The Taiwan Test Or Something Else

Here I present three possibilities for the stated recent events...focusing on the surveillance balloon...and it's all about timing and our response or lack thereof to it.

Possibility number one: While concerns regarding this balloon's unexpected appearance remains of the upmost importance...no matter its final destruction...what mustn't be overlooked is the timing of said appearance in relation to China's largest military buildup in decades as they eye the takeover of Taiwan. Now considered to be a fully independent island nation by some...(on paper that is as Taiwan is not recognized as such by the UN)...Taiwan, while not officially recognized as being fully independent by the U.S., is nevertheless an ally of ours. The Taiwan Test Or Something Else

On Saturday February 4, 2023 at about 2:39 EST, the U.S. military shot down the Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic Ocean eight miles off the South Carolina coast, well within the 12-mile limit. This was a full eight days after said balloon entered Alaska airspace near the Aluetian Islands on January 28th, flew over Alaska and Canada to reemerge over Idaho when on Thursday, February 2nd, the U.S. Northern Command and NORAD (the North American Aerospace Defense Command) first detected a Chinese “high altitude surveillance balloon” over the continental United States. And it took our military, on Biden's orders, a full three days to bring it down after its having entered the continental U.S..

Back in 1965 the novel “White Lotus” was published, it's author a man by the name of John Hersey. I happened to come across this book four decades later when in a bookstore something drove me to purchase it, and its story line stayed in my mind all these years for even then I could see its stated plot unfolding as we entered the 21st century. This novel told of a “Great War” where the United States had been conquered by the Chinese, and where Americans were kidnapped and brought to China to be slaves of the Chinese government. And as the story progressed...seen through the eyes of a captured young girl now a slave...we witnessed her transformation from slave into a revolutionary who started a movement of non-violent protests that terrified her slave masters to the point where they eventually became shamed and ultimately were defeated.

And why this book's specific analogy in regards to the happenings going on today? Because what began in the novel with seemingly petty grievances between China and the U.S...grievances our country ignored just as we're doing now...escalated into the very war we tried to convince ourselves would never happen. And sadly, that's what seems to be happening here as many in our government made light of the Chinese surveillance balloon's leisurely gliding across our country. Drifting over key military air bases and nuclear weapons sites, this anything but a weather balloon or claimed “civilian reconnaissance airship,” was able to maneuver itself over sites that should have raised the ire of not only our president but the Pentagon as well...something that most decidedly did not happen on either account as per the timeline that unfolded, which leaves me to wonder why.

And as “red flags” were being ignored at first, a second such balloon was discovered drifting its way across Latin America, while just this past Friday our military took down an “object” located in U.S. sovereign airspace over Alaskan territorial water. And then on Saturday not only did one of our F-22 fighter jets shoot down an unidentified “cylindrical object” over Canada...Biden approved and asked for by PM Trudeau...but a “radar anomaly” led to a temporary closure of our airspace over Montana.* Possible forebodings of war to come not unlike those in the aforementioned novel.

Why so? Back in 2005, China passed a law “authorizing the use of military force” if Taiwan formally tried to secede and officially become recognized as independent, as the communist government of the “People's Republic of China” saw Taiwan as being a threat to their “One China” policy claim that they alone are the sole heir to the “China title,” thus seeing Taiwan independence as allowing another country to claim to be the “true China.” Simply, the brouhaha over Taiwan is not solely about China's flexing muscle, hence control while standing up to U.S., but is also about “saving face” to the nth degree.

How so? The mere possibility of Taiwan's being formally recognized on the world stage as a truly independent nation...especially a nation with ties to and influenced by the U.S...has again led Chinese President Xi Jinping to remunerate that Taiwan must be absorbed back into the “People's Republic.” Saying that he “will not renounce the use of force or give up the option to use all necessary measures,” to accomplish that goal, should make it clear to all that Xi Jinping will invade Taiwan but it will be at the time of his choosing, even if he must militarily go up against the U.S. and her allies.

