Fast track Hasan to his 72 virgins and be done with it

Justice of sorts comes four years later yet justice has NOT been fully served for the Purple Hearts that should rightly be given to the victims and survivors of the Fort Hood Massacre are still being denied them, because Barack HUSSEIN Obama continues to say that the carnage of that day is NOTHING but ‘workplace violence’.

And so after numerous trial delays, finally yesterday, fourteen months after the first scheduled trial start date, the self-proclaimed ‘soldier of allah’...Army Major Nidal Hasan...has been found guilty by a 13-member panel of high-ranking officers who voted unanimously to convict him on all 45 charges levied against him…13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted pre-meditated murder…for the November 5, 2009 shooting spree…slaughter is more like it…at the Fort Hood (Texas) military base. And with this ‘guilty on all charges’ verdict, Hasan might now very well be the first person the US military puts to death in more than 50 years, for as the trial now enters the penalty phase, prosecutors are likely to ask that this barbarian be put to death by lethal injection.

The other possible option on the table is life in prison with NO possibility of parole for the 42-year old Hasan, who is in a wheelchair and paralyzed from the waist down…shot by the military police who arrived at the scene of the massacre.

Death…IMMEDIATE death…NOT  allowing him to live for years as he goes through appeal after appeal…is the option of choice for why should we taxpayers have to foot the bill for this piece of human garbage who would get to live his life...albeit it a 5' by 9 cell'...while the victims do NOT even get the Purple Hearts that should be rightfully theirs.

But sadly, like those in our civilian prison system who languish on death row for decades (our military last carried out an execution in 1961, when Army Pvt. John A. Bennett was convicted of the 1955 rape and attempted murder of an 11-year-old Austrian girl), I can promise that some liberal military lawyers will manage to mire down the soon to be adjudicated sentence in appeal after appeal to stretch a death sentence out to as many years of life as possible for this man who is a traitor to uniform he once wore.

And so this Virginia born, self-radicalized muslim serving as an Army psychiatrist, who against legal advice acted as his own attorney and used a ‘defense of others’ argument, claimed the killings inside Building 42003…where soldiers were getting their final medical clearance before being sent to Iraq and Afghanistan…were justified because he was protected islamic and Taliban leaders from those soon to be deployed troops (which included his own pending deployment to Afghanistan), and also that he was protecting them from US forces currently in Afghanistan and Iraq.

And yet this attack did NOT have to happen for there were signs that Hasan was NOT loyal to America but these signs were overlooked by the military for the sake of political correctness (NOT really their fault as they have been infiltrated from within) and to NOT appear as racial profilers…. heaven forbid anyone step on the muslim barbarian’s toes.

Warning signs including that Hasan had many communications with now dead al-Qaeda terrorist leader Anwar al-Awlaki, the ‘spiritual advisor’ to some of the hijackers involved in the 9/11 attacks, but it was decided these communications were NOT important because NO specific threats of violence or terrorist plots were mentioned.

In addition, Hasan had made statements that muslims should NOT have to be in the military and go overseas to fight against other muslims in the ‘War on Terror’. Hasan also complained to any that would listen about his upcoming deployment, because he did NOT feel ‘comfortable’ going overseas to fight fellow muslims.

Guess what...I really don’t give a damn about Hasan’s comfort level…what I care about is that besides the outrage over the victims NOT receiving the Purple Heart, I am absolutely fuming that while the survivors are fighting to get their way overdue military benefits (and some of the survivors and victim’s family members are suing the government over missing the warning signs of Hasan’s views before the attack) this bast*rd has been collecting his military pay…pay now worth over $300,000…that is until yesterday when a verdict was reached, because according to military law Hasan had the right to remain on the military payroll until proven guilty.

That’s one law that needs a revisit for sure.

And even with the as expected guilty verdict reached, the fact remains unchanged that the continued refusal of both the Army and the Obama administration to re-classify this shooting as either a terrorist attack or combat related (which would automatically allow the wounded to receive Purple Hearts and combat-related benefits, especially the much needed medical benefits), shows this verdict to be NOTHING but a hollow victory.

And that adds salt into the wounds of those whose lives are forever changed.

