Sheriff Joe’s press conference...nothing earth shattering

Let me start by saying that Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse are honorable men on an honorable mission.  They’ve worked hard, so hard, and I salute their altruistic efforts in trying to prove where Barack Hussein Obama was born.

Unfortunately, after yesterday’s press conference we are NO further along in knowing where Obama was born.  We were asked to keep an open mind in the supposition that the original intent of the investigation was to clear Obama of charges that he knowingly issued a phony birth certificate, but in all probability Obama most likely knew the document presented on the White House web site was fraudulent all along.

Something ‘We the People’ suspected from day one but a phony piece of paper does NOT answer the question of where Obama was born. 

While much hoopla was made over the fact that if this birth certificate was brought into a court of law it would NOT convince a judge of its authenticity...so what, we all know it’s a phony and have known it since it first appeared back in April 2011.  What we still don’t know, and I can’t state this enough, is where exactly was Obama born.  It could still very well be in Hawaii just NOT at the hospital that the birth certificate lists or it could be that he was born in that hospital but NOT under the name on any of the supposed birth certificates released.

So nothing new at all was really brought forth, in fact, this was just an expanded recap of the March press conference and that is a shame as we expected so much but got so little.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the information being presented confirms the document made public in April 2011 was most definitely fraudulent.  But hey, we already knew that just as we knew the African designation was NOT used in 1961; just as we knew that in Hawaii (under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8) a person only had to be a resident of Hawaii not necessarily a U.S. citizen and that they only had to paid taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate; just as we knew and still know that Congress needs to take a look at the birth certificate but also knowing they never will; and just as we already knew long ago that the birth certificate was a complete phony...BUT we still have NO real proof that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii just that the April 2011 birth certificate has been doctored.  

While at best this is strong circumstantial evidence that Barack Hussein Obama was NOT born in Hawaii, we still need more, much much more to make a case against Obama.

Sheriff Joe needed to prove this birth certificate was knowingly and deliberately crafted to cover a birth that did NOT happen in Hawaii and sadly, yesterday’s revelations just did NOT do it.  And while Sheriff Joe intends to take the investigation to government higher-ups, because of what he believes to be an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws (because of the foreign born aspect), it still does NOT answer the question of where Barack Hussein Obama was born. 

And that is the main question...where was he born, because that and only that would determine if he was  eligible to hold the office of President of the United States.  All else is just frosting on the cake. 

Remember back when Obama ran for the Illinois Senate that all the newspapers reporting on him stated ‘Kenyan born Barack Obama’; remember when Democrat Attorney Philip J. Berg filed a challenge to the nomination petition with the Pennsylvania Commonwealth because he said Obama was “born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province, to a father who was a Kenyan citizen, and to a mother not old enough and did not reside in the U.S. long enough to register the Candidate’s birth in Hawaii as a Natural Born Citizen.”

Remember Obama was ‘Born in Kenya’ until April 2007 according to Archive.org which shows that the Dystel website used the following biography for Obama as of April 3, 2007: “BARACK OBAMA is the junior Democratic senator from Illinois and was the dynamic keynote speaker at the 2004 Democratic National Convention. He was also the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Chicago. His first book, DREAMS FROM MY FATHER: A STORY OF RACE AND INHERITANCE, has been a long time New York Times bestseller.” 

Remember when Andrew Breitbart reported that Dystel & Goderich, the literary agency that published a biography of Barack Obama saying he was born in Kenya, had used the biography also until April of 2007, just two months after Obama announced he would run for president.

Remember his grandmother saying she was present at Obama’s birth in Kenya...remember all that and then remember that all Sheriff Joe has proven is that this latest Hawaiian birth certificate is most assuredly a fraudulent document proven by newly shown coding anomalies; proven by newly stated key information being missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May; and that there is NO confirmation on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

While this is added evidence to proving the birth certificate is a phony, none of it helps answer the question of where Barack Hussein Obama was born.  

I was hoping for so much more especially since this press conference was hyped for the past two weeks as going  to deliver a bombshell, but I guess there is some truth to the old adage that anything worth saying needs to be said right away NOT held back until tomorrow...and may I add that in doing so you will surely be disappointed, as I know I am.  

The Cold Case Posse’s efforts are noble, but the bottom line is that the cover-up into the truth about Barack Hussein Obama’s birth runs so deep that even Sheriff Joe might never be able to find the answer.
