It's over...or is it. It's over...or is it. Winning “hearts and minds” once again prevented our troops from rendering the enemy dead, just like it's politics alone that sees us leaving American citizens behind to face what is an unthinkable fate with the media still not calling the guilty to task.

But before I get into that let's turn the clock back a bit to roughly two weeks ago when President Trump was still being blamed by Mr. “Blood on his Hands” Joe Biden for the Afghan debacle. Two weeks ago when America's heroes bravely fought on in the guise of an all-volunteer group of U.S. Afghan veterans who launched a daring and dangerous mission behind Biden's and the State Department's back...a mission they called the "Pineapple Express"...to not only bring some of our “at-risk” Afghan allies and their families to safety, but who “unofficially” worked with our military to get these folks into Kabul's airport and onto planes leaving the country. In fact, this mission was actually underway during the suicide car bomb attack at the airport that left over 200 people dead...including 14 members of our military...13 killed instantly and another dying from his wounds...and close to 200 Afghans who desperately wanted to get out before their country was under total Taliban control.

And while some of those who made it into the airport were injured during that terrorist attack, with possibly even a few of them being amongst the now dead, in this case the media gave little mention to the heroic actions of these brave Afghan War veterans who risked their lives to help those who had helped them. Sad indeed but not unexpected from a leftist media all snuggled up cozy in the Democrats anti-America pocket.

But the media, in an all out effort to cover for Joe Biden's self-made withdrawal disaster, did make it 24/7 news when in retaliation for said airport attack, a U.S. drone attack in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province near the Pakistan border, took out two ISIS-K terrorists...one a “planner” and the other a “facilitator.” And then two Saturday's ago, another military drone struck a vehicle in a residential neighborhood of Kabul...a vehicle packed with explosives...preventing what was intel deemed to be an imminent attack on the airport by yet another ISIS-K suicide bomber...another propagandized media coup committed by the most extreme and violent of all the jihadist militant groups now operating in Afghanistan.

And while coverage of these limited in scope retaliations is better than no retaliations at all, they do not make up for all of those killed at the airport nor does it excuse the Fourth Estate for not reporting the truth about Joe Biden's disaster of a withdrawal...a withdrawal that should never have happened...along with their defending and trying to makes excuses for Biden's show of disrespect when the bodies of our 13 brave warriors returned home. After all, Joe Biden kept looking at his watch as if bored while never once taking off his mask to at least show a modicum of respect for those whose deaths add even more blood to his already bloodied hands.

So if Joe Biden thinks that a few dead terrorists coupled with our troops being forced to depart from what should have been a winnable theater of war will now wipe some of that blood off his hands...it does not...just like it didn't when he was Obama's VP during the Benghazi fiasco.

And with the mainstream media and numerous Pentagon officials continuing to throw a blanket over Joe Biden's ineptitudes as well as his ineffective presidency, they also ignore facts that equate to his “aiding and abetting” the enemy. And those actions include not only his giving the Taliban a list of American citizens and Afghan allies that “needed to be granted entry into the outer perimeter of the airport,” but the fact that Biden in his capacity as commander-in-chief, along with Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, commander of the U.S. Central Command, went along with the Taliban's putting the Haqqani network's Khalil Haqqani...a U.S. designated terrorist with a $5 million bounty on his head...in charge of security in Kabul itself and at the airport. And known to Biden, or at least it should have been, is that the Haqqani network has a long history of working with al-Qaeda...the very terrorist group Biden erroneously claimed was no longer in Afghanistan.

Simply, a U.S. president and a top general actually tasked the enemy with handling security at the very airport where now 14 U.S. troops and almost 200 Afghans were killed by an ISIS-K suicide bomber.... traitorous actions indeed.

Continued military blunders of the very worst kind, including Biden's declining the Taliban's offer to have U.S. troops control Kabul during the evacuation coupled with what was “reckless endangerment” of both our military and American citizens, will now and forever be Joe Biden's legacy...the legacy of a man both mentally and physically incapable of being Commander-in-Chief. And this should be obvious to all and not be a partisan driven issue, as both Republicans and Democrats should demand that the leader of the “free world” portray strength, power, and clear and logical thinking to help reassure those in harms way that American ideals are worth fighting for. But with Biden not being cognizant enough to know simple right from wrong, it was easy for his puppet master to manipulate him into giving the Taliban...the enemy...what amounted to a “kill them now” or “round them up to be hostages later” list of those persons he obviously deemed to be “disposables.”

