NOT Going to Indict and Rightfully So

To indict or NOT to indict...that was the $64 thousand question that we all waited with baited breath to hear the answer to. Thankfully, the right decision was reached...NO true bill* returned on each of the five indictments...and so Officer Darren Wilson will NOT be indicted...as it should be.

Michael Brown was a thug and a hoodlum heading down the wrong path in life and his choosing the wrong path led directly to his death. After robbing a local Ferguson convenience store and strong-arming the proprietor, the six foot three inch 300 pound thug wandered aimlessly down Ferguson's streets interfering with the flow of traffic. Stopped by Officer Wilson and told to get out of the road, Brown chose to become belligerent and it went downhill from there until he lay dead on the street...lay dead on the street of his own accord as the official autopsy report showed.

But instead of this incident rightfully ending with that report, the race-baiters and white-haters chose to turn Michael Brown's death into their 'cause de jour' as they trumpeted Brown's 'dead-self' around as payback for Trayvon Martin. Bringing in outside agitators, the likes of the New Black Panthers and race-baiters 'par excellence' Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Eric Holder, all together added fuel to the fire of black verses white hate, with a bit of collective guilt thrown in for good measure. And they did it all while Barack HUSSEIN Obama...the ultimate of all racists as he so outwardly displays his hatred of his white half...chose to look away to what was going on as his minions stirred up the people until mob mentality violence ruled Ferguson's streets.

And even when all the forensic evidence pointed to the fact that Officer Wilson did indeed act in self-defense, and being that it was NOT what the black race-baiters and white-haters wanted to hear, miraculously up pops 'new' evidence that now needed to be heard. And the Grand Jury...likely a fearful Grand Jury...bowed to the findings of this miraculously appearing new evidence and delayed what should have been a cut-and-dry decision to possibly give the race-baiters and white-haters the verdict they so wanted to hear. And with the evidence on hand now being 'interpreted' by an aged forensic 'so-called' expert, who called his results 'the indisputable truth'...the 'indisputable truth' even after his being denied by the court a look-see at the all-important critical police evidence the first forensic team had access to. And so the announcement of a decision was held up by days as tensions and the number of paid outside agitators in the streets of Ferguson continued to grow and fester.

This forcing of a second forensic investigation was indeed a misguided attempt to delay the announcing of a rightful decision...as in if you don't like the first findings continue on until you do like what's found...continue on until it meets your agenda's goal...continue on until by hook or by crook a black thug is found innocent and a white police officer is hung out to dry...so to speak...indicted solely to satisfy the race-baiters and white-haters call for revenge for what they see as perceived injustices done to them when it was their long dead ancestors 150 plus years ago who were the slaves.

Try to hang an innocent white man, so to speak, so some have a 'so-called' justifiable reason to again riot and loot but this time saying it is being done as a stress release...a stress release so they can relish in their misguided satisfaction of payback for believing that everything bad in their miserable lives is 'whitey's' fault instead of blaming themselves for their dead end lot in life...a lot in life directly caused by their own bad choices. Bad choices like continually blaming the white man as the reason why some...and I only say some...black women are 'forced' by circumstances to have child after child each with a different 'daddy' and none of them with a husband...having child after child so they can 'just get by' they say, and doing so with even more welfare monies then they already get as they believe 'whitey' owes them and owes them big time. 

Try to hang an innocent white man so some can close their eyes to the fact that the reason they are going nowhere in life is that their dropping out of school translates into menial dead-end jobs being all they can and will ever get...that is if they bother to even work at all. Blame the white man for their ghetto existence when the root cause of it all...the root cause of all the black community's problems...is the disintegration of the black family unit as more and more black families are headed by single moms with so many children with the afore mentioned multitude of daddies. Try to hang an innocent white man...so to speak...so race-baiters like Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, and even Obama can (I believe) line their own pockets because some blacks are suffering, yet that very suffering is what makes it so easy for these vile men to make a buck off the misery of those they call 'brothers.'

Try to hang an innocent white man by 'railroading' a verdict of sorts so yet another white on black incident becomes the untruthful overblown darling of media fodder while the way more prevalent numbers of black on white crimes goes unnoticed, unspoken of, and unreported. Try to zero in on and hang...so to speak...an innocent white man for NO other reason than for a twisted sense of revenge for the Trayvon Martin case NOT going a certain wanted way NO matter the fact that he too was just another of many black thugs who again made so many bad choices in life.

