A Week That Was That We Wish Wasn’t

Last week was a tough week as ‘We the People’ and our beloved America were put through the proverbial ringer by not only our very own traitor-in-chief but also by the woman who thinks the presidency is owed to her…a woman aided by a media that wants to anoint her and by polls that are manipulated to show numbers in her favor.

Let’s start with Barack HUSSEIN Obama and all his nonsense…a full week of his nonsense to be exact.

And it all started last Monday when ever so stealthily in the middle of the night Obama released 15 more enemy combatants from Gitmo…the largest number he’s released at one time to date…as he continues on in his attempt to try and release them all before leaving office…release them from the place he still erroneously and so foolishly calls both a “recruitment brochure for our enemies” and "contrary to our values"…releasing them to once again kill both more of our troops still in the theaters of war as well as innocent civilians…most especially Christians…good little islamic brethren that he is. 

Included amongst these 15 very bad men released were men who fought on the front lines against both U.S. and coalition forces…hardened terrorists who relished in targeting U.S. personnel with explosives including a man named Obaidullah who was an al-Qaeda improvised explosive devices (IED) expert...and also included was a man who served as a bodyguard for Osama bin-Laden… translating into very bad men indeed.

And Obama's claiming the Department of Defense said that by closing Gitmo $85 million dollars a year would be saved compared to keeping Gitmo open and that within 10 years more than $300 million dollars would be saved...I say who gives a damn about that supposed money saved as we live in the day and age of islamic terrorism and now thanks to Obama 15 more bastards have been given the opportunity to again rejoin those out to kill us all, and know that between 20% to 40% of all those released have indeed returned to terrorism. 

And sending them to a country that will barely contain them…as in their now host country of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)…a country that does not like us very much…a country that ‘just happens’ to support Obama’s efforts to close Gitmo…proves once again just whose side Barack HUSSEIN Obama really is on.

Some coincidence this surely is not as it reeks of the same type of deliberately malicious release as did Obama's five Taliban commanders in exchange for the wanton traitor Bowe Bergdahl did. And to make matters worse Congress, while up in arms over this deal and talking the talk to that affect, sadly, but true to form, did not a thing to stop him as the security of our troops and the others they will kill still takes second place to their fear of Obama's possibly using the race card against them…and all I can do is deeply sigh.

Then as last week progressed we moved mid-week onto the tragedy in Louisiana where at least 13 people died and 40,000 lost their homes and/or possessions, with 86,500 people now applying for federal aid due to unexpected and devastating flash flooding. And what did Obama do…he continued on with his golfing foray with comedian Larry David on Martha’s Vineyard like he had not a care in the world…actually more like America and Americans be damned. And only late Friday afternoon…after Donald Trump and Mike Pence went to the disaster area to offer aid and comfort to those hurting and bringing with them an 18-wheeler filled with much needed supplies…did Barack HUSSEIN Obama announce that he will visit the disaster area on Tuesday...an announcement that is truly nothing but an obvious and so callus face-saving attempt by a man who really just does not care about anyone but himself and his now and forever tarnished legacy.

And this visit, my dear reader, is way too little and way too late as it’s actually a slap in the face to the people whose lives have been turned upside down…people who don’t want or need him there for the truth is that when the president is needed to lead and give comfort to the American people in times of crisis that president should drop what they’re doing and head straight to those who need him. But not in Obama’s case for to be a president who leads and comforts one needs to have empathy for the people in crisis and empathy is something Obama does not have…except for his muslim brethren and the vile sorts like those in Black Lives Matter that is…for his simple decision to continue on with his golf vacation says it all…and so does Hillary’s absence speak volumes as well as to what type of president she would be.

And if Obama thinks we’re buying into Louisiana’s Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards’ nonsensical claim that he told him not to come until things settled down, I can emphatically tell him we’re not buying into it not even one little bit. And if Obama thinks his own even more nonsensical claim that he did not want his presence to interfere with the search and rescue efforts or with the clean-up operations as the reason why it’s taking him almost a week to get to Louisiana, I’ve got a few choice words for him that I dare not say.

Now to finish off Obama’s week that was, let’s not forget that late last Thursday night reports started surfacing about the events of this past July 17th when Obama claimed that as part of a larger $1.7 billion settlement of a failed 1979 arms deal between the U.S. and Iran, he covertly paid $400 million dollars in cash to the Iranians and we miraculously and suddenly got back the four American hostages they held. Vehemently claiming that this in no way was ransom, Obama ignored the fact that first, many of his own people had raised alarms that the timing of this cash payment would indeed look like the very ransom they knew it was and second, Iran themselves said this payment was indeed ransom.

And of course thinking that he would get away with lying once again or at least would be getting yet another free pass from the media, Obama was in for a rude surprise when instead many in the press chastised his oh so questionable action and even called him to task for it. So what did Obama do…true to form he turned the tables and chastised the press that anointed him along with the media ‘talking heads’ for their continuing and still ongoing coverage of said cash payment…of their coverage of the ransom money he paid. 

And in his usual and so expected narcissistic arrogance, Obama never once thought that it would be Treasury officials themselves who confirmed that not only did he outwardly and deliberately lie about the cash changing hands, but in fact they admitted that the tightly scripted exchange of said cash was specifically timed…down to the last second in fact…to coincide with the release of the American prisoners held. 

