...In fact, with Biden's using OSHA to enforce his mandate means OSHA is being forced to regulate a health issue that actually falls outside their jurisdiction because as a federal agency they're now stepping into the private business realm, something that is in violation of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act. So while Biden might be acting in his capacity as head of the executive branch, his mandating the “jab,” by using OSHA to enforce said mandate on the private business sector violates both the states “right of refusal” and the HIPAA privacy law.

 

Also, remember that the prime duty of the president, as per the Constitution, is to carry out the laws made in and passed by Congress...laws actually voted upon...the very thing mandates simply are not. In fact, mandates cannot overrule any existing state or federal laws nor can they override the Constitution itself for mandates must follow the rules established in said Constitution. And with the Constitution stating that anything not specifically labeled as a federal power is controlled by the states also comes the fact that mandates are issued only for a specific given period of time, hence they are not law no matter what Biden and crew say...Read entire article here.
