Fact 1: Israel did not start the war it now finds itself in nor did they deliberately target civilians in this nor any war they have fought, for Israel is the only country that not only warns enemy civilians to get out of harms way, but gives them time to do so. The sum of Palestinian civilians only became leftist deemed “Israeli targets” in an attempt to hide the fact that Hamas itself has not only caused many Palestinian deaths by cowardly using their own people as human shields in an attempt to save their own miserable lives, but that the number of Palestinians supporting Hamas greatly outnumbers those who do not.
Fact 2: It was actually Hamas not Israel who has committed “war crimes” by their purposely targeting Israeli civilians for death; murdering entire families; burning people alive; gang raping women; beheading men; committing sexual and other forms of bodily mutilation; and yes...by cooking a baby to death in a Kibbutz oven while forcing the baby's mother to watch.
Fact 3: Joe Biden, in a desperate attempt to bolster his sagging poll numbers, has been playing both sides against the middle in a dangerous game of deception as he not only panders for the Jewish vote via his recent condemning of the ICC's actions taken against Netanyahu, but he does so while anti-Israel protests continue on unabated in hopes of garnering the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian vote as well.
Fact 4: if Joe Biden had stood strong and united with our ally Israel from October 7th on, and did not throw numerous obstacles in her way, the Israel/Hamas War might well have ended fairly quickly with Hamas being the ones wiped off the face of the map...something I'm sure the sum total of the world's civilized nations would gladly applaud.
Fact 5: the Jewish State of Israel is now bearing witness to the “Nuremberg Trials” in reverse, so to speak, as the ICC prosecutor sees Israel as the war's perpetrator courtesy of his accepting as truth not only the rantings and ravings of Soros bought and paid for anti-Israel/pro-Hamas protesters and instigators...but by his accepting as fact the now proven to be overinflated Palestinian civilian casualty numbers issued by Hamas.
Five clearly stated facts, and yet Karim A.A. Khan...the ICC's chief prosecutor...continues on his quest to both defame Israel and find her leaders guilty in what is a court of anything but justice.
And while Khan has also applied for arrest warrants to be issued for but three of Hamas' top leaders...Hamas chief Yahya Sinwa, (who still is believed to be hiding underground in the tunnels under Gaza); Mohammed Al-Masri, the “commander-in-chief” of the military wing of Hamas; and one Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas’ Political Bureau...he still believes it's Netanyahu and Gallant alone who must “bear responsibility” for numerous war crimes having been committed. In other words, Khan is now putting Benjamin Netanyahu...who rightfully vowed to “overthrow the evil rule of Hamas and achieve complete victory”...on the same level as those who not only do not value human life, but those who see the blood on their hands as but a way to gain more favor with allah.
It's obvious that this man cares nothing about the brutal and barbaric atrocities committed by Hamas on innocent Israeli civilian men, women, and children, for he chooses instead to focus on what is Israel's rightful and unrelenting retaliation on Gaza. Simply, Hamas itself...along with the majority of Palestinians who still condone, herald, and support their actions...is in some ways even worse than ISIS. And while Israel's goal remains to stop Hamas from ever again doing to Israel what happened on October 7th, what's even sadder about Khan's actions is that even in his request for said warrants it proves that neither he nor a multitude of others have learned a damn thing from the nightmare that was September 11th nor do they care to.
Folks like Khan know well that in war blood does tend to flow freely as the very nature of war itself dictates such happenings. But now with his, on behalf of the ICC, claiming that Israel is using “starvation as warfare” ...when actually Hamas is stealing aid shipments for themselves and/or selling its contents on the “black market” ...and that Israel is willfully causing “suffering to civilians;” with Netanyahu's intentionally attacking and directing attacks against civilians in the guise of hoped for Gazan “extermination,” “persecution,” along with “other inhumane acts”..acts he refuses to name...Karim Khan has indeed lost all sense of both reality and truth.
And with his words that, “Israel has intentionally and systematically deprived the civilian population in all parts of Gaza of objects indispensable to human survival,” what Khan ignores is the fact that Hamas denied over 1,200 Israeli civilians their right to life. And his claiming that he has “reasonable grounds” to believe that it's Netanyahu and Gallant who must bear “criminal responsibility” for “war crimes and crimes against humanity,” what Khan has left out of his distorted discourse is that he never stated exactly from where, whom, and when he garnered the information that became his anything but, supposed reality based, “reasonable grounds.”
And if the ICC judges rule to allow said warrants to be issued that puts some countries in a quandary, most especially Germany...who is a supplier of arms to Israel...and Italy, two of Israel's staunchest supporters. However, even though France and Belgium have both experienced a dramatic rise in antisemitic incidents since the happenings of October 7th, they...not so surprisingly...have already issued statements in support of the ICC‘s requests for Netanyahu’s and Gallant's arrest warrants.
That is unless Biden were to veto it...always a possibility when one's strings are being pulled to play both sides against the middle.
