Score One For Our Side

Finally a decision we can all agree on...a decision against Obama and crew that the media of course has basically ignored...a decision the High Court most assuredly got right...and it's a decision that truly affects us all.
Last Monday, the Supreme Court ruled on the challenge brought by a number of energy industry groups along with Michigan and 22 other states...with the energy and coal industries...much to Obama's chagrin...finally being the big winners. In a 5 to 4* decision, the High Court basically ruled that the administration's attempt...that the EPA's attempt...to regulate the energy industry into kingdom come was NOT worth the cost...especially when the EPA thought it was 'appropriate' to garner $4 million to $6 million in health benefits at a cost of $9.6+ billion as NOT being unreasonable... when simple math tells you that it is.
Unreasonable...very unreasonable...and the justices were wise enough to see
this and in their majority decision said that as it stands now the EPA
is indeed “imposing great expenses on consumers” and it threatens to put
electric utilities out of business. And with Justice Scalia writing that the EPA “unreasonably"
failed to consider said costs of regulating toxic emissions from both
coal and oil-fired plants...and that the costs to utilities and others
in the power sector were ignored as being “irrelevant” even before limits
were set when the 'Clean Air Act' was passed decades ago...the Obama
administration finally was put in its place.
And know that the 'Clean Air Act' itself was at the heart of the SCOTUS
decision. What has been called Obama's landmark 'air quality rule'...a
rule that allows the EPA to regulate 'so-called' hazardous pollutants
from power plants if the regulation is found to be "appropriate and
necessary"...has rightfully been knocked down a peg or two. So
even though the administration's lawyers argued that coal and oil-fired
power plants were the biggest contributor to mercury contamination of
rivers and lakes...and even with their arguing that air pollutants like
mercury and arsenic might contribute to birth defects and certain
cancers as well as posing other health risks especially for pregnant
women and children...they (thankfully) failed to convince the majority of justices
that the regulations imposed were "appropriate and necessary.”
Continuing on in his brief for said majority, Justice Scalia added that the EPA “overreached” and that it was NOT “appropriate” nor was it “necessary” to impose billions of dollars ($9.6+ billion) of economic costs in return for just “a few dollars” in health or environmental benefits NO matter that curbing emissions of mercury and other 'so-called' hazardous air pollutants had already begun in April of this year.
And know that the administration's lawyers argued against the decision
by claiming that the EPA did NOT initially take costs into consideration
because the 'threshold decision' to impose regulations was meant to be
based upon public health issues alone, and that once it was determined
that the air pollutants from coal and oil-fired power plants did indeed
pose a major hazard to public health, the EPA acted accordingly and
moved to the next stage of the process as set down under the 'Clean Air
Act.' Then in an obvious effort to cover their tracts, the lawyers
claimed that the EPA in determining what the limits on these health
hazard pollutants should be did somewhat take costs into consideration,
but that the consideration was given at a much later stage...at a stage
when they wrote the standards that are expected to reduce the toxic
emissions by 90% by sometime next year.
Adding that the 'regulatory impact analysis' itself...which includes costs...should have “no bearing on” the determination of whether any and all regulations are “appropriate or necessary,” the administration lawyers of course NEVER once admitted to the EPA either making honest mistakes or to the more likely scenario that the EPA tried to pull the wool over 'We the People's' eyes. And why should they when in the dissent by Justice Elena Kagan said it was enough that the EPA “considered costs” at later stages of the process.
So now with the SCOTUS decision reached the case goes back to the lower courts for the EPA to decide how they will account for the costs and for how they will remedy the costs, but what remains is the 'Clean Air Act' itself and that is quite contentious in nature all on its own.
The 'Clean Air Act' is the federal law 'supposedly' designed to make
sure that all Americans have air that is safe to breathe, all while
protecting our environment from damage caused by air pollution. What we
are NOT being told is that in its own way it helps keep us dependent on
foreign oil. And with many U.S. businesses having a hard time
'cost-wise' meeting strict environmental regulations...and with
manufacturers spending almost $30 billion per year to comply with
sometimes unnecessary environmental regulations...they in turn are put
