Some supporters of President Obama may be worried about how he and the Democrats are going to fare politically, as the problems of ObamaCare continue to escalate, and it looks like the Republicans have a chance to win a majority in the Senate.

But Democrats may not need to worry so much. Republicans may once again come to the rescue of the Democrats, by discrediting themselves and snatching defeat from the very jaws of victory.

The latest bright idea among Republicans inside the Beltway is a new version of amnesty that is virtually certain to lose votes among the Republican base and is unlikely to gain many votes among the Hispanics that the Republican leadership is courting.

One of the enduring political mysteries is how the Republicans can be so successful in winning governorships and control of state legislatures, while failing to make much headway in Washington. Maybe there are just too many clever GOP consultants inside the Beltway.

When it comes to national elections, just what principles do the Republicans stand for? It is hard to think of any, other than their hoping to win elections by converting themselves into Democrats lite.

But voters who want what the Democrats offer can vote for the real thing, rather than Johnny-come-lately imitations.

Listening to discussions of immigration laws and proposals to reform them is like listening to something out of "Alice in Wonderland."

Immigration laws are the only laws that are discussed in terms of how to help people who break them. One of the big problems that those who are pushing "comprehensive immigration reform" want solved is how to help people who came here illegally and are now "living in the shadows" as a result.

What about embezzlers or burglars who are "living in the shadows" in fear that someone will discover their crimes? Why not "reform" the laws against embezzlement or burglary, so that such people can also come out of the shadows?

Almost everyone seems to think that we need to solve the problem of the children of illegal immigrants, because these children are here "through no fault of their own." Do people who say that have any idea how many millions of children are living in dire poverty in India, Africa or other places "through no fault of their own," and would be better off living in the United States?

Do all children have some inherent right to live in America if they have done nothing wrong? If not, then why should the children of illegal immigrants have such a right?

More fundamentally, why do the American people not have a right to the protection that immigration laws provide people in other countries around the world -- including Mexico, where illegal immigrants from other countries get no such special treatment as Mexico and its American supporters are demanding for illegal immigrants in the United States?

The very phrase "comprehensive" immigration reform is part of the bad faith that has surrounded immigration issues for decades. What "comprehensive" reform means is that border control and amnesty should be voted on together in Congress.

Why? Because that would be politically convenient for members of Congress, who like to be on both sides of issues, so as to minimize the backlash from the voting public. But what "comprehensive" immigration reform has always meant in practice is amnesty up front and a promise to control the border later -- promises that have never been kept.

The new Republican proposal is to have some border control criteria whose fulfillment will automatically serve as a "trigger" to let the legalizing of illegal immigrants proceed. But why set up some automatic triggering device to signal that the borders are secure, when the Obama administration is virtually guaranteed to game the system, so that amnesty can proceed?

What in the world is wrong with Congress taking up border security first, as a separate issue, and later taking responsibility in a Congressional vote on whether the border has become secure? Congress at least should come out of the shadows
.
The Republican plan for granting legalization up front, while withholding citizenship, is too clever by half. It is like saying that you can slide halfway down a slippery slope.

Republicans may yet rescue the Democrats, while demoralizing their own supporters and utterly failing the country.

EGYPT attacks al-Jazeera on charges of aiding and abetting the enemy – The Muslim Brotherhood

UnknownFrom Jihad Watch

Private Egyptian TV channel Al Tahrir at the weekend aired an amateur-quality video of the arrest in a Cairo hotel room of two journalists with the Qatari channel Al-Jazeera on the 29th of December. Qatar is a main power center of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle East.

EuroNews  With dramatic music added, the video shows the foreign channel’s head of the Cairo bureau, the Canadian-Egyptian Mohamed Fahmy and Australian journalist Peter Greste — who asks for an interpreter.

TV-Al-Jazeera-America_Horo-1-e1391467049326

Security officers are heard questioning the pair, but they are not shown. The journalists say they don’t have the accreditation to work in Egypt, but have applied for it. Equipment is filmed in the hotel room that Fahmy says is serving as temporary work-space until an office can be found. Then the two are taken away in a police van.