Bottom line…we would never have gotten our hostages back if that money had not been paid…a classic definition of the word ‘ransom’ if ever there was one. And let it be known that since that money changed hands three more Americans have been taken hostage by Iran…three more Americans Obama will pay ransom for…ransom money that will be used to help fund the killings perpetrated by the terrorist state and those whose strings they pull. A vicious cycle now set up and even more blood will be on Obama’s hands as reports coming in now say that the $400 million dollars has already been transferred by the mullahs to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards…a killing machine to put it mildly.

And speaking of someone with blood on their hands let’s move onto Hillary’s nonsense of last week.

Let’s start with Hillary’s emails being turned over to Congress in a heavily redacted version…redacted because the F.B.I claims that the info in them is highly classified. Highly classified...something Hillary denied under oath...perjury perhaps…emails now deemed highly classified but amazingly not so during the F.B.I. investigation…meaning something surely stinks here. Makes one wonder just how much F.B.I. Director James Comey was paid off or what the Clinton's have on him for Comey not to recommend indicting Hillary, and it also makes one wonder who specifically now decided that the emails were indeed classified. 

Where is that whistle blower when you need him or her…oh wait...rightfully hiding in fear of turning up dead, I’m sure, just like many others who have gone up against the Clinton’s.

But at least now thanks to conservative law group Judicial Watch…who had wanted Hillary to testify in person under oath as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit they are bringing against the Department of State...and its unwavering quest to find out why Hillary ever needed to use a private server in the first place, coupled with their wanting more information about her BFF Huma Abedin's very questionable relationship to the Department of State, on Friday, Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that Hillary must, while not being personally deposed, at least answer their questions in a written testimony. But even here Hillary gets a free pass of sorts as Judicial Watch must have their questions to her by October 14th at the latest and she has a full 30 days to respond…which would be a full week after the November 8th election date…unless said questions are gotten to her post-hast which hopefully they will be.

Also on Friday, Hillary, via Billy-Boy, announced that if...with ‘if’ being the operative word...that if she is elected president the Clinton Foundation will NO longer accept corporate or foreign donations. And Billy-Boy added that he will stop giving paid speeches between now and Election Day, and would also step down from the foundation’s board if Hillary wins the election. 

But my questions regarding Billy-Boy’s bloviations are first, why does the Clinton Foundation continue to accept said donations even now as they obviously both know that such donations should NOT now or have ever been accepted especially since election law bars a candidate from accepting donations from foreign entities and corporations? And the answer to that is in a word ‘loophole’…as in the loophole these vile two are using is that the law makes no such restrictions on who can and cannot cut a check to the family foundation of that same candidate. 

My second question is that since both the Clinton’s have already made millions off paid speeches, what really does Billy-Boy not doing paid speeches for the mere two and a half months left in Hillary's campaign actually mean? And that is an easy answer for it means not a damn thing for while it does limit some conflict of interest issues as fees paid often come from many of the same corporations who fund their family foundation, he probably has no high paying speeches lined up during this time period, because if he did this would not have been promised… money and publicity whore that we all know Billy-Boy Clinton is.

And my third and last question is what exactly is the big deal if Billy-Boy steps down from the foundation’s board? Again I’ll answer my own question for his doing so is but mere lip-service as Chelsea would then become the defacto head and both Hillary and Billy-Boy could still serve as advisors…basically as the ones who pull Chelsea’s and the foundation’s strings…just like Huma Abedin, and therefore the Muslim Brotherhood, pulls Hillary’s strings.

And if Hillary thinks any of us are falling for her and her husband-in-name-only’s nonsense, she is just as delusional as Obama is.

So ends a week that like I said before put ‘We the People’ through the proverbial ringer, but know that with almost five months left in Obama’s presidency and with a Hillary presidency still a possibility, last week’s nonsense could very well pale in comparison to what these two most traitorous of persons have in store for us next…and really how very sad...actually bone chilling...is that.

An Indictment...Maybe

“Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”

And so begins a figurative noose tightening around Hillary Clinton's presidential aspirations with last week's release by State Department Inspector General Steve A. Linick, of his department's 83-page report detailing their investigation into Clinton's email use. Finding "damaging evidence" regarding her 'highly improper" use of a personal email server during her tenure as Secretary of State...and to be fair and impartial the department reviewed email practices under the past five secretaries of state...the report exposed "persistent" and ongoing problems with ensuring that her records...both classified and otherwise...were preserved according to federal law.

And with the full report being publicly released coupled with Hillary's having refused to be interviewed for the investigation, and with the total number of emails that contain classified information now being reported to be at least 2,100+, it's important to remember that while other Secretaries of State have used private email addresses, there is a huge difference between them and Hillary in that they did not have private email servers on their private property. So as Hillary's claims that her use of a personal email address on a private server on her private property was "allowed" and that she had broken no rules by doing so, that has been found to be not true by said impartial panel of investigators.

