Op-ed:
Romney/Ryan...a rock solid team
By: Diane Sori

"We can turn this thing around but it needs leadership with the courage to tell you the truth."

"ROMNEY is a man of achievement, success and dignity."

So says the man who’s young, dynamic, smart, and a true Conservative...now he’s Mitt Romney’s VP pick and a great one at that.

Mitt Romney’s choice of Congressman Paul Ryan, from the great state of Wisconsin, will polarize the White House race and highlight the major differences between Barack Obama's no holds barred federal spending spree as his solution to America’s economic woes (and we all know how that’s NOT working out), and a Romney/Ryan ticket committed to major cuts in federal spending, especially welfare.

In his acceptance speech, Paul Ryan, a Tea Party favorite, spoke about Obama's dismal economic record saying, "We find ourselves in a nation facing debt, doubt and despair. This is the worst economic recovery in 70 years."

And how right he is as unemployment numbers have remained over 8% going on 4 years now, the longest time span since the Depression.  With that, Ryan spoke of the need for the small businessman to be recognized for their achievements. "If you have a small business...you DID build that" he said.

"We look at success with pride NOT with resentment" and that is the major difference between the two teams.  Team Obama is full of resentment, envy, and class warfare.  Team Romney recognizes and applauds the small businessman, the backbone of our economy and as Ryan went on to state, "We promise equal opportunity NOT equal outcome."  In other words we’ll give you the chance; it’s your choice to run with it or not, as the days of welfare without work will now come to an end.

As well they should.

Paul Ryan infuses this campaign with energy and vitality, and heralds the beginning of the handover of the direction our country will go to the next generation...a generation which still looks to this generation for advice and guidance but understands that time for change has come.  But, that change is a change back to the foundation upon which our country was founded upon...our Constitution.

Under Barack Hussein Obama and his administration our country lost its way.  Under Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan our nation will once again realize that "Our rights come from nature and God NOT from government."

Paul Ryan said, "We WILL get this done" and yes we will, because this is our last chance to set the mistake of 2008 right again...our children and our grandchildren deserve no less.

As always, and today even more so, November 6th can’t come fast enough.

    3. The only way Biden can win that debate is if his mouth is duct tapped shut and we know that isn't going to happen!
