Why Mamdani Really Won

...A “nepo baby” indeed for Zohran Mamdani has failed at almost everything he previously attempted. For example, the now mayor failed at being a rapper (gag me please), a musician; and even a low level political campaign manager. In fact, since 2014, the year Mamdani graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in African Studies, he has only been gainfully employed for a mere three years. Says a lot now doesn't it...says a lot the media all but ignored... says a lot about Mamdani not having any tangible qualifications to be mayor...says a lot about the man who considers himself to be but a political “demigod”  of sorts. How so... because Zohran Mandani fits the very definition of one, as in he who seeks political support and power by appealing to popular desires, prejudices, and fears rather than by using rational arguments and tangible realities to attract supporters. Read entire article and see video here.

As I write this, it's now been almost a week since Democrat Socialist (read communist here), islamist condoning, and liar extraordinaire Zohran Mamdani was elected as New York City's mayor, thus allowing me time to think about and digest not only the facts as to the whys he was elected mayor, but the sure to come ramifications as well. And know these ramifications will affect not just New York City itself, but the entirety of our beloved America as well...one just has to look to the United Kingdom and see London as their nation's sad truth.

So let me start by stating the fact that if NewYorkers had done the right thing and voted using common sense and logic; if New Yorkers had voted based upon the candidate's merits, abilities, and workable solutions for New York City's sadly growing list of problems, the city's now sure to come downfall...which has actually started as wealthy New Yorkers start permanently heading south...might well have been avoided.

Simply, if Curtis Sliwa, the Republican, would have been elected mayor not only would he fight to make what is broken right, but New York City would surely herald back to the days when Rudi Giuliani was mayor...as in New York's streets would again be safe; crime numbers would quickly drop; and a sense of pride would return to what is New Yorkers hometown.

But unfortunately, as is usually the case, the misplaced lure of freebies, handouts, and their ignoring the free-for-all criminal chaos going unpunished, peppered the voters choice instead, as did the “R” placed after Sliwa's name. And all this together helped to bring out, en-mass, the multitude of young indoctrinated “Trump Derangement Syndrome” voters, thus allowing antisemite Zohran Mandani to become mayor instead.

And also, in my opinion...an opinion that might raise the ire of some...is that part of the blame for Curtis Sliwa not becoming New York City's mayor should, in part, be placed squarely on Republican political leaders shoulders. Why so...because the Republican hierarchy...neither on the city, the state, nor the federal level...publicly stood behind and/or officially endorsed Curtis Sliwa's candidacy nor did they recognize his many past accomplishments. And that, sadly, includes President Trump who has, at times, publicly endorsed or at least thrown his outward support behind lesser known, lower level Republican candidates running in non-national elections, but here he did not. 

But in all fairness, I must add that before the election President Trump did publicly state that he would slash New York City's $7 billion in federal funding if Zohran Mamdani did became mayor...a promise I know he will now surely keep. 

And what exactly were some of Curtis Sliwa's many accomplishments that were ignored, unmentioned, or simply went unnoticed? How about the fact that Sliwa helped in the creating and founding of the “Guardian Angels” a world renown, non-uniformed, citizen patrol organization that helps police combat crime and violence in New York City and elsewhere, but whose “Guardian Angels” adjunct programs has helped in not only the creating of after-school programs for troubled teens, but has advocated for policies related to all important public safety and fair housing for all, as well as being an animal rights advocate, and radio talk show host.

Also, when younger, Curtis Sliwa created one of the first U.S. recycling centers when he was just 14 years old, and at age 15 Sliwa put his own life in danger when he heroically rescued a family from a burning building .

These are but a few examples of Curtis Sliwa's many accomplishments... accomplishments that show the true character of the man. And it does so while at the same time exposing Mamdani's lack of character, lack of experience, and lack of tangible successes. These are the very type of accomplishments of a man...a no nonsense, civic minded, American patriot...who most surely would have succeeded as mayor “had he been elected.”

Four little words that must also share in part by others. Remember, Curtis Sliwa's loss does also partially lie at the feet of “big money” Republican donors who did not rally behind Sliwa no matter their knowing that New York City is our nation;s and the world's financial capital, and could well affect their own pocketbooks. How so...because Mamdani promised throughout the campaign to “raise taxes on the rich” in order to give their money to those with their hands out for even more “free stuff.”