Guilty as charged...NO trial needed

And the joke that is the Obama administration continues to be perpetrated on ‘We the People’…

Case in point is the just underway but called to an abrupt halt after only one day Fort Hood Massacre trial…a court-martial actually for the man charged was and still technically is an Army Major (who is receiving his military salary which as of now stands at $300+ thousand). And what a farce of a trial this is as it’s based on a charge of ‘workplace violence’…which we all know it was anything but ‘workplace violence’ for what this miserable excuse of a man did was commit a terrorist attack on American soil and NOTHING less.

A terrorist attack committed by a muslim jihadist who called himself a ‘mujahedeen’ (a muslim holy warrior), Nidal Malik Hasan freely admitted he committed the attack calling it jihad…a muslim holy war against Americans…yet this administration…this president… refused to classify it as such even after the murderer’s (and I refuse to say ‘alleged’) own admission as proof of his intent…refused it because this equally miserable excuse of a president sides with those out to kill us.

And guess who is actually footing the $5 million bill for this charade of a trial that could take months to complete…yup you guessed it…”We the People’…the American taxpayers…are getting taken to the cleaners yet again.

And adding insult to injury is the fact that when military judge Col. Tara Osborn ruled that this most vile man could defend himself, and thus call the victim’s families and those who survived his rampage to the witness stand to be cross examined…allowing Hasan to taunt and ridicule those whose lives he changed forever…this became NOT a trial for murder…in fact for 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted murder…but a stage for proselytizing and in defense of islam and NOTHING more for this man is guilty as charged…and NO prolonged expensive trial is needed to prove it.

Proselytizing and defending islam even though the media and the Obama administration still refuse to acknowledge that islam had anything to do with the murders, even though Hasan has claimed that he shot his victims in defense of the Taliban leadership in Afghanistan.

Can’t get any more islamic or jihadist than that now can you.

And in Hasan’s opening statement before a panel of 13 senior Army officers including nine colonels, three lieutenant colonels, and one major….islam very much was in play as Hasan’s very words laid the ground work for the crux of this trial being all about islam and NOTHING else. “The evidence will clearly show that I am the shooter…Witnesses will testify that war is an ugly thing. Death, destruction and devastation are felt from both sides, from friend and foe. Evidence from this trial will only show one side. I was on the wrong side, but I switched sides” he said…switching sides and following the tenets laid down in the qur’an…’kill the infidels wherever you may find them’ (Sura, 9:5).

And the infidels Hasan chose to target were military ‘supposed’ infidels for he seemed to spare civilians, all while yelling the standard jihadist battle cry, ‘Allahu Akbar’…’God is great’…as he mowed them down one after the other…one after another and all because he was about to be deployed to Afghanistan and didn’t want to go. So instead, he took it upon himself to follow what he believed to be his jihad call to duty to kill as many US soldiers as possible in his self-described war between America and his so-called islamic faith.

And while Hassan faces lethal injection if convicted of all the murder charges (a unanimous guilty verdict is required for execution but keep in mind that the military has NOT executed an active duty US serviceman since 1961) that decision would be subject to years…maybe decades…of complex legal appeals as he sits in jail and grows old…and again guess who foots the bill for all this…none other than we American taxpayers.

But what of the families of those murdered and the survivors who are going through hell having to sit through this sham of a trial with many still bearing the scars of that day…they get NOTHING from our government for surviving a terrorist attack…NO Purple Hearts that would have allowed them to get medical aid and benefits many still need…and all because Barack HUSSEIN Obama said this attack was ‘workplace violence’ and NOTHING more, thus giving more considerations to the shooter than to the victim’s families and survivors.

Par for the course for this administration I’d say.

And now with Hasan’s court appointed standby attorney Lt. Col. Kris Poppe accusing Hasan of deliberately trying to secure a conviction and death sentence (thus completing his wanted circle of jihad), because by acting as his own attorney in the way that he is in a manner that "we believe is repugnant to defense counsel and contrary to our professional obligations”…the trial came to an abrupt halt after only one day.

And so this farce of a trial is to be continued whenever…

Get your popcorn ready folks, because this trial will be long, drawn out, and one for the books for sure.

The actors are in place...the trial is ready to take center stage

While everybody is focused on the three-ring circus that is Attorney General Eric 'Fast & Furious' Holder, the theater of the absurd continues as Nidal Hasan, the Army psychiatrist charged in the 2009 Ft. Hood shooting...you know the one Obama deemed 'workplace violence'...is now petitioning the court to represent himself when he goes to trial.

