Arizona GOP finds 2% of duplicate ballots took votes away from Trump after judge allows sample to be examined

If allowed to play out, there is no doubt the election will be declared for President Trump.

 Republican officials in Arizona found that 2% of the duplicate ballots the party was allowed to examine were changed to take votes away from President Trump.

“We got to examine 100 of them,” said Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward. “Guess what? We found two ballots that were changed: One was changed from Trump to Biden; one was just taken away from Trump — for no reason that we can find an explanation for.”

Georgia Governor Changes Tune After Trump Lawyers Present Troubling Video of Alleged Fraud

Georgia Republican Governor Brian Kemp roused the ire of President Trump in recent days for not doing more in response to reports of election fraud in his state. But that may be changing now that Gov. Kemp is calling for a signature audit after CCTV footage was presented on Thursday showing election workers purportedly unloading suitcases of hidden ballots. 

Katie wrote earlier about the video presented by the Trump campaign’s lawyers during an emergency hearing in Georgia on Thursday. The video allegedly shows election workers in Fulton County wheeling in suitcases full of ballots after an election worker told poll watchers and others to go home for the night. The ballots were allegedly then counted for two hours without witness supervision.

Trump Team to File Lawsuit: 40,000 People Voted Twice in Nevada

A lawyer for President Donald Trump’s campaign said the team is preparing to file a lawsuit soon alleging that 40,000 people voted twice in Nevada, which, if true, could potentially erase Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead. Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall, speaking to Fox Business Wednesday, said that they found evidence of “real voter fraud” including “thousands of thousands of instances” in Nevada that will be submitted to a court in the Silver State.

He did not provide a source, such as an affidavit or a whistleblower, for his claim but later said lawyers will present evidence to the court. It’s not clear where the bulk of the alleged fraudulent ballots were cast in the state.

Binnall, who helped defend retired Lt. Gen Michael Flynn, also said that some people who said they were recorded as having voted via mail never received ballots and told Trump’s team that they didn’t vote.

Kayleigh McEnany Tells the Press: You Didn't Read AG Barr's Complete Comments on Voter Fraud

With images of "Democrat hypocrisy" playing on a loop behind her, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany addressed reporters from the James S. Brady Press briefing room on Wednesday.

She listed a few of the more infamous incidents of liberals breaking their own COVID orders, including the footage of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi walking around a hair salon without a mask, and California Gov. Gavin Newsom dining both maskless and indoors at the fancy French Laundry restaurant, despite strict orders against indoor dining.

"Rules for thee, but not for me," McEnany concluded.

"They act in a way that their own citizens are barred from acting," she said. But, she was pleased to see that the Supreme Court "rebuked" New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's (D) attempt to limit gatherings at Catholic diocese and synagogues. Instead of showing deference to the Constitution following the Court's ruling, however, Cuomo attacked the legitimacy of the court, McEnany said.

Trump's legacy on courts still building in waning days of presidency

Senate Judiciary Committee to vote Thursday on three more lower trial court nominees, including one to replace Amy Coney Barrett

The Senate Judiciary Committee will vote Thursday on the nominee to fill the appeals court seat vacated by new Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett as well as voting on whether to send three other lower trial court nominees to the Senate floor — which could further cement President Trump’s reshaping of the federal judiciary before he leaves office.

This comes to the chagrin of Democrats who insist Republicans are violating tradition by continuing to confirm judges despite a Joe Biden victory in the presidential race.

After hearings on nominees before the Thanksgiving recess, the committee is scheduled to vote Thursday on the nomination of Thomas L. Kirsch II to serve on the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, replacing Barrett. Kirsch is currently the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Indiana.

There are only three current and known future vacancies on appeals courts, according to the Judicial Crisis Network, which monitors judicial nominations. Meanwhile, there are 59 current or known future vacancies on district and specialty courts, with 35 pending nominations. Trump Has One Major Condition For Signing Defense Bill

President Trump said Tuesday he will veto the National Defense Authorization Act unless Congress terminates Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which offers legal protections to social media giants. 

“Section 230, which is a liability shielding gift from the U.S. to “Big Tech” (the only companies in America that have it—corporate welfare!), is a serious threat to our National Security & Election Integrity. Our Country can never be safe & secure if we allow it to stand,” Trump tweeted. “Therefore, if the very dangerous & unfair Section 230 is not completely terminated as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), I will be forced to unequivocally VETO the Bill when sent to the very beautiful Resolute desk. Take back America NOW. Thank you!”

While critics have long argued that Twitter, Facebook, and other social media sites target conservatives, those accusations became clear to see in the way the tech giants censored the Hunter Biden story in the weeks leading up to the election, which Sen. Ted Cruz said amounted to “election interference.” They believe if these companies are behaving like publishers they should no longer enjoy the legal protections of Section 230, which shields them from being held liable for content published on their platforms.

Twitter user Code MonkeyZ posted video last night on Twitter and YouTube what is alleged to be Dominion workers using the internet and USBs to pass information between workers in Gwinnett County.

A Dominion representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB.
