For days now, I have been watching a strange narrative spreading across Western media and social networks: the claim that the confrontation with the Iranian regime is somehow “Israel’s war” and that the United States was dragged into it.

As a Moroccan Muslim and an Arab who has spent years studying the politics of our region, I can say clearly: this argument is not only false—it is intellectually dishonest.

 

Let us start with a simple fact. The Islamic Republic of Iran has not spent the last four decades declaring war only on Israel. Its leaders openly speak of fighting the “Great Satan” — the United States — and the “Little Satan” — Israel. For 47 years, their ideology has been built around exporting revolution, destabilizing the Middle East, and spreading militant networks across the region.

 

This is not an Israeli fantasy. It is Iran’s own declared doctrine.

Or has just the threat of nuclear war made NATO so afraid that they don't see this truth hidden behind Putin's, what I still consider to be, empty nuclear threats? Only time will tell but know that time is running out, for when someone's hate consumes their very being, as does Putin's, decisions are made not by logic and clear thinking but by emotions teetering on the precipice of insanity. And this is especially true when one becomes a cornered rat with no way to escape.**...

Air Bursts and Blackmail

As Ukraine stands strong in its defiance against Putin's Russia, certain realities seem to have escaped the public discourse so much so that certain tangibles have been ignored...tangibles that now weeks into the war must be brought to the forefront. And why...because Vladimir Putin is not the madman he's now perceived by many to be, but is a man who sees himself as the ultimate hero of the Communist Revolution...a man he hopes history will show as being the one who succeeded in returning Russia to her former glory after all others failed...failed to bring Russia's satellites back into both “Mother Russia” herself and into the lock-step in unison communist fold.

To a man like Vladimir Putin, and those who have sworn allegiance to him...or at least are pretending to...Ukraine is Russia and Russia is Ukraine. A product of communist indoctrination and harboring a deep seated need to “save Russia's face,” Russia in losing the Cold War, in Putin's mind, is something that he alone has taken upon himself to see undone. Using the old true Cold War mentality of Russia vs. the West has now become Putin's battle plan, for what the breakaway satellite states gained via the fall of the old Soviet Union he now sees as his history making Holy Grail moment...a moment where the day's of the old Russian Empire are reborn even if reborn means talk of possibly using nuclear weapons to help expand and secure Russian borders.

And while said talk is directed at NATO, and most especially at the U.S., what Putin forgets is that Russia has as much to lose as do the NATO nations if nuclear war were to break out, after all, between all the NATO nations combined they and Russia possess enough nuclear weapons that each could wipe the other out. In fact, the Ukraine city of Kharkiv is but five minutes strike time from Moscow...something that goes both ways if need be.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    

And though Putin might present to the world an evil and villainous must be feared face, the fact is that Vladimir Putin remains a smart and cleverly calculating man, yet he's a man so full of his narcissistic self that he thinks he can manipulate reality. Simply, Putin cannot, but he can and has succeeded in seeing the West cowering in fear of what he will or won't do next...nuclear wise that is...while we forget that Vladimir Putin also has both chemical and bio-weapons at his disposal if he deems need and circumstances be. 

But for now, remember that just a few short weeks ago Putin let it be known that a nuclear strike on Ukraine was not off the table nor was a strike against NATO if NATO dared to get involved in a fight that he said was not their own. Putin then gambled on the fact that while NATO does have a duty to come to the aid of any of its member nations, NATO isn't required to aid a non-member nation, such as Ukraine. And yet NATO made promises to help Ukraine...help them with both military and humanitarian aid...for while Ukraine is not yet an official member, Ukraine has, for many years, been a western ally. But even so there's Putin's pesky little nuclear threat still looming over NATO's head, a tactic that Putin has successfully used to keep our attention focused on him while promised military equipment (especially aircraft) is not reaching Ukrainian hands.

And still, I believe, Putin's nuclear threats are just talk...a scare tactic he's using to his advantage. And why...simply because Vladimir Putin knows well that Russia would be as much a victim of such a war as would NATO and the world's other nations as well. How so? We all know that the nuclear weapons today are not the nuclear weapons of Hiroshima's or Nagasaki's day* for today's nuclear weapons are not only hundreds of times more powerful, but have a much farther reach fallout wise than nuclear weapons of the past. Set off a nuclear bomb...or even a neutron bomb which maximizes direct radiation while minimizing other destructive effects...in or over Ukraine or anywhere in Europe for that matter, and radioactive fallout would also reach Russia in a relatively short period of time.

