Read Between the Redactions

“
I think it’s a terrible thing, and I’ll say it to his
face...I think it’s a disgrace. It’s an embarrassment.” So
said President Trump upon hearing that the findings regarding who was
at the bottom of the FBI’s 2016 Russia investigation will not be
released until after the election.
It's a shameful moment for our side as Attorney General William
Barr has proven himself to be not unlike former AG Jeff Sessions
whose favored word was “recuse.” And all I can say is
that, sadly, the hypocrisy seems to run deep within William Barr for
while he's made no statement regarding Joe Biden’s veiled answer to
the continuously asked question regarding Supreme Court
packing...Barr has basically mimicked Biden's very response with his
saying that the long awaited “Durham Investigation”
findings will only be released “after the election.”
Three words we never expected to hear from someone we thought both
strong of conviction and loyal to President Trump or is it simply
that William Barr is like so many others holding key governmental
positions...as in all talk but no action. Or could it be that William
Barr is just too afraid of the sure to come reprisal from the
Clinton's...reprisal because the 15-month long probe now known as the
“Durham Investigation” most likely does validate President
Trump’s contentions that he was “smeared as a Russian
colluder” by “dirty cops” along with being smeared
by Democrats in positions of power...Democrats including Hillary
Clinton, Barack HUSSEIN Obama, and Joe Biden himself. And know that
fear does tend at times to override one's conscience especially when
the Clinton name is brought up, for we all know that those who either
cross or speak out against the Clinton's have a history of suddenly
committed suicide...just ask the family of Vince Foster and even the
family of Jeffrey Epstein.
And with Republican leaders rightfully wanting to prosecute all
guilty parties involved...that's in addition to former FBI lawyer
Kevin Clinesmith who has already said that he would plead guilty to
falsifying records given to the
FISA
Court no matter that to date his specific case has not alleged any
broader FBI conspiracy to go after Trump...still has led many
key Republicans to believe that indictments and prosecutions will
reach all the way up to the Obama White House. And with the fact that
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe has already provided
nearly 1,000 pages of material to the Justice Department to support
Durham’s investigation...an investigation which includes some
already having been declassified documents showing that former CIA
Director John Brennan did indeed brief former President Obama on
Hillary Clinton’s
“plan” to paint Donald Trump as a
desperate man colluding with the Russians.
Simply, there most certainly is more than enough evidence to go
forward with both indictments and prosecutions, after all justice
must be served even if said justice is forced to bring down the
former occupants of both the White House and Number One Observatory
Circle.
Besides, President Trump himself has stated more than once that,
“He’s (as in William
Barr) got all the information he needs. They want to get
more, more, more. They keep getting more. I said, ‘You don’t need
any more,” and truly they
don't thus leaving one to wonder why all the invasive stall tactics.
So now I'll tell you why...because
delaying the “Durham Investigation's”
release, especially now after President Trump has indeed once again,
“fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all
documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in
American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton
Email Scandal. No redactions!”...is either yet another cover-up
of sorts or more likely is that the findings are so incriminating
that it could have serious constitutional ramifications regarding the
Obama presidency. How so? Because already declassified information
indicates that both Obama and his administration knew of allegations
that Hillary Clinton was indeed attempting to tie then candidate
Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin and the Russians as a means by which
to distract all the prying eyes from her attention grabbing email server
scandal. Also, remember that President Trump first gave the
declassification authority to AG Barr back in May 2019, right after
the Mueller report found no funny business going on between the
president or his campaign and the Russians. But sadly, interest in
these timely documents seems to have been buried as media
pushed Democrat issues moved to the forefront. Im
peachment
anyone?
But why were these documents buried...because
not only would they surely take the wind out of Joe Biden's
presidential aspirations and actually open him up to being indicted,
but because they would do so with evidence that would be almost
impossible for him to dispute let alone deny. And said evidence
includes a January 4, 2017, “note” credited to now
rightfully disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok...a “note”
that implicates then Vice-President Joe Biden in selecting the
never-used Logan Act of 1799 as a reason to keep open an
investigation of Trump's then National Security Adviser Michael
Flynn...an investigation that seemingly was going nowhere...yet an
investigation that while the FBI was ready to close, saw on Strzok
recommendation, being kept open.
