I will be posting a constitutional amendment designed to protect our constitution and constitutional rights and freedoms against political Islam. I hope it will be discussed and publicized. Even if not adopted it may cause Americans to start to learn the truth about the destruction of their constitution and freedoms that Islam plans for them.
ReplyDeleteIslam is both a political ideology and a religion. These are at present intertwined and support each other. Political islam seeks to establish Islam's sharia law as the supreme law of the land in place of our constitution and the freedoms it guarantees. The religious aspect seeks to make Islam at first the dominant, and ultimately,the only religion. Islam will, if it can, establish a totalitarian theocracy in America.
We see worldwide Islamic war and terror attacks by such as ISIS which calls itself the Islamic State. Our press calls these "radical Islamic terrorists" but what they are doing is just what is called for by the teachings of Mohammed, which are the core of Islam.These can be defeated on the battlefield if we commit to do so.
However, just destroying such as ISIS will not keep us safe from the political agenda of Islam. And that is nothing less than to destroy our constitution and our freedoms and to force all to live under sharia law. And because we accord it the rights we grant to religions that are only religions, and not political ideologies that seek to destroy the very freedoms they take advantage of, we are more vulnerable than we should be.
So I propose an amendment to deprive islam from being considered a religion within the meaning of our constitution and laws.
An amendment along these lines would be an important effective step for America to take for its self preservation and the preservation of our freedoms.
It would set a good example for Europe, which is currently being invaded by thousands of muslims.
And there is nothing anti muslim in this amendment. In fact,I think muslims would be great beneficiaries since they would be free of fear of being killed in accordance with sharia law if they left Islam.
I have been a lawyer for more than 50 years, though retired at present, but have had little to do with politics. But I cannot sit idly by and see America and its wonderful constitution, the light of freedom, prosperity and hope for all the world attacked by what I consider to be the strongest force for tyranny over the mind of man ever invented - Islam - without making an effort in America's defense.

The religious ideology known as Islam is also a political ideology that is directly hostile to the Constitution of the United States and to the freedoms that constitution guarantees to all citizens. Islam seeks to merge religious power with political power and to establish a tyrannical theocratical government, and has done so in many countries.
Islam, as originally promulgated and enforced by Mohammed in Arabia, and as continued and enforced by his followers, called muslims, contains many laws, rules, and regulations that deal with political power and the rights and duties of citizens of the state, and which demand that it's followers force Islam upon all the world, as can be seen from the three main sources of its doctrine, the Koran, the Sira ( the biography of Mohammed) and the Hadith (the traditions of Mohammed).
Islam has developed an elaborate system of law referred to as sharia law, which governs almost all aspects of human behavior which its doctrine calls for it to establish as the supreme law of the land in every country.
A theocratical government, the fusion of church and state, is contrary to and inconsistent with the principles of free civil government upon which the United States was founded.
Many of the doctrines, practices, and laws of Islam are contrary to the rights granted by the Constitution of the United States and its amendments, including the right of free speech, freedom of the press, due process of law, equal protection of the law, and freedom to worship as one sees fit.
Islam has among its fundamental political doctrines the doctrine that muslims have a duty to use force, violence, and deceit against non-muslims and their governments and institutions, in order to cause Islam to dominate the world and to establish sharia law as the supreme law in all countries, including the United States.
Islam calls for death to any muslim who leaves it and calls for death to anyone who insults Mohammed or Islam.
Islam constitutes the strongest force for the establishment and perpetuation of tyranny over the mind of man on earth today, and is fundamentally opposed in its laws and doctrines to the basic fundamental freedoms and values of western civilization and of the United States.
Islam has always and only, since its beginning in Arabia in the seventh century, been spread by some form of force, such as war, terror and assassination. (continued in next post)

DeleteIslam gives to muslims legal rights that are superior to the legal rights of all other citizens, and gives women lesser legal rights than men, and gives non muslims less legal rights than muslims.
Islam has, at one time or another attacked and conquered Arabia, North Africa, Spain, parts of Eastern Europe, the Holy Land, Constantinople, Persia, Turkey, Afghanistan, and India.
Followers of Islam attacked the United States on September 11, 2001, destroying the Twin Towers in New York and killing over 3,000 Americans.Followers of Islam have engaged in more than 27,440 terrorist attacks around the world since that date, killing hundreds of thousands of people, in an effort to advance the political, religious and legal ideology known as Islam and to make it dominant over the world.
The political nature of Islam is well illustrated by its history and by the followers of Islam who call themselves the Islamic State and who, in their war and terror, are following the teachings and commandments of Mohammed.
Islam has proved itself to be a danger to the national security of the United States and to the preservation of the constitutional rights granted by the Constitution of the United States to its citizens.
Islam has made use of, and will unless prevented, continue to make use of its claim to be treated as a religion, as a tool to advance its political doctrines and practices and its sharia law, all of which are opposed to the United States Constitution and the freedoms granted thereunder, and as a matter of self preservation the United States must put an end to this misuse of the special privileges and immunities granted to a religion.
THEREFORE;
The following Amendment to the Constitution, having been approved by and authorized by the vote of two thirds of the House of Representatives and two thirds of the Senate of the United States to be sent to the States for their consideration and action, will be adopted and will go into
effect upon approval of the legislatures of three fourths of the States, to-wit:
Twenty Eighth Amendment
Sec.1. Islam shall not be considered to be a religion within the meaning of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations of the United States or any State or territory or possession thereof.
Sec 2. No Court of the United States or any State thereof shall recognize or enforce any form of sharia law, nor shall any judgment or decision of any court calling itself a sharia court be recognized or given any effect in the United States or any State or territory or possession thereof. The practice and application of sharia law in the United States or any State or territory or possession thereof is forbidden, and no person shall be entitled to use the excuse that his action or inaction was authorized by sharia law as a defense or in mitigation of punishment in any civil or criminal proceeding.
Sec 3. Neither the United States nor any State, territory or possession thereof shall give to Islam or any mosque, or Islamic organization or activity any tax exemption, privilege, concession or consideration that is not equally available to any commercial business.
Sec 4. No claim of discrimination based on affiliation or connection with Islam shall be allowed in the United States or any State, territory or possession thereof.