Here now are the two factors that most folks forget in regards to Putin's threats...the map of Europe itself and what's called the “jet stream”...the so-called “ribbon of air” that steers the weather systems over the entirety of the globe. Now look at the map below and you will see just how close key Russian cities are to Ukraine, in fact Moscow itself is but a mere 500 miles away from Ukraine's border. And while 500 miles might seem a long way away it's not when said “jet stream” comes into play, especially if Putin were to launch an “air burst” nuclear bomb. 

Let me explain. First, remember that it’s usually not the blast itself that kills the most people when a nuclear bomb is set off but the radioactive fallout that does, and said fallout can and will spread around the globe when it enters the “jet stream.” And second, while the “jet stream” is somewhat fluid, meaning it might or might not dip lower at times, the fact is that it always...yes always...flows from west to east and Russia's main cities are all east of Europe, and thus weather wise are affected by the “jet stream.” Set off an “air burst” nuke...one detonated before it hits the ground as opposed to a standard ground detonated fission bomb anywhere in Europe and you will see enhanced global fallout as the blast's radioactivity rises into the stratosphere where it's picked up by the “jet stream.” This means the ensuing fallout will be carried across Russia, including into Moscow itself, probably within but a few hours and work its way eastward over Russia from there.

And while the intensity of radioactive fallout generally does dissipate within a few days to a few weeks time after a ground detonated fission bomb has been set off, while at the same time locally producing significant fallout (depending of course on the size in kilotons of said bomb or bombs), radiation fallout from an “air burst” bomb where the telltale “fireball” never touches the ground, travels world wide on the “jet stream” and for much longer periods of time. And this fact alone allows for many more to become sick and/or die for many weeks, if not months, to come.

Simply, a ground detonated nuclear blast while more contained in scope damage wise has fallout that dissipates rather quickly, an “air burst's” fallout travels on the “jet stream” circling the globe many times over before it eventually dissipates. However, after a ground detonated fission bomb has been set off, the explosion itself forges a huge crater thus forcing tons of soil, rock, and other pulverized material into its rising cloud, with the highly radioactive materials now clinging to these heavier particles which then drop back to the ground. And while rain itself will also wash down particularly large amounts of radioactive material, helping to produce local “hot spots” of intense radioactivity at first, it's the radiation fallout from an “air burst” that is of most concern. And why...because with an “air burst's” radioactive fallout being able to travel world wide on the “jet stream” for much longer periods of time before it eventually dissipates, also comes the fact that the ground...the soil itself...would harbor longer lasting radioactive fallout as well, thus turning once populated areas into “no go zones” for decades to come.

So as Vladimir Putin's rage continues unabated towards Ukraine and NATO, we in the U.S. continue to be led by a man so out maneuvered that he, I believe, has become a true danger to not only our beloved America but to the countries of the free world as well. Simply, Joe Biden in but one year has destroyed much that we as Americans hold dear.

And while pressure from both sides of the political aisle finally forced Joe Biden to ban Russian oil imports into the U.S., thus broadening sanctions already imposed on Russia, we now find his administration begging, if you will, for oil to be imported from communist Venezuela, as well as from Saudi Arabia. And word has it that Biden's even trying to secure an oil deal with Iran in exchange for our rejoining Obama's very bad nuclear deal.

So while Joe Biden tried to pat himself on the back when announcing said Russian oil ban with his words that, “The American people will deal yet another powerful blow to Putin’s war machine,” nothing is farther from the truth for what we no longer secure from Putin's Russia oil wise will now monetarily be picked up by China. And with Biden's then adding that, “Americans have rallied to support the Ukrainian people and made it clear we will not be part in subsidizing Putin’s war,” he becomes laughable at best for the past twelve days or so has seen our previous oil purchases having done just that.

