The Latest Agency to Get Targeted By Trump Couldn't Be More Deserving

President Donald J. Trump isn’t wasting any time slashing the federal workforce. Around 75,000 workers have already opted out, taking the severance package that pays them through September after the president issued an executive order nixing their work-from-home arrangements. Recently, Trump administration officials met with the Office of Personnel Management, prepping for mass layoffs of government workers. Probationary workers who have yet to qualify for certain workplace protections are on the chopping block. That’s hundreds of thousands of workers facing potential termination. 

The latest target couldn’t be more deserving: the Internal Revenue Service. Thousands are expected to get the boot, which is bound to trigger a massive liberal meltdown in the coming days (via WaPo):

Trump's Reciprocal Tariffs Are Here

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office Thursday afternoon, President Donald Trump signed an executive order imposing tariffs on all foreign countries that implement tariffs on American goods. 

"On trade I have decided for purposes of fairness that I will charge a reciprocal tariff, meaning whatever countries charge the United States of America we will charge them. No more, no less. In other words they charge us a tax or tariff and we charge them the exact same charge or tariff. It's very simple," Trump said, joined by incoming Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik. “If you build your product in the United States, there are no tariffs.”

Hamas Reverses Course on Released Hostages After Trump Threatens to 'Let Hell Break Out'

It appears President Donald Trump’s threat against Hamas might have worked. The terrorist group announced on Thursday that it would free Israeli hostages on Saturday, as was originally planned in an earlier ceasefire agreement.

The announcement came after President Trump indicated he was losing his patience with Hamas and that there would be consequences if they did not adhere to the agreement.

While discussing the matter with reporters on Sunday, he commented on an earlier hostage release, saying Hamas’ prisoners “look like the old pictures of Holocaust survivors.”

At some point we're going to lose our patience when I see that scene that I saw today with people coming out of helicopters and airplanes that are emaciated, that look like they haven't had a meal in a month. No reason for that, and I don't know how much longer we can take. I am a Jordanian Palestinian and I support Trump’s settlement plans for Gazans

President Donald Trump’s suggestion that Gaza’s Palestinians relocate to Jordan and Egypt on a “short term or long term” basis has been dismissed as diplomatically “unprecedented.”

The critics are wrong.

Jordan is a majority Palestinian state ruled by an ethnic Hashemite monarchy of fewer than 100 people. If Palestinians have a “right of return,” it’s to Jordan. Palestinians in the West Bank/Judea & Samaria and Gaza were Jordanian and remain so, despite the Hashemite Kingdom’s abandonment of them.

Jordan and Egypt oppose assuming responsibility for the Palestinians. “They will,” says President Trump. He is right — both historically and legally. Jordan’s own nationality law confirms that Palestinians are legally Jordanian. According to Jordanian Nationality Law No. (6) of 1954: "Anyone who held Palestinian nationality before May 15, 1948, and habitually resided in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan between December 20, 1949, and February 16, 1954, is considered a Jordanian citizen."

How USAID Drove the Russian Collusion Hoax

USAID is no more. What’s left of the desiccated corpse of this agency has been absorbed into the State Department, with most of its workers laid off and its overseas missions shut down. The veneer of aid work has been obliterated, thanks to the work of President Donald J. Trump and DOGE, which uncovered a litany of wasteful spending. It was a primary driver of favors and pork for the political class. The gravy train derailed, and the vehicle for moving slush funds was deactivated. That’s why the Left freaked out about the end of USAID.  

The agency also played a part in the impeachment of Trump, subsidizing and being a quasi-lord protector at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), which is supposed to be independent but was anything but when you review the dynamics. USAID approved its staff hires and action plan, and OCCRP was cited numerous times in a CIA whistleblower’s complaint that launched the Ukraine quid pro quo circus. President Donald Trump spoke with Russia’s Vladimir Putin on Wednesday, as he shared in a Truth Social post that morning. Such a phone call, and the post, comes after Marc Fogel, an American being held prisoner in Russia, was released and came to the White House on Tuesday night.

The post mentioned Fogel’s return, as well as a whole host of other topics, including bringing an end to the war with Ukraine, which started under the Biden-Harris administration. Even still more topics were discussed, according to Trump.
