[[[ IT'S OFFICIAL...MISTRIAL in the Lindsay Clancy case...as.the lone holdout...a man...NEVER caved and refused to do so! Kudos to him for standing strong. Retrial motions are now set to begin on September 29th with some legal experts predicting that the prosecution might offer this child murdering peace of human garbage a deal involving manslaughter instead of first degree murder. If that be the case then our judicial system is sadly and truly broken as no real justice would be served in the children's name.

 

Personally,  I NEVER bought into Lindsay Clancy's post-partum or mental issues nonsense. Why so...because I believe this was actually a simple cut-and-dry case where the husband wanted out of the marriage and to take the children with him. And so Clancy planned her revenge well...revenge as in to viciously and deliberately murder the three children so that her husband would never see them again if he dared to walk out on her. 

 

Just my opinion, but it's the only thing that seems to successfully put all the sad puzzle pieces together. ]]]

Iran down to 2 months of fuel supply as brutal US sanctions take their toll

Iran is facing a potential economic disaster as the besieged Islamic Republic’s fuel reserves have dwindled to a paltry two-month supply, following months of punishing US bombing campaigns and a fresh wave of crippling economic sanctions.

The US unleashed a barrage of secondary sanctions in recent weeks to choke off Iran’s supply of cash, restricting the rogue nation’s access to international financing networks and even blockading its oil exports.

This is preventing Iran from doing everything from buying goods to securing foreign currency, and even forcing it to import gasoline because its refinery infrastructure has been decimated and there’s no money to fix it, three senior Iranian sources told Reuters.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent last month unveiled “Operation Economic Outcast” — a plan to to “collapse the regime” by implementing the “toughest sanctions in US history,” which he likened to an “economic D-Day” in Iran. Read more, see video and photos here.

Lindsay Clancy murder trial officially ends in mistrial after lawyer’s Hail Mary appeal denied

PLYMOUTH, Mass. – Lindsay Clancy’s high-profile murder trial ended in mistrial Friday – despite her lawyer’s desperate 11th-hour bid to block the outcome.

Plymouth Judge William Sullivan earlier Friday announced he didn’t “have any choice but to declare a mistrial” after the jury sent out a third deadlock note.

“It is with a heavy heart that we will not be able to come to a unanimous decision,” Sullivan said, reading the panel’s third note this week indicating their imp

But Clancy’s criminal defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, asked the judge to hold off making the call so he could file an emergency appeal to block the decision.

Sullivan reluctantly gave the lawyer just one hour for the Hail Mary legal maneuver – but Reddington was ultimately unsuccessful.

The jurors were hopelessly deadlocked on whether to convict the 36-year-old mother of fatally strangling her kids, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, on Jan. 24, 2023.

[[[ Serious question folks...with all the 'gasps' over putting "boots on the ground" in Iran...especially with Trump and his 'brigade' NOT wanting to do so...the fact is that any modern day war we've fought in and WON...with "WON" being the operative word...has been WON because we had "boots on the ground." 

 

If we don't want American "boots on the ground"...and our all-volunteer army knows when they sign up what that entails...as in possibly having to fight in a war...then why do we have an ARMY at all if they are stopped from doing what they were trained to do.

 

War is a dirty business and some ground soldiers will unfortunately get killed...so the only logical answer is DON'T GO TO WAR UNLESS YOU ARE 100% IN IT TO WIN! And don't pretend to be a good wartime president when the single country you are at war with still has NOT surrendered to us...the world's NUMBER ONE SUPER POWER! My thought and I stand by it. ]]]

Pentagon extends MidEast deployments into 2027 even as Trump mulls declaring war over - report

Sources said the military presence is intended to preserve President Donald Trump's ability to choose between continued economic pressure, limited military operations, and broader escalation.

The US military is extending deployments across the Middle East as the Trump administration prepares for the possibility that its conflict with Iran could continue well into 2027, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

At the same time, US officials told the WSJ that US President Donald Trump has privately discussed with senior aides whether he should declare the Iran war over, arguing that sustained economic pressure could eventually compel Tehran to dismantle its nuclear program or bring about the collapse of the regime.

“I like our position now much better, with almost total control of the Hormuz Strait, and their economy totally collapsing,” Trump wrote on social media.

What Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth originally presented as a short, decisive military effort has grown exponentially, with Washington now maintaining about 50,000 troops in the region, along with 19 warships, fighter squadrons, air-defense units, and paratroopers, according to the report.

[[[ So as U.S. bombs once again rein down on Iran, Trump keeps urging the "Iranian citizens" to "rise up." But what he oh so conveniently forgets is how can they "rise up" without weapons. The "Iranian citizens" are still waiting for your long ago promised "help is on the way"...so where the hell is that help is what I and so many others want to know. Talk of promises is cheap...talk with actions is what's needed...as in guns and other weapons...which for whatever reason Trump doesn't seem to want to deliver even as executions of the "Freedom Fighters" continue on. How sad and hypocritical is that. ]]]

9/11 terrorists keep dodging justice — as lefty allies wage ‘legal jihad’

A quarter-century after 9/11, the attack’s evil mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, still hasn’t been tried and sentenced to death — because America’s own justice system has been turned against us. 

Blame the American Civil Liberties Union, in large part, for this travesty.

The ACLU intervened at the start, insisting that the two military lawyers assigned to defend Mohammed and his co-defendants “might not have death penalty experience” and were unprepared to battle “the full force of the US government.”

Ever since, this team has been waging legal jihad — and it’s still getting away with it.  

The terrorists’ lawyers have strung out the military court proceedings at Guantanamo Bay, objecting that the defendants weren’t read their rights and were wrongly subjected to CIA waterboarding and other torture.

The real torture victims are the 9/11 families, still waiting for justice and closure.