And Biden's claim that this, what was a most foolish of strategies, was not just the best way to keep both Americans and Afghans safe but would help to expedite the evacuation of tens of thousands of people, also saw him claiming that this action alone would prevent a “shooting war” between Taliban fighters and U.S. troops. Really Joe, I think not for only those disloyal to our country would dare dream up...read Obama here...and then get a weak mind to initiate such nonsense.

And why do I say this...because there's no other reason for an American president and his top military brass to not only supply the Taliban with the names of our people; to share intelligence information with those we are at war with; and to have our military leave Bagram Airfield...our key base of operations in Afghanistan...in the dead of night without notifying the Afghans...while at the same time leaving most of our military equipment behind making it ripe for the Taliban's picking. And pick they did as the Taliban are now, according to some reports, “hiring” under threat of killing their families, former Afghan army pilots to fly their now appropriated U.S. Black Hawk helicopters from which they're hanging their fellow Afghans still loyal to the Ghani government or those unfortunates who were left behind after having aided our U.S. military.

And even Joe Biden, deep in the throws of dementia, has to know on some level that in his aforementioned “aiding and abetting” of the enemy, that he is not the one running the show for he is mentally not capable of coming up with the very decisions that sold our country out. And while in his almost 50-year political career Joe Biden was always power hungry and greedy, I never before thought of him as a traitor while I always considered Obama to be just that...a traitor with an anti-America agenda who latched onto the one man he could unequivocally control.

Come on folks you know this as well as I do for what we see unfolding with our military coming home in defeat tells us all we need to know for no true patriot no matter their party would ever allow this Afghanistan nightmare to have happened. And the media knows this as truth and has known it all along, yet they became willing accomplices in America's fall. In fact, one case in point can be seen via a June interview with New York Times columnist Ezra Klein, where Obama himself clearly stated that he sees Joe Biden as a “continuation of his own presidency,” and that “Joe and the administration are essentially finishing the job”...the job of destroying America from within that is. And with the majority of what was Obama's people continuing to work within the Biden administration, Obama's socialist, anti-America, and military defaming policies continue on with Biden's grossly mismanaged withdrawal from Afghanistan proving just that.

And while Obama is not be the visible “front man,” even though he's actually hiding in plain sight, know he is the puppet master for it was he who withdrew almost all U.S. troops from Afghanistan when as president he did so with little to no regard for Afghan’s security, the resurgence of the Taliban or for the expansion of ISIS. So while Obama did not finish his hoped for task Joe Biden is “finishing his job.” And it's a job started when as president, Obama made nice to the Taliban with his announcing our first date of withdrawal back on June 22, 2011, thus making it he and he alone who set the stage for the Taliban's ultimate return to power with Joe Biden bringing down the curtain so to speak, what with his announcing our nonnegotiable August 31st withdrawal date for the whole world world to hear.

So now as the massive airlift out of Afghanistan is over and done, with as many Americans as “who wanted to leave” having left...Joe Biden's lying words constantly being mimicked by the media...we leave behind an unknown number American citizens, a large number of our Afghan allies, a number of British nationals, and many others including some of our brave, hard working, four-legged civilian canine warriors who served at America's side in the "War On Terror"...a war that still sees no end in sight.

And with Biden's recent ever so misguided words that it was time to "turn the page" on the U.S. role abroad and turn it towards a "less interventionist future" thus "ending an era of major military operations to remake other countries"...I guess bringing freedom and democracy to oppressed people is to Joe Biden not a worthy task. But the saddest thing of all is that our mission in Afghanistan ended as it began with the Taliban in control. 

May God Bless our military who truly fought a good and righteous fight...may God Bless and keep safe those Americans and Afghan allies left behind. Case closed.

