...An interesting objective this compound was, for it was the very place that both Israeli and U.S. military intelligence (most especially Israel's Mossad who are known for their ability to catch its enemies at its most vulnerable and unaware of times) had long watched in the hope that at some point Khamanei would gather together his senior political and military leaders for a meeting at said compound, and where they could then all be “taken out” at the same time.

 

And while such a hoped for scenario seemed fleeting at best...what with “Operation Epic Fury” having been scheduled to begin under the cover of darkness, this unexpected early morning gathering of Khamenei's people allowed the attack to happen when it was least expected...as in broad daylight...which saw Amos Yadlin...former head of Israeli military intelligence...to call it a total “tactical surprise”...indeed a great way to begin what is a “military operation” which, by the way, needs absolutely no Congressional approval whatsoever...Read the entire article, and see video here.

“Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is now confirmed “DEAD!”... ”DEAD” in a so called “decapitation operation.” that saw 40+ top Iranian officials in total also now being confirmed “DEAD.”

 
After weeks of escalating Mideast tensions, and negotiations that should never have taken place, in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 28th, the U.S. and Israel launched a long awaited joint “military operation” against Iran...“Operation Epic Fury” it was called on our end and “Operation Roaring Lion” on Israel's end...that when combined will in the end either culminate in the birth of a new and free Iran (the more likely scenario) or will it lead to a wider regional conflict if some naysayers...like Iran's still somewhat operational proxy armies...have their nasty way.

In my opinion, I see this combined “military operation” as the beginning of a true quantum shift towards lasting peace in not only the Middle East, but worldwide as well. Why so...because with the death of Khamenei...the world's leading architect and sponsor of terrorism...along with his top henchmen...the world itself becomes a safer place, but only if no one like him arises to take his place.

But make no mistake, this “military operation” is indeed both righteous and just, and President Trump need not justify his actions to those “lets impeach him again” folks here at home who are trying to play the word semantics game...as in is this so called “military operation” really an “undeclared war.” And here know that for a president to actually declare war Congressional approval is indeed needed even before the president, in his role as Commander-in-Chief, drops of the first American bomb on its then declared enemy. 

 

And while the usual cast of Democrat characters is once again now leading the anti-Trump/anti-war/Americans are being killed allegations...reported by U.S. Central Command is that three U.S. service members were killed and five seriously wounded as part of the U.S. strikes in Iran...we now sadly see certain misguided Republicans...not so veiled anti-Semitic/anti-Israel sorts I believe...who instead of rallying behind our president as he gives the Iranian people a chance at freedom...have chosen instead to join Democrat party leaders in forcing a vote on what they deem to be President Trump's misuse of the “War Powers clause.” 

  

And which Republicans are the ones now co-sponsoring the Democrats resolution to halt attacks on Iran without Congressional approval, but Rep. Thomas Massie from Kentucky and Sen. Rand Paul from Kentucky...says a lot about Kentucky's elected officials now doesn't it.

 

“Military actions, combat missions, or even the word war itself” are all dirty games that at times must be played, but no matter the name used to describe the actions taken, more times than not said actions will eventually lead to peace. In fact, former IDF intelligence official Yossi Kuperwasser has said that Iran's military now views what he calls the “conflict” as being an “existential war,” leading him to issue a warning that what little is left of the regime is likely to escalate and use all military and proxy capabilities they have left against both Israeli and U.S. interests. And that to me seems way more important that what word one uses to describe what needs to be done.

So it's not surprising that Israeli officials immediately with the first bomb being dropped declared a “state of emergency” in Israel, which sent Israeli's hurrying into bomb shelters as Iranian ballistic missiles started targeting both Israeli civilian areas and U.S. military bases and installations, and continue to do so.
 

Also, forgotten by those way too busy playing the word semantic game in hopes of impeaching President Trump, is that Trump gave Iran plenty of chances to tone down their rhetoric, and to comply with his demands that they, Iran, will never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon, and he did so in hopes of stopping this “military action” before it even began. But instead, Iran willingly chose to play “cat and mouse” with the U.S. while they continued to murder their own people...people as in those brave Iranians protesting against the theocratic, islamic driven, regime.

