Where American support for Trump’s Iran strikes stand as new polls roll in
Most but not all of the latest national polls indicate majority opposition to the US military strikes Trump launched against Iran

A week and a half into the U.S. and Israeli

But the survey from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut is the latest to indicate a wide partisan divide when it comes to support for the U.S. military operation, known as Epic Fury, which has resulted in the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and the decimation of the country's military.

Fifty-three percent of voters questioned in the poll, which was conducted Friday through Sunday, said they oppose the U.S. military action against Iran, which was ordered by President Donald Trump, with 40% supporting the operation.

The Quinnipiac poll joins other recent surveys from NPR/PBS/Marist (44%–55%), CBS News (44%–56%), NBC News (41%–54%), Washington Post (39%–52%), CNN (41%–59%), and Reuters/Ipsos (27%–43%), in indicating minority support for U.S. military action.

But the latest Fox News poll, conducted Feb. 28–March 2, showed Americans split at 50% in their support or opposition to the fighting.

And three other national polls conducted over the past week and a half indicated majority or plurality support for the operation.  Read more, see chart, and video here.

DEI is Alive and Well at the UN As US Is Only Nation to Vote Against Doc That Can't Define 'Woman'
Becky Nobel / RedState

It's not like we need another reason to want the United States out of the United Nations; their blatant anti-Americanism and antisemitism are more than enough. But now there is yet another reason why we should insist that they move somewhere more in line with their ideas. The latest bit of U.N. nonsense took place this week, where the U.S. was the only nation to vote against a document full of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and uber-woke ideas on gender ideology.

The 36 member-nations of the U.N. Commission on Women put out a yearly document that spotlights issues, including injustices, affecting women around the world. Several members of the Trump administration were at the meeting, including Bethany Kozma, Director of Global Affairs (OGA) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Kozma explains that the series of steps that took place was a bit suspect from the start. She stated that the document was a woke, DEI-heavy paper filled with gender ideology and vague language about "reproductive rights."...Read more, and see Xs here,

Panama Canal chief eyes major gains as Iran crisis chokes off Strait of Hormuz shipping route
Preston Mizell / FOXBusiness

The Panama Canal administrator touted the canal’s logistical capabilities and plans to improve supply chain readiness as the Strait of Hormuz reaches a near standstill due to the U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran.

Dr. Ricaurte Vásquez Morales, the authority administrator for the Panama Canal, sat down during an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital and noted the canal’s anticipated improvements as the world’s busiest commercial shipping route, the Strait of Hormuz, has seen little to no traffic over the past few days.

"We have been through the years a major channel to move LNG from the U.S. to Asia," Morales told Fox News Digital. "Qatar usually supplies Asia, and after the Ukraine war, most of the American LNG has gone to Europe to replace the Russian LNG."

"What we see is that probably prices are going to go up for LNG, which means that the current cost of the inventory on the vessel is going to increase," he continued. "Fuel prices are going to go up." Read more and see video here,

A Condemnation, A Declaration, and Hopes for Peace

...And while the multitude of Arab/muslim nations that surround the tiny Jewish State of Israel might be great in size and number, some are still unfortunately mired down in a 6th century mindset minus the doctrine of what is reality, while Israel not only embraces this, the 21st century, but looks forward to a future where all people can share in the concept of not only “peaceful coexistence,” but of actual, long lasting peace itself.

Remember, it's the civilized man who embraces peace, while the uncivilized man hungers for blood...as in the blood of those who do not believe, think, say, or act as they do especially, in this case, those not embracing the tenets and dogma of radical islam, Simply, the sorts who refuse to see the tangible truth now unfolding before their very own eyes...the truth that with the now fall of the old Iran and the sure to come rise of a new and free Iran...it becomes obvious that what the uncivilized sorts like Khamenei feared most was peace itself. Why so...because with peace comes both individuality and the right to free thoughts, the very things that are the antithesis of all theocratic based regimes...Read entire article, and see video here.

Look Who Zohran Mamdani Just Invited to Dinner
Amy Curtis / Townhall Tipsheet

Just days after two Islamic terrorists allegedly threw a homemade IED into a group of anti-Islamic protesters, Mayor Zohran Mamdani is continuing to show us what "globalize the intifada" actually means. Mamdani, and his terrorist attack-loving wife just hosted Mahmoud Khalil for dinner.

"A year ago, Mahmoud was walking home through our city after sharing an iftar with his wife Noor when he was detained by federal agents, flown to Louisiana, and then held in an ICE facility for months. In that time, he was forced to miss the birth of his first child. All of this for exercising his First Amendment rights in protesting the ongoing genocide in Palestine," Mamdani wrote. And yet, even in the face of that cruelty, there has also been beauty. New Yorkers raising their voices in solidarity. A city refusing to look away. Mahmoud won his freedom, and a father was finally reunited with his child. Last night, as we marked the one year anniversary of his detention, Rama and I were honored to welcome Mahmoud, Noor, and their son Deen to Gracie Mansion to break our fast together.Mahmoud is a New Yorker and he...Read more, see Xs and videos here.
