it was revealed that Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel sent $110,000 to his
family in Tunisia days before attack. Now we learn that the Nice Jihadi
was sending texts about his increased arsenal of weapons just before the
attack. Not the actions of a lone wolf or a lunatic. It was Islam. It