Simply, Iran knew that the final days of Trump's countdown was fast approaching, as well as their knowing that the anti-regime movement within Iran was not only growing but showing no signs of abating, which has led President Trump to say to the people of Iran to “seize the moment and take control of the government, now,” to which I add especially since Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is now confirmed “DEAD.”

And when you couple that “surprise” with the optics of Khamenei's compound laying in utter ruin, Trump's ever so truthful words that, “One of the most evil people in history is dead,” really should hit home not just for the Iranian people, but for Israel, and all the others who have been the recipient of evil personified.
 

And so joint U.S and Israeli bombing took out Khamenei’s compound leaving it scorched, battered, and totally uninhabitable, but more importantly was the fact that not only was Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatolla Ali Khamanei killed in the air strike, but so too were Ali Shamkhani, a top security adviser to Khamenei; Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps; and Defense Minister Amir Nasirzadeh to name but a select few.

And also killed on that fateful Saturday...killed in an Israeli targeted strike on his home...was former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad...a confrontational hard line ideologue who became the face of Tehran's nuclear defiance, and its vile anti-Israel rhetoric...rhetoric which included his calling the Jewish State of Israel a “disgraceful cancerous growth” that “must be wiped off the map.” And at the time of his death, Ahmadinejad was under “house arrest” for attempting to carry out a coup aimed at steering Iran in an even more extreme direction than that of Khamenei...if that's even remotely possible.

So as Iran still lobs what remains of its ballistic missile inventory into Israel...where on Sunday a ballistic missile impact in the Beit Shenesh area west of Jerusalem killed nine people and wounded nearly 50 others including several children...as well as into U.S. army bases, and certain now U.S. aligned Arab nations...the question becomes what happens next now that “Khamenei, his heir-apparent son, and 40 other top leaders are DEAD”... what happens now that the entire top two tiers of the Iranian regime are “DEAD?” Will what is a “military action” now end quickly or will a “vacuum of power” be created with chaos being the outcome...only time, and what the Iranian people do next, will tell.

But President Trump said it best when telling the Iranian people that, “this will probably be your only chance for a generation to take back your country, seize the opportunity now.” No truer words spoken especially when I'm sure that the “Death to Israel, Death to America” chants will now and forever be a thing of the past.
 

And so, dear reader, I leave you with this thought...maybe with the death of Khamenei and the fall of his terrorist regime, and with the combined military power of the U.S, and Israel on display for the whole world to see...including its now intensified combined offensive targeting Iran’s military infrastructure, missile systems, and command centers...maybe... just maybe...China will rethink its hoped for takeover of Taiwan, and Russia will end its quite unsuccessful war with Ukraine. Just something for them to think about, after all we have our eyes on you, and even they know that karma can indeed be a bitch. Case closed.

On Closing Gitmo

Earlier this week Barack HUSSEIN Obama tried to make good on one of his long ago campaign promises...a promise to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility (Gitmo) before the end of his presidency...which by the way cannot come soon enough.

And in his reality of wanting to bring convicted terrorists onto U.S. soil as well as releasing terrorists to terrorist condoning countries where they will make their way back onto the battlefield and kill more innocents, Obama had the gall to say that the Gitmo issue had cost him “countless hours of consternation” as he once again blamed George W. Bush for all his woes. Saying it was what Bush did that forced him to apologize on the world stage for an approach to terrorism that he never supported, Obama tried to convince Congress that by his emptying Gitmo our country would move past what he called “a troubled era of wartime behavior,” and would close a chapter in our history as "It undermines our standing in the world. It is viewed as a stain on our broader record of upholding the highest standards of rule of law."

Presenting what he called a 'blueprint'...actually a 9-page 'so-called' strategy' you can see here: http://www.defense.gov/Portals/1/Documen... proved once again that not only are his intentions misplaced, but that they have crossed over into outright treason. And how so...with actions that 'aid and abet' the enemy and put the American people in danger.

