...But again, the problem with this is that said little dictatorial kingdoms are going out over the very public internet highway, and here is where a legal line might indeed have been crossed. And this is something that, I believe, must be looked into by those who know the intricacies of communication law, for I'm not sure if a private company like Facebook has the law on its side in regards to working with the Biden administration to help censor opposing viewpoints on what is and will remain a public internet venue.

But always remember that it's not up to the government to decide what is or is not truth nor should social media platforms be determining right or wrong speech. And it's especially grievous when these two entities join together...as has now been admitted to...and use the public internet highway to basically make a mockery of “We the People's” First Amendment right to free speech...

It's hard to believe that here in our beloved America, George Orwell's classic novel, “1984,” has now truly come to life. “Big Brother” style government censorship of the public discourse is no longer being hidden what with Biden's press secretary Jen Psaki, just a few short weeks ago, holding a presser and freely admitting that the flow of information on key social media sites is being censored "for our own good"...censored she said because the White House does not want what they deem “misinformation” to be making the internet rounds.

“Misinformation” of what is actually truth...truth the White House knows does not and will not play well with their Socialist/Marxist agenda. Suppression of not only our First Amendment right to free speech but suppression of our personal thoughts it seems, and it's all in an effort to coerce adoption of the Biden administration's...or should I say the Obama administration's...anti-American polices. Inconvenient truths now appearing at an inconvenient time...a time when “We the People” are bearing witness to a steep rise in inflation; when illegals crossing our southern border are reaching record high numbers; a time when forensic audits are beginning to show that voter fraud did rule the 2020 election; and a time when the China virus sees an uptick in numbers...and uptick where the blame is being placed on those of us wise enough not to be “jabbed” instead of where it rightfully belongs, as in the Chinese lab where said virus was created and then released from. 

 

And dare we forget the administration's suppressing of the truth regarding a certain someone in the administration...as in one Dr. Anthony Fauci...whose blood stained hands are all over this China virus mess.

So with Biden's administration actually having given itself the power to censor our words, know that the very act of censorship itself is the first step towards dictatorship. And while many social media sites, key of which is Facebook, are and have been working for years with the Democrats to censor our conservative voices, know that the concept of censorship as per the First Amendment clearly states that, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” In other words, the government is forbidden, amongst other things, from impinging on the free-speech rights of both private entities and “We the People.” But this, unfortunately, means that a private entity, like Facebook, can legally on their own decide that someone is trying to pass along what they deem to be false or “misinformation,” and then not to allow that individual the use of their platform to spread their thoughts or to access their platform's other users.

But whether Facebook be a private or a public entity, it's important to remember that Facebook is traded on the N.Y. Stock Exchange which means their shares are open to the public for purchase, therefore they are bound to abide by the Exchange's rules regarding censorship as well...which I believe they have not. And this also leads me to believe that Facebook is and has been practicing censorship at the bidding of the Biden administration no matter that the administration now claims they are just “suggesting” that platform(s) like Facebook ban those who spread Covid-19 misinformation and are not actually “demanding” that said platform(s) do so...which surely would violate one's First Amendment rights.

But the truth is that it's way more than just Covid-19 so-called “misinformation” that Facebook and other social media platforms are censoring. In fact, it's now anyone's words that do not promote the Democrat-Socialist agenda...as in words not supporting open borders; words not supporting BLM, reparations or Critical Race Theory; words not promoting the climate change nonsense; or words that are not anti-white, not pro-abortion or words that do not believe there are 57 genders from which to choose. Even innocuous political viewpoints that don't march in lockstep with the socialist left sees Facebook fact checkers labeling said posts as “misinformation” and/or “extremism,” and therefore again must be removed "for our own good." And to Mark Zuckerberg in regards to his call for regulations on “harmful” speech, I say the last thing this country needs is you telling our lawmakers that what needs to be done is placing even more regulations on our Constitutionally given right to free speech.

And let's not forget that the blocking of opposing viewpoints is done with one having little to no recourse for review. In other words, social media sites like Facebook have already become their own little dictatorial kingdoms deciding what is or is not acceptable speech, and are now doing so for the Obama controlled Biden administration as well. But again, the problem with this is that said little dictatorial kingdoms are going out over the very public internet highway, and here is where a legal line might indeed have been crossed. And this is something that, I believe, must be looked into by those who know the intricacies of communication law, for I'm not sure if a private company like Facebook has the law on its side in regards to working with the Biden administration to help censor opposing viewpoints on what is and will remain a public internet venue.