A true harbinger of war sounded, albeit with a variable timeline of sorts in place. However, before any invasion were to take place China would surely want and need to know America's response to said invasion, meaning could the recent balloon flyover of our country be a test of sorts to gauge Biden's promised response...a response made back in May 2022 when Biden stated that we would defend Taiwan militarily if China were to invade as per the Taiwan Relations Act...an act requiring us to provide Taiwan with the military means to defend itself. So with that promise never being taken off the table, both response time and means of response becomes even more critical.

And know that Joe Biden has failed China's test for taking a full eight days to bring down a “surveillance balloon” initiated from what is an enemy nation shows that Biden is not willing to defend his own country in a much needed timely manner, let alone keep his promise to defend another country in what is the critical time frame involved. How so...by the time it would take us to get military assistance to Taiwan, the Chinese military would already have made it there, probably in less than an hour.

A harbinger of war to come. Balloon test number one was basically ignored, thus being a complete U.S. failure...sadly score one for the enemy's side.

Possibility number two: This possibility concerns what I first believed to be a nefarious purpose for the balloon...nefarious on both China's and our part...nefarious in that could the balloon's presence have been a Chinese “seeding operation” of sorts, a “seeding operation” that Biden willfully ignored. However, while some continue to suspect this possibly there are certain scientific facts that need to be in place to successfully “seed” anything from the air. First, one needs to be closer to the ground than 66,000 feet for the wind currents themselves would take the “seeds” away from their intended targets.

Also needed for successful “seeding” is a way to garner precise maneuverability...no matter what some social media and news media report...as this particular balloon only had a rudimentary ability to alter its course even with it having a rudder, as a rudder alone does not give a balloon the ability to override wind currents. You can release ballast...meaning weight...to go higher, and you can release gas to go lower but not close enough, in this case, to release an aerosol toxin. This means that while the balloon did indeed saunter across our country at an extreme height, it did so only as the wind currents directed it to do. Also, remember that if its purpose was to “seed” the clouds, cloud “seeding” is dependent on actual cloud height which obviously varies across the country. Simply, the Chinese balloon's rudder alone would not have allowed the balloon to adjust to needed cloud height accordingly.

Could a bag of nasties...like covid, anthrax, or other assorted nasties...be dropped via the release of ballast from the balloon? Technically, yes it could be done, but said bag would have had to receive a “drop” signal via the seen communication device on the balloon in order to release the bag over a specifically intended target, something the wind currents alone might dictate impossible to do.

And yet to be on the safe side...as it's always better to err on the side of caution than be sorry later on...government officials both on the state and federal levels should watch for, monitor, and keep track of any suspicious uptick in “certain diseases” over the areas in which the Chinese balloon traversed. We learned a lesson from Covid...or at least we should have...a lesson that due diligence can for some indeed make the difference between life and death.

Possibility number three: Was this Chinese balloon on yet another spy mission no matter that China has been spying on us and we on them for years?  Obviously it was...to some degree that is...leading the House of Representatives to unanimously pass a resolution last Thursday condemned China for its “brazen violation” of U.S. sovereignty and its efforts to “deceive the international community through false claims about its intelligence collection campaigns.” And it's now upon recovered remnant examination been determined that the balloon was operating with electronic surveillance technology capable of monitoring U.S. communications as the balloon had “multiple antennas to include an array likely capable of gathering and geo-locating communications,” along with solar panels large enough to produce the requisite power to operate multiple active intelligence collection sensors.

So why do I say a spy mission to “some degree”...because what the Chinese government could have garnered with this balloon would not be anything different or new than what they have already garnered via spy satellites and such. And besides, the Chinese government probably has already sewn up any information gaps remaining courtesy of Rep. Eric Swalwell and his relationship with Chinese secret agent Christine Fang...aka Fang Fang; Rep. Dianne Feinstein's 20-year “Driving Miss Daisy” relationship with her chauffeur/gofer/liaison to the local Asian-American community; as well as any business deals China made with the infamous Hunter Biden and his “Big Guy” dad...a possible reason, in my opinion, for the eight day, shoot-down lag.

And dare we forget that during Donald Trump's years as president, in October 2020, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, “woke” Gen. Mark Milley, publicly admitted that he would gladly call his Chinese counterpart, one Gen. Li Zuocheng, to warn him of any impending attack by the U.S. if he and he alone believed that as president, Trump was unstable. And while he later tried hard to “walk back” his statement the truth was already out there,thus forcing Milley to resign. And besides, one cannot keep garnering the same information one already has courtesy of still operational high tech spy satellites.

