One a Terrorist...One a Traitor...and the Sentence Should Be the Same

It took two days in what should have been a cut and dry case but ultimately Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty of all 30 counts against him, and now rightly faces a possible sentence of death based upon 17 of those counts...counts which include the use of a weapon of mass destruction, conspiracy, and the murder of an MIT police officer.

And with silence enveloping the courtroom Tsarnaev stood...his head bowed and his hands clasped together...as justice was served. This man...whose now-wasted life is the epitome of pure evil...deliberately and with malice caused the death of three innocent bystanders...including eight year old Martin Richard whom he placed the bomb beside...along with critically injuring 260 others. And MIT police officer Sean Collier also died as a result of his actions in his trying to escape the area.

By now we all know the story well about how a beautiful spring day in April 2013 turned into something that can only be described as a page out of hell as two brothers set off a bomb on Boylston Street near the finish line of the Boston Marathon....a makeshift, pressure-cooker, nail-laden type of bomb meant to cause as much bloodshed and carnage as possible. And we know that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev...an ethnic Chechen who immigrated from Russia with his family a decade earlier...was a true believer in radical islam and in jihad as he saw jihad as the best way to avenge what he said was “wrongful harm” done by the U.S. against muslims. Joining his older brother Tamerlan in carrying out the attack, we know that the elder Tamerlan...killed in a shootout with police NOT too many days after the attack...was the mastermind who lawyers tried to claim controlled and manipulated his younger brother.

Now with their claiming that Dzhokhar should be spared the death penalty because he was in fear of his older brother...we can only hope that the federal jury will NOT buy into this nonsense...will NOT have any kumbaya bleeding-heart liberals feeling sorry for a young man who knew damn well that this act carried out in the name of islam...in the name of allah...was meant NOT only to kill and maim but to instill fear in the heart of America...was meant to bring America to her knees...as these vile brothers were planning more bombings...more carnage...more bloodshed and more deaths...and the younger was with the elder every step of the way.

And so with NO real doubt about his guilt...NOT with the government calling 92 witnesses versus only four witnesses being called by Tsarnaev's lawyers...NOT with over 4,000 hours of surveillance tape that left little doubt about his part NOT only in the bombing itself but also in the murder of the MIT officer...and NOT with a letter admitting guilt penned by Dzhokhar himself being found in the boat he hid in after his brother was killed...the only thing worse than the actual acts committed is the fact that if even one juror opposes the death penalty it would spare this bastard his life. And that would result in our taxpayer dollars being wasted on this piece of human garbage as he sits in a cushy jail cell for many decades as life without parole is the only other sentence option on the table with sentencing expected by early this summer.

Dzhokhar Tsarbaev would get to live his life...albeit a life behind bars...while his victims families know he is drawing breath while their loved ones are either dead or so severely injured that their lives will never be what they could have been...and all because yet another muslim islamic terrorist...a savage NOT fit to live amongst civilized men...was free to walk the streets of our country...was free to do what he did in the name of a false god called allah...in the name of islam...in the name of those out to kill us all.

And what of islam and its connection to the case of U.S. Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl for whom Obama traded five high-ranking Taliban leaders...traded these most dangerous of men three of whom have attempted to return to their terrorist ways. Remember, Obama made a promise early on in his presidency that he would clear out GITMO...for with these detainees is where his true allegiances lie...caring NOT about the ramifications his actions would have on our troops.

Bowe Bergdahl, who walked away from his base in Afghanistan in 2009 putting his fellow soldiers in danger, was held in Pakistan for five years by the Haqqani network, a terrorist group allied with the Taliban. Now facing charges under Article 85 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice...'desertion with intent to shirk important or hazardous duty,' and under Article 99, 'misbehaving before the enemy by endangering the safety of a command, unit or place'...these charges were authorized by Gen. Mark A. Milley, the commanding general of U.S. Army Forces Command. Bergdahl will face a preliminary Article 32 hearing at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas...a hearing which is on par with a grand jury proceeding in civilian court. From there, it could be referred to a court-martial and then go to trial...as it rightfully should.

And if convicted under Article 99, Bergdahl faces life imprisonment, dishonorable discharge, reduction to the lowest E-1 rank, and total forfeiture of all pay and allowances...still too mild a sentence, in my opinion, for a man whose disappearance directly led to the deaths of six American soldiers who went out to find him and bring his traitorous self back to base.

