On Syrians, Governors, and a Madman Known as Obama

The meek, I believe, shall NOT inherit the Earth for in today's world circumstances dictate that madmen will...and right now madmen have made Syria ground zero for WWIII. Syria...where more than a quarter of a million people have died since that country's civil war broke out in 2011...is now a country where the remaining half of the population...11 million out of 22 million people...have fled the continuing madness and are now bringing that madness with them as they overwhelm the countries of Europe...creating havoc and chaos in the countries of Europe.

Creating havoc and chaos puts the madness mildly, and with numbers this high the reality is that these people are NOT true 'refugees' seeking political or humanitarian asylum, but instead are part of a mass invasion...an invasion of the likes that even has the U.N. 'High Commissioner On Refugees' admitting that 65% of these people 'supposedly' seeking asylum are military-aged males between the ages of 18 to 40...in other words a good number of them most probably are 'islamists'...are terrorists. And the very same commission has stated that 75% of the incoming 'refugees' are men, a mere 12% are women, and 13% are children...to which I'll add children indoctrinated into the ways of radical islam...meaning that the Syrian men left their war torn country and hightailed it to Europe while leaving the majority of women and children at home to be slaughtered in the ongoing war. I would consider them shameful cowards if NOT for the fact that they are the forefront...the vanguard...of an all-out invasion of the West.

Madness on a global scale.

And even while the Arab countries of Lebanon with 1.1 million, Jordan with 629,000, Turkey with 1.9 million, Iraq with 249,000, and Egypt with 132,000 are hosts...albeit they hope temporary hosts...to almost four million Syrian so-called 'refugees' in total..the neighborhood oil rich Persian Gulf countries of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia...all of who rank in the world's top 50 GDPs and have a combined military budget of more than $97 billion...have taken in NO Syrian supposed 'refugees' at all.

And why...because they have visa restrictions in place that legally allows them NOT to help resettlement-wise. These countries are among but a few of the world's nations that have NOT signed the 1951 U.N. 'Status of Refugees' that defines what a refugee is and spells out refugee rights and countries legal obligations. And without their signing that means that any victim of war...in this case the Syrian civil war...would need to meet the same 'standards' as anyone else trying to obtain a visa to enter their country. And it does NOT matter that these countries have a financial and political stake in Syria nor does it matter that they have outwardly supported the 'supposed' rebels fighting against Bashar al-Assad or that they are part of the reason there are so many refugees heading into Europe, and Obama hopes soon into the U.S. as well.

And while Syrians can apply for a tourist visa or work permit in order to legally enter one of those oil-rich countries, those visas are extremely costly and very rarely granted. Without a visa Syrians are NOT currently allowed to enter, and if by some chance a few do get a visa their prospect of securing a job is small as they face a 'nationalization' drive that has both the Saudi and Kuwaiti governments trying to prioritize the employment of locals over non-Gulf Arabs whom they consider lower class Arabs. In fact, Kuwait even has an official strategy to reduce the number of foreign workers in their country by a million over 10 years. However, the truth is that these countries do NOT want their own 'lower class' brethren NOT because of 'nationalization,' but because they are worried that the so-called 'refugees' would threaten their nations' security...so in their eyes it's best to send their brethren into Europe and America instead.

Divert and distribute the madness elsewhere.

And yet these oil-rich Arab countries whine 'why them' when other so-called prosperous nations like Russia, Japan, and South Korea, haven't offered the 'refugees' any resettlement options at all. But still they make it a point to remain in the political mix as they try to dictate who should and should NOT take these people in, claiming they have a right to do so because they gave millions of dollars to the U.N. to help said 'refugees' settle elsewhere. But the truth is that the U.S. has given more money than any other country...a whopping $4.5 billion since 2011 when the Syrian conflict began equating to 31% of all monies given...to aid these anything but 'refugees.'

And to show just how much of a threat and how much these so-called 'refugees' cannot be trusted to abide by their host country's laws, over half of the 22,000 muslim refugees whose asylum applications were turned down by the Swedish government...most likely because of their islamist ties...refugees who were to be immediately deported back to their home countries...have slipped past the Swedish authorities and are now wandering free in Sweden and elsewhere in Europe.

And even with this Obama still insists we take thousands of 'them' into our country NO matter that the EU leaders are getting ready to give Turkey 3 billion euros... $3,169,740 billion in U.S. dollars...in what I consider 'bribe money'...if Turkey agrees to tighten its border security, clamp down on the flow of so-called 'refugees' into Europe, and if they agree to take back some 'refugees' who do NOT qualify for asylum in Europe. Clamp down on Europe and send them here as Obama has laid out the welcome mat for them.

Cunning madness against the very country and her people the madman swore to serve and protect.

