NPR touts Muhammad’s example as means to counter “extremism”

The author of this NPR piece is spouting falsehoods that are easily refuted by anyone who is informed about Islam, or who cares to learn the truth.
ReplyDeleteMohammed killed many people, many in cold blood, as when he had about 800 men and adolescent boys of the Qurayza tribe of jews beheaded after defeating them, and watched for many hours with this 12 year old wife, as in groups of 4 or 5 they were brought out and had their heads chopped off.
He personally ordered more than a few assassinations of those who criticized him.
He was, basically , no better in morals than most of the other 7th century warriors that he led in a life of war, plunder, murder and rape.
But if it was not for his evil teachings he would simply be another 7th century Warlord who was a skilled military commander and successful plunderer. Instead his doctrines have cause the death of some 270,000,000 people.
It is wrong to teach , as Mohammed did, that God hates all but muslims. It is wrong to teach, as Mohammed did, that God wants muslims to attack and defeat all non muslims or kill them or enslave them or make them second class citizens unless they become muslims. It is wrong to teach, as Mohammed did, that anyone who leaves Islam is to be killed. It is wrong to teach than anyone who insults Mohammed or islam is to be killed. It is wrong to teach, as Mohammed did, that women are to be subjugated to men. And it is wrong to teach, as Mohammed did, that Mohammed was the last prophet so that his word was the last word of God that could never be changed.
Mohammed created the most powerful force for tyranny over the mind of man ever extant, basic Islam.
Islam is opposed to our constitution and to the principle that all men are endowed by God with the right life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Mohammed perverted religion into a political ideology that is more concerned with taking control over all aspects of everyone's life through sharia law, than it is with bringing man into a closer relationship with God.
Islam seeks to establish sharia law as the supreme law of the land, and thus to destroy our rights to freedom of speech, religion, artistic expression, the press, equal protection of law, and due process of law.
We need a constitutional amendment that declares that because Islam perverts religion into a subversive political ideology it will not be treated as a religion under the laws and constitution of the U S or any state or possession thereof, and that sharia law will not be recognized or enforced in the U S or any state or possession thereof.