Al-Jazeera has denounced the broadcast of the video and said the journalists were working openly, and that their not having press accreditation was no grounds for arrest and being jailed. The company asked that they be released.

article-2548694-1B0D64DE00000578-623_634x464The police closed Al-Jazeera’s Cairo office after the removal as president of Mohamed Mursi on 3 July. Work space was improvised in the Marriott Hotel, and some Egyptian media referred to this as ‘the Marriott cell’.

The state prosecutor’s office last week said 20 or the channel’s journalists would be tried, 16 of them on charges of belonging to a terrorist organisation, and four foreigners on charges of creating a false impression of a civil war in Egypt. Al-Jazeera denies the charges.

al-jazeera-waging-jihad-1-article-at-a-timeSherif Mansour, with the Committee for the Protection of Journalists in the Middle East and North Africa said the move under the new military authorities is unprecedented:

Hey, Egypt, you missed this one!

“We have never seen a TV network with local and international operatives — a total of 20 — accused of terrorism-related charges. Those who work with Al-Jazeera might have their biases and of course being a journalist would involve having an opinion, but that doesn’t mean that they get to go to jail because of it.”

Hey, Egypt, you missed this one!

Egypt accuses Al-Jazeera of carrying out Qatari policies to support the banned Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, the repression of which over seven months has seen more than one thousand people killed.

Op-ed:
Too bad Hannity didn't interview Obama...now that would've been something to see
By: Diane Sori

The Super Bowl is over and it's one for the history books as they say what with Denver getting their butts kicked. Poor Denver but what is...is...and even more pathetic than this one-sided game was Bill O'Reilly's pre-game interview of the self-anointed king of us all...Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

The interview...which focused on the disastrous ObamaCare roll out, the Benghazi fiasco, and the IRS's targeting conservative groups applying for 501-C3 status...had O'Reilly trading for-the-camera barbs with Obama like they were good buddies. And while at times O'Reilly did seem a bit annoyed with Obama when he asked him certain questions he knew Obama did NOT want even brought up (as in Benghazi), he still let Obama slink out of answering them directly...accepting vague alludings instead of demanding simple YES or NO answers to those questions. Evasive rhetoric with NO substance...the hallmark of Obama and his entire administration.

But sadly, O'Reilly showed his true colors when in a phone interview on 'FOX and Friends' yesterday morning he said, "I don't think he (Obama) wants to hurt anyone but his policies are hurting people." Give me a freakin' break...how about the five million plus people he knew beforehand he would hurt with his out and out LIE about being able to keep their health insurance...how about the multitude of seriously ill people who have now been cut off from the very doctors treating them...how about the countless handicapped children and adults now without the services they require...these are living, breathing, flesh and blood people hurt NOT by policies per se, but hurt by a miserable excuse of a president who did NOT and still does NOT care one damn iota about them even knowing they would be hurt.

And O'Reilly backed away from this very critical point both in the Obama interview and in his musings yesterday morning.

And so O'Reilly bloviated (one of his favorite 'Words of the Day') on to 'FOX and Friends' that his being tough on Obama...especially with his Benghazi questions... with tough being a happening in his mind alone...would be fodder for the liberal press as they would say he was a shill for the GOP because all he did was ask GOP questions. And while some questions O'Reilly did ask were indeed ones asked by Republicans during the Benghazi hearings...the problem is he let Obama off the hook time and again by NOT pounding home...or even mentioning for that matter...that Obama deliberately and with malice left four Americans to die nor did he touch upon the true reason why the attack happened...as in Obama's ILLEGAL gun and weapons running operation to the al-Qaeda backed Syrian rebels...done through Benghazi...went sour.

NOT a word about that on 'FOX and Friends'...NOT a word during the Obama interview either.

Instead during the Obama interview, O'Reilly focused on the same old, same old, of whether the administration did NOT describe Benghazi as a terrorist attack because Obama’s people did NOT want to use the word 'terrorist' right before the November presidential election for fear it would contradict Obama's infamous, now come back to haunt, statement of "al-Qaeda is decimated and on the run."

“Your detractors believe that you did not tell the world it was a terror attack because your campaign didn’t want that out,” O’Reilly said. “That’s what they believe.” And Obama's retort was to blame FOX with his statement that, “They believe it because folks like you are telling them that” and throwing in for good measure, “These kinds of things keep on surfacing, because folks like you will promote them," he said in reference to the IRS scandal.