And yet another mockery that recently came to light saw the Biden administration inviting supposed U.N. experts on racism and human rights to visit the U.S. to observe, publicly confront the treatment of minorities in America, and then to “help combat systemic racial injustice and inequality especially against people of African descent in the context of law enforcement”...U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken's words not mine.

And what a joke this is as said U.N. experts, known as “Special Rapporteurs,” are tasked with the job of reporting back to the world body if issues are found regarding what's called “contemporary forms of racism and minority issues.” Appointed by members of the 47-member U.N. Human Rights Council...with today's 15 appointed “Special Rapporteurs” coming from the countries of Bolivia, China, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, France, Gabon, Malawi, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Senegal, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan...isn't it more than a bit disconcerting that these member nations include some of the most flagrant violators of human rights...as in but not limited to China, Cuba, Pakistan, and the Russian Federation.

And besides, the United Nations...what I like to refer to as the "Useless Nations"...needs to butt out of America's business...hear that Biden...for racism in America today is, in my opinion, the result of but four things. First, it's the direct result of Barack HUSSEIN Obama's deliberately stirring the pot of what was then a simmering down pot of racial discontentment, and done simply to push forward his plan to “fundamentally change” America from within. Second, racism was falsely shoved in our faces when the likes of BLM took over and dictated what would and would not be the racial discourse. 

Third, the nonsense known as Critical Race Theory...a theory whose prime goal is to teach hate...also teaches folks who were never racists before how and why to become racists now. And reason number four sees demands for reparations by black folks who were never slaves be given to them by white folks who were never slave owners. Claiming this as a means by which white America can address the legacies of slavery, colonial rule, and racial discrimination, to that I say slavery happened, blacks were freed, and it's time to get over yourselves and move on to bigger, better, and more worthy matters...like take responsibility for your own actions and get yourselves off the government gravy train. 

Today, I most vehemently believe that black Americans are owed nothing for our debt to you was paid in full with the over 360,000 Union lives lost in the quest to set your ancestors...not you who are alive today...free.

Let the United Nations. and its “Rapporteurs” think on all that for awhile and then move on to monitoring countries who truly discriminate against minorities...countries who are overt human rights violators as well. China, North Korea, Iran, and Cuba quickly come to mind and should for the U.N. too.

So while the Biden administration continues to claim that it is deeply “dedicated to addressing racial injustice and inequities at home and abroad,” I say our beloved country would be better served by moving on from this Democrat and media generated faux racist nonsense and address, let's say, what is a real crisis...as in the crisis at our southern border...and the U.N. be damned.

Being Critical of Critical Race Theory

...Instead, CRT chooses to place blame on the whole of what they call “white social structures,” with its adherents claiming it's overt across the board discrimination by white folks against people of color no matter a given individuals actions, words, or deeds to the contrary. 

 

But nothing could be further from the truth for, I believe, what Critical Race Theory really is trying to do is propagate the idea that racism in America is not just an in-you-face obvious for the TV cameras occurrence but that it is stealthily “indirect, subtle, and systemic,” and that the fault lies solely within the population of white America. I also believe that the end game of CRT is not now nor has it ever been to actually end racism but to keep the momentum of hate going by manipulating black folks into becoming a faction driven by veiled suppression that the “powers that be” can forever control...

Being Critical of Critical Race Theory

Lately we've been bombarded with the words Critical Race Theory (CRT). Those three words have taken over the political discourse, the media, and have made dangerous inroads into all levels of our school system...both public and private schools as well as colleges and universities. Now teaching young impressionable minds that the actual science behind what constitutes “race” is not “biologically natural,” CRT claims instead that “race” is a "culturally invented, socially constructed entity" derived solely to exploit and oppress people of color...especially those scientifically classified as Negroid... folks more commonly referred to as black people...and that it does so while serving the interests of white groups and institutions who deliberately perpetrate the negative stereotypes regarding people of color especially if it meets both their needs and wants.

And those who adhere to this nonsense...you can google CRT's history and its partisan political beginnings...also believe that both U.S. law and mainstream legal institutions...most especially our appellate judicial system...are inherently racist with their sole reason for being but to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between white and black Americans, with so-called “brown, yellow and red Americans” thrown in for good or bad measure...depending of course upon one's personal point of view and/or prejudices. And some take what is but a twisted and diluted form of the Marxist-oriented “critical theory”...a theory where judicial decisions are mainly influenced by nonlegal factors...as in political factors...instead of by set legal precedent and reasoning...and take it even one step further by claiming that being racist in America is a normal way of being amongst white people and not the exception, but that it is also a quite common and ordinary experience shared by most people of color, especially by black people.

