It's not really about the physical statues themselves but about what the statues represent...things like courage, bravery, heroism, and accomplishments just to name but a few. And most of all it's about history, in this case our nations history, and while history's visuals can unfortunately be removed seemingly at whim, our history itself cannot be for history is part of what composes the actual fabric of time, and time always moves forward...there's no going back in time.

It's not really about the physical statues themselves but about what the statues represent...things like courage, bravery, heroism, and accomplishments just to name but a few. And most of all it's about history, in this case our nations history, and while history's visuals can unfortunately be removed seemingly at whim, our history itself cannot be for history is part of what composes the actual fabric of time, and time always moves forward...there's no going back in time.

And the concept and ramifications of time as it relates to America's history is the very thing that some cannot nor will not accept as reality, but reality is what it is. Our great nation has had its share of high and low moments, things we are proud of and things that shame us...as have all other nations...but trying to change our past in hopes of affecting a better present that would lead into an even better future for some is but the stuff of fairy tales and fables, for change itself is a tangible concept relegated only to the present, and we'd all be better served if we understood that.

How so? As statues of our past keep being taken down... either voluntarily or through vulgar defacement and/or destruction...all that's being removed is but a visual reminder in stone or bronze of what was...what the statue represented is still there and will always remain so. In fact, with each statue now being tagged for removal... total capitulation of sorts courtesy of political cowards too scared not to appease the malcontents...what or whom was being honored has now actually gained in both prominence and importance. And while the malcontents think that with each statue removed a battle in their self-fabricated hatred of their own people's history has been won, the reality is that their history does forever remains unchanged.

And not only does that history remain...a history of slavery they say shames both America and the black race race itself...in no way does trying to change that history ever equate to equality for equality is not one-sided nor has it ever been. If one wants to be treated, respected, and honored on par with another as their equal, one must treat the other in the way they themselves wish to be treated. Kind of Biblical in nature now isn't it, for equality cannot be mandated by law, it truly must be earned...it cannot be said more directly and to the point than that. And for those malcontents who descended from slaves... malcontents comprising but a small, albeit a very vocal portion of today's black American population... the thing they are most angry and shamed by...slavery...is the very thing they should be most proud of for their ancestors proudly rose above their bondage and went on with their lives only to see some of their offspring now putting them back into chains.

How so? Simply by the malcontents desperately trying to draw parallels to what's happening in today's America to what slavery was like 150+ years ago...as in they're trying to make what was once considered a worldwide accepted “societal institution” into but a modern day battleground version for what amounts to their garnering personal gain at the expense of innocent others. And sadly, it's this very thought process coupled with their truly hateful acts of revenge...revenge taken not only to weaken America from within but to defame the very freedoms America affords us all...is what is helping to put their ancestors back in chains. Chains, of course not of the physical kind but chains nevertheless, no matter that their ancestors who lived as slaves never did call for revenge nor did they seek atonement or reparations from their taskmasters once becoming “free men.”  

It's only today's malcontents who never experienced or lived through the hardships of slavery who are trying to make white folks...white folks who never owned slaves...not only atone for sins not of their doing but actually wanting “whitey” to pay them monies truly not owed to them. Bribery in the guise of reparations given so that the malcontents will hopefully tone down their ever so “acting badly.”

But guess what...it doesn't work that way...except for the white bleeding heart liberal politicians that is. And really, how does one put a price tag on hardships someone today never experienced in life? Is this tearing down of statues a misguided form of atonement that must now be accepted by white folks...or else? I think not for if we do continue to allow what is basically being dictated to us as being acceptable behavior that is anything but, then truly where does the tearing down of our nation's visual history end...where and when is the line in the sand drawn and then crossed? And what are the ramifications of let alone a solution to the escalating havoc now taking over key American cities? Or simply, will malcontents be left to do what they do until they and their misplaced cause naturally burns itself out?

These are all questions that need to be answered and thankfully, all said questions can be answered with but one response...as in the seemingly mindless folks coupled with their ensuing rage that's masquerading as a protest movement must be stopped by any means possible for not to do so sees us betraying not only all our country's past but the patriots whose blood was shed in the name of freedom.