“Nearly four centuries after the Mayflower set sail, the world is still full of pilgrims – men and women who want nothing more than the chance for a safer, better future for themselves and their families,” Obama said as he lays out said welcome mat for mostly young muslim men of the same sort that have invaded Europe... 'refugees' who cannot be vetted...'refugees' who have islamists embedded within their masses. And know that these so-called 'refugees' are NOT true refugees risking life and limb to get to freedom with their families in tow, but are people who for the most part are dissatisfied with their current host country's accommodations ...'refugees' who NEVER had a desire to live the American dream or to assimilate into the fabric of our American society but people who are unhappy that their European money pit is running dry.

But what of the Christians amongst them you ask...what few that are left after ISIS stained their ancient lands red with their own Christian blood...they are NOT welcome to come here...only the brethren are...as witnessed by the fact that the few who do make it here are being deported back to their mother countries to meet with certain death. Case in point, a federal immigration judge recently ordered a dozen Iraqi Christians deported from a facility in San Diego...probably to make room for more young muslim men I would guess.

Thankfully, 31 governors saw through Obama's rouse NO matter that the joke called the Council on American-Islamic Relations has said, "Defeating ISIS involves projecting American ideals to the world. Governors who reject those fleeing war and persecution abandon our ideals and instead project our fears to the world." Banding together to say 'NO...NOT in our state,' these governors rightfully oppose letting these 'unable-to-vet' Syrian refugees into their states, but the problem is that the states have NO legal authority to refuse them nor is there any lawful means that permits a state government to dictate immigration policy to the president. As the Supreme Court explained in Hines v. Davidowitz, “the supremacy of the national power in the general field of foreign affairs, including power over immigration, naturalization and deportation, is made clear by the Constitution,” meaning states do NOT get to overrule the federal government or the president on matters such as this one.

Sadly, in the end this means that these governors probably will be forced to accept said 'refugees' into their states especially when you add in that the 1980 Refugee Act gives Obama explicit statutory authorization to accept foreign refugees into the U.S. as well as giving him the authority to place refugees anywhere he so chooses within our borders. So, the only tangible option these governors really have left is to refuse to cooperate by making the acceptance process more difficult for the feds to implement as the states still retain the power to deny their own resources to the federal government. By doing this they could make settlement of refugees way more difficult both logistically and time frame wise than it would be if the states cooperated...in other words the governors could sanction what is civil disobedience on a state's governmental level.

And while the House easily passed HR2284...the bill to 'suspend the admission and resettlement of aliens seeking refugee status because of the conflict in Syria until adequate protocols are established to protect the national security of the United States and for other purposes,'* we now wait to see what the Senate will do and if they get enough votes to override Obama's sure to come veto.

And the madness now has taken on a life of its own in the very halls of our government.

And that waiting will give us time to digest what a vile little fool Barack HUSSEIN Obama is for while that vote looms Obama has been in Paris bloviating at the farce known as the 2015 U.N. Climate Change Conference...you know the conference where 147 world leaders sit around and blow hot air about the WEATHER.

And while Obama gave cursory lip-service to the terrorist attacks that killed over 132 people in Paris just a few short weeks ago, the prime focus of his bloviations was to warn his fellow leaders NOT to be distracted by terrorism...by his brethren...but to focus on what he said is the “looming threat of global warming.”

“What greater rejection of those who would tear down our world than marshaling our best efforts to save it,” said the man who helps equip 7th century savages with 21st century weapons. The words of a man truly clueless to the reality of the true dangers our Western civilization faces...and it ain't the WEATHER...but then again maybe he knows for even in madness some sense of sanity remains for only the truly mad would lay out the welcome mat for those out to kill us all...just saying.

This bill declares that: (1) no alien who is a refugee because of the conflict in Syria (covered alien) may be admitted to the United States as a refugee, (2) no funds may be expended to process refugee applications for covered aliens, and (3) no funds may be expended by the Department of State or the Department of Health and Human Services to resettle covered aliens in the United States.

These restrictions shall remain in effect until 30 days after the President certifies to Congress regarding: protocols and interagency coordination to adjudicate such U.S. admissions and resettlement; evaluation and review of such protocols and coordination by the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community; State Department submission to Congress of an updated Congressional Presentation Document of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration for Fiscal Year 2016 that reflects security or other risks posed by covered aliens; and a State Department briefing to Congress on the increase in covered aliens seeking refugee admission and so admitted, including information on any terrorist conduct.

This certification:

(1) may not be submitted to Congress before 270 days, and

(2) shall not have any effect if Congress enacts into law a joint resolution of disapproval within 15 days.

Even One Is Too Many

“The United States has to step up and do its part, and when I hear folks say that, well, maybe we should just admit the Christians but not the Muslims, when I hear political leaders suggesting that there would be a religious test for which person who’s fleeing from a war-torn country is admitted, when some of those folks themselves come from families who benefited from protection when they were fleeing political persecution, that’s shameful.”