So what does the woman who is guilty of violating not only the Federal Records Act (FRA), but also of violating sections 793, 798, 1001 and 1924 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code, otherwise known as the still in effect Espionage Act of 1917...give as her retort to the findings...she not only keeps denying any and all 'perceived' wrongdoings in this case, but now says that Republican Secretary's of State have done what she has done with no accusations being leveled against them.

Fact: no Republican Secretary of State has done what she has done...not Colin Powell nor Condelezza Rice...nor any of the Democratic secretaries interviewed for the investigation.

But as Hillary continues to deny the purpose and intent of the emails in question, the simple fact is that while there are no applicable penalties for violating the Federal Records Act, there are indeed serious ramifications for violating the Espionage Act of 1917...the very act which authorized the state to punish any and all individuals who engaged in expression which undermined the United States economic and political policies, and which also prohibited any individual from undermining the war effort in any way...where a conviction under said Act carries a possible 20-year prison sentence...and I can think of no other woman who is more deserving of a 20-year stay in Gitmo than Hillary Rodham Clinton.

And with so many emails containing top secret information it's plain to see that Hillary...the woman who thinks government's rules do not apply to her...broke this very law by using a high-risk, unsecured home-computer system...a system that indeed was the subject of multiple attempted intrusions...hacks...including by foreign nations....to send emails... emails that indeed have now been proven to have contained classified government information vital to our national security and to our war effort in the Middle East. And Hillary...who of course says the emails weren't classified at the time she sent them...must not only be called to task for doing this, but in my opinion, she must immediately withdraw from the presidential race...from the Democratic nomination at this point in time...not only because of her actions itself but because she lied about covering up said actions.

Serious jail time is indeed in order for the woman who when first informed back in November 2010...at the very time when foreign hackers were busy trying to get into our government's computer systems, and when State Department officials were already warning employees to use only secure internal systems when sending highly sensitive information (SBUs)...Hillary was told that her emails were not being received by those who needed access to them within the State Department itself. Her response, "Let's get separate address or device but I don't want any risk of the personal being accessible." This can be found on page 38 of the report, and it shows that Hillary was deliberately trying to hide what she was sending and also receiving via her personal email address via her personal home unsecured server.

And this very page...page 38...is indeed the proof that Hillary Clinton plotted and planned to try to cover-up her tracks and keep things hidden that she knew she had no legal right to keep hidden...and I still believe it all comes down to information on Barack HUSSEIN Obama's 'questionable' presidency and later on about the true happenings at and cover-up of all things relating to Benghazi.

And in addition to the example cited above, said report also brought to light that when two official staffers voiced concerns about the actual preserving of her records, one of Hillary's personal aides told them that the decision had been reviewed by the state department's attorneys, and warned the staffers to "shut-up" and "never to speak of the secretary's personal email system again." By the way, no such review ever took place.

Barking orders...barking threats...the Hillary people and Hillary herself are fans of barking it seems...all sarcasm much intended.

Now, also let's not forget that in January of this year the State Department had already found that Hillary had withheld 22 top secret emails...classified emails deemed too dangerous to release to the public...with those emails being handled by more than a dozen different accounts...with some of those accounts belonging to the infamous Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan and Philippe Reines...but more importantly with none of those accounts being a government sanctioned account.

And when questioned about this, their first excuse for those emails was that they were "unsure" whether the information they were sending had to go through an outside network or if their sending of said information could compromise classified material or would open themselves up to hackers.

I guess it never crossed Hillary's minions minds to ask the State Department's team of security specialists for help or advice on this matter. A simple mistake...more likely Hillary herself telling them to do no such thing for to do so would have 'exposed' her illegal doings sooner rather than later, something Hillary nor her minions could ill-afford to let happen especially when Hillary was getting ready to launch her presidential campaign.

Now add to this that when Hillary's low-level aides were questioned their excuse for withholding those 22 emails was that they didn't know that the State Department was trying to "preserve for history" each secretary's record while in office. But I believe it was actually that they were trying to aid Hillary in hiding 'certain parts' of her record from any and all future perusal and scrutiny...any perusal and scrutiny that could prove Hillary's involvement in many illegal and/or traitorous wrongdoings.

And we should not forget that this current email scandal is not the first time that Hillary has been accused of email so-called 'indiscretions.'

Remember back to 1999, and to what was known as Project X, when investigators were looking into Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate, and other scandals involving then-first lady Hillary Clinton. During their investigation it was found that Hillary had "lost" more than one million subpoenaed emails due to a supposed “glitch” in a West Wing computer server...a "glitch" which turned out to be that someone close to Hillary...as in White House special assistant Laura Crabtree Callahan...had "turned off" the White House’s automated email archiving system. Not quite the same as the current email scandal but eerily similar nevertheless.

And more similarities appear as then career staffers and contractors who testified before then-special prosecutor Ken Starr, who was subpoenaing White House emails during the years 1996 to 1998, said that Callahan had personally "ordered" them to keep those earlier unarchived emails secret, and that she personally "threatened" them with jail time if they disclosed anything to the prosecutors. Sounds just like Hillary's current aides, as I cited above, 'barking orders' to staffers to "shut-up" about Hillary's email indiscretions now doesn't it.

And Hillary's email and server-related problems continued on after that when, to date, according to the New York Post, Hillary has gotten away with withholding 30,000 emails from Congressional committees investigating Benghazi, the Clinton Foundation's foreign-influence peddling, and other scandals.