No, spying was not this balloon's primary purpose for in my opinion China was testing the waters for its invasion of Taiwan by sending a political message to see Joe Biden's response to one of its balloons slowly meandering across our country...a response almost akin to Barack HUSSEIN Obama's appeasement to his muslim brethern when he allowed Osama bin-Laden's body to be buried at sea so as not to be transferred to the U.S. what with islamic law forbidding what would surely be a forensic autopsy being performed on it.

Our military's shooting down the spy balloon after eight long days...downed while still in U.S. waters...now has China demanding that any remnants found be returned to China, something unlikely to happen unless Biden bows to their wishes that is, which is what China is hoping for. But know that for all intents and purposes Taiwan has already lost the war for the Chinese attack on them will surely come while the weak and appeasing Joe Biden is still in office, especially with his now making allegations that U.S. intelligence told Trump that Chinese government surveillance balloons have “transited the continental United States several times before” but went “undetected” while he was in office...a claim President Trump said “never happened.”

Remember, Joe Biden is trying to “save face” and protect his legacy for he knows both China and Russia (never discount some form of Chinese/Russian partnership here) dare not risk going up against a strong Republican president, whether it be Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis, as both men would have taken that balloon down upon its entering Alaskan airspace...and both would not only hold China accountable, but there would be a heavy price for China to pay.

And unlike the happenings in the previously mentioned novel, the sure to come “Great War” over Taiwan would, under a Republican president, see China the loser with the U.S. it's final and rightful conqueror as this time grievances and occurrences would not be made light of nor ignored. Case closed.

*As my article was getting ready for publication on Sunday afternoon, February 12th, it was announced that our U.S. military shot down over Lake Huron in Michigan, its fourth “unidentified object” in eight days after said “object” violated North American airspace and posed a hazard to civil aviation. Sadly, the harbingers of war might truly be upon us...I can only hope that our leaders see this as truth.

The Reality of Gender and Genetics

I've wanted to do an article about this topic for a long time but due to the politically incorrect nature of the topic I kept putting it off. And while I know I will get slammed by liberals and heralded by most conservatives it remains a topic that needs to be addressed not in a condescending way but in an unemotional manner that's factually correct.

So let's begin with a true story. Last month I went to my doctor's office for my yearly check-up...I'm A-OK by the way...and on the way to the office... which is in a major south Florida hospital...I needed to visit the “ladies room” for the usual reasons. And so I entered and headed to an unoccupied stall but in the first stall...whose door was wide open and which one had to pass...was a man in full female regalia standing at the commode doing his “business.” Needless to say I hightailed it out of there and told my husband, who was waiting for me in the hall, what had just happened and how so very wrong it was for this “man” to be using the “ladies room” when “she” was obviously a “he.”

A man most likely transgender...a man possibly in the process of transitioning...or a man playing “dress-up” who just wants to “pass” as a woman while leaving his “male parts” intact. But no matter whichever might be the case...and by the way there was a “men's room” right next store...this man had no business being in the “ladies room” with the stall door wide open and his reflection in the mirror, basically begging to be seen. Was he waiting for someone to confront him so he could try and sue the hospital for having no “gender neutral bathrooms”...perhaps...as many see lawsuits as a way to a fast buck...or was “he” just a wanna be “she” testing out the waters, if you will. I'll never know but it made me think quite a bit as to how far our society has fallen into becoming a liberal indoctrinated society of “anything goes.”

“Anything goes” whether it knowingly goes against God or nature or both, for what leftist politics alone can't destroy liberalism itself will. And while I'm not a religious person by any means, I am a true believer in “God the Father,” so if from a Biblical standpoint alone I know what I saw was to go against the word of God as well as to go against nature. However, with not being religious per se, I will address this topic from a medically factual standpoint as well as from a common sense and logical perspective.