And with campaigns costing money...lots of money...especially when running in a high profile city like New York City, this combined with all that was previously stated is a big part of why Curtis Sliwa lost whether some want to believe it or not. And also know that his campaign hit a major roadblock when many prominent New York City Republicans urged Sliwa to drop out of the race so as to give New York's former Governor Andrew Cuomo at least a chance of beating Mamdani.

But what these misguided folks did not take into account is that the majority of hardcore Curtis Sliwa supporters would stay faithful to their man on principal even while knowing that sometimes one might be faced with having to vote for the lesser of two evils.

And such was the case with Andrew Cuomo who served eleven years as governor only to resign in disgrace due to sexual harassment allegations being leveled against him...that man only switched parties to run for mayor as an “independent” because ever so unwise New York gives a candidate a second chance in the general election if they lost their primary's nomination. Pandering to a bunch of thumb sucking, liberal Democrat crybabies is more like it I'd say. But forgotten by Cuomo in his party switch is the fact that “independent candidates” never draw big numbers in “blue Democrat states” like New York, and probably never will.

Sliwa supporters...and while I'm a Floridian and not a New Yorker I wholeheartedly did support Curtis Sliwa's run for mayor...knew that the former governor...who was somewhat successful in that role up until both his covid nursing home fiasco and sexual allegations...was not a terrorist condoning, Palestinian supporting, anti-Israel, antisemitic hater nor was he the proponent of either socialism or communism...would have been a better choice than Zohran Mamdani for mayor. Why so...because they also knew that Andreew Cuomo was just as ruthless, cunning, and underhanded as is now Mayor Zohran Mamdani, but that he was just a bit better at hiding his many political and private faux pas than was Mamdani.

Simply stated, in the minds of many Curtis Sliwa's supporters...a vote for Andrew Cuomo...no matter Trump's endorsement...would most definitely be but a vote for the lesser of two evils. And here I do applaud them...no matter the outcome...for they stood behind their principals and core values, something we need more of in these most trying of times. And it's these very times that now sees Uganda born Zohran Mamdani, the self professed, foolishly proud to be “nepo baby”...as in one who has achieved what they consider to be success based solely on account of having a well-known, wealthy, and/or influential parent or relative...having become New York City mayor.

This is the city whose residents will now bear witness to even more far left progressives, avowed socialists, all-out communists, and overt antisemites* being appointed by Mamdani to help him run both New York City's political and monetary machine...talk about a fast walk into Hell.

“My aunt did not feel safe in hijab after 9/11.” - Zohran Mamdani pre-election words claiming that his aunt and folks like her were 9/11's true victims.

And with those words having been spoken in the week or so before the actual election took place, the liar that is Zohran Mamdani (as per the just mentioned words about his hajib wearing aunt who was, in actuality, his father's cousin, and who was not in the U.S. at the time of 9/11 or even in its immediate aftermath), still got elected even after his having defamed and dishonored the 3000 Americans whose very lives were stolen from them by those the now new mayor obviously condones and considers to be his muslim brethren. If that's not an overt slap in the face to the city and the people he now leads I don't know what is.

And to that I will add that with this election having gone to the man who deems himself to be a Democrat Socialist when in reality he's a communist... any New Yorker no matter their race, their political party, or their religious affiliation or lack thereof who voted for this man to be mayor should be ashamed of themselves. Why so...because the lies Mamdani spewed and the promises he made while campaigning were but pages torn directly from the communist manifesto. And it's these pages alone that will dictate New York City's and hence all New Yorkers everyday soon to come dangerous new norms for the next four long years, Simply, as New York City starts to fall those who voted for him will have no one to blame but themselves.

Sadly, New Yorkers have spoken whether we on the right like the outcome or not, but do know that in their voting for abject communism New Yorkers literally did throw away both the liberties and freedoms that our Constitutional republic had afforded them...something they likely did not bother to take into consideration. And so with this outcome having reset the ticking clock that will now signal New York City's likely downfall, what the rest of “We the People” can possibly hope for is that what New York City will become is but a road map to a road that is best never taken.