And Biden's sudden Russian oil switch brings to mind the phrase, “correlation is not causation” for what we now see unfolding is Biden's fear showing through. Fear that he's been pushed into a corner as his so-called “green policies” are being forced to a sudden halt, for the fact is that America needs and demands the use of energy that's derived from fossil fuels. And while the Ukraine War and corresponding hikes in oil per barrel and at the pump might have a correlation to Biden's sudden switch, in no way is it the cause. The cause is simply his fear of what's in store for both him and his party come November's mid-term election if he didn't acquiesce to the bi-partisan call to ban Russian oil.

And in his acquiescing Biden must now face Putin's anger over his “pen to paper” being the cause of Russia's losing much needed American oil dollars. And don't think that Putin won't retaliate, he will, but it might be in ways Biden doesn't see coming. In fact, I believe, Putin has all the dirt on Biden and son's dirty dealings with Ukraine and might use that as leverage to stop Biden from getting us directly involved in the Ukraine War, keeping us out even if other NATO countries go in. Blackmail if you will, by a chess master playing against a cowardly fool who thinks that our buying foreign oil is okay, but that it's not okay to provide our own oil for our own energy needs.

Increasing our domestic oil production means we will not need to rely on foreign oil ever again, or is it that Biden wants things to get so bad here in the U.S. that people will be begging for his puppet master Barack HUSSEIN Obama's “fundamental change of America”...socialism 101...to be implemented as our country's new economic norm. It just might be.

Simply, it's time to demand that the Keystone Pipeline be reopened and that it's adjunct section be completed, while at the same time fracking continues and new oil wells are drilled, even if it's on government owned lands. Remember, a county that's energy independent controls their own destiny, a country that does not remains at the mercy of others. “Drill Baby Drill”...and Biden be damned. Yet another case closed.

Finally...A Very Good Week

What a good week last week was for 'We the People.' A grand slam of sorts as first, the FBI announced that they indeed had retrieved some of Hillary's deleted emails and will probably be able to retrieve them all...then RINO extraordinaire, Speaker of the House John Boehner, announced that he will be stepping down both as Speaker and as Congressman from Ohio at the end of October ...and just this past Saturday, Pamela Geller let it be known that the Ground Zero mega-mosque had been forever defeated and will NEVER be built at Ground Zero.

Let's start with Pamela Geller and islam's oh-so-wanted slap-in-the-face to all we hold dear. We all know what happened on a sunny day back on September 11, 2001 when America and the world as we knew it changed forever...innocence and naivety were lost to the ages as islam declared war on America...and 3000 Americans became heroes in the blink of an eye. And as if to trample on the souls of the dead, Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf wanted erected at 15 Park Place...a mere two blocks from Ground Zero...a 15-story 'so-called' islamic cultural center on what will forever be American holy ground.

Setting off a rightful national outcry, Pamela Geller and her SIOA partner Robert Spencer led the fight against this abomination as it became known that islamists build mosques at the sites of conquests and victories. Organizing and leading rallies and protests...the largest of which was on September 11, 2010...and I was honored to be there...Pamela NEVER let up in her quest to bring honor to the dead and to make sure their memories would NOT be defiled by a building that paid homage to those out to kill us all. And thanks to Pamela's non-stop efforts, property developer Sharif El-Gamal finally caved to pressure, and that coupled with a lack of much needed funding, has led him to decide instead to build a luxury condominium on the site. And now 3,000 American souls can Rest in Everlasting Peace thanks to Pamela Geller...a true American hero.

Next up is the happiness we on the right are feeling as we watch Hillary 'What Difference Does It Make' Clinton and her presidential aspirations crash and burn and it's all of her own accord as last week the F.B.I. announced that they had retrieved from Hillary's secret server that she thought was wiped clean some of her undisclosed work-related emails as well as personal emails from when she was Secretary of State.

Among these emails first discovered by the Defense Department and then passed onto the State Department’s inspector general was a thread between Hillary and General David Patraeus, who was then commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) that started on January 10, 2009 before Hillary became Secretary of State and was on her older email account...which she claims she NO longer has access to. Then on January 28th...a week after being sworn in as Secretary of State...Hillary switched this conversation and all future conversations until she resigned as Secretary of State on February 1, 2013 onto her private email address on her private server where she continued her conversation with Patraeus until February 1, 2009...you know the private email address and server Hillary's people claim was NOT used until March 28, 2009...yeah right.