First, let me say that this article is not about gay people nor will I will ever slam or call gay people to task...I do have a number of gay friends...and I know well that gay people are born the way they were meant to be as sexuality is determined in-utero, and that's something no one has control over. In fact, one does not “decide” who they’re sexually attracted to...it is as it was genetically meant to be...and no amount of therapy, treatment, or persuasion can neither successfully alter nor permanently change a person’s sexual orientation. In other words, you cannot turn a straight person gay just like you cannot turn a gay person straight. And besides, gay people are not the ones mutilating themselves in a losing effort to become a sex they are not.

And why do I say a losing effort...because while one can change the outside package...cut off or add to if need be...and even sort of mess around a bit with the internal “workings”...nothing...neither a surgeons knife nor mega amounts of hormone pills taken...will change a persons genetic make up...as in their DNA. Simply, you are and remain as you were born...male or female...straight or gay...no matter what you look like on the outside. But a problem arises when one physically alters oneself into becoming what they were not genetically programmed to be and then expects the majority of society to bend to their, what is minority, whims and ways.

And whether liberals like it or not, what's now called “sex reassignment surgery” is literally an impossibility for one's sex remains a genetically unalterable reality.

But before I go any further I want it known that there are two...only two...genetically biological sexes...male and female. And while some folks will say what about true hermaphrodites...those born with both male and female genitalia...a simple blood test can genetically determine what is their true sexual gender. And while those engaging in “liberal-speak” claim that there are over 70 genders, there is no scientific basis for what they like to refer to as “transgenderism.” You are as you were born, all else is due to misguided indoctrination and social placation in order to help meet a political end. No drivers licenses issued, no box a new parent checks off on a birth certificate can change one's genetic code, and the sooner this is accepted as fact the better off our society as a whole will be.

Simply, one cannot fluctuate amongst made up sexual derivations or to put it more bluntly...if one is inclined to do so then one does not have a physical gender identity problem but a mental one. And many times that sexual questioning derived from a parent wanting a child of a different sex than the one they biologically have. In fact, men wanting to transition into women...which greatly outnumbers women wanting to transition into men...many times have mothers who longed for a girl and gave birth to yet another boy. 

I believe this to be the case with Anne Georgulas, the Copell, Texas pediatrician and mother, who claims one of her twin sons has "gender dysphoria"...a condition where a person's gender assigned at birth and the gender with which they identify themselves are incongruent...and that “he” wants to be a girl. Never mind that Dr. Georgulas started telling her son James... started indoctrinating her son James...from the time he was three years old (he's now seven)...that "he" was actually a girl named Luna and needed to now start the process of “socially transitioning” into said girl before beginning hormonal transitioning into “her” true identity when “he” neared puberty.

Again simply put, sane people do not just wake up one morning and say I'm in the wrong body or I'm not the sex I should be, but if a parent starts telling a child at a young age that what they appear to be biologically is wrong, actually it's the one doing the telling...the one doing the indoctrination...that is the root cause of creating a problem where no actual problem existed before. And it's the child who bears the burden of what is their parent's mental illness, maybe not when they're young but later on in life when they think of transitioning but cannot really give any sound reasons why that logically makes sense. 

A grown man saying that as a child he always liked playing with dolls more than participating in sports or that he liked wearing dresses more so than wearing boy clothes, should immediately send up “red flags” to his doctor that the problem might not be one of supposed gender misidentification but be a problem of how he was raised along with how deep and for how long said gender indoctrination was going on. But most importantly the doctor must determine if the psychological damage inflicted can be addressed before the patient decides to do what is basically irreversible.

And while I'm sure there are a few transgender sorts who honestly believe they were born into the wrong sex, even that becomes questionable as many male to female transitioners still insist on keeping their male organ while adding female breasts and taking hormones to “soften” their physique. Could some of them be gay but be afraid to admit it...yes of course...but to willingly put oneself through bodily mutilation is a special kind of mental illness in and of itself.

But what says the medical profession about trying to change one's sex...how about that "sex reassignment" is quite literally impossible for surgery cannot actually 'reassign' sex, because sex isn’t “assigned” in the first place...one's sex...one's gender...is as one's genetics determine it to be. Translation: no one is born into the wrong body...no one is born into the wrong sex.