So what happens next...interviews are scheduled that both Hillary and her top aides won't be able to wheedle their way out of as it's part of a court case brought by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. And let's not forget that as the FBI continues its investigation into Hillary's emails, Republican lawmakers are not going to let the matter drop, and rightfully so.

Regarding the Judicial Watch court case, Hillary's former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, has already been interviewed under oath in closed-door proceedings as has State Department employee Lewis Lukens, And know that both Huma Abedin and Bryan Pagliano...the man who set up Hillary's private email server in her home and who appears to be cooperating with investigators...will also be interviewed under oath as will Hillary and any others Judicial Watch deems necessary.

And so while the investigation and IG report, to date, remains a civil law indictment and not a criminal one...at least not yet as it's still minus an official FBI indictment... the fact remains...and rightfully so...that Hillary and her bid for the presidency have been seriously derailed, and not by the so-called Trump train. And how so...when the FBI indicts Hillary...and know that they will...it will not be for 'gross negligence' as would be the indictment if she had simply broken the standard national security non-disclosure agreement...but that it will be a criminal indictment for misconduct which takes precedence over what the IG report dealt with.

But don't get too excited even if the FBI does indict Hillary and it sticks as Obama's buddy Attorney General Loretta Lynch has already said she will not bring charges against Hillary, and if by some chance she was forced too, Obama will pardon Hillary of any wrongdoing out of fear of her talking and spilling the beans on him.

So was the entire investigation merely an act of placating the masses who deem Hillary untrustworthy and unworthy of the office of the presidency or is it an investigation that will bring results...only time will tell. But while we wait Hillary best get used to the color orange as it suits her well.

What Do Vietnam and Gitmo Have in Common...a Traitor Named Obama

While Obama's minions are heralding him as the president who ended two wars...never mind that he announced for the enemy and the world to hear our 2011 withdrawal date from Iraq...only to then send over 4,000 soldiers back into harm's way...Obama was off to Vietnam on another leg of his infamous and oh so traitorous 'apology tour.'

You know Vietnam...the war that Obama said was "the work of politicians"...was the war that lingered on for 20 years...from 1955 to 1975...was the war that divided our nation like no other since the Civil War...was the war full of media-generated misinformation that led many to believe that America had lost the war when the reality is that the war was lost by the South Vietnamese when Saigon (now known as Ho Chi Minh City) fell on April 30, 1975, a full two years after our troops 'officially' left behind that hell hole of heat, humidity, and of course of napalm and 'Agent Orange.'

Vietnam...a stalemate actually...saw 58,220 American casualties with 40,934 of our troops killed in action, and with 5,299 troops dying of wounds received. Vietnam... where American civilian workers and government contractors who stayed on for the two years after we 'officially' left accounting for the rest of that number.

Vietnam...which made enemies of our brave troops who returned home not to accolades deserved but to the leers of those who met them with taunts of being baby-killers and with in-their-face-hate, with some even spat upon. And the cause of all this...yet another Democratic president...this one being Lyndon B. Johnson...and a media hell-bent on proudly showing their misrepresentation of the facts as to how the war was actually going as they catered to and defended the anti-war movement engulfing our country...engulfing our country doing more harm to America than the war itself.

And while Obama was in communist-ruled Vietnam this week acquiescing, pandering, and spewing to our once enemy that freedom of the press, assembly, and religion, coupled together with freedom of speech and expression "fuels" an economy, and "that is how some of our greatest companies began," I guess he thinks what's good for Vietnam is not good for we here in America as these are the very rights he and his administration are so desperate to take away from 'We the People'...focusing instead on his all-important, all-consuming, inane issue of who should go to the bathroom where, and how best to take our guns away.

Addressing Vietnamese authorities on state television regarding their still dismal human rights record, Obama said that while the U.S. is not trying to "impose the American form of government on Vietnam," and that "basic human rights are not a threat to Vietnam" nor to their communist system of government, the country should still be more open to what he called "scrutiny" in order for their country to grow much "stronger and more prosperous" economically, which he claimed in turn would help start companies that are good for the country...a country that will still remain mired in communism, good companies or not, as long as its one-party system remains the rule of the day.

And guess which company Obama had the audacity to cite to the Vietnamese people as an example of a 'good company'...Facebook...the very company that is one of the biggest violators of our freedom of speech. Something very wrong with this picture I would say.

But the most grievous of all concerning Obama's visit to Vietnam was this past Monday's lifting of a decades- long embargo on the sale of lethal weapons to the communist country...the country where over 58,000 of our men and women were killed. In a joint news conference in Hanoi with Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang, Obama said that the lifting of the embargo was part of a "deeper defense cooperation" with the country while at the same time denying what some have hinted at as being a way...or so Obama thinks...to counter...to stop...China's ever-growing muscle flexing throughout the southeast Asia region...a region where China has recently tried to claim territory in the South China Sea that actually belongs to others...including claims by Vietnam...and where they have been building artificial islands and military-grade installations on some of the atolls and reefs they control and claim.