And while a veto could happen, surprisingly there is bipartisan criticism of the ICC's actions including from, of all people, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries who stated that the arrest warrant request “goes against democratically elected members of the Israeli government, and is shameful and unserious. America’s commitment to Israel’s security is ironclad.”
Even President Trump's political allies had strong words to say about this overt miscarriage of justice. And it came courtesy of his former top foreign policy adviser Robert O'Brien who, along with former U.S. ambassador to the UAE John Rakolta; and former U.S. ambassador to Switzerland, Ed McMullen; met in Israel with Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, War Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz, and President Issac Herzog, and released a joint statement saying that, “the US could sanction the bank accounts and travel and can put visa restrictions on the "corrupt" prosecutors and judges of the ICC.”
“Corrupt prosecutors and judges” indeed for the ICC's international jurisdiction, which claims to only “reach out” for criminals hiding behind the veil of sovereignty, does threaten our and other country's national sovereignty. How so? While some say that the ICC does nothing more than what each and every country can already do under what are existing international laws, the flip side is the fact that the ICC imposes certain restrictions and limits of its own on a given country's authority while competing with that country in the exercise of authority. Again, how so...simply by monitoring what they consider to be human rights violations within a given country and then bringing those they believe to be involved to trial via the issuing of “arrest warrants.”
Simply, becoming or already being a member of the ICC does involve a certain sacrifice of ones national sovereignty. How so...because it allows ICC prosecutors to issue arrest warrants for any country's leader who they, and the ICC, believes has refused or fails to use its own already in place national criminal justice system to deal with those deemed to have committed crimes against humanity.
And while we know that it was Hamas alone who committed “crimes against humanity,” this still brings us back full circle to Special Prosecutor Khan and his hoped for warrants being issued for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. Remember, neither he nor the ICC is even trying to hide whose side they're on as the warrants for Hamas' leaders are barely even part of their public discourse.
I believe Benjamin Netanyahu said it best when stating that the “absurd and false warrant of the prosecutor in The Hague is not only directed against the Prime Minister of Israel and the Minister of Defense – it is directed against the entire State of Israel.” And here might I add the sum total of Jewish people everywhere as well, for they continue...almost on a daily basis...to bear witness to overt acts of antisemitism overtaking reality, truth, and common sense. Case closed.

And yet the silence of many is deafening while others still march.
And know that “atrocities” is too mild a word to describe the truth that is finally coming to light for said atrocities committed are not now nor have they ever been the thoughts of civilized men. Atrocities whose only tangible point of reference being is that ISIS itself has indeed been reborn in the guise of Hamas.
Pelvises broken, body parts cut off and then played with, organs removed and babies cut out of their still alive mother's wombs...beheadings, burnings, impalements, and the placing of sharp metal objects where no objects should ever be...gang rape on a scale unseen before...gang rape as but a weapon of pure terror not seen in recent wars past. Hamas' calling card now being presented for the whole world to see.
And yet the silence of many is deafening while others still march.Desecration of the innocent while the guilty reveled in the sexual perversion that their blood lust committed, for with each Jewish woman now laying dead her bloodline died along with her. Hamas' goal achieved no matter their hands still drip in the still warm blood of their victims...a stain that forever cannot nor should not ever be removed.
And yet the silence of many is deafening while others still march...march in support of savages...the victims be damned.
Raped while injured yet still alive...raped while in the throws of dying...raped again even after they were dead...some raped by many with their bodies passed around for the savages enjoyment...others raped by a few....the savages showed no mercy for only savages could do what they did...relish in it...be proud of it...with thoughts of 72 virgins becoming their thought to be reward.
No mere words can describe what happened on October 7th, yet its shadow will hang over not just Israel, but over all the nations of the civilized world until time itself ends. What happened in Israel can indeed happen anywhere when both civilized men and women look away and play down...or worse...ignore or make excuses for...what did happen in Israel on that most horrific day.For Israel and the Jewish people, October 7, 2023...now being referred to as “Black Saturday”...will always be the day that “Never Again” did indeed happen again.
And yet even with the atrocities committed against Israeli women now becoming known, and with very few women of said rapes having survived being attacked, the silence of many American women remains deafening,...deafening silence from women who should know better but instead willingly choose to be part of the ever expanding cycle of Israel and Jew hatred...anti-Semitism now taken to the 9th degree. And here I speak of American women who have no trouble supporting groups like “Me Too” and “NOW,” American women who by their own choice choose to look away from the reality that is truth they don't want to hear let alone see or accept.
So while the now being released photos and videos tell the true story, these women...no matter their political leanings...not only refuse to see the videos, hear the screams, digest the testimonies given, or accept what happened as fact...they still outwardly refuse to comprehend or even condemn the severity of the inhumanity Hamas committed against their fellow women.
