The Biden campaign on Tuesday dropped a new video featuring Rapid Response Director Andrew Bates explaining "what really happened in Ukraine."  The video features Daria Kaleniuk, the executive director of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre, ridiculing Viktor Shokin, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.  "We will not allow [Shokin], actually, to maintain this Soviet-system of prosecution which intimidates people," Kaleniuk said in the video. According to Bates, Shokin is "the embodiment of the corruption that has been hurting Ukraine's government for a long time. Everyone – from the EU to the IMF, Republican senators, the entire anti-corruption activist community in Ukraine – desperately wanted him fired."