Twice A Traitor...Twice Unpunished

By now most are familiar with John 'Swiftboat' Kerry's story...a story of an anything but illustrious military career that morphed into an anything but illustrious political career...a political career that saw him as Barack HUSSEIN Obama's Secretary of State being the author and broker of the worst deal ever made by a U.S. president. And while Kerry's military career ended with accusations of treason and cowardliness being leveled against him, now hopefully his political career has also come to an end with traitorous alludings again being made against him, this time by our current Secretary of State. 

And Kerry's political career began when his military career ended...back in 1971 post-Vietnam. Vietnam...where in actuality John Kerry saw but a brief four-month tenure and where he betrayed both his fellow veterans and America's POW's. Saying...actually lying...under oath when testifying before Congress, John Kerry stated on the record that it was the American forces not the North Vietnamese who were committing torture, atrocities, and murder especially against civilians...allegations eventually proven totally false.

And yet this very man was awarded...or should I say pulled strings to get...three Purple Hearts that he did not deserve and which he cavalierly literally threw away onto the White House lawn not too long afterward. Relishing instead in colluding...along with his fellow traitor the infamous 'Hanoi' Jane Fonda...with America's enemy... the communist North Vietnamese...together and separately the actions of these two “aiders and abetters” made Benedict Arnold look like the proverbial alter boy. And like Benedict Arnold neither has received any tangible punishment to date, however, in the case of John Kerry that could soon change for with the election of President Donald J. Trump acts of collusion...acts of “aiding and abetting”...are taken very seriously.

Very seriously indeed especially when today's enemy...the rogue regime in Iran...is on the cusp of getting nuclear weapons. And it was now (thankfully) former Secretary of State John Kerry who was told...who was ordered...by Obama to get a deal signed at any cost even if it meant selling America out, which he of course did. And it was John Kerry's actions, or should I say inactions, that led to the signing of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the very agreement that ultimately gave Iran not just the ability to keep enriching uranium but also gave them hundreds of millions of our hard earned taxpayer dollars...failed bribe monies actually...in addition to the release of billions of dollars in sanctions monies that the fanatical mullahs used to help fund their worldwide terrorist operations. And these operations directly led to massive bloodshed in Syria, in Iraq, and in Yemen while at the same time helping to expand Iran's influence in Africa and now into both North and South America.

And Kerry willingly did it all to help bring about America's downfall, to aid Iran in becoming a nuclear power, and to help herald in the birth of the Levant...good little islamic sympathizer that he is. And to that affect, John Kerry was recently outed for his having met and conspiring with Iranian officials to “actively undermine” and subvert both President Trump's hard line Iranian foreign policy and his actual presidency itself.

An overt act of treason I would say, and yet John Kerry, who viciously and in the public venue criticized both President Trump personally along with his rightful decision to withdraw our country from the Iran nuclear deal, that man is still walking free leaving one to wonder why Jeff Sessions is yet again not doing his job. Is Sessions willingly ignoring the Logan Act or did he add John Kerry's name to the ever-growing list of things he's recused himself from doing? Or is it simply that John Kerry thinks he's above the law...his arrogance would surely allow that as a possibility...or does he remain under the protective umbrella of Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his big-monied New World Order puppet masters?

I believe it's a combination of all the above.

And again, John Kerry is still walking free...as is Obama and Hillary...while his and their traitorous actions basically go unreported by the media no matter that now private citizen John Kerry has admitted that on at least three separate occasions he met with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Khonsari and did so while being well aware that since he was no longer a representative of the U.S. government he had no legal right to do so. And Kerry also knew that by his secretly meeting with Zarif that he was in direct violation of both the Logan Act and possibly the Foreign Agents Registration Act as well.

And it's the federal statute known as the Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) that makes it a federal crime for a U.S. citizen to “confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States.” Specifically, the Logan Act encompasses almost all communication between a U.S. citizen and foreign government officials and strictly prohibits U.S. citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization. And you just know that neither President Trump nor any in his administration gave John Kerry permission to negotiate with anyone let alone with Iranian officials.

In fact, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said of John Kerry's clandestine meetings with Iranian Foreign Minister Zarif that they were both “unseemly and unprecedented” and “beyond inappropriate,” adding that “You can’t find precedent for this in U.S. history, and Secretary Kerry ought not to engage in that kind of behavior.” And President Trump himself rightfully accused Kerry of holding "illegal meetings with the very hostile Iranian Regime, which can only serve to undercut our great work to the detriment of the American people.”