And if we see that particular truth with our eyes wide open, and while New York City might indeed become our version of London, it just might help we patriots to strengthen what is and must remain our Constitutional republic... Zohran Mamdani and his communist loving cohorts be damned. Case closed.

..But know that when said deportations do come to an end so too will the monies being spent to feed, house, clothe, educate, and medically take care of those who had no business coming here in the first place. A good thing indeed for the monies spent on those crossing our border illegally can now, if properly managed, be returned to the American people, most especially our seniors and our military veterans who seem to get the monetary shaft every time there is a “monetary crisis.”

Simply, a “monetary crisis“ was what we had been facing when Joe Biden was in office, what with the federal government giving out more dollars and cents than it took in. But now with DOGE exposing what is a truly massive amount of governmental monetary waste, the only fair thing to do is take the monies that will be saved when the deportations are complete and either put those monies back into the programs that saw Biden putting American citizens last or simply give it back to we taxpayers...call it “personal stimulus checks“ if need be. But either way a fair amount of those saved monies should also be used to aid our veterans in need for it's shameful that there are close to 33,000 homeless veterans in our country today...veterans who served our country well. It's way past time that the federal government...as well as state and local governments...start spending more monetarily to help serve our veterans and their needs instead of serving those who...and I cannot say this enough...should never have been allowed to come here in the first place... Whether some like it or not the deportation of illegals is well under way thanks to President Trump. And while it currently involves only those with criminal records, eventually it will expand to encompass what I call the “rank and file” illegals, as in those who came here solely for their promised “free stuff”...”stuff” which in reality is anything but “free.” Why so...because it's our taxpayer dollars that help to fund all the programs and goodies the illegals receive while Americans are hurting financially due to the four disastrous Biden/Harris years.

So what are some of the programs and services that our federal taxpayer dollars are being spent on to aid those entering our country illegally? To start with know that, in general, most of the welfare programs that are focused on illegals, costs us billions of dollars each year...billions of dollars that should be going to help struggling middle and lower class American citizens. And also know that in many cases the particular benefits in question sometimes sees illegals receiving cash payments or “direct deposit checks” courtesy of our currently written “Tax Code” laws. Maybe the DOGE needs to start looking into these codes for who wouldn't want to come here knowing that “Uncle Sam” seems more than willing to “foot the bill,” and in return all that's asked is to always vote the Democrat party line.

And while we all tend to laugh at the political bureaucracy and their “rub-it-into-our-faces” shenanigans, if truth be told those who are part and parcel of said bureaucracy are smart enough to know that few, if any, illegals will ever bite the hand of those who seemingly attend to their every need, want, and wish..

Now, here are but three of the specific federal programs catering to illegals along with the sums of monies having been laid out in each case. Those three federal programs are welfare, Medicare, and Medicaid, the program where illegals receive medical benefits for emergency services. 

In fact, in 2023...the year I've based most of this article's figures on because it was one of the busiest years ever for illegal crossings...our federal government did spend almost $66.5 billion on these folks. This includes the more than $23 billion in federal medical expenditures spent on illegals...spent while many Americans, even to this day, still cannot afford health insurance...along with $11.6 billion in welfare benefits ranging from food stamps to, in some cases, SSI (Supplemental Security Income) additions, while many Americans continued living from paycheck to paycheck.

And dare not forget that our Social Security system... what was originally set up to be “ensured income” security for retired older American replete with “inflation-adjusted payments”...still finds fraud being committed by illegals as well, which when added into the cost of Medicare and Medicaid fraud, sees we taxpayers being forced, in one way or another, to bear that monetary burden as well. In fact, when you add in all “improper payments” issued by Social Security...including the cost incurred when illegals either steal a Social Security card or create a false identity to obtain said card and corresponding benefits...said monies equate to about $3 billion per year. And when you then add together all the above stated numbers, you'll see that close to $70 billion dollars of our taxpayer funded monies went to illegals in 2023 not to “We the American People” who in many cases are still economically hurting. Remember, even a change in presidency for the better does not always mean that the changes promised can be achieved within the first “one hundred” days.