But the truth is that like most liberal-speak, Critical Race Theory is but a pandering political dialogue manufactured primarily to make excuses for the what is perceived by liberal sorts to be gaps in income, wealth, education, employment, and social status between white and black America, as well as to take blame off those who not only make bad personal choices but who refuse to take any responsibility for their own actions. Instead, CRT chooses to place blame on the whole of what they call “white social structures,” with its adherents claiming it's overt across the board discrimination by white folks against people of color no matter a given individuals actions, words, or deeds to the contrary.

Now being used by the Democrats in an effort to help divide our country even more than she already is, Critical Race Theory downplays the need for black Americans to understand that racism, whether it's self-perceived or it's real, remains the stuff that fuels much needed political fodder. And like everything else the Democrats do, CRT actually aids in the ideological enslavement of black people, and does so as a means by which to garner their votes. In fact, everything the Democrats do is about votes for votes equals power and power equals control...neither of which the Democrats intend to surrender.

Remember, it's power and control above all else that is the Democrats “god,” if you will, and what the Democrats want is for the talked down to masses to not only believe but to accept as fact that racism will only go away via the enacting of so-called “color-blind” laws, policies, and practices...the very crux of Critical Race Theory. And when that is coupled with the concept of “white guilt” only then, they believe, can all races receive “equitable treatment” under the law along with the overcoming of individual racial biases.

And Democrats want us to believe that racial healing must begin with the securing of reparations...the supposed first baby step towards “equitable treatment”... a supposed key objective of Critical Race Theorists. And while “equitable treatment” should mean that all folks, no matter their skin color, receive equal opportunities to reach a specific objective or goal, the fact is that under CRT certain “considerations” must be in place to equalize the playing field for people of color. And this basically means that no matter the fancy words being pushed forward, “equitable treatment” is not now nor will it ever be "equal treatment" under the law, not when policies are enacted that allow specific “considerations” for one group of people over another group of people.

Simply, CRT is affirmative action on steroids.

Also know that no law enacted nor policy or theory dictated can stop an individual from hating if that is what one is so inclined to do. In fact, mandating laws or teaching theories with no tangible substance or truth actually allows for racism to gain momentum courtesy of folks who, while never racists before, have now after witnessing certain minority folks actions, words, and demands become so. And the securing of reparations is but one example, for why should black folks who were never slaves be given monies from white folks who were never slave owners. And besides, reparations itself is racist in nature as it singles out a specific group of people...black people...for special “consideration,” basically negating the concept of "equal treatment" for all...and isn't equality what it's really all about...or is it?

No...it's not equality that those who adhere to Critical Race Theory want but even more of a free ride for certain minority folks while at the same time brainwashing America's impressionable youth into believing that skin color alone is what dictates the “have and have nots,” and that white skin is something to be ashamed of. And this is but one of the means by which CRT pits people of color...black people...against white people all in an effort to dictate the current and they hope future political discourse along with "big government" overseeing the how, when, and whys of exactly what will be done to right what they alone perceive to be America's past wrongs. But what the CRT crowd ignores is the fact that both America's rights and America's wrongs helped to forge the freedoms we have today...take away those freedoms and America as we know her no longer exists.

And it's these very freedoms that separates us from other countries...freedoms that are ingrained in us throughout our formative school years, thus it's here in America's schools where Critical Race Theory is the most dangerous. Why...because in brainwashing our youth into believing politically generated fiction instead of well documented historical facts, generations of independent thinkers are lost. And it starts with CRT's premise that racism is indeed an integral part of everyone's everyday life...read white folks here...and that even people who claim not to be racists still can make "bad choices" that help to fuel racism on.

Such nonsense indeed because except for a certain segment within the minority of America's black minority population, the color of one's skin does not dictate how one lives their lives nor does it become the excuse given for failures in life. Simply, skin color is not the first thing the vast majority of Americans, black Americans surely included, think of upon awakening nor is it the last thing thought of before drifting off to sleep, yet the color of one's skin alone is the driving force behind the mindset of those who adhere to Critical Race Theory thinking. And now sadly, due to political skulduggery, it's also become the mindset of those who want to brainwash our children into believing white skin is bad and black skin is good...white skin is something to be ashamed of while black skin is something to be proud of.

In other words, Critical Race Theory itself is not only racist in its very concept, but it actually helps to promote racism by making "implied racism" a part of each and everyone's everyday life.

And while some states have embraced this nonsense and passed legislation allowing this what amounts to indoctrination to be taught in both public and private schools, other states...predominantly red states...have banned Critical Race Theory on the basis that it not only tries to promote the idea that white people have had an advantage at birth, but that it plants “the seeds of self-hatred in America's children,” while pushing forward the left's ideology that “white people are born as racist oppressors and that black people are born as victims.”