How right both Secretary Pompeo and President Trump are especially since Kerry told Iran to “wait out this administration.” Shades of Obama's infamous open-mic moment with then Russian President Medvdev, I'd say.

And President Trump also rightfully called out John Kerry for a possible violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), a 1938 statue that requires a person acting as an agent of a foreign entity in a political or quasi-political capacity to make regular public disclosures of this relationship, including all activities and disbursements. And while some legal scholars say that FARA does apply to Kerry's interactions with Zarif, others say FARA's provisions do not necessarily extend to activities conducted entirely overseas, so to them means that where Kerry met with Zarif determines if FARA was breached. And then there's the fact that it is still not known if the Iranians actually asked Kerry for advice, which even then would make no difference for meeting with a foreign government to undermine the sitting president's policies is still paramount to treason.

So what then is President Trump basing his FARA allegation on...two indisputable facts with the first being that two weeks ago John Kerry freely admitted on Hugh Hewitt's radio program that in recent months he had indeed engaged in numerous meetings with the Iranians to try and salvage Trump's cancelled Iranian nuclear deal...basically “shadow diplomacy“ he had no business engaging in. Saying he met three or four times with the Iranians since leaving office, but making it clear that he had not done so since Mike Pompeo became Secretary of State back in April of this year, Kerry said one meeting between him and the Iranians took place in Oslo, Norway; that another took place in Munich, Germany; and that a third meeting was held at U.N. headquarters...which is not technically on U.S. soil.

But the where's of these meetings are just a case of word semantics and nothing more for John Kerry, who still envisions his narcissistic self as Secretary of State, met with the enemy to discuss how to defy President Trump and the location of where he did so does not take away the fact that he is working against the interests of these United States, and that is the definition of treason.

And the second key fact that President Trump based his FARA allegation on goes back to 1970 when at the height of the Vietnam War, John Kerry, then a naval reservist, traveled to Paris to meet with the North Vietnamese delegation. Advocating not for America but instead for the North Vietnamese so-called peace plan, Kerry strongly urged then President Nixon to accept the enemy's peace plan...a plan that in affect called for the U.S. to surrender to the North Vietnamese and then pay reparations to their government for life and property lost during the war. And even while knowing that surrender is not something America did, John Kerry still sided with the enemy anyway.

Simply, John Kerry “aided and abetted“ the enemy in Paris then just as he did now with his private meetings with the islamic state's foreign minister and other high ranking Iranian officials to covertly work out how to defy President Trump and bring America to her knees...I call that treason of the first degree.

So what happens now to John Kerry...will he be allowed to go unpunished like Obama and Hillary or will he be called to task? With Jeff Sessions as attorney general it now becomes sort of a pre-determined “crap shoot” even though on Tuesday, Senator Marco Rubio (Fla.-R) sent a formal letter to Jeff Sessions officially requesting that the Department of Justice look into whether John Kerry did indeed violate the Logan Act and/or FARA by his secretly meeting with Iranian officials, with Rubio adding that, “Americans deserve to know that U.S. laws are enforced regardless of any individual’s past position.”

Maybe this time his formal request will be listened to because back on May 5th, when rummages of such meetings first started surfacing, Senator Rubio questioned such meetings but Session's D.O.J. ignored him.

So now as Kerry's people...most likely on Obama's urging...having started to circle the wagons so to speak, John Kerry’s spokesman Matt Summers issued a recent statement that, “There’s nothing unusual, let alone unseemly or inappropriate, about former diplomats meeting with foreign counterparts.” 

Actually when it's the enemy there is...but only time will tell if John Kerry is called to task for treason or if he, like Barack HUSSEIN Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, will walk scot free. And with Jeff Sessions heading the Department of Justice, I don't think John Kerry will be wearing an orange jumpsuit anytime soon.

Sad isn't it.

