First Sgt. Stein...who will be next?
First Sgt. Stein...who will be next?

Sgt. Gary Stein, the Marine who criticized ‘the anointed one,’ Barack Hussein Obama, on his PERSONAL Facebook page, has committed misconduct and should be dismissed, according to the military board that heard his case. The board also ruled that Stein be given an ‘other-than-honorable discharge’ which means he loses his benefits and is not be allowed on any military base. The board's decision now goes to a general who will either accept or deny the ruling, and if denied, the case would go to the Secretary of the Navy who would have the final say.
So now it seems that no criticism of ‘the anointed one’ is allowed whatsoever. While the military has had a policy in place since the Civil War that limited free speech of service members, including that which criticizes the commander-in-chief, there is something inherently wrong when an active service member ON THEIR OWN OFF DUTY TIME and on their own PERSONAL page cannot voice any opinions about the president, even when those opinions are clearly disclaimed as having been personal and not representative or endorsed by the military.
And to make matters worse, ruling that the comments made by Sgt. Stein on his PERSONAL Facebook page were prejudicial to good order and discipline, and could have negatively influenced junior Marines is just ridiculous.
What’s even more ridiculous is that here you have a dedicated Marine who was going to re-enlist, being discharged from the military for comments, simple personal comments and opinions about a president who so clearly violates both the oath of office of the presidency and the Constitution. Add to that that you have some in our military command who go along with this traitorous man instead of standing by one of their own who did nothing legally wrong.
Sgt. Stein is being hung out to dry for voicing an opinion while American-born muslim terrorist Nidal Hasan, the former Army psychiatrist who committed The Fort Hood Massacre, sits comfy and content in a jail cell (or is it a mental ward but no matter), while still collecting his full pay. Again, the man who committed The Fort Hood Massacre, which killed 13 service people, one of whom was pregnant, and wounding 29 others, is collecting his military pay and benefits, and is retaining his position in the military.
Add to that the fact that even after e-mail communications were discovered between Hasan and Islamic cleric Anwar al-Awlaki (who declared Hasan a hero, for “fighting against the U.S. army is an Islamic duty”), Obama still had the audacity to say the massacre was a random act of workplace violence (thus denying the victims posthumous Purple Hearts), all the while knowing it was a deliberate premeditated attack against America. Obama declared this as workplace violence in the name of political correctness so that he wouldn’t offend his muslim brethren who he always sides with even when it puts our service men and women in jeopardy or defames our military.
And now we have Sgt. Stein, whose mere words pose more of a danger than the actions of a cold-blooded murderer, being drummed out of the military and stripped of his rank for voicing a personal opinion against a man who is so obviously a traitor to the very country he swore to protect against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Sgt. Stein said he wouldn’t take any unconstitutional orders from Obama; well you know what, if I was in the military neither would I, as I’m sure most of our brave men and women in uniform wouldn’t either.
And what’s even more appalling is that a dangerous precedent has been set with the conviction of Sgt. Stein, because if one of our own military members can be convicted for posting mere comments against Obama it is only a matter of time until one of us civilians will be the next one on trial.

Oh gosh.is this the most STUPID thing you have ever heard? I am so over this O and his duplicity. Lets look at this double standard. It makes my blood boil....
ReplyDeleteMakes all our blood boil! You can be a murderer in the name of allah and basically get away with it but criticize Obama and you get drummed out of the military. Double standard is too kind a phrase.
ReplyDeleteHey, Obama! Grab this you POS!
ReplyDeleteGrab what...as if I couldn't guess, hahahaha!