And while this Grand Jury vacillated for a bit, in the end they did the right thing based on the facts NOT on the race-baiters and white-haters trying to blackmail...YES blackmail...them into believing that a NO indictment ruling would cause them to be the catalyst for even more riots, looting, and the burning of their own town to the ground. Thankfully, these jurors finally saw that what happened in Ferguson was NOTHING but a continuing performance of theater of the absurd put on by those who didn't even live in the town that became ground zero in this new American Civil War...a war started by a president and his minions who delight in ripping the scab off long-healing racial wounds, and who high-five each other for helping to set race relations back 50 years or more.

So to this Grand Jury I say 'thank you' for doing the right thing and that maybe now the healing can begin...a healing that begins with recognizing the fact that a black thug and hoodlum was seen and judged for what he truly was, and that now an innocent white police officer can go on with his life...and that none of this should ever have been about the color of either man's skin.

The most important effect of the revelations of the Administration’s flunkies’ history of cheesy lies about Obamacare is that liberals must now answer one threshold question before discussing the substance of any new socialist scheme:

Why should we trust anything liberals say about anything?

Grubergate is just one of the score of scandals, frauds, and failures that have destroyed any trust in this collection of creeps by anyone except the most leftist and the most stupid, two sets which, if graphed in a Venn diagram, would be represented by a single circle.

IRS oppression. Executive amnesty. VA death lists. The Benghazi filmmaker frenzy. You’d think that statistically this Administration would have to act honestly and/or competently sometime. Instead, Obama’s managed to create the political equivalent of a broken clock that’s never right.

The liberals are fuming, infuriated that Jonathan Gruber let the cat out of the bag. Then let out another. And another. In fact, he dumped out a whole bag of cats as new media detectives released fresh clips daily depicting his smarmy confessions that he thinks the people who fell for Obamacare are drooling idiots. No, don’t look at us conservatives – we saw through this crypto-fascist scheme from Day One. Your boy Gruber is just telling it like it is – when liberals aren’t liars, they’re morons.
Like the hip kids say, hate the game, not the single payer.

What to do? With apologies to Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, the liberals in the media, which is to say “the media,” ran through the first four of the five stages of grief in record time.

Stage One – Denial: “Gruber who? Never heard of the guy I said was key to the whole Obamacare idea. And I never heard of Obamacare either. Look, a squirrel!”

Stage Two – Anger: “This is an outrage, citing the statements of a guy we spent years touting as an expert on Obamacare who says it was all a giant scam! You are the worst human being since that inhuman monster who wore a whimsical shirt to a comet landing!”

Stage Three – Bargaining: “Well, uh, Mitt Romney hired him too so it’s not so bad. Wait, what? You say that for conservatives, defending Mitt Romney over Romneycare is not a thing?”

Stage Four – Depression: “How can we ever hope to trick – I mean ‘convince’ – the American people to trust us enough about made-up crises to ever again transfer massive amounts of money and power to us liberals and the institutions we control?”

How does the first black president reward blacks for voting for their hero?

With an executive order: “Go to the back of the employment line.

Get behind illegal immigrants, including carriers of tuberculosis and criminals at large. Blessed are the politically useful and illegal immigrants are more useful than African Americans.”

Blacks voted for Obama in record numbers: 91% in 2008 and 87% in 2012. It was historic. Yet, last week via unconstitutional executive order, the president announced an immigration “reform” plan that will disproportionately hurt African Americans.

Trayvon Martin could have been “my son,” Obama sighed in 2012 when his re-election was at stake. Obama used Martin’s tragic death to tell blacks that they could not trust white people. They could only trust him.

In 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014 Obama fanned racial tensions in order to win the black vote. Instead of using his biracial heritage to foster harmony, he told Republicans they “can come for the ride, but they gotta sit in back.”

In August of 2014, a white cop in Ferguson, MO used lethal force to defend himself against a black man named Michael Brown who had just participated in a strong-arm robbery. Desperate to turn out black voters in the 2014 midterms, the Obama administration made Brown into the new Martin.

Attorney General Eric Holder warned blacks not to trust white law enforcement: “I understand that mistrust. I am the Attorney General of the United States. But I am also a black man.”

Today, Obama fans racial tensions with the goal of giving his party a permanent monopoly on the White House. “You can come out of the shadows and get right with the law. That’s what this deal is.” Obama said on Thursday. Over and over, he painted illegal immigrants as victims of a life in the “shadows.”

21.9% of young blacks are unemployed and 14.7% of Millennials overall are unemployed. All Americans are hurting but young people—especially young blacks—are hurting the most. Good thing Obama is focused on a bigger humanitarian crisis: how he and his political party can capitalize on the scores of children who are entering our country illegally.

Ex-FSA fighter: Islamic State “magnet that attracts large numbers of Muslims”

What was he working with them for? To get them to fight the Islamic State. But now the U.S. airstrikes against the Islamic State are being used by FSA fighters as a pretext to join the Islamic State.