And this specific case of an American traitor brings to light the fact that the traitor occupying the White House broke the law himself in his unilaterally authorizing the release of the five Taliban detainees without first consulting Congress as required by the National Defense Authorization Act...the very Act that requires the president to notify Congress 30 days before releasing a prisoner from GITMO. And while those on the left claim that Obama as Commander-in-Chief had a responsibility to bring Bergdahl home by any means possible...as in America leaves NO man behind...that should apply only to those held prisoner NOT of their own free will and NOT to the likes of Bowe Bergdahl...a man who voluntarily went over to the Taliban...a man who voluntarily chose to commit an act of treason of his own free will.

And lest we forget the now infamous White House Rose Garden ceremony where Obama said the prisoner held for five years by the Taliban was NOT “forgotten by his country”...a ceremony where Bergdahl's bearded father...who had tweeted then deleted the following message: “I am still working to free all Guantanamo prisoners. God will repay for the death of every Afghan child, amen!”...had the audacity to recite these words in Arabic...“bism allah alrahman alraheem”...which means “in the name of allah the most gracious and most merciful”...words that open every chapter of the qur’an except the 9th chapter of the sword...words that actually sanctified the White House...the American People's House...in the name of allah...thus claiming it for islam...and where Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the nerve to stand there with a sly smirk on his face as he did so. An exorcism is on order for the White House I would say.

Also, remember when then National Security Advisor Susan Rice defended both the Bergdahl trade and Bergdahl himself, saying he had served with“honor and distinction” proving that with this White House it is more honorable to go against America...to defame, mock, and slander her and her actions...than it is to defend her. Just a case of yet another one of Obama's fellow traitor's true colors showing through. And lest we forget how NOT only Obama himself but State Department spokesmouth Marie Harf basically called Bergdahl's platoon mates...who publicly accused him of desertion after he was 'celebrated' by the White House...liars.

And while Bowe Bergdahl has proved himself to be an American traitor in most people's eyes by his very act of desertion, Barack HUSSEIN Obama has shone the world that his administration has initiated a reversal in a major and important U.S. policy...a long-held policy that America does NOT negotiate with terrorists. Basically NOT only giving terrorists the go-ahead to take American hostages...both military and civilian...but that if they do we will trade yours to get back ours NO matter the dangers yours might pose to ours.

How far we have fallen with this man as America's steward.

So now with two different cases in the public eye...one the case of a terrorist and one the case of a traitor...please know that while both cases are different in one way they are similar in other ways with the commonality being that the outcome for both men should be the same...death. Death for the man who murdered three innocents, injured hundreds of others, and aided in the death of an officer...and death for the man responsible for the loss of six soldiers while he embraced America's enemy. Both men spit on America with their hope of bringing her to her knees...one with his aiding of the enemy and the other through acts of terror. And if truth be told give me one reason why should these two men be allowed to live...be allowed to live on our taxpayer dime I might add...especially in light of the seriousness of their crimes.

And in my opinion death for both cannot come soon enough...Dzhokhar Tsarnaev believes in jihad then let him die quickly for his act of jihad for according to the qur'an jihad demands that he die. And for American traitor Bowe Bergdahl...let him meet his maker and take his traitor of a father with him for the time of America coddling her enemies friends must come to an end or it will be the end of America.

It really is that simple.

Furious...you're damn right I'm furious as the federal government refuses to declare Dzhokhar Tsarnaev an 'enemy combatant.'

Of course they wouldn't...that would be admitting that one of the brethren was a jihadist and we know Barack HUSSEIN Obama, who even has trouble saying the words 'muslim terrorists,' would NEVER allow this...I should say Obama and his muslim sympathizing cohorts Chuck Hagel and John Brennan would NEVER allow this.

Instead, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged, in an affidavit giving NO motive for the bombing, in a criminal complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, with one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction against persons and property within the United States resulting in death, and one count of malicious destruction of property by means of a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death.  Uh, excuse me but there were two bombs NOT one...how about two counts on each charge being brought against him.

Oooops, how can I forget...must protect the brethren.

The charges presented, however, are capital charges under federal statutes and therefore carry the maximum penalty of death, but you know as well as I do that that will NEVER happen, because there's already talk that Tsarnaev's age could be a mitigating factor in his final sentencing.