$400 Million Was Just The Beginning

When Ronald Reagan was ready to assume the presidency in 1980, the Iranian’s so feared him that the then ongoing hostage crisis came to an end within minutes of him being sworn into office. Freed were the 52 hostages that were held for 444-days…freed with not one dime in ransom being paid or one prisoner being swapped for their release.

Now as the Obama presidency is (thankfully) coming to end, we find out that when the four Americans (Washington Post Tehran correspondent Jason Rezaian, former U.S. Marine Amir Hekmati, Christian Pastor Saeed Abedini, and Nosratollah Khosrawi-Roodsari) being held by Iran were released last January 16th, not only did Obama turn over seven Iranians we had detained for sanctions violations related to Iran’s nuclear program, he also agreed to drop extradition requests for 14 others, and acquiesced to Iran’s demand for cash “to show they had gained something tangible.”  

And they got it…cash to the tune of $400 million of our hard earned taxpayer dollars converted into Euros, Swiss francs, and other currencies...monies converted by the central banks of the Netherlands and Switzerland…and monies delivered on a silver platter so to speak...via an unmarked cargo plane in the dead of night.

And why was the $400 million paid in foreign currency… simply because any transaction with Iran in U.S. dollars is illegal under U.S. law…meaning Obama once again basically skirted our laws by turning U.S. dollars into foreign currency just to get a 'landmark' deal he hoped would serve his legacy well. And he did so while claiming that due to international sanctions against Iran, the payment had to be made in cash…just not in American dollars.

And the sanctions referring is according to whistle blower Chase Foster, a State Department official who leaked the details of the prisoner-swap talks that the Obama administration still claims never happened.

According to Foster, during the back-and-forth regarding the Obama wanted ‘landmark’ nuclear deal, the Iranians left on the table the possibility that talks concerning the prisoners…the hostages…might be worth pursuing. However, the Iranians never did acknowledge that talks were being held, and neither did Obama or his minions even though we now know that secret talks were most assuredly happening in conjunction with the then ongoing nuclear negotiations being held in Geneva, Switzerland.

And, according to Foster, these prisoner talks were courtesy of Secretary of State John ‘Swiftboat’ Kerry and U.S. lead negotiator Wendy Sherman…the very same folks negotiating centrifuges, inspectors, and reactors with the enemy. And now we find out that these prisoner talks were actually going on over a year’s time despite the administration claims…or more precisely the administration lies…that the release of prisoners was never discussed during the nuclear negotiations.

But now that this so-secret payment has been exposed, Obama and crew have started insisting that said monies simply represented the first installment of a $1.7 billion settlement that released $400 million in funds frozen since 1981, plus $1.3 billion in interest that was owed to Iran…monies owed over a failed arms deal…a deal we signed with Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi’s government with said monies being deposited in a Pentagon trust fund just before the 1979 Islamic Revolution and the fall of his government. But that is pure nonsense for once the Shah’s government was overthrown and the radical anti-American mullahs took over, technically all deals made with Pahlavi became no longer applicable…no longer applicable meaning that legally no payments needed to have been made now or ever as the government they were made with no longer existed.

And here’s something even more absurd than simply being just nonsense…Obama said the $400 million payment had to be made in such a quick and timely manner after negotiations with Iran were concluding, finalized, and implemented, because Iranian leaders “urgently needed money” due to the many years of economic sanctions being placed against them because of their (anything but) ‘peaceful’ nuclear program.

So good little 'aider and abetter' that he is, Obama made that $400 million payment without informing ‘We the People’ or Congress for that matter, knowing full well that those monies will be used by Iran to help subsidize their military expansion; to help sponsor and fund terrorist organizations and groups like Hezbollah; to help fund individual acts of terrorism worldwide; and to fund enemy troops in the theaters of war that revel in killing our brave American service men and women. 

And let’s not forget that some of those monies will most assuredly be used to move ever forward with steps to try and wipe Israel…the ‘Little Satan’…off the map.

So thanks to Obama, our taxpayer dollars have done nothing but help appease the world's number one state sponsor of terrorism and to help implement what Obama and his minions still call a ‘landmark’ nuclear deal. ‘Landmark’ only in the worst possible sense as this ‘very bad’ deal allows Iran…the very country who continues to call us the ‘Great Satan’…to re-enter the international economic stage thus giving them access to long-frozen funds... funds not only frozen by us but by other nations as well.