"Folks like you"...subtle racist words out of a NOT so subtle racist's mouth...and you have NO idea how I wanted to give O'Reilly a slap upside his head for he let Obama take control of the interview with those two sentences.

Continuing on to say that Fox News is to blame for "misinforming" the public on issues that have stalked his presidency during the past year, Obama thought he had sweep the matter of Benghazi under the rug...for now at least...but oh how wrong he is. And I hate to tell Obama...NO...actually I love to tell Obama...but FOX News was the ONLY news channel that reported the truth about his traitorous Benghazi actions...his ObamaCare roll out nightmare...and his IRS scandal that keeps growing in scope, albeit at times a watered down version of that truth, but hey, watered down is better than what the alphabet media gave us...as in NOT a damn thing at all.

And when O’Reilly zeroed in and asked Obama why Kathleen Sebelius had NOT been fired for the major part she played in the ObamaCare nightmare roll out, he again went the kumbaya route saying, "I'm sure that the intent is noble but I'm a taxpayer, and I'm paying Kathleen Sebelius' salary, and she screwed up. And you're not holding her accountable." Nobel my eye for she and Obama knew months before the roll out that the Healthcare.gov website was but minimally operational at best and bold-faced LIED...yet again...to the American people that  all was well.

"Well, I promise you that we hold everybody up and down the line accountable," Obama answered...NO...Obama LIED again for NOT one single person has been held accountable for anything...NOT one.

And when asked if Obama thought the, “If you like your plan you can keep your plan” comment (O'Reilly should have called it what it was...an out-and out LIE) was his “biggest mistake,” Obama skirted this question by saying that the implementation of the Affordable Care Act...he now NO longer calls it ObamaCare as if we don't know why...was an ongoing process, and he was committed to getting it to work rather than dwelling on past mistakes. “I try to focus not on the fumbles but on the next play,” Obama said.

And here O'Reilly should have tossed Obama's ridiculous football reference aside as ObamaCare is beyond mere fumbles, and gone for the jugular for with ObamaCare there is much to rip apart...but Mr. Fair and Balanced didn't. Hannity would have...you can bet on that.

But really, in an interview of this sort when all is said and done the point remains that it's NOT what O'Reilly said but what he didn't say for here he had a chance to nail Obama to the wall with tough, insightful, demanding of answers questions, but instead he chose to go the soft way with beaten to death regurgitation of the same old tired questions that we've NOT only heard before but questions that actually allowed Obama to deflect them...as he's done so many times that he can do it even without his trusty teleprompter prompting him.

And while I know that 10 or so minutes do NOT an in-depth interview make...and maybe if Bill O'Reilly had more time he would have insisted on more direct answers...you still know that O'Reilly will hawk this interview ad-nauseum on his show for weeks, and Obama gets to continue to take digs at FOX News... something he loves to do every chance he gets.

So with O'Reilly hoping to end this what turned out to be a yawn of an interview on a positive touchy-feely note, he instead made all we Conservatives and TEA Partiers sick with his comment that he felt Obama’s “heart was in the right place”...for how can Barack HUSSEIN Obama's heart be in the right place when his heart is NOT with this country...with 'We the People'...or with the Constitution he took an oath to "protect and defend."

Just saying...

The president’s annual state of the union address is another example of how dysfunctional our government in Washington has become.
Article 2, section 3 of the US Constitution says that the president “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union….”

The president is the chief executive of our government. As chief executive, it makes sense that he report periodically about the state of affairs to the body responsible for passing laws, the Congress, so they have a sense of what needs to be done.

If handled correctly, the State of the Union should be like the annual report of a corporate chief executive to shareholders. It should convey key information so that stakeholders know what’s going on.

But that’s not what happens. This isn’t about informing stakeholders. It’s about political calculations and pitching a laundry list of proposals, invariably with wonderful benefits, and rarely any perceivable costs, designed to make the President and his party look good.

President Obama introduced in this year’s State of the Union address his proposal to create new retirement accounts for, in the words of the White House, “the millions of low and middle-income households earning up to $191,000.” What they are calling “MyRAs.”

How could enhancing retirement savings not be a good idea? And, even better, it is a free lunch.

Again in the words of the White House, “the account balance will never go down in value” and will be totally secure because it will be “backed by the U.S. government.”