Instead of just turning a blind eye to yet another of Hasan's never ending requests, yesterday, military judge Colonel Tara Osborn ordered Hasan to undergo a physical exam to determine whether he’s physically capable to do so (Hasan is paralyzed from the chest down from gunshots fired during the attack by two Ft. Hood police officers) after ruling him mentally capable to defend himself, and issued a statement through a Ft. Hood spokesman, “The judge noted that a prior inquiry into Hasan’s mental health indicated that he had the mental capacity to conduct and assist in his own defense."

Now ordering the government to conduct the physical exam and file a medical report by tomorrow so she can rule on the results at Monday's scheduled hearing, this judge has been trying to keep the trial on schedule after countless Hasan initiated stalling tactics, including his stellar performance that as a muslim he should NOT be required to shave his beard to comply with military rules (Osborn set that issue aside).

And if by some chance the judge refuses Hasan’s request to defend himself, rest assured he will appeal to higher courts and request the trial be stayed, causing even further delays.

And so the delays will continue one way or another while we taxpayers foot the bill to keep Hasan well fed and laughing at how he's made a mockery of our justice system, because he knows that by defending himself new avenues for appeal become available if he's found guilty, and we all know he's guilty as charged. Defending himself also means that he’ll be able to question and cross-examine witnesses, including the very people he's charged with wounding, along with the family members of those he murdered in what was, whether Barack HUSSEIN Obama likes it or NOT, a terrorist attack.

But gentleman that he is (insert sarcasm and look of utter disgust here), Hasan has graciously offered to plead guilty on all charges if the death penalty is taken off the table (something he has previously twice asked for). Judge Osborn again refused the request because under military law a defendant cannot plead guilty to a capital death penalty crime, making Hasan's offer just more theater, and believe me he knows damn well the military rules regarding his type of case.

And it gets even more bombastically infuriating as in this theater of the absurd Nadal Hasan continues to get paid, racking up at least $278,000 in salary to date as he awaits the court-martial proceedings to begin, because under the Military Code of Justice, Hasan’s salary cannot be suspended unless he's proven guilty.

Never mind that the people he injured all saw who shot them...never mind that he was seen murdering 13...never mind all that because the Military Code says he has to be officially adjudicated with a guilty verdict before his pay can be suspended or forfeited.

Does anyone else see the absurdity in all this...

And this is being played out while the victims are still being denied the Purple Hearts they so rightly deserve...Purple Hearts deserved because they were indeed injured in battle NOT in an act of 'workplace violence' for this muslim bast*rd kept shouting 'allahu akbar' as he pumped bullets into them...Purple Hearts that would allow the victims additional medical care and benefits for their families.

And while the judge will explain to Hasan the many disadvantages of defending himself against 13 premeditated murder charges and 32 attempted premeditated murder charges, if she does rule Hasan is physically competent to represent himself at trial, she most probably will insist that defense attorneys be present to assist Hasan if he needs it, as military rules allow a judge to require a defendant representing himself pro se to still be advised by military lawyers thus preventing a possible mistrial due to what will assuredly be theatrical outbursts by the defendant.

And what will Hasan do in representing himself...what will his defense be...NOTHING but jihadist rhetoric and rants using the qur'an to justify his actions, and the liberals sitting in the jury box...and rest assured there will be some bleeding heart liberals in that box...will lap it up so as NOT to appear racist against muslims (who are NOT a race by the way, but are people of all colors and nationalities who follow the pseudo-religious cult known as islam and NOTHING more).

But if Hasan does become disruptive by spewing muslim garbage instead of questioning witnesses, which is very likely to happen, Hasan could lose the right to defend himself leaving it up to the judge and government lawyers to hold him accountable.

Oh what theater we're all in for as the judge's ruling on Monday will determine if this trial becomes just more play acting at political correctness or if justice finally prevails for the Ft. Hood victims and their families.

I've got my front row TV seat saved and my popcorn ready to be 'nuked'...it should be interesting to say the least.

This enemy brought the battlefield to our shores

This past Friday, the US Army officially denied Purple Hearts to the victims of the Fort Hood massacre.  Awarding the medals, Army officials said, may infringe on US Army Major Nidal Hassan's (the shooter) right to a fair trial.

Shame on them for who gives a damn about Hassan's rights...how about the rights of his victims, both dead and alive.

The Army claims that by awarding Purple Hearts to those wounded, and posthumously to those murdered, would be a declaration that Nadal Hasan is a terrorist.