And while 'officials' are saying that NO classified information was discussed on the thread...even though an official determination has NOT yet been made...Hillary and Patraeus did discuss government personnel which is indeed work related, and proves Hillary did NOT turn over all the emails requested of her even after signing a statement in August that she did so. In fact, according to State Department spokesman John Kirby, these newly recovered emails were NOT previously in the possession of the State Department, but now have been forwarded to Congress and will be subject to Freedom of Information Act requests, meaning 'We the People' will eventually get to see them.

Also, an unnamed State Department official claimed that in their turning over Libya-related emails to Trey Gowdy's Select Committee on Benghazi, they found a "small number" of Benghazi-related emails Hillary deliberately did NOT disclose to the committee. These particular emails...found because they have now been digitized and are now easier to search...are part of the 925 Libya-related emails Hillary did turn over to the State Department.

And in the emails now being examined by the F.B.I. is one from April 2011...sent from Timmy T. Davis, a State Department official who was then a personal aide to Hillary...found in her private email account described the “deteriorating” situation in Libya that concerned American diplomats as they were in the middle of a 'phased checkout' (“paying hotel bills, moving some comms to the boat, etc.”) from Benghazi. Included in that email was also an update from the Africa Command of the Department of Defense detailing Libyan military movements...which indeed is classified information.

Another email the F.B.I. is examining, concerns further issues related to North Korea’s nuclear weapons program...issues that intelligence officials said should have been designated as 'Top Secret' from the beginning because State Department officials could only have obtained said information found in the email from a satellite surveillance program called 'Talent Keyhole'...meaning in NO uncertain terms that the information was 'classified.'

A third email being examined is a copy of a controversial New York Times article about the C.I.A.’s drone program, a program which is indeed classified. In the email, State Department officials complain in comments about aspects of the article, which intelligence officials say makes the comments 'Top Secret.'

So as the F.B.I. continues with its investigation to determine if any of Hillary's newly recovered emails had 'so-called' sensitive information on them and if that information was “inappropriately” passed to Hillary by the infamous Huma Abedin and others... Republican Senator Ron Johnson (WI)...chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Operations Committee...asked the F.B.I. to turn over those newly recovered emails to either the State Department or an independent third party for review to determine if any should have been retained as government records. However, they may be ordered to do so by a federal judge who is already handling a case filed by Judicial Watch, who is trying to obtain copies of all Hillary's emails.

And now once again we wait for answers while deals will be cut with the feds I'm sure...a deal maybe to give up Obama in exchange for keeping her equally sorry butt out of prison...as Hillary NOT only tries to save her presidential campaign but herself as well. And all will be done while hubby Billy-Boy bloviates that he is NOT happy about the way the media and Republicans have been treating his wife. Saying Republicans continue to make a big deal out of Hillary’s “alleged email scandal” in an effort to destroy her presidential campaign, Billy knows well that there can be NO formal penalty adjudicated if the individual involved...as in Hillary... has left government service...but here there is a 'gray area' because Hillary is running for government service...as in the presidency. So does that still apply or will Hillary finally be made to pay for Benghazi along with her other assorted traitorous actions, and will she take Obama down with her as there is NO love lost between the Clinton's and the Obama's...only time will tell and time is one thing that is running out as the 2016 election looms large.

But for now let's revel a bit in the happiness that once again Hillary has been caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar and those cookies are awfully crumbly.

And part three of last week's grand slam is that this past Friday, Speaker of the House John Boehner... RINO extraordinaire...let it be known that at the end of October he will be resigning NOT only his speakership position but his Ohio Congressional seat as well.

Finally caving to pressure from party conservatives, Boehner said that he hopes his resignation will help avert a government shutdown. Saying, “My first job as speaker is to protect the institution,” and that “It had become clear to me that this prolonged leadership turmoil would do irreparable harm to the institution,” I say who does Boehner think he's kidding for this man, if anything, is calculatingly conniving coupled with now having an urgent need to run as far away from D.C. as possible. And why the need to run...because some of Hillary's supposedly gone forever emails have been recovered by the F.B.I. and Boehner fears his name will be found in some of them.