“That’s not American, it’s not who we are,” Obama added but that is exactly who he is for true Americans know we are at war...at war with islam. And something else Obama seems NOT to know is that the job of America's president is to protect the 'health, safety, and welfare' of the American people...and this miserable excuse of a president is doing NOTHING of the sort, in fact he's doing just the opposite by laying out the welcome mat to a people who we cannot vet...a people diametrically opposed to American values, morals, beliefs, and all we hold dear.

And while pretending to play the role of commander-in-chief over these past seven years with his 'NO strategy' strategy against an enemy born from his own hand, NO actual definition of the enemy has ever crossed this man's lips. So again I will say who the enemy is and political correctness be damned for islam...NOT radical islam...NOT moderate islam...but all islam...is the enemy. And whether Obama wants to accept it as fact or NOT the truth is that we are engaged in a war of conflicting civilizations...a tangible here and now blood and guts war of the West vs. 7th century barbarians now equipped with 21st century weapons...many of those weapons given to them by Obama himself.

And in this war there can only be one victor and that victor best be America for the freedom that is the hallmark of America is the world's last hope...that is an America without Barack HUSSEIN Obama as its president...that is an America with a president NOT aligned with those out to kill us all. And while Vladimir Putin has his faults one thing he can NEVER be faulted for is his strength, and strength is sorely missing from a man so far out of his league that his allegiances are in plain sight if people would just open their eyes and see...really see Barack HUSSEIN Obama for who he really is...a traitor aiding in America's demise.

And how can some NOT see it when this man called the massacre in Paris,“A terrible and sickening setback”...when this man said, “A terrorist problem is not a muslim problem”...when this man said, “We cannot equate the events in Paris with islam”...and still says we are making progress against ISIS. “The strategy that we are putting forward is the strategy that is ultimately is going to work...It's going to take time," says the man who refuses to understand that 'time' is the one thing we do NOT have.

And time is running out as ISIS is now a global threat NO longer confined to the Middle East. Obama's so-called "JV team" has its tentacles...has its cells...in the four-corners of the globe and is an existential threat to Western civilization as a whole. And as if to make a mockery of America...as if to deliberately shame America before the world's eyes...mere hours before the Paris attacks Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the audacity to say that “ISIL is contained”...and again he used the acronym ISIL to give a shout-out to his brethren's so-wanted Levant...the Levant which has eliminated the Jewish State of Israel from the map.

And so the man who has NEVER seen ISIS as being a serious threat nor the 'War on Terror' as anything but a joke...showed how thin-skinned and traitorous he really is when asked by reporters when holding a press conference at the G-20 Antalaya Summit about his approach in targeting this most vile of terrorists groups...so vile that even al-Qaeda cringes before them...Obama arrogantly and angrily dismissed reporter's questions as well as critics here at home who have called for the U.S. to either change or expand our faltering military campaign. And it became obvious to those at the summit that Obama had underestimated the strength of ISIS...an ISIS who is now invading and overwhelming Europe through sheer numbers alone...an ISIS whose terror hold still has Paris in its grips after their now proven take down of Russian Flight 7K9268.

And so the man who said most of his critics are simply "talking as if they're tough" while presenting NO real ideas, completely turns a blind eye to those who call for sending U.S. ground troops back into the Middle East, saying that "would be a mistake" and would NOT work unless the U.S. was committed to being a permanent occupying force in the region. “This is not an abstraction...When we send troops in, those troops get injured. They get killed," were the words of the man who single-handily created the situation we now all find ourselves in...the man who is the direct cause of 72% of American troops being killed on his first-term watch alone... the man who cares more about his legacy than the lives of Americans or our allies and friends.

And proof of that exists in just how little Obama has done to eradicate ISIS. In a strategy that centers on limited air strikes in Syria and Iraq...air strikes that bombed empty warehouses and long deserted terrorist training camps...Obama recently announced plans to send up to but NO more than 50 American Special Ops into Syria to do what of substance pray tell. Saying he envisions escalating his current strategy...NOT overhauling it...Obama called for other nations to step up their involvement in the fight against the “extremists”...still refusing to say the words 'islamic terrorists.'

And stepping up their involvement is what they're doing while Obama has America just sitting by the sidelines watching with but one eye open. Involvement...just since Friday's attack France has done over 400 raids throughout Europe on suspected ISIS safe-houses in addition to targeting ISIS strongholds in Raqqa with almost non-stop bombing runs...bombing runs Obama officials claim to have France using U.S. intelligence to help them identify targets for said air strikes. And isn't that odd let alone unbelievable for if we knew ISIS' lairs why didn't we already bomb them... I'll tell you why...Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT want his hand on the killing of his brethren...it's as simple as that. And by the way, it was Israel who shared intelligence information with French authorities NOT the Obama aligned State Department, as Benjamin Netanyahu himself ordered Israeli security and intelligence agencies to give France every assistance possible after the attacks.

