intelligence officials continuing to express their uncertainty about who was behind the hacks or even why they were carried out. 

Also, has there been no evidence found that President Trump or the White House tried to obstruct justice or close down any Congressional or federal investigation. In fact, fired F.B.I. Director James Comey himself, under oath, told Congress that Trump never obstructed justice, and former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson also said U.S. intelligence officials continued to express "uncertainty" about who was behind the hacks or why they were carried out. And with us now knowing that Obama knew that the Russians were hacking into certain key Democratic Party data networks for months leading up to the election...just as we do to theirs in the game called spying I might add...and that as he did virtually nothing to stop them...logic dictates that all roads lead back to Obama.

And while Barack HUSSEIN Obama differed with now sore-loser Hillary Clinton in the fact that he accepted that Donald Trump won the election not by voter fraud or voter intimidation (as he had done during his second election and as Hillary had just tried to do), but simply by his playing by the rules...as in candidate Trump understanding that Electoral College votes 'trump' the popular vote, leading him to work even harder in those swing states whose electoral votes he needed to win...states Hillary ignored because she assumed she was a shoe-in...no need to waste time campaigning in those states she was told.

Bad political advice given coupled with sheer stupidity fueled on by arrogance and narcissism alone cost Hillary the presidency and thus denied a very angry Obama his third term in office. And know payback for that had to be not only the proverbial bitch slap, but it had to be payback with no prisoners taken.

And so Obama's hoped for political take-down of now President Trump began in earnest, beginning even before Trump was sworn in, and it began while Obama laid low by traveling the world doing God only knows what. And this so-called 'resistance movement' was then and continues to be now brutal in its applications, and shows no sign of abating as it moves ever forward in its allowing a simple federal investigation to morph into an outright witch hunt into everything Trump. And Obama did not have to lift a finger to make it all happen for his lack of serious actions when he was first informed of the Russian hacking not only helped him construct his revenge but set his quest for that revenge in motion.

And it also shows his U.N. New World Order puppet masters that he is trying...that he is begging...for the chance to make-up for what amounts to basically screwing the ones he dare not screw as they hold the key to his securing the coveted U.N. Secretary General position...a position that would allow him to push forward the islamic agenda he truly adheres to.

Simply stated, all this Russian nonsense does indeed lie at Obama's feet for he is the one who obstructed justice with his silence...he is the one who concocted the whole Trump/Russia/collusion scandal out of his quest for revenge...and he is the one who not only needs to be but must called to task for it. Only then can this Russian nonsense stop...not just because it's nonsense...but because this nonsense is a waste of our taxpayer dollars for as per the words of AG Loretta Lynch herself who said that "no technical interference occurred on election night and any vote counting irregularities that could have impacted the election would have been detected" and as per DHS and intelligence officials "no increased level of malicious cyberactivity aimed at disrupting our electoral process was found on Election Day,” now putting the game into check.

So it's time to move on folks and get back to focusing on the true issues facing us all...as in the economy, jobs, health care, islamic terrorism, the list goes on and on. And the only thing we need to concern ourselves with regarding the Russia nonsense is seeing Barack HUSSEIN Obama being measured for an orange jumpsuit for his being ground zero of this whole sorted mess...checkmate... game over.

James Comey...Deep State's Poster Boy, Leaker, and Clinton Shill

"Every detail related to the investigation has been leaked to the media. Often they had more information than the committee did. Do you find it interesting that the only detail that was never leaked is that the president was never under investigation?" - Senator Marco Rubio's home run hitting question to James Comey...a question that had liberals all over social media accusing Rubio of "carrying water" for Trump (See Rubio's questioning of James Comey here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lybdOj00OQ)

On Thursday, June 8, 2017, the plug was pulled and the swamp finally started to drain as the poster boy for 'deep state' was finally exposed as one James Comey...former F.B.I. Director James Comey...Obama appointee and Hillary protector James Comey... who got sucked into a quagmire of his own doing.

And by now we know well the details of James Comey's testimony during the three-plus hours where both Republican and Democratic senators questioned now private citizen Comey about his relationship with President Trump, the circumstances of his firing, and the still to date ongoing federal probe into Russia's 'supposed' but still unproven 2016 election tampering.

But the bottom line of those three-plus hours is that while James Comey did say that he personally did not believe Donald Trump to be a truthful nor a trustworthy person, Comey admitted under oath that President Trump did not try to interfere with, impede, or shut down the Russia investigation; that the president was never under investigation; confirmed President Trump's claim that he shared that piece of information with Trump on at least three different occasions; and inadvertently admitted much to every one's surprise that he alone orchestrated...via former federal prosecutor and current Columbia Law School professor and friend Daniel Richman...the leak to the press... specifically to the New York Times...of the “contents of the memo” he had written after a February 14th meeting with the president, and did so as a way to force the creation of a special council in regards to the Russian investigation.