Now here's something interesting regarding Social Security fraud itself for while the fraud committed by illegals might not be that big in number, illegals in general do affect Social Security, and hence its monthly payouts. How so...because illegals not only take jobs away from American citizens but by their getting paid less than citizens do, and with Social Security being funded by “dedicated payroll taxes” paid by both employees and their employers as well as by income taxes paid by some beneficiaries...less monies go into the “Social Security Trust Fund” then normally would. Simple math then dictates that less monies coming in proportionately translates into less monies proportionately being paid out to legal beneficiaries.

And this you, dear reader, might also find interesting, In 2024 alone...as per the Social Security Administration (SSA)...about 68 million Americans received Social Security benefits each month which resulted in about $1.5 trillion in benefits being paid out last year, So how were those monies being divvied out? The average monthly benefit for retired workers in 2024 was estimated at $1,927, which included a 3.2% cost-of-living (COLA) adjustment with the benefit rising to to $1,976 at the beginning of 2025, which equates to roughly a $50 increase per month per beneficiary.

Wow! A whopping extra $50 per month per beneficiary... now retirees, the disabled (who also do receive Social Security benefits), and America's elderly can either go buy an extra carton of eggs and an extra loaf of bread or maybe turn up the heat in their homes...while illegals (in NYC for example) relax in luxury hotels with their bodies warm and bellies full...sarcastically and very angrily said of course.

And approximately how much does “each” illegal border crosser cost us for their anything but “free stuff”...in 2024, how about $8,776. And when you multiply that number by the number of persons in an illegal family...lets say a mother, father, and two children...that number equals $35,104 annually which divided by 12 months equals $2,925 per month which is more than the average monthly Social Security check is for one who has paid into the system their entire working life.

But this monetary disaster is not only being committed on the federal level, but on the state and local levels as well, especially in “blue” states and cities. Here are but a few examples with the first being, as per DOGE, that in 2023 alone, the Biden/Harris administration saw both inflation and the cost of food staples rising...saw $150.7 billion of our hard earned taxpayer dollars being spent on giving illegals a continuation of their “free ride”...with said cost inching even higher in 2024. And to make a bad situation even worse, many major blue state liberal cities were catering to illegals as well while turning their backs on needy Americans, our homeless veterans included.

Here are but three examples:

1. Since 2022, New York City has spent over $5.22 billion to provide shelter, food, and other so deemed “essential” services on the almost quarter of a million illegals now still overwhelming the city. 

2. The sanctuary city of Chicago...a city currently facing a budget shortfall of $1 billion...saw its mayor spending over $574.5 million on the 51,643 illegals that Texas Gov. Abbott rightfully bused to them. 

3. The city of Denver...yet another sanctuary city...has spent $356+ million to “accommodate” the needs of the the 42,911 illegals also bused there from Texas.

And all the examples I just stated are but the tip of the illegals monetary “free stuff” iceberg... an iceberg where “Peter is being robbed to pay Paul,” with “Peter” in many cases being we taxpayers pocketbooks. Simply, these are monies that would be better spent on programs for elderly American citizens, our homeless veterans in need, and on those of “We the People” who still do live paycheck to paycheck, and who collectively still see no end in sight to the illegal nightmare we might never wake up from. Let the deportations continue on...let the monies saved be used to help American citizens...American citizens alone. Case closed.

Charges Must Be Levied, Actions Must Be Taken

The Constitution is absolute, all else is mere conjecture coupled with one's personal interpretation...comprende Biden.

As legally defined “insurrection” is an act or instance of “rebelling” or “revolting” against a government or civil authority, but is not necessarily contained solely to the physical act of overthrowing said government. Usually, but not always, committed via acts of violence, “insurrection” is a punishable crime under existing federal law. In fact, Section 18 U.S.C.371 clearly states that “to commit any offense against the United States” by any person(s) who “incite, assist, or engage” in “insurrection,” so they should be charged.

January 6th, in my opinion, was not an “insurrection” legally or otherwise, but what meets said definition is Joe Biden's actions or lack thereof in regards to our southern border. How so? Simply, Biden's policies have led to a deliberate breaching of not only our on the books immigration laws but the “health, safety, and welfare” of “We the American people” as well...part of the very oath of office he swore to protect...the very oath he now intentionally betrays.