In fact, I'll even go one step further and say that Critical Race Theory not only pushes forward a politically driven divisive and mentally harmful agenda...a hateful agenda especially harmful to impressionable youth...but that CRT helps to breed a new generation of racists in its teachings of “white privilege.”...teachings which actually separates people based upon race, the very antithesis of the long fought for idea of inclusion.

But most important of all, Critical Race Theory tries to rewrite America's history by the foretelling of a future that they alone will determine and do so by only focusing on the bad while ignoring all of American history's good. And by ignoring basic human nature and societal norms, CTR willingly draws attention to the negative in order to make said negative become the absolute truth forgetting that there are always two sides to every story. One person's truth can be another person's lie, yet the fact is that history alone remains static...it cannot be changed for what was...was. Learn from history's mistakes but don't try erase the past for to do so negates who we are today and who we might become in the future. 

Simply, black is black, white is white, mix them together and you get all shades of gray... not such a bad thing now is it.

Designation Needed

With the presidential election being less then a month away we still see the violence and mayhem continuing on unabated in Democrat controlled cities even while the media seems to be downplaying it. And now with those on the left mimicking the excuse used by BLM that said violence and mayhem is but “ opportunistic vandalism” and that most BLM protests are peaceful in nature, even more lies are being added to the lies already spewed that Black Live Matter is not an anarchist group and therefore should not and must not be labeled as such. And it's my opinion that BLM is indeed not only a Marxist based, agendized, anarchist group, but a group whose hierarchy plans and coordinates said riots and mayhem while sitting back, as most cowards do, paying others do their dirty work. Simply, BLM along with Antifa, should rightfully be designated as domestic terrorist groups.

So why aren't they both designated as such...as usual because of partisan based rhetoric coupled with their shared overtly leftist Democrat-Socialist party enablers. Remember back to July 18, 2019 when Senate Resolution 279 was first proposed, a resolution that called not only for groups and organizations acting under the banner of Antifa to be designated as domestic terrorist organizations, but also called for the “Federal Government to redouble its efforts, using all available and appropriate tools, to combat the spread of all forms of domestic terrorism, including White supremacist terrorism”...well that resolution basically went nowhere because of word semantics regarding Section 802 of the Patriot Act.

And while the Patriot Act does address foreign based terrorism (think jihad here)...domestic terrorism...as in home grown terrorism...would basically be, if the act were to be amended, an expansion of foreign terrorism that would now include domestic terrorism as meaning (like with foreign terrorism) any person or group who has engaged in an act “dangerous to human life” that is in violation of the criminal laws of a given state or of the United States itself. Now couple that with domestic terrorism then designated to mean (again like with foreign terrorism) “an act intended to intimidate or coerce the U.S. civilian population; influence the policy of our government by intimidation or coercion; and/or affects the conduct of our government via mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping,” and one would clearly see how the ongoing actions of both Antifa and Black Lives Matter truly do fit the definition of a terrorist organizations as both groups share similar ideologies and objectives.

But what's not so easy to understand is the Democrats reasoning behind not giving both groups the much needed domestic terrorist label. Saying that Antifa...founded in Germany and the U.K. during the anti-fascist movements of the 1920s and 1930s, Antifa as we know it today came to the U.S. in the 1970s and 1980s as an anti-fascist action and left-wing political movement. And while Antifa is not a “formal organization” per se, as it does not have a formal leader, specific membership roles, or a defined centralized structure, it is an array of autonomous and diffuse localized groups that are indeed organized, and who have fairly large followings on social media, an example of which is the Rose City Antifa in Portland, Oregon who has played a key role in that city's ongoing violence. 

Also, Antifa’s goal according to those members, if you will, who have spoken to the media is to both deny who they consider to be fascists or far-right activists a platform from which to speak as well as to “dehood Klansmen” even if it takes violence to do so...with legalized policy reform be damned. 

 

And the group...or the sometimes called movement...we commonly refer to as Black Lives Matter is actually an “umbrella coalition” comprised of 150 different organizations, including the Black Lives Matter Network. And it's this network which demands "reparations for the wealth extracted from our communities through environmental racism, slavery, food apartheid, and housing discrimination," and who pushes forward the aforementioned “opportunistic vandalism” nonsense as being not only a justifiable excuse to burn, loot, and terrorize, but that it's an owed to them form of reparations for the injustice of slavery...an injustice that they themselves were never party to. 

