President Trump and Vladimir Putin have two very important traits in common...two traits that can help our two nations forge an alliance against the likes of ISIS and radical islam in general. Trait one: both men understand and know how to use power and weakness against their enemies both foreign and domestic. Trait two: both men understand that the media's manipulation of the truth is their greatest enemy.

Clapper: We Still Have No Evidence of Collusion Between The Trump Campaign And The Russians

President Trump is back from his first foreign trip and the allegations surrounding campaign collaboration with Russian officials continue with little evidence.

During an interview with CNN Tuesday morning, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper again stated there is no evidence to show officials from the Trump presidential campaign worked with the Kremlin to change the outcome of the 2016 election. Further, Clapper said there is nothing to show the content of routine conversations between the Trump transition team and Russian officials were nefarious in nature.

"I also have to say that with specific respect to the issue of collusion, as I’ve said before, I’ve testified to this effect, i saw no direct evidence of political collusion between the campaign, the Trump campaign and the Russians," Clapper said.

This war on jihad terror gets stranger by the day. Many leftist purveyors of “Islamophobia” propaganda are resistant to the very word “jihad” and the reality that normative Islam is jihadist at the core and is very much driven by Islamic texts. Yet now CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, of all people, has written about “jihadist terrorism” in claiming that Trump “was played” by Saudi Arabia:

But most important, it will do nothing to address the direct and ongoing threat to Americans — jihadist terrorism. I thought that Trump’s foreign policy was going to put America first, not Saudi Arabia.

So now CNN is actually supporting Trump’s “America first” and anti-“jihadist terrorism” initiatives?

Hardly. The CNN alarm about Saudi Arabia has everything to do with being anti-Trump and little to do with authentic attempts to combat the global jihad.

ACLU Opposes Maine Bill Criminalizing Female Genital Mutilation

This same thing is happening with Democrats opposing legislation against female genital mutilation in Minnesota — the islamization of America.

And Minnesota doctors recently charged with mutilating the genitals of little girls are claiming it is a religious Islamic right. And the left is taking up the fight for the savages.

Perhaps they are taking this tack because the American Academy proposed a resolution to sanction a “ritual [clitoral] nick” back in 2010. As I warned at the time, and we see now how right I was, such a resolution would give Islamic misogyny the seal of approval by the American Academy of Pediatrics, no less. The sanction of clitordectomies, the sanction and norming of evil. We defeated that proposal, but female genital mutilation continued apace because of the increase in Muslim immigration.

Sharia By Any Name Is Still Sharia

Even after the Manchester bombing that killed young children, teens, and their parents, according to the msm, the fb gods, certain religious leaders, and most liberal politicians, we dare NOT and must NOT criticize islam or its followers or we become the bad guys that need to be punished. Fact Check: No, the Republican Healthcare Bill Would Not Cause 23 Million People to "Lose" Insurance

As Katie reported last evening, the latest Congressional Budget Office score of the House-passed American Health Care Act contains good news and bad news for the GOP. On the bright side, it appears that its central fiscal outcome complies with reconciliation rules, which would allow the process to move forward without a complicated tweak-and-do-over vote in the House. The nonpartisan scorekeeper also found that individual market premiums "would decline on average," and would reduce the federal deficit by $119 billion. On the other hand, media outlets are running with false headlines like these:

This is deeply misleading, for reasons that we explained in detail when the CBO released its March analysis of the initial ACHA. In short, the large bulk of those who are said to be "losing" coverage do not currently have coverage. You cannot "lose" something that you don't have.  CBO assumes that these people would eventually gain coverage through the magical powers of Obamacare's individual mandate (more on that in a moment), or through hypothetical future expansions of Medicaid by most of the states that haven't done so to date. Current Medicaid beneficiaries, including those who've gained (very flawed) coverage under Obamacare's expansion, are grandfathered in under the House GOP proposal.  It also bakes into these new numbers a slew of empirically-incorrect projections that have been disproven by actual data. When Obamacare first passed, CBO anticipated that by 2016, 21 million Americans would enroll in the law's exchanges.