Simply, we modern day patriots do outnumber the malcontents, but it's our political leaders who are not only tying our hands behind our backs...as did a former president who not only tied our military's hands behind their backs so as not to hurt the sensibilities of the enemy but also to afford the enemy life instead of what should have rightfully been death...but today we also see the media painting law enforcement as the enemy while looters, arsonists, and anarchist groups...as in the likes of Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM)...are being both painted and heralded as heroes.

Sad isn't it...very sad indeed...which makes me wonder just where are America's militia groups...groups formed to aid our country in times of need...and if our country...if our police...ever needed aid it's now as more and more of our cities become the victim of predominately black mayhem. And if the malcontents can't have the cities...even with the (faux) racial injustice plea being the log they throw onto the pyre of racial hate...statues of American heroes, of battles and wars won and lost..are now the victims of sorts being used to channel the malcontents violent behavior...behavior no longer buried beneath the surface but on full display for all to see.

But in the malcontents minds the now ongoing fight and their destroying of statues remains not really about the statues per se, but is about what they alone deem can be included in America's history and what cannot. And now it seems that those holding America hostage...those who lack both the much needed logistics of common sense as well as an understanding of the rule of law...might have just crossed a line that even they cannot retreat from what with Jesus Christ himself now becoming both a victim and a target of the malcontents hate and contempt.

“Your religion is your whiteness with a Christian patina,” or so said Shaun King, a BLM activist who pretends to be black or is he a light-skinned black trying to pass himself off as a white do-gooder...that's still open to question. However, it's not the color of his skin that matters, it's what comes out of his mouth that does. Adding that, “White Americans who bought, sold, traded, raped, and worked Africans to death, for hundreds of years in this country, simply could not have THIS man at the center of their faith,” was a misguided attempt to show that artists lightening the skin of the Son of God is central to the Christian faith and thus that Christianity itself is racist in nature. But what King and his misguided ilk forget is that any and all portrayals of Jesus, whether they be statues of stone, paintings in oil, or stained glass images adorning church facades, are just one person's visualizations of a man that no one alive today has ever seen...in fact no one has actually seen Jesus the man since around 30 AD...give or take a few years.

But facts seem not to matter to Shaun King for he is now demanding that “all the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been,” and are a representation of what is “racist American history,” No Mr. King, what is a true form of supremacy, I believe, is the black malcontents and the overly zealous militant sorts demanding that American history and religious history be either changed and/or erased and replaced with a black utopia where blacks are the taskmasters and white people are their slaves.

This mindset of hate...this what is now a race-based war...has to end for like I said in the beginning, history itself cannot be changed...it is what it is...it will remain as it was destined to be...and destroying the visual representations of events and folks long past will not now or ever change what was...it is as simple as that.

Deafening Silence of the Christian Kind

Their silence is indeed deafening...a roaring misplaced silence coupled with a feeling of emptiness now engulfing both Roman Catholicism and all of the other denominational Christian sects. And it's both sad and pitiful at the same time as it reeks of acquiescing and surrender to those who have always wished all we infidels dead.

And so it currently began with the Yzidi and moved on from there to the utter carnage in Africa with North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Iran, Yemen, India and Pakistan all added into the mix...with a smattering in Egypt thrown in for good or should I say bad measure...that is until President el-Sisi threw the Muslim Brotherhood out. And, no, I am not talking political turmoil here, I'm talking about the cries of Christians going unheard and unanswered... or worse...being deliberately ignored for the Christians being slaughtered in countries a half a world away are not the seemingly accepted and approved of brand of western-style “Christian tea.”

And then there's Sri Lanka...where now being reported is up to 350 mostly Catholics dead with more than 500 wounded as Catholic churches became the latest target of muslim... yes muslim...suicide bombers. Sri Lanka...where par for the course sees the media worrying more about reprisals against muslims than it cares about the Christian dead.

And when you add in said media's complacent silence after they report on any given church bombing or torching for maybe five or ten minutes, if even that, out of the 24/7 news cycle...when you add in that the media itself helped lead a major worldwide cry-fest when 50 muslims were slaughtered in a one-man isolated terror attack in New Zealand...it should raise but doesn't seem to raise any Christian ire that the media won't report on the number of incidents or the number of Christians killed since the rise of ISIS began in 1999.