But the truth is that the actions of Black Lives Matter have shown their message to be based more upon continuing the generational “gimme-gimme, you owe me” mentality used to keep their own people in line. And why so? Simply, because that allows BLM to continue with their instilling of a misplaced sense of entitlement within poor inner city black communities by their feeding upon an unnatural fear of a self-perceived white enemy, while at the same time allowing their leaders to grow richer and politically more powerful as their group's numbers increase.

So while Black Lives Matter does say in its online mission statement that “we stand against state-sanctioned violence and anti-Black racism," those words are but divert-and-deflect propaganda material for while BLM says one thing they have proven almost daily to do just the opposite, as in actually advocating for violence specifically against white males and the police. To BLM and their ilk, state sponsored violence targets black people alone no matter that the very concept they use to feed their hate does not really exist. And the fact is that a big part of the violence being witnessed today is actually courtesy of BLM encouraging their own people to both continue to set American cities on fire and to continue the rioting until their self-serving objectives are met.

And the other obvious sponsor of violence is the Antifa sorts what with their supporters sharing both common protest tactics and specific key targets with Black Lives Matter as well as their believing that violence, mayhem, and terror tactics...including military-style tactics...are the much needed tools by which to combat what they consider to be the alt-right...as in far-right extremists and white nationalist groups they erroneously say have grown stronger, more vocal, and more defiant under the presidency of Donald J. Trump. Guess they willingly ignore the fact that almost all the racial unrest going on today began courtesy of Barack Hussein Obama's “If I had a son...” rhetoric.

In other words, those supporting and taking part in either BLMs and Antifa's thought processes and what amounts to terror driven theatrics are of the same mindset for both see the government and white people as a common enemy...an enemy that must be eliminated through any means possible including violence if need be. And both Antifa and BLM are indeed the perpetrators of the still ongoing riots and mayhem...actions now peppered with murder if need be...vile actions that the Democrat party along with its hierarchy still vehemently refuse to condemn, and we all know that if one does not condemn one surely does condone.

So as we continue to bear witness to over one hundred days and nights of violence, we don't need the media, the Democrats, BLM or Antifa telling us that what we see going on with our own eyes in major Democrat controlled cities is simply nothing but “opportunistic vandalism.” And we surely don't need Trump-hating Democrats with an agenda telling us that there is no legal authority that would ever allow either group to be designated as domestic terrorists. Saying that to do so would automatically lead to First Amendment challenges, the fact is that even if by some chance the First Amendment did offer either group a modicum of protection as per their right to “free speech” and to “address grievances,” both groups have outwardly and continuously violated the right of “peaceably assembling.”

And with both groups having committing tangible crimes...crimes actually caught on tape and born witnessed to...crimes we still see happening every night on the news... leaves both BLM and Antifa open to abject criminal charges if nothing else...criminal charges that neither group has yet to be prosecuted for. But hopefully that too will soon change for while the RICO law was designed specifically to prosecute organized crime, the courts have allowed RICO to be applied somewhat more broadly, thus allowing BLM and Antifa to fall under the description of being RICO charged.

But the overall fact remains that both entities, whether they be an organized group or not, do need to be classified as domestic terrorists, after all their actions demand it. And while neither Black Lives Matter nor Antifa fits the current federal definition of a terrorist organization nor has either been designated as such on the State Department list of foreign terrorist organizations, there still remains an important legal question that must be answered in order to do so...with the question being do either of the group's acts of violence rise to crimes of terrorism as defined in the Patriot Act? I believe they do no matter that the definition includes the need for specific criteria to have been carried out as in if said group(s) have engaged in planning and preparations for possible future acts of terrorism and/or if they retain the capability and intent to carry out such acts in the future.

And while we all do know the answer is most assuredly yes on both accounts, there currently exists no legal process for designating any domestic, home grown group as a terrorist organization...the must needed first step. Therefore, applying the so much needed moniker domestic terrorist, as it exists now, to either Antifa or BLM becomes but a non-legally binding catch phrase at best when what is truly needed is an actual legally applied designation. And besides, attorneys on the left would raise a constitutional ruckus that BLMs and Antifa's actions are both protected speech and assembly no matter that they sometimes, actually that they most times, seem to turn violent, thus opening up the possibly for both short-and long-term political implications that we have no specific frame of reference by which to gauge right from wrong constitutionally wise. This alone would justify political adversaries concerns that such a designation has a great potential for abuse.

So while I personally believe that President Trump should indeed declare both groups as domestic terrorist organizations...for truthfully that is what they are designation or no designation...he needs to do so with the letter of the law solidly and irrefutably behind him. After all, we are a nation of laws and it's that very concept of law that has made and kept America both exceptional and strong.