Briefly, this is what Obama...who called the closing of Gitmo a “bipartisan moral imperative”...is proposing. Now with 91 detainees still being held at Gitmo, the Parole Review Board, the board responsible for determining which detainee is suitable for transfer, will be working to have the 35 detainees who have been cleared for release to a 'third country' fast-tracked over the next couple of months; and with another 46 being deemed too dangerous to transfer overseas coupled with the remaining 10 being charged or convicted in the military commissions system...Obama wants to bring these worst of the worst to one of 13 still unnamed high-security prisons inside these United States...saying it would save as much as $85 million a year by moving them here.

Better to save dollars than be concerned about the harm these enemy combatants can do if they ever escaped...par for the course for the man who himself is an enemy combatant...the enemy within who never explained why moving said detainees to U.S. soil reduces our standing in the world.

So maybe now that you know what Obama is planning on doing you can see that the only stain on Obama's above mentioned rule of law is Obama himself for this most miserable of presidents plans to bring to our country those he knows will indeed pose a threat to our populace. In other words, the man who swore to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the American people now wants to deliberately put American lives in danger because it would be too dangerous to send the worst of the worst to the countries of his brethren...if that's not treason...if that's not 'aiding and abetting' the enemy...I don't know what is.

“Not only are we not going to close Guantánamo, when I am president, if we capture a terrorist alive, they are not getting a court hearing in Manhattan. They are not going to be sent to Nevada...They are going to Guantánamo, and we are going to find out everything they know.”

Treason...yet the fact remains that in this, an extremely contentious election year where the issue of national security remains the prime concern for most Americans, hopefully, our Republican-controlled Congress will not allow the Obama White House the cooperation needed to send detainees to our soil. In fact, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has said that any effort by this administration to unilaterally...via his pen and his phone...close Gitmo without congressional approval would be a direct violation of U.S. law as Obama does not have the authority under the Constitution to transfer prisoners on his own.

“[The Congress shall have Power…] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water,” Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution, also known as the War Powers Clause, says it all with the single word 'Congress.' Breaking it down further to the words, “make rules concerning captures on land and water,” again shows that said power in relation to the transfer of any prisoners is invested in the Congress not in the president. Simply, this means that Obama does not have the legal right to release these 'captures,' and by the way, nor are they entitled to any constitutional rights or legal proceedings to try and prove otherwise. In fact, in a 1952 opinion in the case Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson determined that a president is on the 'weakest constitutional footing' when acting against Congress's will.

Remember, too, that Congress voted overwhelmingly for the 'National Defense Authorization Act' which contains a provision that clearly states that the president may not move Gitmo inmates to U.S. soil...period. In fact, as per the words of speaker Ryan, “...if the president proceeds with knowingly breaking the law and asking the military to break the law, he will be met with fierce bipartisan opposition here in Congress, and we're taking all legal preparations necessary to meet with that resistance.”

And rest assured that there will indeed be bipartisan resistance to Obama's plans as it was the Democrats not the Republicans who wrote the above said bill and got it passed when they were in control of Congress. And the Republican-controlled House and Senate will surely reject it as dangerous to national security at a time when islamic terrorism is at a worldwide all time high...that is if Congress grows a backbone...and know that there appears to be enough votes to not only block Obama's plan in Congress, but also enough votes to override any veto. Also, the GOP is, according to Speaker Ryan, "preparing our legal challenge" to ensure that the prison remains open and that the detainees are not now or ever moved to our homeland.

But that still leaves Obama's infamous 'pen and phone' to executive order in the closing of Gitmo and the transferring of prisoners, never mind what Congress or 'We the People' want. And with this being a presidential election year, Obama will do anything needed for both political expediency and legacy building, and once again the Constitution be damned.

Now the question is does Obama via his commander-and-chief powers have unilateral authority to close Gitmo on his own? According to professor of political science at SUNY Cortland, Robert J. Spitzer, in referring to congressional funding restrictions aimed at preventing Guantanamo detainees from being transferred to the U.S....legislation that was signed by Obama..."The answer is no, as long as Congress has acted affirmatively to prevent him from doing that, as it has in this case."