By the way that number now stands at anywhere between the upper double-digit thousands to over one million depending on the news source one references, with 12 or more Christians being killed...being slaughtered...everyday. And these numbers alone leaves one to wonder why Christian voices...no matter their domination...have not united and collectively risen up to both vehemently condemn said deaths and make clear to the world that the slaughter of Christians and the placating of their killers must indeed stop.

There's strength in numbers after all, just as there is a collective silence within those same numbers especially when “turn the cheek” takes precedence over simple common sense. Stop them before they kill all of us should be Christendom's collective battle cry...with Chislam be damned.

And that killing started with the Yzidi when ISIS expelled them from their Northern Iraqi ancestral homeland with Yzidi women and young girls being forced into sexual slavery and with Yzidi men being killed by the thousand basically just for practicing their own form of Christianity. We also know about churches being burnt to the ground with parishioners locked inside throughout some of the countries of North Africa including Nigeria, Sudan, and the Central African Republic. And dare we forget how Christianity has been deemed the number one enemy of the state in North Korea; and how in Afghanistan no other religion except islam is constitutionally allowed to exist. And in Iran it's illegal to convert or even to preach Christianity for fear of death; while in Yemen, Pakistan and India, Christians face abject persecution on a daily basis. And where Christians were once protected...at least allowed to practice their faith...both ISIS and Iran's inroads into Syria have denied the remaining Christians even that.

And yet none of this even takes into account the number of churches vandalized, defiled and sometimes burned... at times resulting in deaths...both in Europe and here in the U.S. And except for the as expected cursory remarks made in passing by but a few in the media coupled with some also in passing words of sorrow spoken by priests, ministers and pastors...it all amounts to empty words for it's words without much needed condemnation followed by a promise of tangible actions. And the reason we don't hear much about those incidents is that the majority of the media, upon the lefts orders, diverts and deflects our attention to the mundane out of fear of offending let alone naming those we more than just suspect committed such actions.

Out of fear perhaps of their being next, but then there's also capitulation of sorts as Christendom's collective silence is indeed the white flag of surrender.

A true surrender of faith in fact for nowhere in the Holy Bible does it say for Christians to be led like lambs to the slaughter. And yet we see that happening more and more with each passing day as Christians in their silence are applying first century words to today's 21st century world. Matthew 5:43-45 states, “You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven.” And while those words are heartfelt and might have served the people well in ancient days...today they are but words pretty in concept yet foolish in today's reality. And when you digest those words as they are written, in today's world...a world dominated by islamic terrorism...the words reek of the surrender of Christianity to islam...a brutal and savage enemy unbeknownst in Jesus' and Matthew's days.

And while islamic terrorism surely does also visit those of the Jewish faith, especially in Europe and most especially in Israel, there is a great difference in how the Jewish people react...they never make excuses for those who commit such acts...they fight back. “An eye for an eye” is their calling card...you kill us we'll kill you...tenfold. And it seems to work very well for the simple fact that Israel still exists while being completely surrounded by those who wish them dead. Maybe it's time the Christians take a lesson or two from God's chosen people...their “blood brothers” the Jews.

And still more and more Christians are killed everyday by the same folks who wish Israel gone from the face of the map, yet today's Christians as a collective whole seem to do nothing but wallow in self pity while forgetting that in ages past fighting back was not only expected, but accepted and welcomed as the day's norm. Remember, the Crusaders did not “turn the other cheek”...they drew blood, they maimed and killed, all while reclaiming what was rightfully part of the faith, that is until new denominations of Christianity arose... denominations so fearful of picking up the sword that over time it led not just to mere complacency but to what became the abject surrender to what is called Chislam. 

Chislam...simply a hoped for form of bribery paid-in-full so that the enemy...so that the followers of islam...won't kill too many of those of the collective Christian faith.

So how's Chislam been working out for Christianity...not too well of course.

And to break it down into simple political terms...political terms that might be easier to understand for a few...think of Chislam as being the Democrat party and think of Christianity as being America's black community. The Democrat party has made so many promises to blacks over the years yet accomplishing little to nothing to improve what many (but not all) blacks perceive as their sorry lot in life. 