And this was a deal negotiated straight from the bowels of Obama’s traitorous hell for the prisoner exchange and the monies paid…which the administration now claims resolved the above stated ‘dispute’ and did so before an international tribunal in the Hague…just “by coincidence” happened to coincide with the formal implementation of the nuclear deal and with the lifting of sanctions on Iran.

In fact, as if adding insult to injury, an Iranian news site close to the Revolutionary Guard, the Tasnim Agency, said the cash paid was actually a “ransom” and that it arrived at Tehran’s Mehrabad airport on the very same day that the now released American hostages departed. And how do we know this to be true…because high-ranking Revolutionary Guard commanders, including General Mohammad Reza Naghdi, commander of the Guard’s Basij militia, boasted at the time that the Americans “had succumbed to Iranian pressure” and that “Taking this much money back was in return for the release of the American spies,” with these very words being said over Iranian state media.

And if Iran believes the cash paid was a ransom know that both ‘We the People’ and the rest of the world believes it to be so as well…believes it to be so as the world now laughs at how far our beloved America has fallen under the stewardship of a president who acquiesces to the ransom demands of the enemy.

And here's a little detail that just came to light as I write this...a little detail omitted by Obama in all his words said to the press...according to released hostage Pastor Saeed Abedini...their plane in ready-to-go mode sat on the runway for "hours and hours" and was not allowed to take off until the monies were actually in Iranian hands...a hallmark of all ransoms paid.

But it was General Naghdi’s very words, “had succumbed to Iranian pressure”…that has convinced former UN Ambassador John Bolton that the payment of $400 million to Iran just as four Americans were being released was “absolutely a ransom” and that “the release of the hostages by Iran, the payment of a $1.7 billion settlement, of which the 400 million in cash was just the first installment, and the Iran nuclear deal were part of a package.”

And it’s a package that Obama hoped would never come to light, so doing what he does best, Obama now has cover-ups and excuses being concocted and put into place to cover what is yet another one of his many treasonous acts...to yet again cover his outwardly ‘aiding and abetting’ the enemy. In fact, State Department spokesmouth John Kirby…an expert at playing the game of word semantics…was quick to say that, "As we've made clear, the negotiations over the settlement of an outstanding claim…were completely separate from the discussions about returning our American citizens home…Not only were the two negotiations separate…they were conducted by different teams on each side, including, in the case of the Hague claims, by technical experts involved in these negotiations for many years."

But Kirby’s words of excuses and coverups make little difference to the fact that a ransom was indeed paid no matter that separate agreements may or may not have been made by people separate from those making deals regarding centrifuges, inspectors, and reactors… as in John Kerry and Wendy Sherman.

And Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, a vocal critic of Obama’s ‘very bad' nuclear deal, also said it quite well when he accused Obama of paying “a $1.7 billion ransom to the ayatollahs for U.S. hostages,” and added that, “This break with longstanding U.S. policy put a price on the head of Americans, and has led Iran to continue its illegal seizures” of Americans.

And how right he is for the bottom line is that Barack HUSSEIN Obama secretly (and possibly illegally) paid a ransom to the enemy…a ransom that now puts even more American lives in danger, especially those living and working in countries that don’t like us very much. And the sad reality is that once Iran released the four American hostages, Obama’s appeasement emboldened them to kidnap another three Americans…Iranian-Americans Siamak Namazi (an energy executive), his 80-year old father Baquer Namazi, and San Diego resident Reza Shahini…and to kidnap dual-nationals from Canada, France, and Great Britain as well. And why...to most likely increase their leverage to force another prisoner exchange and/or cash payment in the final months of the enemy-appeasing Obama administration.

So what happens next now that we know what we know…and what we know can be summed up very well by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce's (R-CA) words, “The logistics of this payment — literally delivering a plane full of cash to evade U.S. law — shows yet again the extraordinary lengths the Obama administration will go to accommodate Iran, all while hiding the facts from Congress and the American people.”

And the fact is that Royce’s words alone should be grounds for declaring Barack HUSSEIN Obama unfit to hold office for accommodating the enemy through what in reality is bribes, ransom, and secret agreements is indeed grounds for treason.