at a disadvantage competitive-wise in the world economy that results in
the loss of tens of thousands of U.S. jobs at a time when our American
economy can ill afford it.
And in the EPA's establishing of national 'ambient air' quality standards (ambient air is the highest concentration of a specific air pollutant at a particular outdoor location, in a specified unit of time, that is not considered hazardous to humans) for four known key pollutants...carbon monoxide, ozone, sulfur dioxide, and total suspended particulates...the EPA was able to set rules to the effect that each and every county in the U.S. (talk about government overreach) had to either be in 'attainment' for a pollutant ('ambient' concentrations being below the federal standard) or be in 'nonattainment' for a pollutant (concentrations above the federal standard). And this translates into meaning that those businesses who pollute in 'nonattainment' counties are subject to stricter regulations...which costs them more...sometimes a lot more... than those businesses who pollute in 'attainment' counties.
And who did these regulations hurt the most...our most important coal industry followed close behind by our oil industry. But then again wasn't that Obama's plan right from the start...I sure think so as over regulating U.S. industries puts many out of business at the same time keeping the 'brethren' in business.
Keeping the 'brethren' in business keeps us dependent on the 'brethren'...so that is this administration's game plan...or was thanks to the SCOTUS getting this one right.
Over regulating the energy and coal industries to the nth degree. For
example, in regards to the already hurting coal industry, a fairly new
regulation on coal ash was put in place that comes with a whopping $735
million per year price tag. By bowing to environmentalist pressure, the
EPA designated coal ash a hazardous waste which allowed them to claim
that of the 110 million tons of coal ash produced every year that about
40% of said ash recycled by power plants “on occasion” spills out into
the waterways...citing the 2008 spill by the Tennessee Valley Authority
in Kingston, Tennessee as an example...while completely ignoring the
vast majority of times the ash is disposed of properly. Saying the
rule...the regulation...will help prevent future coal ash spills by
putting up more safeguards that will “eventually” afford monetized
benefits of $289 million per year...the EPA turns a blind eye to the
fact that the implementation costs alone of this regulation will cost
thousands of coal workers their jobs as well as outweigh the benefits by
two and a half times...doing so even using an always given 3% discount rate. And that's according to the EPA's very own data.
Nice huh...didn't think so...and neither did the High Court justices.
And as for the oil industry, sometimes they're hit with
double-whammies. For example, individual gas station owners are
regulated by each state as well as the EPA. In fact, Florida was
one state that implemented new regulations requiring gas station owners
to replace existing underground storage tanks with what's called
'double-walled tanks' that can hold gasoline containing up to 10%
ethanol. Claiming these 'double-walled tanks' are both critical and
necessary to protect the groundwater, what most don't understand is that
this replacement can come with a hefty price tag...a price tag as high
as $200,000 per gas station owner...meaning those gas station owners who cannot afford to
switch their gas storage tanks cannot comply with the regulation
so the EPA will force them to close...with the ramifications being that
NOT only will the station owners lose their livelihood but it will put
even more Americans out of work than there are already.
Also, under the 'Clean Air Act' itself, the Obama administration has put
in place a 'supposed' legal requirement that the EPA develop rules for
already existing facilities in regards to oil and gas drilling and the
methane they release into the air when drilling. Now couple this with
even more costly regulations being put upon the electric power plant
industry in regards to carbon dioxide emissions...and all because of
those who cry wolf about 'supposed' but non-existent climate
change...it's the weather folks...it's naturally occurring weather
cycles...and NOTHING more.
And again, thankfully, the SCOTUS saw the truth about cost vs. profit...about over regulating industry and businesses to the point of collapse and did the right thing. And while the EPA said in a statement that they would review the court's decision and take "any appropriate next steps" when their review is complete, just know "any appropriate next steps" comes too little too late as this ruling by the SCOTUS...like last weeks rulings on ObamaCare and same-sex marriage...has so been decided... NO matter how much Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his minions stamp their feet, whine, and cry that this time they did NOT get their way.

