Chinese Premier Li Qiang told Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref that the sovereignty and security of all countries should be respected, as the two met on the sidelines of a Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Dushanbe on Monday, according to China's state-run media Xinhua.