And lest we forget that Hillary Clinton also had a part in this fiasco for it was Hillary herself, in her then capacity as Secretary of State, who laid the groundwork for this most disastrous of nuclear deals to become reality. "I spent 18 months putting together the sanctions against Iran so that we could force them to the negotiating table" she continues to proudly claim about the very negotiating that turned into appeasement…and worse.

And appeasement concerning Iran is something Hillary is all too familiar with for back in 2012, the Clinton Foundation sought but failed to receive State Department approval for CEO Shamsul Azhar bin Abbas of Petronas, a Malaysian oil company doing business with Iran, to come to the U.S. to attend the Foundation’s annual meeting. Now why would Hillary or her and Billy-Boy’s foundation even entertain such a thought knowing that the company did business…and a lot of it…with the very country she helped place sanctions against. And also while serving as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton withheld documents requested under FOIA regarding State Department waivers given to business and individuals doing business with Iran. 

Both being realities that should give one pause as you now ponder this very disturbing thought…will any of the $400 million given to Iran by Obama somehow make its way into the Clinton Foundation to appease the woman Iran wants as president thus allowing for islamist and Muslim Brotherhood plant Huma Abedin to become Hillary's puppet master...a puppet master not unlike Valerie Jarrett is to Obama...Iranian born and still Iranian loyal Valerie Jarrett who I just bet played a major part in Obama's appeasing of her birth country.

And while there are now calls for a Congressional investigation into not only the already completed $400 million cash transfer, but also calls to require…to demand…that the White House make public the details of the entire what will be $1.7 billion transfer to Iran, members of Congress are trying to get passed legislation that would stop Obama from making any further cash payments to our enemy Iran. But being that we know how long and how drawn out these investigations tend to be, I think Obama will be long out of office before any resolution is reached and before Hillary becomes our next president.

A true disaster for America that involves more than just monies…all while dancing in the streets in Iran becomes our sad new reality.

Less Than 60 Days and Counting

Oh so pretty words out of the mouth of Obama placater John Boehner, especially with his and the House's track record of doing the right thing being NOT exactly stellar. And while the bipartisan leaders of the Senate 'Foreign Relations Committee' did condemn Obama's outwardly having pushed for ratification of the Iran nuclear deal by the U.N. Security Council before Congress even had a chance to read it let alone vote on it...the fact remains that Congress is still basically rendered impotent to stop its passage because of the Corker-Cardin Bill...a bill which actually protects the Democrats wanting to make a deal with Iran... actually protects Obama's wanting Iran to become a nuclear power.

And even though the 'Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015' was approved by 98 Senators and 400 House members, the 'Corker-Cardin Bill' itself leads the way... whether intentionally or NOT...for Iran to become a nuclear power because first, this bill does NOT require that Congress approve the Iran deal before sanctions can be lifted and second, it reverses, if you will, the Constitution’s presumption against international agreements, meaning the Constitution does NOT give the president the right to make binding agreements with foreign countries on his own. The Constitution surmises that the president should NOT and must NOT take on any enforceable international agreements, deals, or accords without the approval of those 'We the People' elected to represent us and do our bidding.

And the Constitution mandates that NO international agreement can be considered binding unless it garners either a super-majority approval by two-thirds of the Senate or said agreement is enactment through the normal legislative process, meaning passage by both chambers of Congress, and then and only then a signature by the president. But the 'Corker-Cardin Bill's' passage means that instead of requiring the president to get a two-thirds super majority of the Senate to approve the Iran deal, it requires those against the deal to get a two-thirds super majority of the full Congress to defeat the deal. Translation: with Republicans now needing 67 disapproval votes in the Senate and 291 disapproval votes in the House to kill the deal...which will be hard to do...Obama will now once again most likely succeeded in selling America...and Israel...out to the enemy.

And let's be honest as to who is really to blame here...besides first and foremost America's traitor-in-chief of course...it's the Republicans in Congress...the now majority in Congress...who passed this Constitutional trampling 'Corker-Cardin Bill' minus the much-needed but voted down amendments that would have automatically re-imposed sanctions if Iran vacillated in any way from the deal; that would have required treating the deal as a treaty as mandated by our Constitution; that would have required...actually demanded...that Iran free all the Americans they're falsely imprisoning; and that would have required Iran to accept the all-important supposedly non-negotiable right of Israel to exist as a Jewish state.