So much for the Democrats call for Trump's impeachment for with those words said, James Comey sent the Democrats scrambling for their safe places.

And how foolish James Comey was to ever cross the line of accusations against the president regarding the Russian investigation for the fact is that a sitting U.S. president legally has 'absolute authority' to ask his F.B.I. director about any ongoing investigation as long as said president does not interfere in the fact gathering process or procedures of that investigation.

And a sitting U.S. president, much to Comey's chagrin, does have the right to ask for loyalty from those who serve in his administration for a pledge of loyalty does not mean a pledge to do the bidding of things that cross the line of trust placed or that break the rule of law. And herein falls Comey's admission that he composed detailed memos of his interactions, meetings, and discussions between himself and President Trump, and his claiming he did so because he believed Trump would likely offer misleading accounts about said interactions sometime in the future.

So much for trust and loyalty to the man who was his boss and to the country he himself pledged an oath to...an oath that states that "...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

And James Comey is indeed a domestic enemy of the first degree for it seems he wants us to believe that he can predict future events while forgetting past events and memos not written, especially those not written of his all-important sham of an interrogation of Hillary Clinton, along with his admitting that he became aware of "cyber intrusion" by the Russians in the summer of 2015 but did nothing, said nothing, and composed no memos to that affect.

And this action of omission alone proves Comey's loyalties remain with both the man who appointed him F.B.I. director...one Barack HUSSEIN Obama...and more importantly with Hillary Clinton...the very woman he claimed then Attorney General Loretta Lynch...the woman who makes him "queasy"...pressured him into not recommending she be indicted for the email scandal and that he refer to the then still ongoing proceedings as a 'matter' not an 'investigation.' (If true, charges of obstructionist must be brought again Lynch.) And Comey claimed this regardless of the fact that he had previously testified under oath that Hillary had indeed violated the 'statutory language' of the Espionage Act with her improper email activities and corresponding lies about it, while even now still claiming there was no criminal case to be made.

And while the word 'liar' immediately comes to mind, the words 'coward,' 'obstructionist,' 'weakling,' and 'traitor' fits James Comey just as well.

And might I add the word 'felon' for in James Comey's admitting that he orchestrated the leaks of notes and information to the press via memos composed on government computers...notes and information that actually belong to the government...means that he, James Comey, knowingly and willingly broke the law for he leaked, as per President Trump's personal attorney Marc Kasowitz, information that was “selective and illegal.” That in turn presents a case that Comey could be arrested under the Espionage Act if the information he leaked contained even a modicum of 'classified' national security information no matter James Comey's claiming that that he had ''deliberately written" the specific memo in question as an unclassified document.

"Deliberately written" proving that James Comey calculatingly and with deliberate malice executed his plan to destroy the President of the United States with lies, innuendos, and illegal actions taken. And that includes the strong possibility that it was also James Comey who leaked information that now-former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn spoke to the Russian ambassador about U.S. sanctions against his country soon after then-President Obama announced them.

But even with all this being said there is something that has been grossly overlooked...something hiding in plain sight...for the simple facts as presented during his testimony show that former F.B.I. Director James Comey is nothing but yet another whining and desperate bureaucrat out for revenge for being fired, and that all his actions taken are but a form of workplace violence... albeit workplace violence without a single physical shot being fired. Let me explain.

Everyone is under the assumption that the Russian scandal is of Hillary Clinton's doing...that she alone planned it, orchestrated it, and implemented it as revenge for losing the election to the man she derogatorily loved to call 'Donald'...but I say there is another scenario that actually makes more sense and falls in line with James Comey's current testimony. And that scenario is that James Comey himself created the Russian scandal to hold as blackmail over Donald Trump's head should Trump win the election... and why...simply because Comey did not believe Trump would keep him on as director of the F.B.I. if he became president.

And like all greedy self-serving Washington scoundrels, James Comey craved power and all of the perks that accompany said power.

And so in desperation the Russian blame game was constructed post-haste by Comey (with probable input by both Hillary and Billy-Boy), fueled on by Hillary and crew, acted upon by the rioting snowflakes, and ran with ad-nauseum by the media, forcing President Trump for the time being to keep Comey on for it would look bad if he outright replaced him too early on in his presidency what with his call for bipartisanship to help 'Make America Great Again.' But with Comey being an Obama pick... Comey knew his days were numbered so he created the memo in question with the intention of leaking it at just the right time to cause the most damage as revenge for what he knew would be his eventual firing.