The sellout of America continues

We all know the Obama administration LIES...we all know they're experts at subterfuge and covering-up their many wrongs...and we know that when they need help in keeping a story hidden from the American public they will do so by turning to the main-stream media to keep what they want hidden off the front page.
And this is exactly what they did when a few short weeks ago the ban against new drilling in the Gulf of Mexico was lifted.
For years Republicans and even some blue-dog Democrats have been trying to get America off its dependence on foreign oil...muslim controlled oil. For years we Republicans and TEA Party members have been touting the words 'Drill Baby Drill' and 'Build the Keystone Pipeline NOW' to NO avail. And after the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill and ensuing ecological disaster, Barack HUSSEIN Obama placed a moratorium on deep water drilling off America's coastlines.
Quite fishy I'd say...just like Monday's ObamaCare final enrollment numbers.
And are you ready for this...another company indirectly 'secured'
gulf contracts for themselves through their ties to an American owned
company...and that company is Russia's state- owned multinational
petrochemical giant Rosneft, and the American company is petrochemical
giant ExxonMobil. And these too giants have developed a very close...maybe too close for comfort... relationship. In fact, during a June 2012 meeting with
Vladimir Putin...YES 'that' Vladimir Putin...ExxonMobil CEO Rex
Tillerson touted his company's 'close relationship' with Rosneft, and in
return for their praise Putin awarded ExxonMobil the Russian Order of
Friendship.
And there were added perks to this so-called 'close relationship' between the two including Rosneft acquiring a 30% stake in 20 ExxonMobil-owned offshore oil and gas blocks in the gulf along with a 30% stake in ExxonMobil’s share in the La Escalera Ranch project...a project which consists of oil exploration fields in the Delaware Basin of West Texas.. Also, Rosneft got a 30% stake in a portion of ExxonMobil's stake in Alberta’s Cardium Shale formation.
So now we have an American company totally in bed with a Russian company who is acquiring bit by bit stakes in their American counterpart's company. NO wonder Barack HUSSEIN Obama has backed down to Vladimir Putin in regards to Crimea. In fact, ExxonMobil's CEO Tillerson recently said that the events in Crimea and Ukraine will have NO "expected impact" on his company's 'partnerships' with Rosneft.
Gee...let me guess why...of course sarcastically said.
And it gets even better partnership wise...in late 2013, ExxonMobil and Rosneft announced an partnership to drill in the Arctic for oil and gas with their forming of the Arctic Research and Design Center for Continental Shelf Development...with Rosneft owning 66.67% of the project and ExxonMobil owning but 33.33% of the project. Also, ExxonMobil gave Rosneft a 25% stake in Alaska's Point Thomson natural gas field. Translation in simple terms...Russia...therefore Putin...now owns drilling rights in the Arctic and in the US (Alaska and Texas) through their partnership with ExxonMobil.
And here's the ultimate kicker of all...British Petroleum...BP...who
was mentioned in the above paragraphs after recently securing the
contracts to drill in the gulf...now is the owner of a 20% stake in
Rosneft, So basically when BP drills in the gulf Rosneft drills in the
gulf...meaning for all intents and purposes that the Russian state-owned
company Rosneft will now be drilling for oil off the coast of the
United States of America as well.
And so the circle is complete.
Bet that was part of what was always Barack HUSSEIN Obama's plan...part of what he meant when he was caught off-mike saying to then Russian President Demitri Medvidev, "This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility," for his words had NOTHING to do with the missile defense system as many surmised, but had everything to do with having more flexibility to sellout the United States of America where it hurts the most...in the pocketbook through our dependency on oil for our energy needs.