Continuing by saying...with a straight face I might add...that it was his goal to "continue normalizing" relations...where have we heard those words before...between the United States and Vietnam... meaning to put relations between us and our former enemy on a 'supposed' equal footing...which is a so very wrong line of thinking...as well as to build upon 2001’s bilateral trade deal and Vietnam’s signing onto the U.S.-led Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)...the very partnership most American's oppose yet a partnership that would serve Vietnam and their interests well.

And Obama wants to do away with said embargo "based on ideological division between our two countries." And these words mimic almost to a tee his nefarious 'very bad' deal with Iran...and we all know how that deal has been working out now don't we. And like with Iran and other countries with dismal human rights records, Obama spoke that sales of said weapons, along with strategic information, would be evaluated on a "case-by-case" basis.

You mean one weapon or one bit of information for one political prisoner...is that Obama's definition of case-by-case...just saying.

"China should think twice over anything they can do to Vietnam or the South China Sea," said. Nguyen Ngoc Truong, president of Vietnam's Center for Strategic Studies and International Development after Obama spoke. "They (China) should get the message," but if truth be told any 'message' sent by Obama has been proven to be good for those not truly our friends while traitorous to these United States.

And what do we get by the lifting of this embargo...just like with the Iran 'very bad' nuclear deal we get nothing...nothing..because Vietnam needs us more than we need them especially regarding their dispute with China over the above mentioned contested islands and where Obama is playing a very dangerous game...a game where he hopes that the arming of Vietnam will turn them completely against China and allied with us...something that is not likely to happen even with the island dispute, at least not in a way that is beneficial to the U.S.

So now we sit and wait while Obama continues his 'apology tour' in Japan...we wait for the final ramifications and fallout of his visit to Vietnam to make themselves known. And rest assured it will not be pretty and will end up in some way, some how, hurting our Vietnam vets in the end.

Now as for Obama's newest deal...aiding and abetting the enemy as far as I'm concerned...a deal to transfer two-dozen* more long-held Gitmo detainees...the "worst of the worst" according to one anonymous official...all I can say is that this most miserable and pathetic excuse of a president continues to go directly against the wishes of both Congress and 'We the People' who want Gitmo to remain open. And why...because the simple fact is that if these bastards stay in Gitmo we would not have to worry yet again about some of them joining up with the 30% or more who have already returned to terrorist activities...activities which including the killing of American troops.

In fact, according to a report issued earlier this year by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the number of detainees released from Gitmo who have "reengaged in terrorism" has doubled since July 2015, translating to date into 118 out of the 676 detainees released who have been confirmed to have "reengaged" in terrorist acts since 2009...and that includes three from the infamous 5-for-1 trade...where five Gitmo-held Taliban leaders were traded for one American traitor...Bowe Bergdahl.

And now Obama wants to transfer two-dozen more terrorists...and yes that is what these so-called' detainees actually are...to half a dozen mostly Middle East countries before the end of July... countries who might not be able to keep them locked up or even be able to successfully track them. And while the list of these countries has not yet been released just know that some if not all of these countries are surely not America's friends as they willingly turn a blind eye to terrorist groups operating and/or recruiting from within their borders. And while all those now scheduled to be transferred have been approved for said transfer either through the 2010 internal review process or as a result of the quasi-parole hearings known as Periodic Review Boards, some of those detainees have not yet received the needed certification by Defense Secretary Ashton Carter as required by law before officially notifying Congress.

But that is of no importance to Obama what with his having only eight months left to come through with his promise to close Gitmo...and we know this is one promise he intends to fulfill solely because it aids his blood brethren.

And what a promise it is...a promise drawn straight from the devil's playbook...a promise that has Obama intending to transfer all the remaining detainees who can be safely transferred to willing host countries and to be done so post-haste. Also, Obama intends to charge and try as many remaining detainees as he can through the military justice system, and for the few remaining who are too dangerous to transfer or who for whatever reason will not be charged by the military, Obama wants those men placed in maximum security prisons here in the U.S. for indefinite detention calling them enemy combatants. And this will have you shaking your head in disbelief as Obama wants any new captures to be brought here to the U.S. to be charged in U.S. federal courts even though those captured in a time of war should be tried, convicted, and sentenced at the military level not at the civilian.

“It's a recruiting tool for those who wish to do us harm," Obama spokesman Eric Schultz continues to say as he tries to justify Obama's wanting to close Gitmo, but according to Thomas Joscelyn, senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, Obama's laser-focused drive to close Gitmo is “all about ideologically driven policy" ...a policy that shows where his true allegiances lie...and we all know those very allegiances are not with America. And the fact is that those engaging in terrorist activities are more likely to do so because of their general but all consuming hate for Israel, for Jews, for Christians, and specifically because of the Israeli/ Palestinian conflict, than they are because of the prison camp known as Gitmo.

"I don’t want to pass this problem onto the next president, whoever it is,” Obama also keeps saying, but saying so requires the person saying it to be more than a bit altruistic which we all know Obama is not. “And if as a nation, we don’t deal with this now, when will we deal with it?” he continues to ask, but if truth be told there remains an easy solution...leave Gitmo open and operational and no future president will have to deal with it...and if other nations have a problem with that well that's just too damn bad as the safety of America and 'We the People' trumps anything any other nation thinks or says.