President Obama is creating these accounts with the greatest of ease, without even a new law from Congress, by doing what he has done better than any president in American history. Drive the U.S. government into debt.

These wonderful new retirement accounts will receive bonds from the U.S. Government. And who guarantees them?

Please, dear reader, if you are a U.S. taxpayer, look in the mirror and say “me.”

If the State of the Union was really about the president informing Congress and the nation, he would have reported the following from the recent 2013 Long-Term Budget Outlook report of the Congressional Budget Office:

“Federal debt held by the public is now about 73 percent of the economy’s annual output…higher than at any point in U.S. history, except a brief period around World War II, and it is twice the percentage at the end of 2007.”

“CBO projects,” the report continues, “that federal debt held by the public would reach 100 percent of GDP by 2038….even without accounting for the harmful effects that growing debt would have on the economy.”

Meanwhile, as President Obama uses U.S. government bonds to create magical new risk-free retirement savings accounts, there was not a word in the State of the Union of the broken state of affairs of the government’s oldest retirement plan – Social Security.

According to Social Security’s latest trustees report, the revenue shortfall, in today’s dollars, of projected requirements of Social Security to meet its long-term obligations is $9.6 trillion. Beginning in 2033, when those now in their late forties start retiring, there will be only funds “sufficient to pay 77 percent of scheduled benefits.”

If the president really wants to enhance retirement savings of low and middle income Americans, and create real savings and investment while addressing the fiscal disaster of Social Security, let these folks opt out of the Social Security black hole and use those funds to open a real retirement account.

This is what was done in Chile and it worked. The Chilean economy grew because the new retirement accounts directed investments into the real economy (as opposed to creating more government debt) and Chilean workers have achieved real returns and newly created wealth.

Wouldn’t it be novel if the president really reported on the State of the Union each year and if we solved our existing problems before creating new ones?

The GOP Establishment seems confused about where we conservatives – you know, the majority of the party – stand on immigration reform. Maybe I can help it out.

No amnesty.

No bogus pseudo-legal status that is effectively amnesty.

No “enforcement first” plan that ends up with no enforcement and plenty of amnesty.

N-o A-m-n-e-s-t-y.

What part of that is in any way unclear? Apparently, the part about no amnesty.

In what universe is it a good idea to push for amnesty and increased immigration by zillions of people who will never, ever, ever vote Republican? The House GOP must have just held its retreat in Colorado because the only explanation for their thinking that selling out the base is a solid strategy is that they’ve been puffing on some killer weed.

Sure, this is all a great idea for the puppet masters of the Republican Establishment in Congress.

Those squishy sellouts are thinking less about conservatism than about the day that they can ditch Capitol Hill and take the reins as executive director of the American Undergarment Trade Association for a cool $900K a year as payback for a couple of decades of carrying water for Big Undie.

After all, what giant corporatist conglomerate wouldn’t want a steady flow of desperate new workers to do their menial labor at low, low wages without making all those outrageous demands that actual Americans make? Capitalism is great, but these corporate cronies are as much about the free market as Justin Bieber is about sobriety and good music.

Hell, the existence of Canadian refugee Justin Bieber should end the entire immigration debate before it even starts. Step one in any reform plan should be shipping him and his posse back to Winnipeg.

While walling off the Great White North might be a bit extreme – might be – putting up a real fence on the border with Mexico makes a lot of sense. Of course, it only makes sense if you actually want to stop illegal immigration. The Establishment clearly doesn’t, and you can tell that it doesn’t by its steadfast refusal to take any action consistent with actually stopping illegal immigration.

Let me spell out where conservatives stand on border security.

No “virtual fences.”

No focus on “enhanced interior enforcement” or “improved visa controls.”

No more promises, dodges or misdirections.

Build a freaking fence, don’t just promise to build one like last time.

A fence. Build it now.

I hope that was clear, but I fear the GOP Establishment still won’t get the message. Isolated from the people who actually elected its members and surrounded by K Street creeps who hand them bundles of cash, Team RINO has lately demonstrated an amazing ability to talk itself into the most mind-bogglingly stupid positions imaginable.

After all, these are the shrewd, savvy pros who decided that the one group in all of America that deserved to have its cash curtailed was Republican-leaning veterans. How could Republicans even consider doing that? Did they convene a council of renowned idiots and challenge them to come up with the single most offensive conceivable combination of political idiocy and glaring immorality?