In other words, Chislam and the clergy who embrace it as well as those practitioners of it, also live in a world of empty promises...in this case promises of peace and understanding between Christians and muslims...between Christianity and islam....parallel the blacks belief that the Democrat party is the answer to all their woes. And yet neither the Democrats nor Chislam has delivered on promises made for the racial divide in America is wider today than in years past and Chislam has seen no end to the killing of Christians, in fact, just the opposite as the spilling of Christian blood increases by the day.

Increases by the day, and yet for the most part Christians seem unwilling to both name the enemy...it's islam...all of islam by the way...as well as to physically fight back... instead choosing prayers alone as their weapon of choice...refusing to accept that in today's world...a world that now amounts to a terrorist's playground...prayers will get one only so far. And when you couple that with some Christian sects now too busy being at war with each other...Catholicism v. Evangelical Christianity comes swiftly to mind...as they're too busy fighting over mere technicalities, tenets and nuances of faith...making it obvious to some that these folks would rather spend time casting doubt on each other's legitimacy as heirs to Christ's church then pick up the sword and staining it with their collective enemy's blood.

And in their refusing to understand that without a here and now battle and without the spilling of said enemy's blood there very well could be no church to come home to in the end. Islam will win, churches will fall, and the Christian dead will keep piling up all because the collective of Christendom simply refused to fight back. Sri Lanka should be the rallying cry for a new Crusade of sorts, for if it's not and it becomes yet another bloodbath unanswered, then Christianity's death will become the Christians fault...I truly wonder how God our Father will feel about that.

The Reality of Reformation vs. Jihad

Last week islamic terrorism...as in jihad...visited Egypt and by now the 305 victims of the North Sinai Al-Rawdah mosque massacre have been laid to rest...laid to rest as Egypt continues to mourn their husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, and 27 of the youngest of the young...all murdered at the hands of some of their own.

“We’re in shock,” were the words of Cairo resident Mahmoud Ali...shock indeed.

The deadliest islamist attack of jihad in Egypt’s modern history comes replete with questions as to why and in whose name such carnage was committed. Reports out of Egypt have some saying that the attack was carried out because most of the worshipers at Friday's prayers were Sufi muslims and also because the mosque itself is believed by many to be the birthplace of Sheikh Eid al-Jariri, a Sufi cleric considered the founder of Sufism in the Sinai Peninsula. And with Sufism being a sub-group of islam that ISIS specifically targets for death because of their belief in islamic mysticism coupled with their belief in saints...saints in this case being someone 'marked' by special divine favor...and with saints equaling idolatry in the eyes of islamists...this has afforded ISIS their believed right to tag Sufis as being followers of the wrong type of islam and thus worthy of death.

Sadly, this sounds a bit like a certain group of the world's Christians who while in no way eschew violence still sees them vocally condemning or worse...ignoring the plight of their fellow Christians for not believing exactly as they or their church do. Just something to ponder over a bit I think.

And yet others are saying that the reason for the gun and grenade attack...where the words “allahu-akbar” were repeated over and over again...has more to do with the mosque's North Sinai location than with exactly who worshiped there. In fact, a local affiliate of ISIS...whose flag bearing the words “There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet” the 25 or so attackers carried and who surrounding the mosque blocking any possible escape from windows and doors...has been using this specific area for quite some time as a prime base for insurgency...for acts of jihad...that spread from the Suez Canal eastwards to the Gaza Strip and on to Israel proper...with Sinai being a security nightmare for Egypt ever since Egypt and Israel became 'partners in peace' if you will.

So while Egyptian warplanes carried out air strikes on targets believed linked to the attack...air strikes ordered by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi himself...other Arab leaders are trying to play down or simply ignore the root cause of the jihadi's attack. And one such individual is Saudi Crown Prince Mohmmed bin Salman Abdulaziz Al Saud, who while vehemently condemning the physical aspects of the attack also said that, “The biggest threat from terrorism and extremism is not only killing innocent people and spreading hate, but tarnishing the reputation of our religion and distorting our belief...” as in the misplaced belief that islam is a religion of peace...a misplaced belief that ignores the fact that the islamists are using the very words of the qur'an and the teachings of islam itself to not just justify violence and terrorism but to execute and then excuse said actions as well.

