[[[ There are certain things you do NOT do in a time of war.
First: you...meaning the president...must only go to war to fight to win...one does NOT take us to war to negotiate 'deals' with those we are now are at war with.
Second: you do NOT publicize your strategy nor do you publicly announce via the media the deployments or movements of troops and equipment as to where they are going, what said equipment is, and when all will arrive.
Third: when at war you do NOT announce for all to hear that our leaders (military or otherwise) met with our allies leaders to discuss what to do or NOT do next, nor do you announce or even allude to any possible time frame of when agreed upon actions might take place. How quickly forgotten is that what is discussed at said meetings... whether they be secret meetings or NOT...always seems to get leaked out either inadvertently by one in attendance, by the media (for a ratings boost), or by someone with questionable allegiances. But no matter how exactly said info got out, the fact remains that what was discussed has now actually been delivered right into the hands of the enemy.
Fourth: the most successful of wartime strategies...strategies devised to actually win...happens with no heads-up being given, and with secrets being kept. Imagine if Gen, Eisenhower had publicly announced the actual day and time D-Day was to take place BEFORE the war deciding event actually did take place...we'd likely all be speaking German by now.
Just some things to think about if our president's intention is to truly win this war...with deals or stalemates being totally unacceptable...or just let Israel end this war for us... which they are are more than willing and capable of doing. ]]]