So what do Vietnam and Gitmo have in common...a traitor named Barack HUSSEIN Obama...a man who would rather do for the enemy and those not truly America's friend than do for the nation he swore to serve and protect...but I guess when one's fingers are crossed behind one's back promises made mean not a thing especially when they're made by a man whose allegiance truly does lie with those out to kill us all.

On Closing Gitmo

Earlier this week Barack HUSSEIN Obama tried to make good on one of his long ago campaign promises...a promise to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility (Gitmo) before the end of his presidency...which by the way cannot come soon enough.

And in his reality of wanting to bring convicted terrorists onto U.S. soil as well as releasing terrorists to terrorist condoning countries where they will make their way back onto the battlefield and kill more innocents, Obama had the gall to say that the Gitmo issue had cost him “countless hours of consternation” as he once again blamed George W. Bush for all his woes. Saying it was what Bush did that forced him to apologize on the world stage for an approach to terrorism that he never supported, Obama tried to convince Congress that by his emptying Gitmo our country would move past what he called “a troubled era of wartime behavior,” and would close a chapter in our history as "It undermines our standing in the world. It is viewed as a stain on our broader record of upholding the highest standards of rule of law."

Presenting what he called a 'blueprint'...actually a 9-page 'so-called' strategy' you can see here: http://www.defense.gov/Portals/1/Documen... proved once again that not only are his intentions misplaced, but that they have crossed over into outright treason. And how so...with actions that 'aid and abet' the enemy and put the American people in danger.

Briefly, this is what Obama...who called the closing of Gitmo a “bipartisan moral imperative”...is proposing. Now with 91 detainees still being held at Gitmo, the Parole Review Board, the board responsible for determining which detainee is suitable for transfer, will be working to have the 35 detainees who have been cleared for release to a 'third country' fast-tracked over the next couple of months; and with another 46 being deemed too dangerous to transfer overseas coupled with the remaining 10 being charged or convicted in the military commissions system...Obama wants to bring these worst of the worst to one of 13 still unnamed high-security prisons inside these United States...saying it would save as much as $85 million a year by moving them here.

Better to save dollars than be concerned about the harm these enemy combatants can do if they ever escaped...par for the course for the man who himself is an enemy combatant...the enemy within who never explained why moving said detainees to U.S. soil reduces our standing in the world.

So maybe now that you know what Obama is planning on doing you can see that the only stain on Obama's above mentioned rule of law is Obama himself for this most miserable of presidents plans to bring to our country those he knows will indeed pose a threat to our populace. In other words, the man who swore to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the American people now wants to deliberately put American lives in danger because it would be too dangerous to send the worst of the worst to the countries of his brethren...if that's not treason...if that's not 'aiding and abetting' the enemy...I don't know what is.

Treason...yet the fact remains that in this, an extremely contentious election year where the issue of national security remains the prime concern for most Americans, hopefully, our Republican-controlled Congress will not allow the Obama White House the cooperation needed to send detainees to our soil. In fact, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has said that any effort by this administration to unilaterally...via his pen and his phone...close Gitmo without congressional approval would be a direct violation of U.S. law as Obama does not have the authority under the Constitution to transfer prisoners on his own.

“[The Congress shall have Power…] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water,” Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution, also known as the War Powers Clause, says it all with the single word 'Congress.' Breaking it down further to the words, “make rules concerning captures on land and water,” again shows that said power in relation to the transfer of any prisoners is invested in the Congress not in the president. Simply, this means that Obama does not have the legal right to release these 'captures,' and by the way, nor are they entitled to any constitutional rights or legal proceedings to try and prove otherwise. In fact, in a 1952 opinion in the case Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson determined that a president is on the 'weakest constitutional footing' when acting against Congress's will.

Remember, too, that Congress voted overwhelmingly for the 'National Defense Authorization Act' which contains a provision that clearly states that the president may not move Gitmo inmates to U.S. soil...period. In fact, as per the words of speaker Ryan, “...if the president proceeds with knowingly breaking the law and asking the military to break the law, he will be met with fierce bipartisan opposition here in Congress, and we're taking all legal preparations necessary to meet with that resistance.”

And rest assured that there will indeed be bipartisan resistance to Obama's plans as it was the Democrats not the Republicans who wrote the above said bill and got it passed when they were in control of Congress. And the Republican-controlled House and Senate will surely reject it as dangerous to national security at a time when islamic terrorism is at a worldwide all time high...that is if Congress grows a backbone...and know that there appears to be enough votes to not only block Obama's plan in Congress, but also enough votes to override any veto. Also, the GOP is, according to Speaker Ryan, "preparing our legal challenge" to ensure that the prison remains open and that the detainees are not now or ever moved to our homeland.

But that still leaves Obama's infamous 'pen and phone' to executive order in the closing of Gitmo and the transferring of prisoners, never mind what Congress or 'We the People' want. And with this being a presidential election year, Obama will do anything needed for both political expediency and legacy building, and once again the Constitution be damned.

Now the question is does Obama via his commander-and-chief powers have unilateral authority to close Gitmo on his own? According to professor of political science at SUNY Cortland, Robert J. Spitzer, in referring to congressional funding restrictions aimed at preventing Guantanamo detainees from being transferred to the U.S....legislation that was signed by Obama..."The answer is no, as long as Congress has acted affirmatively to prevent him from doing that, as it has in this case."

