Sterling has been banned for life from any NBA activity

By: Diane Sori & Craig Andresen...Right Side Patriots

BREAKING NEWS...Donald Sterling has been banned for life from any and all NBA league activity, fined $2.5 million for racist statements made, and will be forced to sell 'The Clippers' all because of taped comments he made in a PRIVATE phone conversation with his then bought and paid for bimbo. This came after threats by ubber race-baiter Al Sharpton threatened to protest at the NBA headquarters.

While Sterling's statements were disgusting and indeed racist saying them is NO crime as he is protected by the First Amendment as NO violence was threatened in his comments. What we want to know is how come the media doesn't remember and report on a similar situation in reverse to compare and contrast the incidents. Remember the broohaha back in 1987 with the Larry Bird/Isiah Thomas reverse racist statements. Oh wait...it's NOT remembered because it was only tokenly reported on.

It seems when it's white on black comments (or crime) all hell breaks lose but when its black on white comments (or crime) it's either overlooked or excused. This is why racism continues to exist in America and it's NOT because of racial hated per se but is because the media selectively promotes that hate to cater to the very ones who love to stir the pot of America's once healing racial wounds.

  1. He's not being arrested Diane. A private enterprise is exercising it's right to not do business with explicit racists. I wonder when YOU"RE gonna get fired/

  2. This is why whites can’t say anything in public or private that is anyway critical of blacks! If someone tapes your conversation, you might be labeled a racist and fired. For white people there are ramifications to complaining about bad black behavior.

The thing that really eats at me in this case is the man was taped in private. Doesn’t our country have any privacy anymore? Mr. Sterling’s former girlfriend set him up. She was simply getting even because of a lawsuit.

I read transcripts of what he said, briefly, and I believe he used the word “blacks.” I’m sorry but saying to a loved one you prefer they not associate with blacks is not a racist statement. One could say he was “prejudiced”, but not racist. I draw a distinction there! As bad as some people may think this is, remember it was a PRIVATE conversation. Nothing he said rose to the punishment he received! A 2.5 million fine, banned for life from the NBA, and MUST sell the team.

If I were Mr. Sterling, I would do this: if he built the team, he can damn well destroy it. I would fight the NBA in a court of law because of the NBA’s nasty ass attitude. I would not give the NBA a damned penny; and I would go the game if I damned well wanted to go! Who give that asshole commissioner the authority to do this to the owner just because of a PRIVATE conversation? I hope the other white owners are taking note of this…you’re next. You better only say good things about blacks, or they might cry boo hoo and you will get fired.

Speaking of the NBA, what about some f’ing inclusion of other races. I think blacks are 13% of the US population; I think they are over represented in the NBA (how would you black assholes like to have affirmative action against you!) Some black f’er suggested an all black NBA league…FINE do it idiot! I’m sure that would not be racist because it is a BLACK enterprise. Hey…resident LIBTARD…one of your boys said yesterday he wanted an ALL BLACK NBA, isn’t that being racist too? Oh…I forgot…he is an AFRICAN AMERICAN.

The libtard who frequents this page probably thinks it is OK for an all black NBA. GOD…I hope they decide to do just that! Maybe stupid whites who go to the NBA will realize that they are supporting racism against their own race.

Anyway, I think the NBA commissioner was WAY out of bounds with his decision, and if I were Sterling, I would fight it and try to destroy the team I built. Nobody would get any benefit from my team. I would fire the entire team for wearing their shirts on backwards and hire people off the street to play the game. They want to play hardball; then play hardball.

  3. Some wise words from another's blog, but I thought they fit this situation.

The United States of America is little more than an open-air prison, a gulag, where you work hard and slave away to ensure that portions of your income are taxed to pay for the eternal quest to uplift black people. You can even go into debt to move your family away from dysfunctional, majority black cities, to buy your time some "freedom" in a momentarily peaceful suburb.
Now, with unlimited immigrants (illegal and legal) flooding into the country, those who profit from this scheme have new, cheaper labor to drive down wages and ensure now prison riots or revolution against their rule transpires.
But if you dare notice you are wearing prison jumpers (Cliven Bundy, Paula Deen, etc. ), as even Donald Sterling just found out, well, the reality of the gulag of Black-Run America comes crashing down.

    SO true!

  4. I think every nba superarse should be miced, i bet theyve made a racist slur themselves, the race card is played out, a black person doesnt know what its like to be white, and white person doesnt know its like to be black, every black should be questioned if the ever made a racist slur, nba should start this investigation

  5. His first amendment rights were not violated; he was not arrested or charged with a crime for what he said. A business enterprise he deals with has imposed penalties, as allowed by their contract with him. This is FREE ENTERPRISE and good ol' red-blooded, conservative capitalism at it's best.

If he doesn't like it, he shouldn't have signed his contracts with the NBA. I'm sure he doesn't mind all of the money he made from owning an NBA team.

    1. All I ask for is equal protection under the law; the man was white (or Jew) whatever, and he is being a scapegoat for a blood thirsty media. The NAACP was wanting more punishment than was given: what should they do to Sterling...castrate the man?

Blacks engage in VERY racist events on a daily basis, but not a peep from the media. A former black player tweeted he wanted an all black league (where was the NBA commissionar on this racist tweet?) HE could ban the guy from NBA games at least. All I am saying is equality!

    2. Yep, when will white men in this country get a fair break? I'm sick of nobody in this country standing up to support our white billionaires dammit! They have no voice!1!!

  6. I guess by Commissioner of the NBA he means the guy who looks like a door knob on a stick and couldn't say anything but thinly disguised curses against Mr Sterling. He was the perfect example of a pandering, crawling, wimp of a black apologist.

When does a PRIVATE CONVERSATION, recorded clandestinely by a vicious, evil woman make you public enemy # 1 ?

I guess when the scared to death, piddling like a petted puppy, knob headed Commissioner says so, huh ?