And while a small group of doctors are doing research into what they believe determines one's gender...as in the structure of one's brain as opposed to genetics alone... there’s something wrong with their premise as one's brain and thoughts can be influenced by outside factors, while one's genetic code cannot. And if something cannot be influenced...if something is biologically programmed to be as it appears to be on the surface...questioning one's gender as opposed to one's sexuality...then becomes a psychological issue and should be addressed as such with no surgical intervention being allowed. In fact, numerous medical studies already show that those who opt for “sexual reassignment” are for the most part no happier after the surgery than they were before going under the knife.

Sexuality and gender issues have unfortunately become not only a societal issue but a true political issue as well. How so...liberal politicians relish in playing to an audience that deems one's gender to be a morally outdated concept while the majority of society sees gender issues as yet another way the left can try to overturn what are accepted societal norms. Remember, it's not normal to not identify as either male or female, with all else being politically conceptual and corrupted nonsense. Simply, the issue of gender has morphed into the “politics of gender” which now is bearing witness to the upheaval of long accepted sexual roles. And while those roles do encompass long established Biblical aspects, in today's heated political climate gender is currently being deemed a societal issue that should be left to the individual to decide...albeit a personal choice the majority must accept or be deemed “politically incorrect” and be forced to face its ramifications.

Basically, what we in the majority are now being forced to accept is politically generated generational perversion... perversion that tries to play with while making a mockery of genetics even while knowing that one's genetics is not something that can be changed. And while medicine, up to this point, has always been about healing, doctors are now being forced to bend to a segmented societal want instead of actual societal needs. 

And those pushing the issue the most are today's millennials...millennials who collectively are the most whiny bunch of crybabies in many a generation. Seeing the issue of gender as a way to deflect off more important issues, a study done by the Intelligence Group...a consumer insights group...saw more than two-thirds of people ages 14 to 34 agreeing that gender does not have to define a person in the way that it used to be...science and medical truths now be damned...with 6 in 10 also saying that men and women no longer need to conform to traditional gender roles, behaviors, or be the sex they were determined to be at birth.

And while gender roles and behaviors are one thing, it's quite another thing to try to fool oneself and others into believing one is the opposite of the sex...of the gender... one was born into. In fact, what actual so-called “sex reassignment” is, is a game of pretend that never turns out well for either the person who has surgically tried to change who they genetically still are or for society as a whole. What amounts to self-invasive perversion will never become a new generally accepted societal norm for what is now in fashion, if you will, will eventually burn itself out leaving a small group behind who will still believe that there are over 70 genders and that genetics is fluid and open to change...simply it's not.

So with the latest liberal mindset now being forced down the majority's throats being that gender-wise “anything goes,” hopefully that too will come to an end on November 6, 2020 when liberals...when Democrats...rightfully lose it all. And while I personally have nothing against those who choose to go against God and nature nor do I wish them harm, I still believe this act of mutilation must never become a socially accepted new norm, especially when only 0.6% of the American population identifies as transgender, as in 1.4 million people out of a population of almost 330 million people.

And as for the “he” pretending to be a “she” that I opened this article with, I truly hope “he” gets serious mental help...for no matter what “he” does appearance-wise, genetics will still show “him” to be a man whether “he” likes it or not.

Facebook: The Truth Exposed...Part 1 of 2

Authors Note: The information we are about to disclose is based upon our research and reflects our opinions and beliefs alone. 

What we about to tell you might surprise some while affirming what others have suspected for quite some time but either way it needs to be told. And why...because 'Big Brother' is indeed watching us, but in a far more devious and sinister way than those two words usually imply for the simple fact is that he who controls the media, social networks, and the internet controls not just the flow of information but controls exactly what information is disseminated.

'Fake news' has become a buzz word for conservatives since the early days of the Trump campaign, but 'fake news' doesn’t really even begin to explain the depth and breadth of the situation we now face. It is becoming harder and harder to believe anything you see or hear from Twitter, newspapers, magazines, the mainstream media or on the internet, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for conservatives to express or share their ideas, thoughts, support, or concerns on Facebook.

There is a reason for all of this, and by the time you’re finished reading this investigative report, you will have a much better understanding of the dire situation we are all facing. You won’t feel any better about it, but you will see the big picture.