Sadly, it's these very women who seem to think that it's better they wallow in their indoctrinated hateful bliss while continuing to march and protest in support of both Hamas and the non-existent Palestinian people...“Gazans” as some are now calling them...the not so innocent people who cheered on Hamas' vile actions while they paraded bloodied, injured, and sometimes decapitated women through the streets of Gaza City. Savages who thanks to these misguided women's support, now have seen the public discourse here in the U.S. being twisted to actually blame the victims for what happened instead of blaming those who committed the aforementioned acts. And in their deliberately turning their backs on the innocent female victims, these women's silence actually becomes an act of condoning, for if one does not condemn they do condone. And while at times silence itself speaks volumes, most especially in times of war, in the case of the atrocities unleashed upon Israeli women...on both young and old women and in many cases on very young girl children as well...the collective known as “womanhood” should be ashamed of itself as the battle cry has sounded that this war between Israel v. Hamas has not only morphed into a war between the civilized man v. the savage, but into a war between the savage and the rights of woman in general not to be used as either weapons or spoils of war.
And to that effect, while some women’s groups and organizations have issued but a blanket statement that, “rape and mutilation must be universally condemned without equivocation,” many other women’s groups and women of “political name” here in our country sadly continue to spew overtly Israel-hating and anti-Semitic words no matter the inhumanity, denigration, and outright terror Israeli women recently faced. So here let me cite but one women's organization and one American woman of “political name”...only one of each because of word count constraints...as examples of overtly ignoring the victims plight just because they were women..Jewish women. And let me start with “Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) whom I consider, like Hamas, to be a true piece of human garbage.
Believing herself to be the voice of the Palestinian people here in the U.S., Rashida Tlaib, who still has a Palestinian flag standing outside her Congressional office, should have been expelled from Congress long ago for she, in my opinion, is ground zero for most of the anti-Semitic rhetoric and hate that now seems to have overtaken both common sense and logic here in our country. And for women who really don't understand the events nor the ramifications that took place on October 7th, Rashida Tlaib has become their defacto leader not only in hate but in the “dehumanizing of women” in general.Rashida Tlaib's relishes in using the phrase “from the river to the sea.” Israel and Jew-hating code words for “extermination”...“extermination” by any means possible including by ending the Jewish bloodline...a bloodline carried in Jewish law by women...as in by ones mother. And in regards to October 7th the Jewish women not murdered but gang raped, mutilated, and left alive now see the end of their family bloodline. This is what Tlaib and her foolish followers herald.
I believe Rashida Tlaib hates women, herself specifically, for she has been brought up in a male-dominated culture that does not value women. So if one is taught to not value women in general...herself included...it's no wonder that Tlaib refuses to condemn the savage acts committed by male dominated Hamas. And while she claims that her lack of condemnation is mainly due to some in Congress “dehumanizing Palestinians”...I guess raping and then mutilating Jewish women is not “dehumanizing” enough for her...but daring to criticize the very people who gave birth to and support Hamas is.Rashida Tlaib could have been a powerful voice against the atrocities committed against Israel and especially against Jewish women, but her indoctrinated hatred of her own womanhood coupled with her hateful contempt for Israel overruled all. And she was able to funnel that hate into American women (and men) whose anti-Semitism quietly simmered below the surface and brought it to a boil.
And so they continue to march.
So now let me cite but one major women's organization who while they did issue a statement about the atrocities committed against Jewish women and women hostages, did so only when pushed into a corner. And here I speak of the United Nations women’s rights group “UN Women” whose words of condemnation did not come until 57 long days after the horrific events of October 7th took place.
Saying in their overdue statement that, “We (UN Women) unequivocally condemn the brutal attacks by Hamas on Israel on 7 October,” and “We are alarmed by the numerous accounts of gender-based atrocities and sexual violence during those attacks,” their statement also called for all accounts of “gender-based violence” to be investigated and prosecuted.
Too afraid to offend muslim nations and leaders, too politically correct, or simply not really caring about what happened to Jewish women on October 7th, “UN Women”...who I believe if not already in possession of the turned over multitudes of evidence against Hamas have at least seen it...should have actually described the atrocities committed by Hamas against these women not just glossed over them by delegated said atrocities under the banner of “sexual violence.” Also, in my opinion, “UN Women” should have called for “rape as a weapon of war” to be listed as an official hence punishable “war crime.”
But I guess it doesn't really matter for the Israel-hating, Palestinian-loving UN...what I call the “Useless Nations”...has not, to date, even started an official investigation into the matter. In fact, this seemingly calculated delay has forced Israel’s Foreign Minister Eli Cohen to issue words of his own regarding “UN Women's” way too late statement. Saying that not only should the organization's director be forced to quit but that, “The behavior of UN Women since the massacre on October 7 has been shameful,” as it is “tepid and late, coming after nearly two months of silence and turning a blind eye to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and sexual crimes committed by the Hamas terror group.”
And so the pro-Palestinian, anti-Israel fire remains lit for the marches and protests to continue, and once again the silence regarding atrocities committed against Jewish women remains deafening. Case closed.
