'We the People'
will NEVER be silenced!
I would much prefer Cruz to Trump. But I do not think the republican establishment yet realizes the rage that conservative republicans feel against them for the way they have relentlessly and continuously betrayed their conservative base, and lied about it. To be double crossed is much more infuriating than to have been beaten by an enemy that one knew was an enemy from the beginning. And the republican establishment has double crossed its base repeatedly, while trying to hide this fact from them with slick maneuvers and votes in the Congress that somehow always result in Obama getting his way.If no one has the delegate votes to win outright on the first round, the establishment thinks it can give the nomination to whom it chooses. But that would be a big mistake. If there are two candidates who are quite close, it might be able to give the nomination to one of those two it selects. But if one candidate is obviously and clearly the choice of the vast majority of those who have voted, the establishment better give the nomination to that candidate, unless it wants millions of republican voters to stay home, as they did when Romney ran, and thus cause another defeat for the republicans and America. All this can be avoided if Rubio and Kasich , the two establishment candidates, who have no chance whatsoever of getting anywhere near the 1237 or so delegate votes needed, would just get out now. If they do, they we can find out whether Cruz can beat Trump head to head. If they continue on their ego trips, Rubio and Kasich will assure that either Trump gets the nomination, or that the establishment tries to double cross the voters once again.
Totally agree. If the establishment picks one of their establishment favorites, such as Marco Rubio, AGAINST the will of the people (you know, We the People that Diane is always talking about) we will likely see a revolt like we've never seen before. The people are speaking loud and clear, whether some like it or not!
MARCO is NOT establishment...establishment is a made-up moniker by the media...period.
MARCO is NOTHING BUT establishment, as in GOP establishment, and by no means a made-up moniker. Not to mention how he hoodwinked the Tea Party. Where you come up with this made-up nonsense nobody will never know...period