And in the big picture Facebook is the lynch pin for in a relatively short period of time Facebook became the fastest and easiest way to connect both people and the flow of information from all over the world. And while we all know that Facebook is the world's largest social media network, few know beyond the name Mark Zuckerberg who controls and pulls the strings at Facebook, with even fewer knowing who or what entities finance its operation, and even more importantly where they and their money come from.

Let's start with Mark Zuckerberg who, together with his Harvard roommate Eduardo Saverin, founded what we know as Facebook. And while the history of Facebook's founding and its birth pains...including a 2012 case brought by Yahoo against Facebook for copyright infringement...can easily be found by doing a simple google search, know that from its inception Mark Zuckerberg was a deviously clever manipulator out for money, power, and above all else control.

Incorporated in the summer of 2004, Facebook now has over two billion users with 1.37 billion “active users” visiting Facebook on a daily basis, and with a net worth of over one trillion dollars...talk about money and power. But power needs money to feed it and the first to jump on Facebook's bandwagon was back in 2004 when venture capitalist Peter Thiel (who surprisingly now is a Trump supporter) made a $500,000 'so-called' angel investment for 10.2% of the company (now down to 3%) and also became part of Facebook's board of directors.

From this point on...and know this is before Facebook started trading on the NYSE where it drew other investors and shareholders...other big companies and individuals jumped on the Facebook bandwagon. Those investing in Facebook included Accel Partners...to a tune of a $12.7 million venture capital investment...to Greylock Partners and Meritech Capital, plus additional personal investments from Peter Thiel and Accel Partners.

Then there's Jim Breyer who, while working for Accel, put in $1 million of his own money not through Accel but through a company he owns called Breyer Capital who bills itself as a “premier global venture capital and private equity investor” focused on “catalyzing high-impact entrepreneurs” in the United States and China. Interesting that of all the world's entrepreneurs the company Jim Breyer personally buys into Facebook with is a company connected to and doing business with China.

In October 2007, Hong Kong real estate billionaire Li Ka-shing became a Facebook angel investor investing $120 million total on two separate occasions for a 0.8% stake in Facebook. And around this same time Microsoft paid $240 million for 1.6% of Facebook.

Then in May 2009, Russian...yes Russian...internet holding company, Digital Sky Technologies...a company headquartered in Moscow...with its chief financial backer being Alisher Usmanov...paid $200 million for 1.96% of Facebook stock. Digital Sky Technologies is but one of Usmanov’s many interests and acquisitions which include precious metals (as in uranium), iron ore, steel, natural gas and media companies, including owning shares of gaming giant Zynga and the e-commerce marketplace known as Groupon.

So exactly who owns Digital Sky Technologies...which some say is actually part of either the Russian mob or funded in part by the Kremlin...besides Alisher Usmanov (who owns 32% of it through another of his companies called New Media Technologies), along with South Africa-based media company Naspers (28.7%), and Chinese Internet company Tencent (10%)...notice all three major owners are media companies...Russian investment banking firm Renaissance Capital (5%) of Uranium One infamy, Goldman Sachs (more on them in a bit), and New York private equity firm Tiger Global. Other lesser owners, but owners nevertheless, are Yuri Milner, Gregory Finger, Igor Matsanyuk and Sergey Orlovskiy.

And under the direction of Digital Sky Technologies Managing Partner Yuri Milner, DST is still interested in buying into Twitter no matter that Twitter already sees Saudi Prince Alwaleed's Kingdom Holding company owning about 5% and 34.9 million shares of Twitter’s common stock. Interesting isn't it that a Russian capitalist and an Arab muslim prince would be teaming up.

And in 2011, another venture capital investor, this time Andreessen Horowitz, also invested in Facebook, holding .18% of Facebook, but of interesting note is that he too also holds stock in three other of the most well known social-media sites as in Twitter, Groupon, and Zynga. Now add in that venture capitalist firm Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, with a .073% stake in Facebook, also have investments in Google, Groupo, Twitter, and Zynga.

Are you starting to see some commonalities here.

