Federal Judge Dismisses Rep. Gohmert’s Election Lawsuit Against VP Mike Pence — Gohmert Says Dismissal Will Be Appealed (VIDEO)

Rep. Louie Gohmert has filed a new document in the lawsuit brought on by him and other Republicans to stop the Democrats from stealing the 2020 election.

The new filing argues that Vice President Mike Pence has the authority to count Republican electors in contested states, or ignore the electors from those states altogether.

The filing asked that the court displace Congress’s longstanding role in counting the votes of the Electoral College in Presidential elections, which would bring a “peaceful conclusion” to the presidential election process.

On New Year’s Day Judge Jeremy Kernodle ruled that Republican lawmakers, led by Representative Louie Gohmert of Texas, lacked the proper standing to sue Mr. Pence in the matter.

Florida Governor Had the Perfect Response to Reporter's Question About the Coronavirus Vaccine

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis was asked by a reporter whether or not he has been vaccinated for the Wuhan coronavirus. The governor had a pretty good answer. 

"No," DeSantis began. "What I have said is 'I'm willing to take it but I am not the priority.'" 

"I'm 45, so the people under 45 are not going to be first in line for this." 

The governor said that when it is his turn to take the vaccine he will. But DeSantis wants seniors, people like his parents and grandparents, to be first in line for the vaccine. 

"Granted, I'm an elected official but whoop dee do," DeSantis added. "At the end of the day, let's focus where the risk is." 

The governor's selflessness over the vaccine is in sharp contrast to that of progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who cut in front of the line to get vaccinated before the elderly and the vulnerable. It was too much for even her fellow "Squad" member, Rep. Ilhan Omar (R-MN), to bear.

Election Fraud Legal Team Wants to Present ‘Specific Evidence’ on Jan. 6

Those who love liberty, justice and truth will applaud such testimony, leftists, looters, arsonists and destroyers will explode.

President Donald Trump’s campaign adviser said the team is aiming to present evidence during a potential congressional debate on Jan. 6 if lawmakers in the House and Senate object to states’ Electoral College votes.

As of Wednesday, it appears that at least one member of the Senate, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), and a number of House lawmakers will object to the electoral votes during the Joint Session of Congress. Hawley announced he would object to the electoral vote, pointing to previous Democratic efforts to do so during the 2004 and 2016 presidential elections. After the objection, an hours-long debate will occur.

Miller said that evidence could be presented in Congress, which would differ from what the Trump campaign presented in courts over the past several weeks.

What If I Were to Tell You COVID Cases Would Be Declining Nationally If Not For One State

We had a spike in COVID cases over the Thanksgiving holiday. No shock due to the millions who traveled to see their families, which is not an act of evil, a narrative the liberal media peddled for days. People were going to travel, folks. We’re pandemic-fatigued. And it’s Thanksgiving. This was bound to happen. So, now that the holiday season is drawing to a close—are we still in the midst of a COVID spike? If you watch CNN and MSNBC, well, you’d think half the population contracted it over Christmas. Not the case, in fact, COVID cases nationally would be declining if it weren’t for one state: California. 

Both New York and California have become the Mecca and Medina for this virus. New York, by far, has a higher death rate and the number of infections than the red state outbreaks that the media tries to pass off as similar in size and scope. It’s not. For starters, in most red states, their COVID outbreaks are part of a first wave that never touched them back in the spring. At the same time, that doesn’t mean as a governor you don’t force facilities housing those who are most susceptible to die from COVID to accept such patients, which led to the deaths of thousands of people. Almost half of all COVID deaths in the US come from nursing homes.

Radical Stacey Abrams’ Sister Blocks Georgia Officials From Removing 4,000 Voters From Rolls Before Election

A federal judge on Monday ordered two Georgia counties to reverse a decision purging more than 4,000 voters from the rolls ahead of the Jan. 5 runoff elections. 

The judge, Leslie Abrams Gardner, is the sister of former Dem candidate for governor in Georgia Stacy Abrams.

“I believe that each of the individuals named as a result of registering their name and change of address to a location outside of Muscogee County, removed to another state with the intention of making the new state their residence,” a local voter named Ralph Russell who made the challenge said. 

“Thus, each individual has lost their residence in Muscogee County, and consequently, each individual is ineligible to vote in Muscogee County.”