And while the media downplays these acts of terrorism... these acts of jihad...as they occur more and more often... almost to the point of becoming routine...two questions remain as to how and even if these attacks can ever be stopped. And know that the answer to both questions is really quite simple for unless islam undergoes a true reformation these attacks will surely continue and the bodies...bodies of both we infidels and muslims alike...will keep piling up.

But how can islam be reformed if islam's religious leaders do not want reform...it would take away their choke hold over the muslim populace after all...and how can islam leave 7th century ideologies in the past and enter the 21st century present when it's muslims themselves who are afraid to speak up...let alone afraid to speak out.

And really how can islam be reformed when reformation means changing the actual core doctrine of islam from within not just toning down or prettying up the words in the qur'an, the Sira, and the Haddith, which the faithful would never allow what with qur'an 3:7 stating that, “No one knows the true interpretation except Allah...but those firm in knowledge say “we believe in it, all of it is from our Lord.” Changing those key words would be like asking Christians and Jews to change their core belief in the one true living God of us all.

So can you reform islam when islam as an entity is neither flexible nor open to reform...especially in the way Christianity and Judaism were reformed...simply you cannot...not in the classic sense of both rejection and modification of doctrine and practices. And why not... because while both Christianity and Judaism started out as a religion and then became a political force with reformation returning them to their religious roots, islam never was a religion per se, so reforming islam means islam must shed all its political ideologies and for the first time become a true religion...a religion where the truly devout retreat into personal piety...if islam is to survive in today's more secular world.

In other words, islam cannot be islam as it exists today. And besides, being that there is no central body of control in islam...no central religious hierarchy or authority to speak of that can issue such a dictate...like the Pope in Roman Catholicism can do...true reformation as we in the West consider reformation becomes highly unlikely.

And why is it unlikely...because while Christianity's reformation, as per religious scholars, led directly to the age of Enlightenment which then in turn morphed into secularism and eventually into Western-style democracy, reformation of islam's core tenets have almost no chance of happening because chaos and especially jihad is at the root of islam itself. Remember, Muhammad the nomad only became Muhammad the prophet after he introduced and entwined both jihad and politics into the basic tenets and doctrine of his creation called islam...violent tenets and doctrine which in and of themselves prove islam is not a religion but is the political ideology of a mad, greedy, and perverted man who hid his desire for wealth, power, and young girl children behind the guise of calling his personal wants a religion.

So even if Muhammad's violence encrusted ideology that is islam can be 'tempered down' so to speak, and the concept of religion as we know and accept it is removed from the equation, only then can the world's 1.8 billion muslims coexist with the civilized Western world, albeit with certain major changes being made...changes as opposed to reformation...changes that modify actions... changes that must take place post-haste so that islam is no longer perceived as it is rightfully perceived today...rightfully perceived as being nothing but a breeding ground for angry, perverted, and violent men whose goal is conquest through jihad, and who view women as chattel and who use children in the most vile of ways.

And that change...if it is ever to occur...must start with a united, cohesive, and oh so loud collective muslim voice demanding that extremist mullahs no longer hold sway over muslim countries...no longer hold sway over muslim peoples...even if that means some muslims must die in the process of seeking freedom from mullahs who think themselves a god. And know that with islam this change will not be easy nor will it be clean...as in sometimes blood must be shed by some to free the whole from the qur'an mandated call to jihad for what is what we call islamic terrorism but jihad in action...and what is jihad but the root cause of islam's woes. And if muslims do not condemn jihad then muslims condone jihad...if muslims do not fight back against jihad then muslims are but obedient slaves to the call for jihad.

And after condemnation those collective muslim voices must also publicly denounce, confront, and eliminate... yes eliminate by their own hand...jihad focused groups... groups like ISIS, al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, the February 17th Martyrs Brigade, Hamas, Hezbollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc...who are the main cause of their and islam's problems today. Remember, successful acts off jihad afford islamic terrorists...affords jihadis...the opportunity to commit such acts time and time again as terrorism in the name of jihad feeds upon the very conflict of conscience within the general non-violent muslim population itself. And while angry words of condemnation alone spoken against those committing such acts will not now or ever stop said acts of jihad...nor will sanctions or American intervention...muslims must accept as fact that only muslims fighting back against their own kind will...that is if islam in any form is to survive at all.