Climate hubs courtesy of Executive Order

And so it has come to pass as the threat to go it alone if Congress did NOT bow to his will has begun.
With this week's Senate passage of the 'Farm Bill' and now via Executive Order, Barack HUSSEIN Obama has created seven regional 'so-called' climate hubs claiming they will help farmers and rural communities respond more successfully to the risks and effects of climate change...including drought, invasive pests, climate related wildfires, and floods.
However, climate change...with the left's bloviations about 'so-called' global warming being caused by carbon emissions and greenhouses gasses that Obama and his cronies keep hawking as our possible downfall...is pure nonsense...pure unscientific nonsense...period.
Ever since the Earth was formed...4.54+ billion years ago...it has gone through natural cycles of warming and cooling...the key word being 'natural...with visual evidence of this being seen in the stratigraphic record of the Earth's rocks. These warming and cooling cycles...climate variations ('weather' as some like to call it)...have happened from Earth's day one and will continue until the Earth is NO more...with or without man's hand in it. Cut all carbon emissions...ban whatever... control population centers...these cycles will still happen as these naturally occurring climate variations occur NOT because of 'so-called' greenhouse gasses or carbon emissions, but because of variations in the amount of solar energy (as in solar flares) reaching the Earth, and NOTHING man does or does NOT do will stop this. And all those crying wolf right now...as in Al Gore and his groupies...are dealing in pure unadulterated scare tactics as the Earth is in fact heading into the next 'Little Ice Age' NOT into a period of global warming.
Major solar events...as in the recent intensity in cyclic solar
flare activity...are caused by an increase in the energy radiating from
within the sun itself...and that radiating energy that reaches the Earth
is what is responsible for what some say is global warming caused by man. But the truth is that the solar activity itself
is the main factor responsible for causing climate variations here on
Earth NOT carbon emissions and NOT greenhouse gasses. And as solar
flares are now in a waning cycle (a naturally occurring waning cycle),
Earth has started on a temperature drop even though developing countries
are still spewing out and even increasing carbon emissions. And this
temperature drop will continue until the next naturally occurring cycle
of radiating solar energy begins...as in a few hundred years from now
according to true science-based climatologists.
And so a 'Little Ice Age' is what we should be preparing for as that is much more dangerous than any period of so-called global warming could ever be, and Obama and his buddies better realize that before it hits home...and before it's too late.
So as Obama tries to scare everyone with fears of drought, invasive pests, climate related wildfires, and floods caused by 'supposed' global warming, what he really needs to worry about is the effects of the burgeoning 'Little Ice Age'...as in shortened growing seasons, more energy needed to stay warm, and food shortages which could lead to breakouts of regional conflicts and possible wars.
And as Barack HUSSEIN Obama has now, in his self-anointed role as king of us all, issued a ruling on climate change...on global warming that is NOT happening... he is doing so without scientific fact to back him up and without action from Congress.
So why is he doing this and why is he doing this now...
This creating of seven climate hubs is a major part of Obama's goal
to dictate climate policy through Executive Orders alone. And this most
dangerous of Executive Orders was done solely to build political support
for his more devious plan...as in his plan to control the Environmental
Protection Agency’s (E.P.A.) regulations on coal-fired power plants.
The E.P.A. is now in the process of drafting regulations that will limit
carbon pollution from coal-fired power plants...regulations which will eventually
cause the shutdown of hundreds of plants around the country...putting
thousands if NOT hundreds of thousands of people out of work.
And while Obama knows he will rightfully get major flack from the coal industry over this, he simply just does NOT care as his objective is to make us even more beholden to his muslim brethren for oil, with the added bonus for him being that this action will then force those now without a job onto the government welfare rolls for their very survival...thus creating even more people beholden to the government... creating more people who dare NOT bite the hand that feeds them...and creating more people who especially dare NOT do so come the mid-term elections or they stand a good chance of being completely cut off.
Clever man...vile, evil, clever man that is.

Cut all carbon emissions...ban whatever... control population centers...these cycles will still happen as these naturally occurring climate variations occur NOT because of 'so-called' greenhouse gasses or carbon emissions, but because of variations in the amount of solar energy (as in solar flares) reaching the Earth, and NOTHING man does or does NOT do will stop this. And all those crying wolf right now...as in Al Gore and his groupies...are dealing in pure unadulterated scare tactics as the Earth is in fact heading into the next 'Little Ice Age' NOT into a period of global warming.
Major solar events...as in the recent intensity in cyclic solar
flare activity...are caused by an increase in the energy radiating from
within the sun itself...and that radiating energy that reaches the Earth
is what is responsible for what some say is global warming caused by man. But the truth is that the solar activity itself
is the main factor responsible for causing climate variations here on
Earth NOT carbon emissions and NOT greenhouse gasses. And as solar
flares are now in a waning cycle (a naturally occurring waning cycle),
Earth has started on a temperature drop even though developing countries
are still spewing out and even increasing carbon emissions. And this
temperature drop will continue until the next naturally occurring cycle
of radiating solar energy begins...as in a few hundred years from now
according to true science-based climatologists.
And so a 'Little Ice Age' is what we should be preparing for as that is much more dangerous than any period of so-called global warming could ever be, and Obama and his buddies better realize that before it hits home...and before it's too late.
So as Obama tries to scare everyone with fears of drought, invasive pests, climate related wildfires, and floods caused by 'supposed' global warming, what he really needs to worry about is the effects of the burgeoning 'Little Ice Age'...as in shortened growing seasons, more energy needed to stay warm, and food shortages which could lead to breakouts of regional conflicts and possible wars.
And as Barack HUSSEIN Obama has now, in his self-anointed role as king of us all, issued a ruling on climate change...on global warming that is NOT happening... he is doing so without scientific fact to back him up and without action from Congress.
So why is he doing this and why is he doing this now...
And while Obama knows he will rightfully get major flack from the coal industry over this, he simply just does NOT care as his objective is to make us even more beholden to his muslim brethren for oil, with the added bonus for him being that this action will then force those now without a job onto the government welfare rolls for their very survival...thus creating even more people beholden to the government... creating more people who dare NOT bite the hand that feeds them...and creating more people who especially dare NOT do so come the mid-term elections or they stand a good chance of being completely cut off.
Clever man...vile, evil, clever man that is.