Guess what...he is!

According to Army Regulation 600-8-22 this is among the conditions for which the Purple Heart is awarded: "The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States and per 10 USC 1131, effective 19 May 1998, is limited to members of the Armed Forces of the United States who, while serving under component authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after 5 April 1917, has been wounded or killed, or who has died or may hereafter die after being wounded.”

Simply, the Purple Heart is given to any military member who is wounded or killed in ANY action against an enemy of the United States, and the indisputable fact is and always will be that Nidal Hassan was and is a terrorist...an enemy combatant...an enemy of the United States...because remember, he kept shouting 'allahu akbar' (the correct spelling)* as he went on his murderous rampage.

'allahu akbar'...the fighting words of the enemy.

And herein lies the conundrum that does NOT have to be for what Nidal Hassan did was clearly a terrorist attack NOT workplace violence like Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his minions claim, and as such meets the criteria for issuing the victims their long overdue Purple Hearts.

Fort Hood is an officially designated and operational US military base NOT a place considered 'a civilian workplace' even though there are always some civilians working on a military base. And very critical to the point that this was NOT civilian workplace violence is that Hasan passed up several opportunities to shoot civilian employees, targeting and killing ONLY soldiers in uniform...soldiers preparing for deployment to Afghanistan (soldiers who Hassan saw as the enemy of his brethren)... unarmed soldiers who were not allowed to carry personal firearms on the base due to military policy...military policy NOT civilian workplace policy.

Workplace violence refers to violence that originates from civilian employees or civilian employers and threatens civilian employers and civilian employees with physical assault, threatening behavior, or verbal abuse occurring in a civilian work setting NOT on a US military base.

A terrorist attack is a surprise without warning attack involving the deliberate calculated use of violence against civilians or others (in this case military personnel NOT currently engaged in battle against anyone) in the hope of attaining political, religious, or ideological goals.

And this fits Nasal Hassan's attack to a tee for his shouting 'allahu akbar' and targeting ONLY military personnel crossed the line into terrorism as 'allah akbar' is the calling card of ALL terrorists. 'allahu akbar' means "God is great" and muslims say those words when starting a prayer, when they are in danger, making a huge effort, or fighting. The muslims believe that no matter what a person does, whether there is success or failure, victory or defeat, God (allah) is above all that and his (allah's) glory is NOT tarnished NO matter what vile, perverted, or murderous act they do in his name.

A political ideology based on religious fanaticism...the basis of all terrorist acts...the basis of the murderous act by Nidal Hassan.

Nidal Hassan was indeed a terrorist, make NO mistake about it, as e-mail communications between Hasan and the Yemen-based cleric Anwar al-Awalaki, who at that time was being monitored by the National Security Agency (NSA) as a security threat because he was a known Al Qaeda terrorist commander (he has since been killed), was NOT someone who communicated with ordinary folks. People of this sort communicate ONLY with those who share their so-called holy mission of jihad.

Even the Bipartisan Policy Center released a report called 'Assessing the Terrorist Threat,' and listed the Fort Hood massacre as a terrorist attack, but NOT Obama, because if he acknowledged the Fort Hood massacre as an act of terror, then Nidal Hassan indeed becomes an enemy combatant, and that would throw a wrench into his constant bloviations that terror in general is 'on the run'...a stance he stands by even after the slaughter at Benghazi and his subsequent cover-up.

So while Army policy states that "US military personnel are organized, trained and equipped to combat foreign, not domestic, forces or threats...To expand the Purple Heart award criteria to include domestic criminal acts or domestic terror attacks would be a dramatic departure from the traditional Purple Heart award criteria" the bottom line is that it would NOT for while Nidal Hassan was a US Army Major his allegiances were to foreign governments...to enemies of the United States...and that makes the Fort Hood massacre victims in line with Army policy and thus able to receive the Purple Heart.

So I hope the right thing is done for the victims, and that the US Army stops catering to those out to kill us and stops catering to those like Barack HUSSEIN Obama who stands by them...for these people were victims of war...victims of the War on Terror...and Nidal Hassan was one of their operatives...an enemy combatant against everything our country stands for and everything 'We the People' hold dear.

* I NEVER capitalize anything to do with islam because to do so would show respect for and give credence to islam, muslims, and their made-up deity 'allah' and I do neither.