If this is true, they were never going to fight the Islamic State, and were never “vetted moderates.” Obama’s whole Syria strategy is based on fantasy.

US air strikes in Syria are encouraging anti-regime fighters to forge alliances with or even defect to Islamic State (Isis), according to a series of interviews conducted by the Guardian.

Fighters from the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Islamic military groups are joining forces with Isis, which has gained control of swaths of Syria and Iraq and has beheaded six western hostages in the past few months.

Some brigades have transferred their allegiance, while others are forming tactical alliances or truces. Support among civilians also appears to be growing in some areas as a result of resentment over US-led military action.

“Isis now is like a magnet that attracts large numbers of Muslims,” said Abu Talha, who defected from the FSA a few months ago and is now in negotiations with other fighters from groups such as the al-Nusra Front to follow suit.

Assam Murad, a fighter from a 600-strong dissident FSA brigade near Homs said:

“There’s no way we would fight Isis after the US military campaign against them.”

A third man, Abu Zeid, the commander of an FSA brigade near Idlib and a defector from President Bashar al-Assad’s army, said: “All the locals here wonder why the US coalition never came to rescue them from Assad’s machine guns, but run to fight Isis when it took a few pieces of land. We were in a robust fight against Isis for confiscating our liberated areas, but now, if we are not in an alliance, we are in a truce with them.”

These and other Syrian fighters told the Guardian in interviews by phone and Skype that the US campaign is turning the attitudes of Syrian opposition groups and fighters in favour of Isis. Omar Waleed, an FSA fighter in Hama, north of Damascus, said: “I’m really scared that eventually most of the people will join Isis out of their disappointment with the US administration. Just have a look on social media websites, and you can see lots of people and leaders are turning to the side of Isis.

“We did not get any weapons from the US to fight the regime for the last three years. Only now US weapons arrived for fighting Isis.”…

He and his fellow fighters were awaiting the arrival of Isis militants in Homs, he added.

“The moment Isis fighters touch the soil of the Homs countryside, we will be the first to fight with them at the front. This [US-led] military coalition is not against Isis, it is against entire Islam.”…

While We're All Focused on Ferguson GITMO Terrorists Go Free

How dare he...

America is in the midst of gut-wrenching inner turmoil because of the man who deems himself king. From his inserting himself into the Ferguson powder keg with his "stay the course" comment...to the Ebola false flag that we would soon see a large scale outbreak extending from coast to coast...to dishonoring those who came to our country LEGALLY by giving amnesty to those who did NOT...Barack HUSSEIN Obama has continuously shown himself to be what we all feared...a racist of the worst kind, a traitor to America, and an enemy combatant who basically looks away as American heads roll...and he does it all by simply saying four proven dangerous words, "I have the authority."

Where this man stands with the first three are in-your-face obvious...where he stands with the last is veiled behind his muslim allegiances. As if this past May's trade of five Taliban fighters for one American traitor wasn't bad enough...if 'We the People's' outrage wasn't yelled loud enough...now hidden amongst all the rightful indignation over his most grievous act of defiance regarding amnesty...another very serious action has gone basically unreported or given mere lip-service to by America's leftist controlled media...as yet another impeachable offense has been committed by the man who thinks the Constitution is NOTHING but kindling to fuel the fires of his liberal islamic socialist agenda.

Choosing to violate the rules regarding captures on land and sea...as per Article I, Section 8, Clause 11of the Constitution..."To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water"...a power that is supposed to go to Congress...this most miserable of presidents has willfully chosen to disregarding both the pleas from Congressional Republicans and the outrage and outcries of the American people to stop any further trades or releases of GITMO prisoners from taking place. With the anger of his 'Five for One' trade still fresh in our minds, the truth is that Obama still refuses to listen to America's collective voice, and has again released another five of the worst of the worst...this time four al-Qaeda fighters from Yemen and one from Tunisia...including a senior operative who facilitated travel to Afghanistan for Arab extremists. And he did this knowing full well that the five released this past May had joined with and are fighting alongside ISIS, making this newest release a clear and flagrant danger to U.S. interests both abroad and at home.

Justifying...in his own mind...this release on an administration task force's determination...a determination made way back in 2009...that these newest five...captured in 2002...were just like the previous five...as in low-level prisoners that NO longer posed a threat to anyone (yeah right)...then why did he wait five long years to release them...something to think about now isn't it.