Now before anyone gets “their panties in a wad” as Craig likes to say, please read through the entire cabinet as we think at the very end you will be pleasantly surprised especially if you apply logic to what we are proposing.
Marco Rubio...because he is the strongest and most knowledgeable on the most critical issue facing our country today...the issue of foreign policy as it relates to ISIS and terrorism, and because he supports cutting and dismantling useless, ineffective, and costly departments that do NOT serve this country well. It's also high time to turn the leadership of our country over to the next generation.
Vice President of the United States
Carly Fiorina...knowledgeable, strong, able to react with common sense instead of emotion...could easily step-in to the POTUS position if need be.
John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the UN, well respected by world leaders.
Department of the Treasury
Mitt Romney...NO better businessman to revamp this department than Romney. And with the Treasury Department encompassing the Secret Service as well, Romney would be more than capable of cleaning up the cesspool Obama has made of it.
LTC Allen West...NO explanation needed beyond the fact that he will get rid of Obama's ridiculous rules of engagement allowing our troops to do what they are trained to do...win!
Department of Justice
Trey Gowdy...brilliant and dedicated to the truth above all else, Gowdy as AG would stay on the side of the law NOT try to twist it for political expediency or gain.
Department of the Interior
Governor Jan Bewer (R-Az) who stood strong against Obama in defense of her state, and her state has one of America's foremost national treasures...the Grand Canyon.
Bob Stallman, a rice and cattle producer from Columbus, Texas, president of the American Farm Bureau Federation, the nation's largest and most influential general farm organization.
Department of Commerce
John Kasich...because he wants to do away with the Department of Commerce...a 12 billion dollar budget line item that employs 40,000 people known for “hiding political pet projects, outdated programs, and agencies without a logical home,” the Kasich campaign said in a fact sheet. “The resulting ‘Franken-agency’ simply no longer makes sense.” He can take what's actually functional and useful and delegate it to other agencies, while cleaning-up the waste and overspending, and either choose to reintroduce the department as it should be or find a way to do away with it.
Scott Walker...he took on BIG union and won.
Department of Health and Human Services
Dr. Ben Carson...NO explanation needed.
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Jason Chaffetz...(Utah-R) he will cut the waste in the department as he is extremely knowledgeable on budgetary issues.
Department of Transportation
Ben Sliney, former head of FAA whose first day on the job was 9/11 and who put a stop...grounded...to all airline travel within 2 hours...getting all planes down safely.
Donald Trump because he will build what's needed to make us energy independent...and he'd do it fast because he thrives on power.
Department of Education
Congressman Lee Zelden R- from New York's 1st congressional district is leading the charge against Common Core...and the DOE is another department that needs to be gotten rid of as education belongs to the states. And this man would know how to disassemble the department or incorporate into where it belongs...the states.
Gary Sinise...NO one...absolutely NO one...has done more for our veterans than Sinise.
Department of Homeland Security
Sheriff David A. Clark...while a black Democrat, his stance on those 'behaving badly' is well known as is his love of this country. This is one department where political party affiliation should never matter.

Cesar Conda, who served as Rubio's chief of staff since 2011, is now senior adviser to Rubio's Reclaim America PAC, worked for VP Dick Cheney as his assistant for domestic policy, and worked on Romney's campaign as an economic policy adviser. A WHCS needs to be able to work well with the president, and Conda's personal and professional work relationship to Rubio fits that bill to a tee.
Environmental Protection Agency
Marco will have NO head of the EPA as he will abolish this costly trouble maker IMMEDIATELY and if need be the Departmental of the Interior can handle any environmental issues.
Paul Ryan, budgeting is his specialty whether some like him or not.
United States Trade Representative
Judd Gregg (R) is a former governor and three-term senator from New Hampshire who served as chairman and ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee, and as ranking member of the Senate Appropriations Foreign Operations subcommittee.

Former Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman (I) an independent thinker and staunch supporter of Israel.

While NOT a cabinet position we propose Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal to head up FEMA as per his actions after Katrina.
So while some will gasp at our choices they are our choices and we stand by them. And while this remains a free country...for now anyway...the most important thing to remember is that no matter which Republican gets the nod in the end, we must all unite behind them as any Republican is better than having the 'Butcher of Benghazi' as the next steward of America's ship.