And while Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of our Constitution's “Compact Clause” states that “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay”...the fact is that we are actually being invaded...with the point of entry being our southern border. And we are indeed in imminent danger of seeing said invasion expanding throughout our country via Biden's willingly releasing, busing, and flying said invaders into specific cities and states, most of which are deemed Democrat strongholds.

And Biden's reason...not verbally said of course...is but to keep his party in power for generations to come via garnering the votes of the invaders in exchange for doing nothing of substance to quell said invasion...an invasion fueled on by his and his party's promise of unending “free stuff” in exchange for their votes...the very thing the media refuses to address as truth.

So how do we end this invasion when the president himself does nothing to stop it let alone admit what it is? We fight back both literally and figuratively but...and this is important...only in accordance with the letter of the law.

But first let's deal with the figurative aspect for legalities must always supersede any actions taken, especially in regards to situations such as this. For example, as per the Constitution, the ultimate law of our land no matter the Democrat naysayers, sees the power “to provide the calling forth of the militia to suppress insurrections,” having been given not just to Congress, but also to the president as well. In fact, the “Insurrection Act” allows for the president to call up the active military and/or to “federalize” the National Guard under certain circumstances including at the request of a state's governor, especially when local authorities seem to be unable to handle a given situation.

And Texas Governor Greg Abbott has done just that by activating Texas' National Guard, but neither Biden nor his administration have responded to the actual, much needed, use of force to quell the seemingly unending stream of illegal, lawbreaking, anything but what amounts to true immigrants. In fact, some reports say that the influx of people coming is not unlike the “Mariel Boatlift” of 1980 when Fidel Castro emptied out his jails and prisons, and sent said persons to our shores mingled amongst those truly seeking shelter from a dictator run amok. And throw in the cartel mules, the drug dealers, gun smugglers, a terrorist or two or three or more, as well as those engaged in “human trafficking,” and suddenly the surge now morphing into an invasion becomes not just a possibility but a probability. And this is especially true when those entering our country illegally are, for the most part, not families truly looking for a better life, but young men...single men...of what would be considered military age.

So what was Biden's response to Gov. Abbott? While he did send national guardsmen to the border they were not sent to help stop those illegally crossing, but instead to help “process” the very people that should have been stopped and sent back from whence they came. Simply, by Biden's inactions in not stopping the influx of those breaching our border he is actually “inciting, assisting in, and engaging” in “insurrection” as per the aforementioned Section 18 U.S.C.371 in his “committing an offense against the United States” by not only allowing those who did not come here legally to remain here, but in not shutting down the very entry point that is the problem, as in our southern border.

But the question remains for our side, why are these happenings...these inactions on Biden and his administrations part...not being deemed either an invasion, an “insurrection” or worse...“treason?”

We know the Democrats refusal to seriously address the border issue is for no other reason than these folks are future Democrat voters, and as such the majority of their party hierarchy will do anything, including bold face lie and manipulate numbers, to protect their future voting pool. But what many don't understand, even on our side, is that “insurrection” in regards to “invasion” works both ways as it can and does originate from both the “enemy from within and without.”

Joe Biden and his administration are indeed the “enemy within” for when a president of these United States refuses to physically stop...or at the very least tries to stop...an invading army from entering our country...even if by needed use of force...when said president ignores the fact that young children are being cleverly played and used as pawns by the invaders to help sway the bleeding hearts to their side of the discourse.. .that president and his administration is also guilty...in my opinion...of “treason.”

Why “treason?” Because when a charge of “treason” is levied against an individual(s), especially if it's a sitting U.S. president, one need only look at the Constitution's definition of “treason,” the only crime so defined. As per Article III, Section 3, “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” And I believe Biden's ongoing folly at the southern border meets that very definition.

But here let's break this down into two distinct parts. Part one being that with certain Central American countries...foreign countries...freely allowing millions of its citizens to leave their homeland en-mass to go to a country where those leaving are knowingly and willingly breaking our immigration laws...when the president of this country now freely lets these overt lawbreakers (hence criminals) into our country...a country now being overwhelmed by the sheer numbers coming in...which in and of itself constitutes an army of sorts what with most of those coming being young men...and while many are obviously disease ridden with God only knows what...our country's president (puppet that he be) is still “giving Aid and Comfort” to those “storming” our border.