But it also must be understood that James Comey was not...I repeat not...Obama's puppet but was the puppet of the Clinton's themselves and that every decision he made was done to protect both Bill and Hillary for it was them who lined his deep pockets and gave him the power he craved...translating into any impartiality while investigating Hillary be damned.

And certain events through the years show this to be true starting with Billy-Boy's and Loretta Lynch's oh so infamous and highly unethical meeting on the Phoenix tarmac...a meeting that was about anything but the grandchildren and golf. And what I believe that meeting was really about was the finalizing of plans to bring down whomever became the Republican nominee...and I guarantee James Comey was the mastermind of this plan as he was the sole author of the politicization of the criminal probe into Hillary Clinton's emails.

In fact, according to a Washington Post article, Comey himself obstructed justice when he personally decided to let Hillary off scot-free after seeing and believing the contents of a forged memo the F.B.I. had intercepted...a memo that claimed Attorney General Loretta Lynch 'had assured' a Clinton associate that the Department of Justice would not "vigorously pursue" the case against Hillary for her use of what he knew was an "illegal and unsecure server."

Basically what Comey did was take it upon himself to fully exonerate then-candidate Hillary Clinton of her mishandling of classified material and he did so during the height of the presidential campaign...something that in and of itself reeks of both improprieties and of his trying to rig the election in Hillary's favor. And that is a criminal offense in its own right.

But James Comey's deep ties and giving passes to the Clinton's for what were criminal wrongdoings goes back further than the tarmac meeting and his obstructing the email investigation. In fact, those ties go back to Whitewater when Comey was appointed deputy director of the Senate Whitewater Committee...the very committee that was investigating both Clinton's for shady real estate deals while Billy-Boy was governor. Remember, the Clinton's escaped all charges even though Comey acknowledged that Hillary obstructed the investigation and destroyed evidence, yet he still decided not to prosecute her due to "lack of intent,” while their business partners Jim and Susan McDougal and former Arkansas Governor Jim Tucker were convicted and served time.

"Lack of intent"...the exact same words James Comey used when deciding not to recommend indicting Hillary in the email scandal.

Now fast forward to 2002, when as a federal prosecutor, James Comey took over the investigation looking into the legalities of Bill Clinton’s questionable 2001 pardon of then fugitive Marc Rich, a hedge-fund manager indicted on numerous counts of tax evasion, wire fraud, and racketeering...a pardon Billy-Boy granted without the required D.O.J. review process...a pardon granted only after Rich’s wife contributed $450,000 to the Clinton library fund, $70,000 to Hillary's New York senate campaign, and with another million thrown in for good measure. And James Comey upheld said pardon even though he knew it was a bought-and-paid-for pardon granted courtesy of monetary bribes.

And remember the Sandy Berger case...the case where Berger, then Clinton’s National Security Advisor, stole documents showing that Billy-Boy could have taken out Osama Bin Laden years before 9/11 but chose not to do so. Berger, though caught with said documents, was not charged as it was James Comey who headed that investigation.

Moving on to 2005 we now find James Comey joining Lockheed Martin as senior vice president and general counsel. Comey was paid $6 million in one year alone from Lockheed. And why is this important... because before Comey left Lockheed in 2010...before he held a membership position on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board...before it became known that his own brother Peter Comey was an executive at DLA Piper, the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes...and before it was disclosed that he, James Comey, holds the mortgage on his brother’s mansion...Comey convinced Lockheed to become a major Clinton Foundation donor, a Clinton Global Initiative member, and helped Lockheed win 17 approvals for private contracts while Hillary was Secretary of State.

And then in 2013, Comey joined the board of directors of HSBC Holdings, a British bank that is a long-time partner of the Clinton Foundation...the very foundation whose corporate partner board he once served on.

So you can see James Comey's ties to the Clinton's run deep and run long...both monetarily and politically...and are deep enough to assure his loyalty to do everything possible to seek revenge against President Trump not just for his firing, but for both Hillary's loss and fall from political grace as well. And so Comey concocted a plan using the Russians who he knew never hid the fact that they were not fans of Hillary no matter that she sold America out to them in the Uranium One deal while she was Secretary of State.

And now with James Comey's testimony...testimony that signals possible legal trouble for Comey himself...Hillary's hoped for revenge has come to a screeching halt for Comey failed to provide any evidence that would end the Trump presidency. And even though President Trump has been cleared so to speak, be prepared for the Comey/Hillary/Trump saga to continue on until the 2018 mid-term election simply because the Democrats and the media want to keep the drama going...and there is not a damn thing we can do about it.