It’s actually quite remarkable. It’s like a quantum physics singularity of stupid.

And now they’ve decided that this is the perfect time to resurrect the push for amnesty, the one strategic choice that will both utterly alienate a motivated GOP base that is (was) about to retake the Senate in 2014 while simultaneously ensuring that the GOP will be destroyed in the decades to come.

Obama’s administration is drowning in the sea of failure that is Obamacare and the members of the GOP Genius Caucus have decided that the smart play is to throw it their own life preserver.

Oh, and then the Establishment losers add insult to injustice by starting up with the smarmy, self-righteous clichés about how they are far, far too caring to want to limit access to our country to those we give permission to visit. They are so much more enlightened than those knuckle draggers who elected them. But if their crony masters told them to do a 180 on amnesty they’d be laying the bricks for a wall themselves.

Their cynical posturing as friends of the world’s huddled masses yearning to be free is nonsense – they’re advocates for huddled masses punching clocks at minimum wage in the service of their corporatist paymasters.

Let me be clear, GOP Thinkers, because your parasitical campaign consultants, your failure-prone pollsters and your crony capitalist contributors are deluding you. Since these are the only people you talk to, you aren’t seeing your real problem. We are your real problem. We are your base. We do the phone banking and the precinct walking and, most of all, the actual voting. You can be sitting on a mountain of cash, but it means nothing if you stab us in the back and next November we decide to stay home.

And we will. Believe it. Do not test us.

GOP Establishment, if you do this, it’s done. It’s over. We don’t like you and we don’t trust you, yet we’re still willing to work with you and to make those calls and knock on those doors and to vote for the guy with the (R) after his name because the left is so much worse. But if you join the left in shafting us, we’re gone. We’re out of here. Finished.

Sure, we dislike progressivism. But we hate betrayal more. Don’t tear the GOP to shreds, because that’s how this game ends. You’ve been warned.

Iranian General: We have “identified centers in America” for attack, U.S. “will be destroyed from within”

  / Jihad Watch

13920710000294_PhotoITargets? Within America? But I thought the Iranians were all moderates now, and loved us. In any case, the “destroyed from within” part looks as if it is proceeding apace.

“Iranian commander: We have targets within America,” by Reza Kahlili for the Daily Caller, February 1:
A top commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards boasted Saturday that his forces have plans in place to attack the United States from within, should the U.S. attack the Islamic Republic.
“America, with its strategic ignorance, does not have a full understanding of the power of the Islamic Republic,” Brig. Gen. Hossein Salami said in a televised interview. “We have recognized America’s military strategy, and have arranged our abilities, and have identified centers in America [for attack] that will create a shock.”
Reports indicate that terrorist Hezbollah forces — allies of Iran — have infiltrated the U.S. and have mapped out targets.
“We will conduct such a blow in which they [America] will be destroyed from within,” Salami said.
This is the second warning by a high-ranking officer of the Guards in two weeks. The chief commander of the Guards, Maj. Gen. Mohammad Jafari, addressing Secretary of State John Kerry, said on Jan. 24 that a direct conflict with America is the “strongest dream of the faithful and revolutionary men around the world.”
Kerry had previously said that if Iran did not live up to the agreement reached in Geneva on its nuclear program, “all options are on the table.”
“Your threats to revolutionary Islam are the best opportunity,” Jafari had said. “Muslim leaders for years have been preparing us for a decisive battle.… Do you know how many thousands of revolutionary Muslims at the heart of the Islamic revolutionary groups around the world are awaiting for you to take this [military] option from the table into action?”

Tea Partiers will determine the mid-terms...
and the Republicans know it
By: Diane Sori

“Play offense. Go after your opponent. Your opponent’s going after you, you go after your opponent. The best defense is a good offense.”

Words out of the mouth of RINO Senator John McCain...good words but they make one wonder which side he's addressing this to...as if we didn't know.

And so we have liberals to the left of us...RINOS NOT quite to the left but so NOT to the right of us...and caught in the middle is we Conservatives and TEA Partiers. And the prize all sides want is the Senate...the left wants to keep it, the RINOS will go whichever way the wind blows, and we in the middle know that to retake the Senate as long as we keep the House means Barack HUSSEIN Obama is basically rendered politically impotent from doing any more harm to our beloved America.