And sadly, even if some limited change does touch the ideology that is islam...does rebuke the concept of jihad... the bottom line is that acts of jihad will indeed continue to happen simply because the doctrine and tenets that define islam as it exists today continues to afford all muslims this common ground of jihad by which they can resist change. And this means that islam really cannot ever be reformed...not in the way we in the Western world see and rightfully demand islam be reformed...and without true reform...without even simple change...islam has no place nor any right to exist in the civilized world.

Bowing Before the 'Shrine of Intolerance'

Religious beliefs vs. our secular based government has recently been brought to the forefront and has gained a life of its own thanks to presidential hopefuls like Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum, and to a somewhat lesser degree by Ted Cruz, all of whom have make religion a central point in their respective presidential campaigns. Feeding off a woman named Kim Davis and her refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples even after the SCOTUS ruled that same-sex marriage is now the law of the land, these candidates are weaving their personal religious beliefs into their politics and it is NOT serving them well for the majority of Americans, while holding a strong belief in God, do understand that one's personal religious beliefs need to be checked at the door when holding a government job...a civil service job...with 'civil'...as in 'relating to ordinary citizens and their concerns, as distinct from military or ecclesiastical matters'...being the operative word.

Freedom to believe and worship as one chooses is indeed a right protected under our First Amendment, but also under the First Amendment is the words that, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion” and these words mean that there shall be NO official religion in this country. NO official religion...period... and that means that Christianity is NOT the official religion of this country nor is Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, or any other ism including atheism. And islam is NOT even a part of this discussion as islam is NOT a religion but a political system and cult hiding behind the cloak of religion. NO official “establishment of religion” means NO particular religion's doctrine and tenets takes precedence over any other particular religion's doctrines and tenets as the definitive way to worship God, but it also means that NO religion's doctrine and tenets takes precedence over the secular law of our land...that being the United States Constitution.

And while many of our Founders and Framers were indeed men of God with deep held personal religious beliefs, many others were deists, and still others held NO deep-seated religious convictions at all, but the one thing they all had in common was that our governing laws were to be constructed so that one's personal religious beliefs were to be kept out of the actual workings of government so as to be fair to everyone. They did NOT play the game that unfortunately so many today are playing...as in my religion trumps your religion...my religion is 'the' religion...my way and my church's beliefs are the only way to God...you know the game as many have played it and played it well, influencing elections and NOT in a good way. 

Case in point...remember those who said they would NOT vote for Mitt Romney simply because he was a Mormon... NOT their particular brand of Christian tea so to speak... thereby allowing Barack HUSSEIN Obama to win a second term in office...thus directly being the cause of our country reaching the depths of despair she is in now. And if this same group of people either votes or chooses NOT to vote based upon their religious convictions alone...and if politicians run their campaigns with a focus on religion instead of on the tangible and oh so serious issues facing our country today all because of a woman named Kim Davis...America's downfall will surely lay directly at their collective feet. And just like the 'element' of those 'behaving badly' who seem to think they speak for an entire segment of our population, these religiously judgmental folk think they speak for all Americans of faith...and quite simply...they do NOT.

Most people...even many people of faith...do understand the premise of 'separation of church and state' as meaning NO state-run or state-established church or church dogma must make its way into our nation's secular laws as secular law is the umbrella of laws all Americans must follow regardless of their personal religious beliefs. Laid down by Thomas Jefferson in his phrase to that affect concerning the intent and function of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment, Jefferson wrote in an 1802 letter to the Danbury Baptists, that he believes that religion is a matter that lies solely between a man and his God (as do I), and that “he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, and NOT opinions...”  

And it's important to note Jefferson's words, “the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, and NOT opinions...” as those few words give undeniable credence to the fact that the tangible actions of Kim Davis...as in her refusing to issue the marriage licenses to same-sex couples as it now being the law of our land...are what she was arrested for and NOT for her personal Christian beliefs NO matter how hard the religious right wants it to be so...and that includes religious driven candidates Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum...the later of which would have NO problem turning America into a Christian theocracy.