And for these stated reasons, it's my opinion, that Joe Biden's lack of actions in trying to physically stop these invaders from entering our country via the use of what is rightful, justifiable, and tangible force, does meet the Constitution's definition of “treason” as well as does his providing much “aid and comfort” to this invading army by delivering to them their promised “free stuff.”

And while some will say that the arrival of this multitude is not a declared war on our country per se nor ours on the countries they come from, and therefore it is not “treason,” the fact is that when you have millions of foreigners from a specific area who for the most part are entering this country illegally, that indeed is an invasion, a war of sorts for our immigration laws themselves clearly state who can and cannot legally come here as well as how to go about doing so. And while we constantly are being bombarded with words to the affect that our immigration laws are broken, I totally disagree for our immigration laws are not broken, but are simply not being enforced.

Remember, those flooding our southern border are not coming from war torn nations nor are they refugees coming from overtly poverty strewn nations...simply they are coming for their Democrat promised “free stuff” while happily adding themselves to our welfare and Medicaid rolls. And they do so while some American citizens go hungry, and while many of our veterans remain homeless, hungry, and in need of medical care. And Biden well knows these things yet he remains silent to the needs of American citizens in favor of those who, once again, are would be Democrat voters...voters whether they be here legally or not.

Now as to part two of the Constitution's words on “treason” which in part states that, “...No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” Based on these words alone the witnesses to said “overt Act” are “We the People” ourselves for all one needs do is turn on the TV or go on the internet to witness for themselves the goings on at our southern border...to see the numbers...to know the drugs now coming into our country...to see the devastation and hardships these folks have caused not only in Texas but throughout our country as we Americans are now being treated as second class citizens in our own country while Biden and his administration's catering to future Democrat voters remains on going.

So what is the solution, that is if a solution is even possible? First, before I give what I believe to be a truly workable solution, one must know that even a sitting president can indeed be charged on either account as not even the president is above the law. However, if charges of “insurrection” or “treason” were to be levied against Joe Biden the individual or against the sum of his administration...know it is not necessary that all the participants commit the same “overt act” but only be part of the overall treasonous plan...including where said act took place. And in this case the “overt act” is twofold with the first being the actual incursion of illegals at our southern border, and the second being the busing of said illegals throughout our country. 

But also know that if the House were to levy “insurrection”and/ or “treason” charges against Joe Biden, along with a call for his impeachment (and subsequent arrest), and it passed in the House, that it would most likely die in the Senate, if it's even allowed to be brought to the floor.

So what is my possible solution? To begin, all...and I do mean all...the immigration laws now currently on the books must be enforced in total. Second, tangible actions must be taken to defend the life and property of we American citizens including, if need be, sending in the military...active duty military and federal and state National Guard...to not only completely shut down each and every southern border point of entry, but to finish the construction of the border wall in full. That can be paid for with the monies saved by not having to “give aid and comfort” to those who came here while knowingly breaking our laws.

And third, and in no way am I saying this should be immediately implemented nor that individuals take matters into their own hands, but that it should at least be considered due to the increasing dangerous nature of certain individuals now gaining entry...as in the aforementioned drug dealers, gun smugglers, human traffickers, and terrorists hiding amongst the multitude of illegal lawbreakers. And it should be handled by our military alone, because what I'm suggesting is best handled by those trained to handle such situations. 

Simply...in my opinion...our Federal and State National Guard when facing folks illegally trying to gain entry into our country, should first fire a warning shot along with a call to turn back...of course not aiming at women and children...and if that does not stop their entry then it's time for them to “take down” the would be invaders. It would only take a few to be brought down to end this nonsense once for all for all, for finally a “we do mean business” message would have been sent.

Our beloved America cannot take much more of this administration run amok while they willingly allow and encourage the breaking of our laws, for we now have a president more concerned about the sovereignty of foreign nations than he is about the sovereignty of our own. And with nothing having worked so far in regards to what in reality is an “open border,” maybe the time for tangible, albeit somewhat divisive and harsh actions might just be the only way to go. Case closed.