They voted all this down to pass instead a bill that the Democrats...that Obama...liked and now the U.N. itself has added insult to that injury by ramming the Iranian deal through its Security Council while Congress sits back and blames everybody else without taking a good long look in the proverbial mirror. Now hopping mad at what the U.N. did before they had a chance to vote either in support of or hopefully against this very deal, Congress remains oblivious to the fact that they themselves are complicit in these events because instead of standing up to Obama they put their own political interests...meaning getting re-elected...over national interests...par for the course I'd say of those too afraid of the race card being used against them to do the right thing.

And after the U(seless) N(ations) did what it did Obama's mouthpiece in this deal...John 'Swiftboat' Kerry...had the unmitigated audacity, in a recent nationally televised interview with NBC's Matt Lauer, to warn Israel they dare NOT attack Iran’s nuclear program either via bombing or cyber-attack. Warning Israel...actually threatening our ally Israel...Kerry tried to hide the very fact that in Annex III, page 142, Section D-10 of this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (see entire transcript of the deal here: https://www.justsecurity.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/271545626-Iran-Deal-Text.pdf) are words that allow for a possible counter-attack by the U.S. and others to help Iran protect its nuclear sites against any and all attacks by Israel. Saying instead that an attack by Israel on Iran would be a huge mistake with grave consequences for both Israel and the region, Kerry slipped and admitted that, and I quote, “Iran already has enough fissile material for 10 to 12 bombs” ...something I and my Right Side Patriots partner and friend Craig Andresen have been saying since this Iran brouhaha first started.

And now, in addition to the annex issue, it's been leaked that the IAEA and Iran have reached two separate and very secret agreements in reference to the inspection of Iran's, to date, off-limits Parchin military complex along with how Iran will or will NOT address the IAEA’s still unanswered questions regarding past weaponization work. Remember, this very bad deal addresses Iran's presently known facilities alone.

Also, it was announced that these secret agreements have NOT and will NOT be released for either public perusal nor will they be submitted to Congress for review before a vote on passage or rejection of the deal is taken. And this alone is a breech of law...a breech which Obama knows about but does NOT care about...as it goes directly against the 'Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015' that he himself signed into law and which clearly states that “any and all annexes, appendices, codicils, side agreements, implementing materials, documents, and guidance, technical or other understandings and any related agreements, whether entered into or implemented prior to the agreement or to be entered into or implemented in the future,” must first be approved by Congress.

"Put simply, no deal means a greater chance of more war in the Middle East," Obama keeps bloviating ad-nauseum, but the truth is hidden in what Kerry did NOT say during the above mentioned interview. Besides his referring to the deal as a treaty which we know as per our Constitution it is NOT...is that America, the P5+1, and the IAEA are now willing participants in setting-up Israel to be forced to attack Iran because Iran will surely NOT abide by the deal...secret or otherwise...that they signed...and that Iran will then counter-attack Israel with the U.S. under the Obama regime siding with Iran the enemy against Israel our ally in their joint effort to rid the world of the 'pesky' Jewish state...to do to the Jewish people what Hitler could NOT accomplish.

And Israel knows this well for the details hidden in the annexes, appendixes, and secret agreements of this very bad deal are NOTHING but a blanket threat to Israel to either accept as fact that Iran will soon become a nuclear power or that we...the United States of America...will help Iran make sure that the Levant becomes reality.

So while Obama appeasers John Boehner and Mitch McConnell put on a phony front of concern and consternation about this very bad deal, we now have less than 60 days to make sure we garner the needed votes to NOT only kill this capitulation to the enemy but to override Obama's sure to come veto if we do. And then after the vote is taken, and NO matter its outcome, immediate impeachment proceedings must be started against Barack HUSSEIN Obama for willingly and knowingly 'aiding and abetting' the enemy...it's called treason...by signing a deal that goes directly against our Constitution, our national security, and the security of what's left of the still free world.