And as a little side note, here's an interesting fact...the word 'religion'...just like the words 'natural born citizen'...  is NOWHERE defined in the Constitution....meaning that when the Constitution was developed our Founders and Framers based their entire concept of religious liberty upon the history of the times in which they lived and in which the Constitution was written. Simple translation, those escaping the Christian-based theocracies of Europe did NOT want or intend for this new nation to be theocratic in concept or implementation of any one religion including the Christian religion.

As to Kim Davis' role in this conundrum, Davis was and still is a 'civil servant,' and took an oath to uphold the law and to adjudicate her responsibilities accordingly...responsibilities she knew of well before assuming this position...responsibilities that include leaving you personal religious beliefs at the door while maintaining records of all civil governing body transactions including resolutions and ordinances as well as being responsible for keeping records of deeds and marriage licenses, issuing certificates of Vital Statistics (birth, death, marriage), and maintaining most other public records. Davis' duties also include issuing permits for various parades and parties, as well as many other licenses, and in refusing to do even one of the duties her job entails she is indeed breaking the law...in this case breaking the law regarding same-sex marriage as laid down by the SCOTUS...and she is doing so knowingly and willingly, and if she continues to do so Kim Davis needs to resign her government position and take a position in the private or religious sector.

In fact, when Davis altered the marriage license forms of same-sex couples on her first day back on the job after being released from jail...when she removed her name and the name of Rowan county from said forms that were issued by her deputy clerks in her absence...Davis invalidated the forms rendering them legally useless, and her actions were indeed a direct violation of the judge's order that afforded her her release from jail. In other words, Kim Davis once again broke the law knowingly and willingly and is using her personal religious beliefs as the excuse to do so. And the likes of Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum chose to forget, first, John Adam's words as per the Treaty of Tripoli that, "The government of the United States is in no way founded upon the Christian religion," as well as Thomas Jefferson's very wise words stated in Section II of his 'A Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom [in Virginia]'...that “...all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinions in matters of religion, but that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities,” (again note the word 'civil') as they rally around a woman trampling on the very laws she as a civil servant swore to uphold and protect...laws laid down by our Founders and Framers like Adams and Jefferson to protect the rest of us from people like her.

People like Kim Davis...people who are imposing their personal religious beliefs on the rest of us who might NOT feel as she does...who might NOT believe as she does... people who believe as did our Founders and Framers that the Constitution is the definitive law of our land with the Bible being the moral code which of our own 'free will' we can chose to either live by or NOT live by in our personal lives. Biblical law was NEVER meant to become part of our secular law, and again as per Thomas Jefferson... whose own religious beliefs were based upon the 18th century concepts of natural law and human reasoning NOT Biblical law...who wrote in a letter to Dr. Thomas Cooper, on February 10, 1814 that, “Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law.” Nothing could be more clear or more telling than that.

And to put all this into simple perspective, I, a strict Constitutionalist, leave you with some final words once again from Thomas Jefferson who said, “I never will by any word or act, bow to the shrine of intolerance.” And that is exactly what Kim Davis and her supporters are doing...bowing to the 'shrine of intolerance' and doing so both in the name of religion and over a SCOTUS ruling that did NOT go their preferred way as they continue to spread and revel in hate...and it's that very hate the Democrats are counting on to again split the Republican party and be the cause of us NOT turning the White House back to red.

His Muslim Faith Made Clear for Those Really Listening

Yesterday, the National Prayer Breakfast was held in Washington DC. bringing together lawmakers from both sides of the aisle and leaders from across the religious spectrum. And true to form, Barack HUSSEIN Obama turned even this faith based event into a platform for his bloviations that ISIS is NOT islam.

Coming but a day after seeing the horrific video of what ISIS did to the Jordanian pilot, Obama said that too many religions are "twisted and misused in the name of evil" by people who use faith "as a wedge - or worse, sometimes used as a weapon,” yet this vile man still refuses to point a finger at islam...the one and only 'supposed' religion that continues to commit savage acts in this 21st century.

Saying in his best for the camera 'preacher-voice' that faith has been abused by "all religions" throughout history, Obama forgets that history cannot be changed for it is over and done with and exists solely as a record to learn from. But since its inception in the mind of a perverted madman, islam has NOT learned one damn thing about how to live amongst civilized men.

