Hillary Cannot Be Trusted to Win the War Against Terrorists

In 1999 Hillary Clinton played a crucial role in obtaining presidential clemency for 12 members of the infamous Puerto Rican terrorist group, FALN (Armed Forces of National Liberation).

Between 1974 and 1983 the FALN claimed a decade long terror war against the US for Puerto Rican “independence” but planned to transform Puerto Rico into a Cuban bases Marxist state. Nine people were seriously injured in 28 Chicago area bombings.  Six were murdered in NY, including four (60 injured) in the horrific January 24, 1975 lunchtime bombing of historic Fraunces Tavern in lower Manhattan.

My father, Frank Connor, only 33, was murdered at Fraunces.  Our family planned to celebrate my recent 9^th and brother’s 11th birthdays the night of our father’s murder.

By 1981, eleven of the FALN terrorists were arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced at a Federal trial in Chicago. Sentences ranged from 50 to 70 years for bomb making, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, seditious conspiracy, and illegal possession of weapons including C4 plastic explosives and huge caches of ammunition and dynamite.

Donald Trump championed the police technique of “stop and frisk” on Wednesday in an interview with Sean Hannity that’s scheduled to air on Thursday night. While it’s not clear whether Trump meant Chicago alone or law enforcement agencies around the country, his comments raised the ire of liberals who used it as another excuse to accuse Trump of bigotry.

Asked what he would do about violence in the black community, Trump said:

“I would do stop-and-frisk. I think you have to. We did it in New York, it worked incredibly well and you have to be proactive and, you know, you really help people sort of change their mind automatically.

“I see what’s going on in Chicago, I think stop-and-frisk,” Trump continued. “In New York City it was so incredible, the way it worked. Now, we had a very good mayor, but New York City was incredible, the way that worked, so I think that could be one step you could do.”

The Muslim was found and taken into custody Saturday night at about 6:30 p.m. after a deadly shooting in a Washington state mall. Authorities say “the motive for the slaying is unknown.” Unknown to the blind, deaf and dumb.

Hillary Clinton as secretary of state approved of selling  $316 billion of our most powerful American weapons and war planes to foreign countries, many of which throw homosexuals off buildings, murder their political enemies, force women to live in black cocoons, don’t let them drive or attend school, and fund terrorism against us and Israel.  In turn, these dozens of foreign nations and the American weapons manufacturers forked over tens of millions of dollars to the Clinton-controlled slush fund called the Clinton Foundation.

The most stunning example uncovered in a 2015 International Business Times (IBT) investigative article : a sweet deal cut by Clinton along with a group of American defense contractors led by Boeing to sell $29 billion worth of advanced fighter jets to Saudi Arabia.

Israeli officials told the Obama administration the Saudis’ new air dominance would disrupt the area’s balance of power. They were ignored. Still, it was a mystery why the Clinton-led State Department, repeatedly voicing disapproval of the Muslim kingdom’s anti-woman, anti-gay, anti-human rights policies, would approve the deal.

It was a mystery unless you knew that the Saudis contributed at least $10 million to the Clinton Foundation before Mrs. C became secretary. And unless you knew that Boeing had tossed $900,000 into the Foundation coffers weeks before the deal was finalized. No wonder, as Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro declared at a press conference announcing the approval, the deal had been “a top priority” for Clinton personally.

The War On Guns: Your Guide To Fighting False Media Narratives And Anti-Second Amendment Rhetoric

Dr. John Lott is the go-to expert when it comes to crime data and Second Amendment rights. His studies from the Crime Prevention Center have been cited in numerous pieces, including ones published here on Townhall, about the Left’s incessant, and often ridiculous, efforts to strip Americans of their Second Amendment rights. His studies have proven that contrary to what the anti-gun Left says about concealed carry holders, they’re actually more law-abiding than law enforcement. It proved to be useful data when the Violence Policy Center, an anti-gun outfit, decided to push the narrative that concealed carry holders were killers by fudging the data between convictions and trials pending. The VPC combined the two to cook the books. As any lawyer would know, there’s an explicit difference between a conviction and a pending trial. He’s also taken a stab at the whole myth about background checks, which isn’t the magic bullet to creating safer communities.

In Oregon, Christopher Harper-Mercer was able to kill nine people at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg last year. Oregon has a universal background check law for all gun purchases. Yet, Lott took this talking point to task in 2013, when Congress was mulling a universal background check bill by Sens. Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Joe Manchin (D-WV) post-Newtown. For starters, the media was blitzing the scene, rehashing the 40 percent myth—the false claim that 40 percent of all gun sales are performed without a background check—and delved into the realm of private purchases. Lott noted that the 40 percent myth is based on very old data, with a sample size that isn’t worth considering for any serious academic review. Also, the sales in the 251-person survey from which the 40 percent myth is derived were based on sales before the Brady bill mandated background checks on gun sales.

Second, most private sales where background checks aren’t performed are mostly relegated to family purchases and fall within the low single digits overall. Other than that, there’s really no hard data on private sales.