And with Facebook now also owning photo sharing service Instagram, Oculus VR (specializing in virtual reality hardware and software products), Onavo (an Israeli mobile apps analytics company), plus many other photo sharing, analytic, software and verification companies including Confirm (a U.S. government issued ID verification platform) and Face.com (a face recognition company)...as well as acquiring smartphone instant messaging giant WhatsApp, real-time news “aggregator” FriendFeed, Malaysian contact-importing start up company Octazen Solutions, photo-sharing Divvyshot, plus many more...a disturbing pattern of corruption veiled in what seems to be legitimate and legal acquisitions is emerging...let us explain.

In 2011, Goldman Sachs...one of the world's leading investment banks...seemed to have the inside track underwriting a future Facebook IPO (IPO stands for Initial Public Offering meaning the very first sale of a stock issued by a private company to the public...known as “going public”...as opposed to public companies which have sold at least a portion of their shares to the public to be traded on a stock exchange). Finalized in January of 2011, with its participation in a $1.5 billion capital raise, the transaction included a $450 million investment from Goldman Sachs, another $50 million from Digital Sky Technologies, and $1 billion from “unnamed foreign investors”...which we would guarantee you means some shady Middle East characters and/or countries. This deal afforded Facebook a value of $50 billion which is extremely high and overinflated for a company not even traded yet.

And this financing "oddity" did indeed raise 'red flags' at the time for it appeared to many to be a way for Facebook to “sidestep U.S. securities laws” forcing other privately-held companies to make SEC filings once they reached a 500 shareholder threshold. Yet even with said raised 'red flags' Facebook went public on the NYSE on Friday, May 18, 2012. The night before, Facebook set its final IPO price at $38 per share, but when its stock began trading at 11:30 a.m. ET, the first trade came in at $42.05 per share, a gain of nearly 11%. More than 80 million shares of Facebook stock changed hands in the first 30 seconds of trading, and by the end of its first day of trading Facebook's trading volume had reached a staggering 567 million shares...amazing to say the least.

Not bad for a company started in a dorm room...not bad for a company whose 'red flags' were never really addressed...not bad for a man who craved money, power, and above all else control...control coupled with domination that is.

And while greed was indeed a strong driving force in the beginning, it was control...complete, all-consuming control...that overtook both the man and the company know as Facebook for one only has to look at the types of companies that invested in Facebook ownership and the types of companies Facebook previously purchased; what other companies Facebook and its partners own part of in common; and who and what countries said companies are connected to coupled with the specific social media, news, and software companies that Facebook continues to buy up. And when one does all this it should become obvious that Facebook wants not only to own and control all of the relevant social media sites but that Facebook...that Mark Zuckerberg...also is determined to control all the information disseminated on said sites as well as what its users can and cannot see.

And most susceptible to this manipulation...the next in line voters...the millennials...for the millennials will blindly believe what they are force-fed and indoctrinated into believing as millennials rely on Facebook far more than any other source for their political news.

Hence the bottom line...control the information superhighway and you control not only the news but you can manipulate all future election results by delivering to the masses only the news you, your agenda, and candidate of choice want them to see.

Are you starting to see Facebook's end game...are you starting to see Mark Zuckerberg's agenda...we hope so for herein lies the reason why not only are we conservatives the only ones being locked up in Facebook jail, but why Facebook aided in hiding the truth about the Steele dossier and the fact that it was Facebook who composed Hillary Clinton's actually used template on how to win elections.

So, what does Facebook's buying up competing social media, analytical software, identification and photo sites, along with sites where people disseminate the news mean besides the above stated need for control...it means that Facebook has become or is bordering on becoming a monopoly, and monopolies are truly frowned upon by the government for what is a monopoly but a given company's goal of possessing and/or controlling the supply or trade of a commodity or service. And Facebook is a commodity and offers a service, as in connecting people worldwide through their now monopolized company.

Remember, monopolies translate into inequality, power, and control as bottom line profits place more monies into the hands of the few, with 'mom-and-pop' companies being forced out of business by those companies bigger and more monetarily successful than they are.

And this is exactly what Facebook has done by buying out their smaller but still viable competition...competition that sometimes holds political views that are in direct contrast to Facebook and Zuckerberg's own. And once said competition is bought out and absorbed into Facebook any and all opposing views they might have had goes with them, turning Facebook into the sole arbitrator of what is and is not newsworthy... of what or what not is 'fake news'...and of what topics will be open to back-and-forth discussion on either Facebook and on any other companies they own...whether said news is based upon a lie or is itself an actual lie.