But with Obama thinking himself king, he could very well try to close Gitmo via an executive order which would force this matter into federal court. And so the man who thinks he can just circumnavigate laws he finds inconvenient...the man who thinks himself above the very rule of law...above the Constitution...now finds himself facing the end of his tenure without the closing of Gitmo to add to his legacy...and hopefully it will stay that way.

Even One Is Too Many

“The United States has to step up and do its part, and when I hear folks say that, well, maybe we should just admit the Christians but not the Muslims, when I hear political leaders suggesting that there would be a religious test for which person who’s fleeing from a war-torn country is admitted, when some of those folks themselves come from families who benefited from protection when they were fleeing political persecution, that’s shameful.”

“That’s not American, it’s not who we are,” Obama added but that is exactly who he is for true Americans know we are at war...at war with islam. And something else Obama seems NOT to know is that the job of America's president is to protect the 'health, safety, and welfare' of the American people...and this miserable excuse of a president is doing NOTHING of the sort, in fact he's doing just the opposite by laying out the welcome mat to a people who we cannot vet...a people diametrically opposed to American values, morals, beliefs, and all we hold dear.

And while pretending to play the role of commander-in-chief over these past seven years with his 'NO strategy' strategy against an enemy born from his own hand, NO actual definition of the enemy has ever crossed this man's lips. So again I will say who the enemy is and political correctness be damned for islam...NOT radical islam...NOT moderate islam...but all islam...is the enemy. And whether Obama wants to accept it as fact or NOT the truth is that we are engaged in a war of conflicting civilizations...a tangible here and now blood and guts war of the West vs. 7th century barbarians now equipped with 21st century weapons...many of those weapons given to them by Obama himself.

And in this war there can only be one victor and that victor best be America for the freedom that is the hallmark of America is the world's last hope...that is an America without Barack HUSSEIN Obama as its president...that is an America with a president NOT aligned with those out to kill us all. And while Vladimir Putin has his faults one thing he can NEVER be faulted for is his strength, and strength is sorely missing from a man so far out of his league that his allegiances are in plain sight if people would just open their eyes and see...really see Barack HUSSEIN Obama for who he really is...a traitor aiding in America's demise.

And how can some NOT see it when this man called the massacre in Paris,“A terrible and sickening setback”...when this man said, “A terrorist problem is not a muslim problem”...when this man said, “We cannot equate the events in Paris with islam”...and still says we are making progress against ISIS. “The strategy that we are putting forward is the strategy that is ultimately is going to work...It's going to take time," says the man who refuses to understand that 'time' is the one thing we do NOT have.

And time is running out as ISIS is now a global threat NO longer confined to the Middle East. Obama's so-called "JV team" has its tentacles...has its cells...in the four-corners of the globe and is an existential threat to Western civilization as a whole. And as if to make a mockery of America...as if to deliberately shame America before the world's eyes...mere hours before the Paris attacks Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the audacity to say that “ISIL is contained”...and again he used the acronym ISIL to give a shout-out to his brethren's so-wanted Levant...the Levant which has eliminated the Jewish State of Israel from the map.

And so the man who has NEVER seen ISIS as being a serious threat nor the 'War on Terror' as anything but a joke...showed how thin-skinned and traitorous he really is when asked by reporters when holding a press conference at the G-20 Antalaya Summit about his approach in targeting this most vile of terrorists groups...so vile that even al-Qaeda cringes before them...Obama arrogantly and angrily dismissed reporter's questions as well as critics here at home who have called for the U.S. to either change or expand our faltering military campaign. And it became obvious to those at the summit that Obama had underestimated the strength of ISIS...an ISIS who is now invading and overwhelming Europe through sheer numbers alone...an ISIS whose terror hold still has Paris in its grips after their now proven take down of Russian Flight 7K9268.

And so the man who said most of his critics are simply "talking as if they're tough" while presenting NO real ideas, completely turns a blind eye to those who call for sending U.S. ground troops back into the Middle East, saying that "would be a mistake" and would NOT work unless the U.S. was committed to being a permanent occupying force in the region. “This is not an abstraction...When we send troops in, those troops get injured. They get killed," were the words of the man who single-handily created the situation we now all find ourselves in...the man who is the direct cause of 72% of American troops being killed on his first-term watch alone... the man who cares more about his legacy than the lives of Americans or our allies and friends.

And proof of that exists in just how little Obama has done to eradicate ISIS. In a strategy that centers on limited air strikes in Syria and Iraq...air strikes that bombed empty warehouses and long deserted terrorist training camps...Obama recently announced plans to send up to but NO more than 50 American Special Ops into Syria to do what of substance pray tell. Saying he envisions escalating his current strategy...NOT overhauling it...Obama called for other nations to step up their involvement in the fight against the “extremists”...still refusing to say the words 'islamic terrorists.'