And lets NOT forget that Russia has launched over 2300 Sorties against both ISIS and the ISIS aligned anything but 'moderate' rebels in Syria, and is now aiding the French navy with cruise missiles. And know they will do more...much more...and know that Putin is NOT interested in taking prisoners as yesterday Russian officials finally admitted that ISIS took down Flight 7K9268...and payback will be a bitch that I can assure you as Vladimir Putin is NOT one to forgive and forget.

But wait...Obama did do something for over the past weekend while Paris was in shock and while blood still flowed through her streets...he released yet another five detainees from Gitmo...slapping Paris' dead right in the face. Helping to 'replenish' if you will ISIS' army of cold-blooded killers...five Yemini detainees were released to 'make-up' for the seven dead ISIS members. Released to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), ever so quietly while the world was grieving for Paris, were enemy combatants Ali Ahmad Muhammad al-Razihi (suspected of being a bodyguard of Osama bin Laden), Khalid Abd-al-Jabbar Muhammad Uthman al-Qadasi, Adil Said al-Hajj Ubayd al-Busays, Sulayman Awad Bin Uqayl al-Nahdi and Fahmi Salem Said al-Asani. And as grievous as this release was, this is par for the course for Obama for remember back to last February, a mere week after the Paris Charlie Hebdo attacks, he released five Gitmo detainees...five detainees described as low-level fighters who have since returned to fight against America again.

Are your eyes open yet to the truth about this most traitorous of American presidents...I really hope so as there is more to come...more lies...more treachery...and more treasonous acts...even as foreign ministers are meeting in Vienna to try and lay out a new diplomatic plan that has negotiations between Syria's President Bashar al-Assad's government and what Obama calls 'opposition groups'...as in the anything but 'moderate' rebels aligned with ISIS...starting by January 1, 2016. And guess who's heading the U.S. team...none other than Secretary of State John 'Swiftboat' Kerry...so you just know with whom Obama again has America aligned with.

And even as all this is ongoing, Obama continues moving forward with having America accept tens of thousands of Syrian so-called 'refugees'... 'refugees' whom the State Department admits cannot be vetted. And know these 'refugees' are NOT Christians trying to escape certain death for most of Syria's Christians...most of the Middle East's Christians...have already been annihilated by the ISIS war machine. To see who these 'refugees' Obama wants to welcome to our beloved America truly are one only has to look to Europe to see that 90% of the 'refugees' entering their countries are young, healthy, and strong muslim men between the ages of 16 and 40. Very few 'refugees' are women, children, or the elderly, as they are left behind to fend for themselves for to muslim men they are deemed property...inanimate objects NOT worthy of life. And these savages...the muslim men...are whom Obama will have infiltrating every corner of our land.

And while, to date, 31 of our governors have said they will NOT accept even one of these so-called 'refugees.' there are legalities involved in their being able to do so. Using the premise that said 'refugees' would endanger the public's safety as Syrian refugees cannot be guaranteed to NOT take part in terrorist actions...Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal signed an executive order instructing state agencies to “take all available steps” to stop the relocation of Syrian 'refugees' in his state. And others are following suit and NOT all are Republican as Democratic Governor Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire is on board with the Republican governors.

However, while the governors are doing what is morally and ethically right...there is NO constitutional power that allows a governor to dictate immigration policy to the president...NO power that allows a governor to stop anyone or any specific group of people from either willingly relocating or being relocated by executive order to their respective state. In fact, as per the Refugee Act of 1980, the president may admit refugees to the U.S.who face “persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion” at his discretion, and he can do it post-haste if he deems an ongoing “unforeseen emergency refugee situation.” And we all know or should know by now that Barack HUSSEIN Obama wants our Judeo-Christian nation to fall to his muslim...his islamic...brethren.

So what can the governors...what can 'We the People'...do to stop Obama's influx of possible terrorists into our country...first, the states still retain the power to deny their own state resources to the federal government, so they could make settlement of these Syrian 'refugees' more difficult if NOT impossible than it would be if the states cooperated. Second, as Florida Governor Rick Scott stated only Congress can deny federal funding to help Syrian 'refugees' relocate to the U.S., so he strongly urged lawmakers to go that route. And third, 'We the People' must bombard Congress with telephone calls and emails to NOT fund this invasion...NO funding means NO monies needed to disperse them...making Obama impotent to undermine the health, safety, and welfare of the American people.

So now we sit, wait, and merely watch as France and Russia do what we should be doing, and we're doing so as Russia moves ever closer to becoming the world's number one superpower. And America's shame becomes Putin's victory, and it's all courtesy of a president who has Congress too scared to stop him...and that is the most shameful thing of all.
