[[[ IT'S OFFICIAL...MISTRIAL in the Lindsay Clancy case...as.the lone holdout...a man...NEVER caved and refused to do so! Kudos to him for standing strong. Retrial motions are now set to begin on September 29th with some legal experts predicting that the prosecution might offer this child murdering peace of human garbage a deal involving manslaughter instead of first degree murder. If that be the case then our judicial system is sadly and truly broken as no real justice would be served in the children's name.
Personally, I NEVER bought into Lindsay Clancy's post-partum or mental issues nonsense. Why so...because I believe this was actually a simple cut-and-dry case where the husband wanted out of the marriage and to take
the children with him. And so Clancy planned her revenge well...revenge as in to viciously and deliberately murder the three children so that her husband would never see them again if he dared to walk out
on her.
Just my opinion, but it's the only thing that seems to successfully put all the sad puzzle pieces together. ]]]