And stepping up their involvement is what they're doing while Obama has America just sitting by the sidelines watching with but one eye open. Involvement...just since Friday's attack France has done over 400 raids throughout Europe on suspected ISIS safe-houses in addition to targeting ISIS strongholds in Raqqa with almost non-stop bombing runs...bombing runs Obama officials claim to have France using U.S. intelligence to help them identify targets for said air strikes. And isn't that odd let alone unbelievable for if we knew ISIS' lairs why didn't we already bomb them... I'll tell you why...Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT want his hand on the killing of his brethren...it's as simple as that. And by the way, it was Israel who shared intelligence information with French authorities NOT the Obama aligned State Department, as Benjamin Netanyahu himself ordered Israeli security and intelligence agencies to give France every assistance possible after the attacks.

And lets NOT forget that Russia has launched over 2300 Sorties against both ISIS and the ISIS aligned anything but 'moderate' rebels in Syria, and is now aiding the French navy with cruise missiles. And know they will do more...much more...and know that Putin is NOT interested in taking prisoners as yesterday Russian officials finally admitted that ISIS took down Flight 7K9268...and payback will be a bitch that I can assure you as Vladimir Putin is NOT one to forgive and forget.

But wait...Obama did do something for over the past weekend while Paris was in shock and while blood still flowed through her streets...he released yet another five detainees from Gitmo...slapping Paris' dead right in the face. Helping to 'replenish' if you will ISIS' army of cold-blooded killers...five Yemini detainees were released to 'make-up' for the seven dead ISIS members. Released to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), ever so quietly while the world was grieving for Paris, were enemy combatants Ali Ahmad Muhammad al-Razihi (suspected of being a bodyguard of Osama bin Laden), Khalid Abd-al-Jabbar Muhammad Uthman al-Qadasi, Adil Said al-Hajj Ubayd al-Busays, Sulayman Awad Bin Uqayl al-Nahdi and Fahmi Salem Said al-Asani. And as grievous as this release was, this is par for the course for Obama for remember back to last February, a mere week after the Paris Charlie Hebdo attacks, he released five Gitmo detainees...five detainees described as low-level fighters who have since returned to fight against America again.

Are your eyes open yet to the truth about this most traitorous of American presidents...I really hope so as there is more to come...more lies...more treachery...and more treasonous acts...even as foreign ministers are meeting in Vienna to try and lay out a new diplomatic plan that has negotiations between Syria's President Bashar al-Assad's government and what Obama calls 'opposition groups'...as in the anything but 'moderate' rebels aligned with ISIS...starting by January 1, 2016. And guess who's heading the U.S. team...none other than Secretary of State John 'Swiftboat' Kerry...so you just know with whom Obama again has America aligned with.

And even as all this is ongoing, Obama continues moving forward with having America accept tens of thousands of Syrian so-called 'refugees'... 'refugees' whom the State Department admits cannot be vetted. And know these 'refugees' are NOT Christians trying to escape certain death for most of Syria's Christians...most of the Middle East's Christians...have already been annihilated by the ISIS war machine. To see who these 'refugees' Obama wants to welcome to our beloved America truly are one only has to look to Europe to see that 90% of the 'refugees' entering their countries are young, healthy, and strong muslim men between the ages of 16 and 40. Very few 'refugees' are women, children, or the elderly, as they are left behind to fend for themselves for to muslim men they are deemed property...inanimate objects NOT worthy of life. And these savages...the muslim men...are whom Obama will have infiltrating every corner of our land.

And while, to date, 31 of our governors have said they will NOT accept even one of these so-called 'refugees.' there are legalities involved in their being able to do so. Using the premise that said 'refugees' would endanger the public's safety as Syrian refugees cannot be guaranteed to NOT take part in terrorist actions...Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal signed an executive order instructing state agencies to “take all available steps” to stop the relocation of Syrian 'refugees' in his state. And others are following suit and NOT all are Republican as Democratic Governor Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire is on board with the Republican governors.

However, while the governors are doing what is morally and ethically right...there is NO constitutional power that allows a governor to dictate immigration policy to the president...NO power that allows a governor to stop anyone or any specific group of people from either willingly relocating or being relocated by executive order to their respective state. In fact, as per the Refugee Act of 1980, the president may admit refugees to the U.S.who face “persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion” at his discretion, and he can do it post-haste if he deems an ongoing “unforeseen emergency refugee situation.” And we all know or should know by now that Barack HUSSEIN Obama wants our Judeo-Christian nation to fall to his muslim...his islamic...brethren.

So what can the governors...what can 'We the People'...do to stop Obama's influx of possible terrorists into our country...first, the states still retain the power to deny their own state resources to the federal government, so they could make settlement of these Syrian 'refugees' more difficult if NOT impossible than it would be if the states cooperated. Second, as Florida Governor Rick Scott stated only Congress can deny federal funding to help Syrian 'refugees' relocate to the U.S., so he strongly urged lawmakers to go that route. And third, 'We the People' must bombard Congress with telephone calls and emails to NOT fund this invasion...NO funding means NO monies needed to disperse them...making Obama impotent to undermine the health, safety, and welfare of the American people.

So now we sit, wait, and merely watch as France and Russia do what we should be doing, and we're doing so as Russia moves ever closer to becoming the world's number one superpower. And America's shame becomes Putin's victory, and it's all courtesy of a president who has Congress too scared to stop him...and that is the most shameful thing of all.