Sending three of the four Yemini nationals...Abdel Ghaib Ahmad Hakim, Salah Mohammed Salih Al-Dhabi and Abdul Khaled Al-Baydani to the country of Georgia, and sending Yemini Husayn Salim Muhammad Al-Mutari Yafai along with Tunisian Hashim Bin Ali Bin Amor Sliti to Slovakia for 'resettlement'...we just know that it's only a matter of time before they too are fighting alongside ISIS...just like the previous five. In fact, in April 2008, this same task force determined that Yafai was at high risk for returning to his past terrorist activities and recommended that he continue to be detained, but suddenly one year later he's deemed NO longer a threat and five years later released. Quite odd I would say.

And guess what...there are still approximately 74 additional prisoners who also have been cleared by the same task force and are awaiting so-called 'resettlement.' In fact, 36 of those have been designated for detention without charge...meaning they get to walk scott-free. And 23 of those are soon to face prosecution with 10 slated for upcoming trial by a military commission with a few already having been tried, convicted, or sentenced...all the cream of the terrorist crop...sarcastically said.

So in addition to his child-like temper tantrum with its amnesty payback over his and his party's big Election Day loss, NOT only do we have criminal ILLEGALS made LEGAL with a Constitutionally damning swipe of his pen to worry about, now with this prisoner release Obama has drawn battle lines in the sand with the new Republican controlled Congress that I assure you will get dirty as the threat of these men returning to their terrorist ways is a given...and both Obama and Congress know it.

"What the Obama administration is doing is dangerous and, frankly, reckless. They have chosen many times to put politics above national security. It’s time they stop playing with fire and start doing what’s right. Until we can assure the terrorists stay off the battlefield, they must stay behind bars," said Representative McKeon in a letter he addresses to Defense Secretary and islamic sympathizer Chuck Hagel.

Now putting partisan politics above national security after his campaign vow to close GITMO having been thwarted by a then Republican Congress, dangerous and reckless are words McKeon chose well for this sitting Democratic controlled Congress has allowed prisoners to again be released NO matter that those released, are truly as they say, 'bad men.' 'Bad men' of the likes that according to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, 107 of 620 prisoners released from GITMO...as in 17.3 percent...have been confirmed as immediately upon release returning to their terrorist ways with another 77...translating to12.4 percent...being highly suspected of also having immediately returned to their terrorist ways, translating into once brainwashed into the ways of jihad that brainwashing will be hard if NOT impossible to undo.

And if that wasn't serious enough, how's this for total ludicrousness...now we have a 13th prisoner being released from GITMO this year alone... released to return home to Saudi Arabia and comes within days of the release of the newest five, proving that Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT care about Congress' or the public outcry over these actions. Releasing just this past Friday, 12-year prisoner, Muhammad al-Zahrani, simply because the Obama administration said they needed to keep GITMO at 142 prisoners...detainees as they call them...tops, further proves the laize-faire attitude towards the outcry of the American public against the policies of the man who would be king.

And there's more...according to the Pentagon al-Zahrani will supposedly be part of a program to rehabilitate 'militants.' Rehabilitate 'militants'...NO...Obama needs call them what they are...islamic terrorists...and rehabilitation happening is slim to none as you cannot rehabilitate those brainwashed and programmed to kill us all...to kill us all in the name of islam...to kill us all in the name of allah.

And the cherry atop this traitorous cake is that Obama has said that more prisoners will soon be released in the upcoming weeks as part of his renewed effort to close GITMO. Close GITMO and send terrorists back into the populace to continue their terrorist ways just like he's now sending ILLEGAL criminals directly into the American populace with the swipe of his pen to do God only know what. And this sitting Congress is as guilty as Obama for they do NOTHING to stop a man wheeling out of control who sides with the enemy NOT even bothering to hide his actions in plain sight.

Reversal: US ‘to expand’ 2015 Afghanistan combat role

The Afghan fool’s errand continues with no end in sight. Crippled by Obama’s impossible Rules of Engagement, our troops are there with no goal, no purpose, and no outcome other than to serve as targets for the Taliban.

“US ‘to expand’ 2015 Afghanistan combat role,” BBC, November 22, 2014:

US troops in Afghanistan will be allowed to target Taliban fighters in Afghanistan from 2015, US officials say, expanding their role after the end of major combat operations.

Guidelines approved by President Barack Obama will also provide air support for Afghan missions, US media report.

The US force in the country is be cut to 9,800 by the end of 2014.

Previous plans had limited their role to training Afghan troops and tackling the remnants of al-Qaeda.

The military will now be allowed to fight the Taliban if the militants “directly threaten the United States and coalition forces” or provide “direct support to al-Qaeda”, an unnamed official told US media.

The Associated Press and the New York Times say the change has been quietly decided by President Obama in recent weeks….