And as per a number Republicans who have conducted their own
investigations into the origins of the Trump-Russia conclusion
nonsense, it seems to be officials like FBI Director Christopher
Wray...the man now at odds with President Trump over his having said
that there has not
“historically been any kind of mass voter
fraud” mail or otherwise, no matter that Trump has stated
mail-in voting is
“vulnerable to abuse” (Trump's
most assuredly right)... and CIA Director Gina Haspel who are
also helping to block the release of these current documents. And
said blocking is no matter that Director of National Intelligence
John Ratcliffe has already declassified certain redacted
documents...documents revealing that former CIA Director John Brennan
did indeed brief, via handwritten notes dated July 28, former
President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s
“plan” to tie
then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as
a “means of distracting
the public from her use of a private email server,” and do so
before the 2016 election cycle got into full swing.
So what specifically was in these notes that are so damning?
Written on Brennan's notes in areas not redacted (which of course
encompasses most of the notes) were the words, “CITE [summarizing]
alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her
foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a
scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,”
and that, “Any evidence of collaboration between Trump campaign
+ Russia,”...notes seeing
redaction at this point...also included the initials “JC,
Denis, and Susan”
scribbled in the margins. And who most likely do these initials refer
to...how about "JC" being then FBI Director James
Comey, "Susan" being then National Security Adviser
Susan Rice, and "Denis" being Obama's then Chief of
Staff Denis McDonough, after all who else could those initials be
referring to.
Now add in that when James Comey was recently asked
during a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee if he
remembered receiving a critical inquiry from the intelligence community to
look at the allegations that the Clinton campaign was trying to
create a distraction plan regarding Trump being a Russian agent or a
“Russian stooge,” Comey's reply was,
“I don't
remember.”
Simply, I don't think so for James Comey's not remembering such a
critical inquiry...an inquiry which became the central touch point of
both Hillary's approval of the above stated distraction plan coupled
with it being the basis for the issuing of FISA warrants that were
used against then Trump campaign aide Carter Page...warrants that
upturned an innocent man's life...is something I guarantee James
Comey remembers well...as well as his remembering that he was an
integral part of the Clinton campaign and the DNC (Democratic
National Committee) having secured through the law firm Perkins Coie,
both Fusion GPS and ex-British M5 agent Christopher Steele. And
Christopher Steele is the very man who actually authored and compiled
knowingly false information for what became known as the “Steele
Dossier”...the very dossier used to set the entirety of the
Trump distraction plan into motion.
So where do we stand right now after William Barr...the man who
once called the witch hunt against President Trump one of the
“greatest travesties in American history”... announced that no
public release of the Durham findings be made until after the
November 3rd election? First, it's important to understand how the
Attorney General's office ...how the DOJ...works in regards to the
release of information. So let's start by saying that one must both
understanding the intricacies of the legal system and the steps that
need to be taken to complete an investigation, including that the DOJ
via the attorney general, tends most times not to release information
about it's findings if someone in any said investigation is not going
to be criminally charged. However, and specifically regarding
Durham's findings, if anyone is indeed charged as a result of
Durham’s findings, the DOJ has an unwritten “60-day rule”...a
rule that stresses using caution before taking major action
regarding any and all politically significant cases within a short
window of time before an election, especially if it could affect the
election's results.
But what exactly did William Barr and the DOJ specifically task
Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham with...simply with his
“exploring the extent to which a number of countries, including
Ukraine, played a role in the counterintelligence investigation
directed at the Trump campaign during the 2016 election,” and
with determining whether
“intelligence collection activities by
the U.S. government related to the Trump 2016 Presidential Campaign
were lawful and appropriate.” But the question remains as to
why if Durham's task has been completed is William Barr holding back
those findings?
And the answer, I believe, is that the 15-month investigation has
most probably been completed and it's findings already transcribed,
but with President Trump being rightfully critical about a lack of
arrests and with time running short regarding the report being
released before the election brings me back to the beginning of this
article where I stated that, William Barr might just be too fearful
of reprisals from the Clinton's to do so. And when you add to that
with Barr having already publicly expressed his frustration over
Trump's tweeted comments regarding the delay in the findings release,
and no matter that Barr does understand a president's authority to
exercise control over federal agencies, it pains me to say that
William Barr's delay in releasing what could be history changing
findings might be just another case of one governmental agency
covering up for the dirty deeds perpetrated by both another
governmental agency as well his protecting those he truly does fear.
And might I add...dear God...for our beloved America's sake I
truly hope I am wrong.
