Overturning vs. Invalidating...Two Different Meanings

...But
the fact is that much to Fauci's and his attorney's surprise this
itself might not hold true for the Constitution places specific
limits on the power of the pardon, including its implying that a
president
cannot “preemptively
pardon”
someone for a crime they have not yet committed as it
would violate the Article II mandate to, “take
care that the laws be faithfully executed.”
“Not
yet committed”...countless
multitudes died during the covid pandemic, so
here it becomes a game of word semantics for with Fauci legally not
yet charged with having committed any tangible crime...remember lying
under oath is a misdemeanor...a case
could still be made regarding the fact that Biden's actual pardon of
Fauci when given was legally
“invalid,”...which
would now open up an interesting can of worms.