Let me explain...remember back to April 2014 when my Right Side Patriot Partner and friend Craig Andresen and I did a 3-part investigative report on Benghazi where we tied lose ends together with such precision tightness that the regime tried to shut CPR...the radio station we broadcast from... down. In that report we presented what we believed was the scenario that led to Ambassador Stevens' death including words to the affect that we believed Benghazi was constructed to cover for the 'targeted kill' of Ambassador Christopher Stevens who had found out that Obama was smuggling guns and weapons though Benghazi to the al-Qaeda backed Syrian rebels. And we also stated that it was our belief that towards the end Ambassador Stevens realized the scope of betrayal and that NO help was coming from Hillary or from any other in this administration. And it's at this point that we stated our belief that Stevens reached out to the political opposition...as in John Boehner...and again got NO help and why, because Boehner was already being blackmailed by the Obama regime.

Also, remember that on September 19, 2012, eight days after the attack and again on October 25, 2012, Boehner met with Leon Panetta...who at this point Boehner still trusted...to discuss 'issues' like the IRS scandal and such. And you just know that Benghazi was discussed as well, and we believe that Panetta immediately told Obama and Hillary what Boehner told him about Ambassador Stevens begging him for help and for him being unable to do anything to help...thus setting up a foundation to silence Boehner from doing anything but the regime's bidding.

We believed then and still believe now that Boehner knew the names of the others, besides himself, to whom Stevens sent his suspected gun running information to, and that Obama and crew suspected that he knew but at that point were still NOT able to 'break him' if you will, but by blackmailing him on one of two issues...or both... they could somewhat keep him in check. Issue one: with Boehner long suspected of having an affair with Lisbeth Lyons (Vice President for Government Affairs for the American Printers Association and a D.C. lobbyist)... what if Obama and crew had proof of said affair, thus yet another D.C. sex scandal...like that which destroyed General Petraeus' career and got Billy-Boy impeached...would be born. Issue two: what if Obama and crew had secured copies of Boehner's and Stevens' emails to each other...remember Stevens used his government assigned email address in all his correspondence...where Boehner told the Ambassador his hands were tired and that he could NOT help him. Imagine if that got out...it would NOT only destroy Boehner's career, it would destroy his legacy as well, and possibly leave him open to some sort of charges being brought against him for NOT helping Stevens or at least for NOT bringing Stevens' plea and Hillary's refusal of help to the public.

But if either scenario holds true, John Boehner had to bow out before any mention of him could be found in Hillary's emails, but the timing of his announcement is suspicious at best as it shows a man in fear of being exposed...but being exposed for what exactly. And while Boehner’s stepping down does lessen the chance of a government shutdown next week as Republican leaders push for a short-term funding measure to keep the government operating, and with Boehner NO longer side-tracked by those who threatened his job, do NOT think for a minute that this is the last we will hear from John Boehner...for it won't be as I'm sure Boehner knows more than he's saying and I would NOT doubt that we will soon be hearing about it in a new tell-all book.

But for now last week remains a very good week for 'We the People' and we have every right to relish in that joy for a bit for who knows what this new week will bring...after all in ObamaNation up is down and down is up...so dictates our narcissistic traitor-in-chief Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

Remember block-busting...it's back and with an ulterior motive

Adding more fuel to the Obama, Jackson, Sharpton, and Holder initiated racial fire, last week HUD (Housing and Urban Development) Secretary Shaun Donovan, speaking at an NAACP Convention in Orlando, Florida (where else as it seems Orlando is now ground zero for all things race related thanks to the trumped up Zimmerman case) blamed what he called ‘black failure’ solely on discrimination by white people against black people.

By his saying, “We have got to shape a future where ladders of opportunity are available for all Americans…For African Americans, this is critically important. Historically, for this community, the rungs on these ladders have been too far apart making it harder to reach the middle class” Donovan is NOT only stirring racial hatred but is also fueling a class warfare battle…a hallmark of this administration.

In his speech, Donovan went on to claim that discrimination by whites is what forces…YES forces… blacks to live in run-down, dangerous neighborhoods as well as forces them to attend bad schools (gee, he seems to have conveniently forgotten all about the voucher program). And by making this ridiculous claim Donovan stirred up all the old hatreds to willfully cause further racial animosity while advancing the hate agenda of the afore mentioned race-baiters.