Tuesday, November 4, 2014...the day we can set things right...true Conservative Republican/TEA Party right that is.

With all 435 seats in the House and 33 of the 100 seats in the Senate up for grabs...and with 38 state and territorial governorships thrown into the mix...when you add in Obama's poll numbers thankfully tanking...Republicans now have their best chance in a decade to take back the Senate...that is if they stop all their in-fighting...which the Democrats are exploiting to the hilt...and unite together as a strong cohesive unit against the sure to come liberal Democratic assault of lies and innuendos. The Democrats know they are teetering on the abyss Senate-wise...and the Democrats know that their chances are practically nil for recapturing the House...so 'Prince' Harry Reid in the Senate and 'Botox Queen' Nancy Pelosi in the House will pull out all the stops to try and stop the charging Republican elephant.

And the bottom line numbers wise is that Republicans need to pick up six seats to win back the Senate majority, while the Democrats must fight to keep 21 seats, including seven in key Senate battlegrounds states where Obama lost to Romney in 2012. To re-take the House, Democrats need 17 seats of the currently held 31 majority Republican seats, an almost impossible task to do with the ObamaCare fiasco hanging over their heads. If all the stars are aligned correctly...yeah I know...this should mean the Republicans would have an easy time keeping the House, but they can still blow it with all their nonsense between the true Conservatives of the party and those whose moderation leans so far to the left that they might as well put a 'D' after their name and be done with it.

Now if true Conservative Republicans would weed out those RINOS and embrace TEA Party Conservatives into the fold...TEA Party Conservatives like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee whose very conservative principles help define the TEA Party movement....all this becomes very doable.

And while I know what I'm going to say next might irk some it still must be said for if all of us out in the trenches who are working on the grassroots level would concentrate our efforts solely on the Congressional and Senatorial races...meaning put all the local small issue races aside during this election cycle...then we very well could win back the Senate. And while I know many believe change starts from the bottom up...as in the local level...in this election cycle it must start from the top down for only then will we paint America red from coast to coast. And if we succeed, Barack HUSSEIN Obama will NOT be able to get even one of his anti-American agenda issues passed...and maybe just maybe with a super-majority ObamaCare can become a nightmare we do wake up from.

However, it must be said that Obama is NOT likely to allow this to happen without a fight and he will do every and anything he can to split the Republican party even more than it already is...and this we cannot abide for if he succeeds once easily won Senate and House races will indeed be lost.

But as I said before, the Republicans must now accept NOT speak against the TEA Party if they are to pull off this most critical of political maneuvers. Republicans need TEA Party voices to do what they are too meek to do...to afraid of the race card to do...and that is to keep hammering away the point of just how ObamaCare is tied to and effects one-sixth of the U.S. economy. And only with TEA Party voices can the Republicans successfully pound home the all important message of how Obama's lack of leadership is both an outright abuse of and a complete and total disregard for our Constitutionally laid out system of checks-and-balances. But sadly, the RINOS amongst us are watering down this critical message as they instead try to pander to the ILLEGALS for their votes...which by the way they will NOT get...by promising them amnesty reform.

Remember, TEA Party groups were formed upon beliefs of smaller government, fiscal responsibility, power in the hands of local government, strong national defense, and less intrusion into the private lives of 'We the People.' And what the establishment hierarchy of the Republican party needs to accept if they are to win elections again is the simple fact that the once great party of Lincoln and Reagan needs the TEA Party NOT to just join their ranks but to take those founding beliefs and help remold those vacillating too far to the left...to help bring them back to 'God and Country.' And as the old adage about strength in numbers goes, math dictates that those with the most numbers wins elections...and with the TEA Party movement now 130+ million strong the Republican Party would serve itself well by welcoming them into the fold.

And so if the Republicans were smart and were really serious about winning back the Senate in November and then taking back the White House in 2016, they must embrace the heart, the mind, and the soul of the TEA Party for the TEA Party speaks about how 'We the People'...how we everyday Americans love our freedoms...how we love our country...and how we love our Constitution...and once the Republicans felt that way too.

And just for the record, I am a Republican...a proud TEA Party Republican embracing the values and ideals of Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and LTC Allen West.