And the two faiths of which Obama alluded to in his "all religions" comment are the only two faiths that believe in and live by the words of the one true living God...as in Christianity and Judaism..as he calculatingly forgets that both underwent reformation centuries ago and that killings done in these intervening years by men of those faiths were NOT done in the name of said faiths...for other reasons YES...but NOT in the name of God...and NOT in the name of Christ. Only islam's jihadis continue to kill in the name of their (false) god allah...yelling “allahu akbar” as women are stoned, heads roll, and bodies go up in flames.

History is the past...it's what came before...it's events that led us to become who we are today and today is what we need to be concerned with NOT what happened in days long gone. And with Obama's words spewed that “we need to get off our high horse”...a direct slap in the face to Christians everywhere...and his adding that what's happening with ISIS (he said ISIL of course) today is unique to some other place and that such "distortions" are NOT unique to any one group of people, this vile man actually dared to compare Christianity with today's islamic savages.

Saying that during the Crusades and the Inquisition people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ...and his bringing up both plays well into the islamic playbook that they are fighting their own crusade of sorts...what he oh so conveniently forgets is that the Crusades, which took place from 1095 to 1291...as in almost a thousand years ago...was first and foremost about protecting Europe and the Holy Land from the very same savages we need to protect ourselves from today...as in muslims islamic savages. Remember, the Crusades were basically the West's answer to muslim aggression and started when armies of Christians from Western Europe heeded Pope Urban II’s plea to go to war against muslim forces attacking Christian pilgrims in the Holy Land and only ended when Acre fell to the muslim Mamluks.

Notice the key word is 'muslim'...and simply stated...muslims...islamists...were a problem a thousand years ago and they remain a problem...a serious problem... today for the simple fact is that islam has NEVER undergone a desperately needed reformation to basically, if you will, enter the modern civilized world.

And still he bloviated on saying, "As people of faith, we are summoned to push back against those who've tried to distort our religion — any religion — for their own nihilistic ends.” “Our religion”... NO I do NOT think so as 'our' religion is NOT Obama's religion. Forgetting that our country is Judeo-Christian in both its beliefs and foundation and that his actions alone speak volumes that he shares NONE of those beliefs, it's his very own words that are what betrays him. Saying that while ISIL...again referring to the Levant where Israel does NOT exist...is "a brutal, vicious death cult that, in the name of religion, carries out unspeakable acts of barbarism," he still refuses to name the only religion today that does unspeakable acts in the name of their (false) god...again that being islam.

And this man dares to forget that we as a nation have always had problems with islam...with muslims...since our inception...a case in point being Thomas Jefferson's war against the Barbary pirates. Yes it's true that Jefferson had in his possession a qur'an but NOT because he thought islam to be a just and honorable religion, but so he could study islam and understand the mindset of the brutal enemy our new country faced.

Jefferson knew islam's truth, yet today we have a president who still refuses to see islam as brutal and evil or even utter let alone think the words muslim islamic terrorists...and for that if NOTHING else it's time that people accept as fact that those words will NEVER cross this man's lips because (I believe) that Barack HUSSEIN Obama's true allegiances do indeed lie with those committing these most unspeakable of acts.

And adding to Obama's most grievous comments was his words that,“in our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.” Guess he forgot that slavery ended in America in 1865 but that slavery is ongoing throughout today's muslim world...and guess he also forgets that the Jim Crow segregation laws were championed by the Democrats and that it was the Republicans who championed its elimination.

Selective memory thy name is Obama...selective partisan memory of course.

And did you ever notice that the man who claims he's a Christian...even though NO church in America has a record of him ever converting from the islamic faith that he was raised in...loves to bash Christians and Christ every chance he gets...loves NOTHING better than to bash Christian history while speaking of how wonderful islam is. Guess what...islam is anything but wonderful as islam is islam is islam...it's one vile package with NO deviations from its perverted 7th century norm allowed.

And so the man who reminded the prayer breakfast attendees numerous times that violence rooted in religion is NOT exclusive to islam...and the man who equated Christianity to ISIS...proves once and for all that he is anything but Christian. And this man finished his speech by saying that he is "looking forward to welcoming Pope Francis to the United States later this year" (it was later announced that the Pope will address a joint session of Congress on September 24th ). I just hope that this Pope has the guts to slap Obama up his islam-loving, terrorist-condoning, Christian and Jew hating head.

And to that I say...amen.