Oh and by the way, I think most blacks would take offense to being told that they’re failures when the vast majority are NOT…but in today’s reality of all things Obama, we have to cater to that ‘small but vocal militant black minority’ and that is exactly what Donovan did.

And the Obama administration’s HUD initiated solution to this supposed discrimination and unfair ladder rung climbing…drum roll please…old-fashioned block-busting (or ‘Social Engineering’ as their proponents like to call it) of white neighborhoods on a grand scale…meaning that wherever white people live, NO matter the income level, there has to be the right racial mix…a racial mix deemed appropriate according to this wonderful (gag) group that claim this will be based on the newest census data….and we all know how reliable that data is…said sarcastically of course.

And if Obama and his buddies at HUD say there isn’t what they consider to be the right racial mix, then federal funding for said city, town, county, or state will be cut off.

But what most do NOT realize is that by forcing integration of neighborhoods using the withholding of federal funds and grant monies as blackmail…YES this is blackmail…with the claim that the Fair Housing Act requires grantees, such as cities, that receive federal housing funds to ‘affirmatively further fair housing’ (whether the blacks want to live in those white areas or NOT or can afford to keep up the places they will be moved into) Obama has once again successfully played the race card to his advantage. …and Congress will fund HUD’s budget to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars to implement this nonsense for fear of being called racists themselves.

In fact, HUD already tested this program. Using Westchester county, the fourth most racially diverse county in New York state according to the 2010 census and also one of the wealthiest, as the test case, HUD used majority white neighborhoods as evidence that the county somehow discriminated against blacks, thus allowing the Obama administration to sue the county for allegedly violating the terms of their HUD grants…overlooking the fact that anyone could live there who could afford to buy there with racial discrimination playing NO part in the demographics. So, to get back the grants (even wealthy communities need grants) and fulfill a 2009 settlement with HUD in which the county agreed to spend over $50 million on 750 new subsidized housing units for minorities, HUD then suddenly upped the deal and demanded that 50% of those 750 low-income housing units have at least three bedrooms and that they be built in above average school districts (now raising the cost outlay for the county to $94 million). Never mind that it meant that the affected local municipalities had to change their long-standing zoning laws as well as being forced to counter community opposition…in other words the public and the neighborhoods be damned…either they’ll integrate as Obama and his buddies see fit or else NO monies.

Blackmail if you ask me.

And all this is extremely unfair because blacks make up only 13% of the entire American population, yet that 13%…or more precisely the ‘small but vocal militant black minority’ within that 13%… is now dictating to the 87% where they will live, and all with race-baiter Obama’s stamp of approval.

And to make matters worse, Obama and his cronies at HUD will ‘selectively’ pick which white neighborhoods across the country they want to ‘bust’ as they will have the census data of where the majority of whites live to guide them, and you can be sure it will be the upper middle class white neighborhoods as witnessed by what they did in Westchester county. And when the small but vocal ‘element’ (and you know exactly what I mean by that) moves into those neighborhoods (and brings down the property values because what has NOT been addressed is how those black neighborhoods got so bad in the first place) you can clearly see the true motive behind all this…relocating minorities (who get away with voting numerous times) into upper income white areas because those upper income white areas are more likely to vote Republican or Tea-Party, and with the midterms coming up Obama needs to change the voting demographics in those white areas across America from the R-column to the D-column.

After all, there’s too much at stake for Obama NOT to do this as Benghazi and the other scandals are starting to take their toll on his and the Democrats poll numbers…and with Barack HUSSEIN Obama it’s all about votes and hating his white half.

'Stand Your Ground' discussions...fronts against the Second Amendment

Because the ‘Gang of Black Racists’ (you know who they are) and the ‘small but vocal black militant minority’ did NOT get the verdict they wanted in the George Zimmerman case, charter member Jesse Jackson is now calling for a total economic boycott of Florida if we don’t get rid of our ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws. I call that blackmail and that is an arrestable offense as blackmail encompasses more than just the extortion of money, it also means to try and force or coerce someone into a particular action or to force someone to make a particular statement.

And that's just what Jackson is doing by demanding that Florida repeal ‘Stand Your Ground’ or else…he’s blackmailing the state…just wonder if he’ll pull this blackmail on the other 22 states that have some form of ‘Stand Your Ground’ in place.