His age...how about the age of little eight year old Martin Richard killed and his six year old sister maimed for life...how about our children, younger than him...18-year olds sent off to see and live the horrors of war caused by these bast*rds...but NO...lets coddle the terrorist by all means.

It's enough to make me want to puke.

And isn't it odd that NO counts are being brought against him for the first degree MURDER of MIT police officer Sean Collier and the critically wounding of transit officer Richard Donohue, who thankfully will survive.

But aren't we lucky that US Attorney General Eric Holder says the investigation is still on-going and maybe down the road those charges will be added. Lets see...Collier is dead and Donohue lies critically injured but hey, under this administration their lives apparently mean nothing.

And Eric 'Fast & Furious' Holder then had the audacity to say "Although our investigation is ongoing, today's charges bring a successful end to a tragic week for the city of Boston, and for our country."

A successful end...NO I don't thinks so as there is NO successful end as long as this miserable administration still will NOT admit that MUSLIM terrorists...MUSLIM jihadists...did this and continue to operate in our country, and are hell bent on killing us...as many of us as possible. And there will be NO successful end as long as they sit back, placate, and make excuses for these bast*rds.

Placating them includes NOT charging this miserable young man as an 'enemy combatant' for this administration claims Dzhokhar Tsarnaev doesn't fit the term 'enemy combatant' because, as of yet, they can't tie him to al-Qaeda or another terrorist group. But I say bullsh*t for this young man and his brother brought the war to our shores...the MUSLIM initiated war on those who refuse to cow-tow to the phony pseudo-god allah and the political system hiding behind the guise of calling itself a religion...islam.

And now we have Obama mouthpiece Jay Carney rubbing salt into the still open wounds even more by bloviating, "He will NOT be treated as an enemy combatant...we will prosecute this terrorist (even he can't say the words, 'MUSLIM terrorist') through civilian system of justice. Under US law, United States citizens cannot be tried in military commissions."

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a naturalized US citizen...naturalized on September 12, 2012.

But I beg to differ as sometimes the designation 'enemy combatant' is indeed used against terrorists...even terrorist that are US citizens. The Supreme Court in Ex parte Quirin, 317 U.S. 1, 37-38 (1942): “Citizens who associate themselves with the military arm of the enemy government, and with its aid, guidance and direction enter this country bent on hostile acts are enemy belligerents within the meaning of the Hague Convention and the law of war.”

The two brothers most definitely meet this criteria as older brother Tamerlan went back to Chechnya, where it's believed he received terrorist training from al-Qaeda operatives, and we are indeed at war with al-Qaeda, and he indeed came back here hell bent on committing hostile acts against the people of the United States with Dzhokhar in tow.

The authority to detain enemy combatants comes from Article II of the Constitution, and the President has unquestioned authority to detain 'enemy combatants' including those who are US citizens, during wartime...and we are at war...the war on terror whether Barack HUSSEIN Obama cares to admit it or NOT and we are still engaged in war in Afghanistan, and still pulling out of the Iraq theater of war.

And being that the bombings were inspired by radical islamic ideology, it was critical that Tsarnaev be charged under 'the rules of war' so he could be handed over to US intelligence for questioning as an 'enemy combatant' even if he wasn't charged in a military court. That would have allowed authorities to take their time interrogating him. After all, he might know about future attacks or terrorist organizations that may be operating on our soil.

So why NOT that designation...because that would implicate more of the brethren and that could NOT be allowed by this administration, especially after the FBI screw-up with older brother Tamerlan...so into the civilian justice system this case goes.

The civilian system of justice...what a joke and what an insult to those killed, their families, and those maimed for life. Our civilian system where criminals get released and the innocent wallow in prison for crimes they didn't commit.

And as expected, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, after being read his Miranda rights (the right to remain silent), was assigned federal public defenders but don't think for a minute that bleeding heart liberal lawyers, trying to capitalize of this horrendous act of war to make a name for themselves, won't be fighting tooth and nail to see who will get 'the honor' of painting Tsarnaev as the victim and the victims as merely unfortunates being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And all the 'prison groupies' will be out in full force yelling that the death penalty is inhumane...all the while forgetting the inhumane acts of terror the two brothers committed.

A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for May 30 in US District Court...and so the whitewashing and cover-up of the Boston Marathon Bombing begins.