In fact, a perfect example of just this is when Mark Zuckerberg himself stated that, "Personally, I think the idea that fake news on Facebook — it's a very small amount of the content — influenced the election in any way is a pretty crazy idea," yet right after the 2016 election he stated on Facebook that Facebook "helped more than 2 million people register to vote, and based on our estimates we got a similar number of people to vote who might have stayed home otherwise."

So which statement is the lie and which one is the truth... guess we will never know for we have no major opposing site(s) to counter Zuckerberg's words. And while a few small scale opposing sites to Facebook do remain... alternate venues as we call them...and know they do try hard but unfortunately their numbers in both revenue generated and readership reach remain dismal at best making them no real threat or competition to the Facebook juggernaut. And if a conservative user of Facebook dared to question Zuckerberg's conflicting statements, into Facebook jail they went for a timeout whose length of stay was of Facebook's choosing...with no chance to appeal or time out for good behavior. More on this in a bit.

And with Facebook, like we said above, either bordering on if not already being an actual monopoly and holding power over those who dare challenge their modes-operendi if you will, the question that must be asked is just when will the Facebook media monopoly be broken up. Remember, monopolies are in violation of anti-trust laws, with history showing the government breaking up numerous business conglomerates that have over-stepped their company buying bounds...conglomerates like U.S. Steel, AT&T, big tobacco, and to a lesser degree Microsoft for example, who only now sees rival operating systems gaining ground as well as rival “open source software” threatening their bundle business model upon which Microsoft was built...meaning Microsoft might not be broken up. But with Facebook basically owning all that is social media the same cannot be said for them...so it's only the when and no longer the why.

So just when will Facebook be divided and conquered...the answer is only when it is regulated and taxed to such a degree that their sure to come not complying would allow the government to move in and break Facebook up into smaller competing companies, which in turn would decrease its profits making it less desirable for Zuckerberg and crew to hold onto.

But until then, it is no secret that Facebook has its eyes on mainstream media news outlets...entities like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC...who are sliding towards a ratings abyss and Facebook doesn’t need to read tea leaves to see the future. Facebook, the bane of the existence of the mainstream media, is in the process of adding a new label to their consumer monopoly...that of becoming a go-to major news source on top of their social media mountain.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, "There's too much sensationalism, misinformation and polarization in the world today.” Never mind that Facebook itself through their arbitrary control and banning practices is the social media leader in the field of polarization...never mind that Facebook is now ranking news outlets as to which are or are not trustworthy. It’s a bit like having a fox decide which chickens are or are not in danger.

This new 'news rating' system is only rolling out in the U.S. to begin with, however, Facebook does have plans to eventually expand it globally, and while that is not very surprising there is something that should be a giant 'red flag' here, that being that while Facebook decides what news will or will not appear in your newsfeeds, they will not be making their mainstream media trustworthiness scores public. It’s their little secret of course.

This is yet another way to expand and strengthen their monopoly. In other words, never mind “Caveat Emptor,” just let Facebook be aware for you and don’t worry about it.

According to Digital Trends, Facebook is in the process of launching, “local news section, dubbed ‘Today In,’ and it is currently being tested in six cities. The section lists local news from publishers that have been vetted by Facebook in an attempt to weed out fake news,” but you and we know it won’t stop with local news. Eventually, Facebook will be in the business of national and then international news, thus becoming a millennial preferred alternative to the dying mainstream news media, and all while Facebook hired guns will decide what news you get to see.

Allowing Facebook and their far left liberal executives to decide what’s good for you is no better than allowing the government to decide what’s good for you. And as the Facebook monopoly continues to expand, we predict that within the next five to ten years the latest generation of voters and future generations of American voters, will get their marching orders spoon fed to them via social media giant Facebook.

Facebook knows well that they cannot adequately indoctrinate the masses with the liberal/socialist ideology unless they have the previously stated monopoly on the information and content that gets shared, and they are rapidly moving in that direction.