Thankfully, our Governor Rick Scott (finally he did something right) did NOT agree to a special legislative session to consider “The Trayvon Martin Civil Rights Act,” an act which includes an end to police profiling and the repeal of our ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws…laws put on the books in 2005. This action was demanded by the group Dream Defenders, an activist group that has literally ‘occupied’ Governor Scott’s office since last Tuesday.

And in the other 22 states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia) with ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws there does NOT appear to be any intention by their state legislatures to repeal or change the laws already on the books…laws which simply eliminate a person’s so-called ‘duty’ to retreat in the face of a serious physical threat. In fact, some states are actually trying to add some form of ‘Stand Your Ground’ to their state’s laws because their residents are demanding it as crime statistics increase.

And certain statistics do increase with ‘Stand Your Ground’ but with a caveat. Since the law was enacted here in Florida, justifiable homicides have increased from a yearly average of 13.2 between 2001 and 2005 to an average of 42 between 2006 and 2012, including a record 66 in 2012, according to figures recently released by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. But…and this is very important…if ‘Stand Your Ground’ was NOT in place those justifiable homicides would have instead resulted in the MURDERS of those who now became the survivors of violent crime…became survivors because of ‘Stand Your Ground’.

And, whether Obama and crew like it or NOT in states with ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws public consensus is towards greater gun rights NOT lesser gun rights. And the states that have ‘castle doctrine’ laws…the right to defend one’s self with deadly force in the home…want to expand those laws to apply to businesses as well.

Now add into Jackson’s bloviations the bloviations of AG Eric Holder, who said last week at an NAACP convention in Orlando that ‘Stand your Ground’ “senselessly expands the concept of self-defense and increases the possibility of deadly confrontations” and you just know where his allegiances lie for Eric Holder does NOT get that self-defense in any form is just the act of defending one’s person when physically attacked…and that means the use of deadly force is allowed if need arises. He doesn’t get that it’s either the assailant who survives or the intended victim who survives, and I sure hope it’s the intended victim who survives…but I’m NOT sure Holder and his ilk wish the same.

As Chris W. Cox, executive director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action says, “self-defense is not a concept, it’s a fundamental human right,” and how right he is.

In fact, even according to the Holy Bible it is NOT murder to defend oneself or one’s loved ones or property, for self-defense is a God-given right that God allows and encourages. In the Scriptures, while God does NOT outwardly encourage people to be either ‘hawks’ or ‘doves’ per se, when dealing with self-defense God just asks that they be reasonable. For example, Genesis 9:5-6 states, “…Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed...” which some Biblical scholars interpret to mean that self-defense is indeed allowed, and the Zimmerman case fits these words perfectly for Trayvon Martin pounded George Zimmerman’s head into the pavement drawing blood allowing Zimmerman to draw Trayvon's blood in self-defense.

And Proverbs 25:26 states that “A righteous man who falters before the wicked is like a murky spring and a polluted well.” And wouldn’t he (Zimmerman) be faltering before the wicked (Trayvon because he was anything but the sweet innocent child the media purported him to be) if he chose to be unarmed and unable to resist the assault threatening his life.

So simply put, ‘Stand Your Ground’ is in reality people defending their own lives when the police are NOT around to do so…and that is a very good thing as ‘We the People’ will NOT allow ourselves to be victims anymore…at least in 22 states we won’t. Nor will we allow ourselves to be dictated to by 13% of the population (blacks make up but 13% of America’s population and the ‘small but vocal militant black minority’ make up but a small percentage of that 13%) who expect the other 87% to cater to and bend to their will simply because they do NOT like a verdict reached according to the rule of law, and because they refuse to accept the fact that 93% of the murders of young black men are committed NOT by white men but are committed by other young black men themselves.

But NO matter if one looks at ‘Stand Your Ground’ laws in secular terms, statistical terms, or in religious terms, the bottom line remains that the ‘Gang of Black Racists’ and the ‘small but vocal militant black minority’ who are pushing this unwanted national debate over ‘Stand Your Ground’ is NOT doing so because of ‘Stand Your Ground’ as written, but is doing so to push their leftist agenda of taking our guns away as Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s ultimate political goal is the repealing of our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

And that is something ‘We the People’ will most assuredly NOT sit idly by and let happen.