But with Obama thinking himself king, he could very well try to close Gitmo via an executive order which would force this matter into federal court. And so the man who thinks he can just circumnavigate laws he finds inconvenient...the man who thinks himself above the very rule of law...above the Constitution...now finds himself facing the end of his tenure without the closing of Gitmo to add to his legacy...and hopefully it will stay that way.

On Thanksgiving say thanks to our troops for their Commander-in-Chief sure won’t

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving…a day we thank God Almighty for all we have been blessed with…a day to thank Him for the greatness that is America on a true American holiday.

Thanksgiving…made a national holiday by Abraham Lincoln in1863, when during the Civil War he proclaimed a national day of “Thanksgiving and Praise to our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the Heavens.” Abraham Lincoln was a man of God…a true Commander-in-Chief of these United States…a man history has shown to have honored and respected the troops on both sides of the Mason-Dixon Line.

And as history has shown Lincoln’s greatness, history will show what we are seeing in the here and now in regards to Barack HUSSEIN Obama, his cronies, and their feelings towards America’s military…feelings so diametrically opposite from those of Lincoln…as in dishonoring them… defaming them…apologizing for them. And nowhere is that seen more than in the sequestration…the Obama built and owned sequestration…where America’s military budget was cut to the tune of $1.3 trillion over the next 10 years…where medical benefits were cut for those currently serving who come home maimed and NOT whole…with the monies cut being rubbed in the faces of our troops as those dollars are funneled into programs to give even more to the ‘sponges’ of our society to keep them loyal to Obama and the Democratic Party.

And to add to this disgrace, muslim sympathizing Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel believes military families need to sacrifice even more than they already have. In fact, Hagel had the audacity to tell those fighting to keep us safe and free at home that they and their families will soon be asked to ‘sacrifice’ on pay and benefits to preserve ‘readiness’ in an era of tighter budgets.

“Without serious attempts to achieve significant savings in this area, which consumes roughly half of the Department of Defense budget and is increasing every year, we risk becoming an unbalanced force,” Hagel said.

Hey Hagel here's an idea…how about cutting the scandal plagued National Security Agency (NSA,) the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with all its touchy-feely gropers, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the very ones stockpiling ammo to, as some believe, use on ‘We the People’ if we truly start to get out of line…cutting those and giving their monies to our military so they can be ‘balanced’ again…so our troops can be paid what they’re truly worth…can be paid their just due for risking their lives every day in defense of America and Americans…but I digress.

To preserve readiness…risking becoming an 'unbalanced' force…but pray tell how can our troops preserve readiness and how can they be anything but an ‘unbalanced’ force when they’re made to fight politically correct wars…made to fight with their hands tied behind their backs and at times with NO bullets allowed in their guns (echoes of Benghazi now rightfully coming back to haunt)…made to fight to ‘win the hearts and minds’ of the enemy instead of fighting to win as they were trained to do for heaven forbid any collateral damage is inflicted upon those out to kill them and us…inflicted on Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s muslim brethren.

And now with a number of senior commanding generals, officers, and admirals having been fired…and NOT for ’cause’…or ‘suddenly’ retiring years before they had planned to...it becomes quite obvious that Obama has started a purge of those high-ranked military commanders and officers who do NOT agree with him or tow the party line…while causing those still serving to walk on eggshells wondering who will be next on Obama’s chopping block.

And as retired U.S. Army Major General Paul Vallely, an outwardly vocal critic of Obama said, “the White House fails to take action or investigate its own, but finds it easy to fire military commanders who have given their lives for their country.”

“Obama will not purge a civilian or political appointee because they have bought into Obama’s ideology. The White House protects their own. That’s why they stalled on the investigation into fast and furious, Benghazi, and ObamaCare. He’s intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon, and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged,” Vallely so correctly said.

And believe me, Vallely has put his neck and reputation on the line, so to speak, by publicly criticizing the most traitorous of Commander-in-Chiefs in our nation’s history. Calling for Obama’s resignation, along with Joe Biden’s resignation, and the resignation of a select group of congressional leaders, Vallely has issued a 'national call to action' (a grassroots movement throughout the country working towards finding ways to legally remove Barack HUSSEIN Obama and the others from office) to bring about those resignations on the grounds of among other things ignoring the ‘treaty clause’ in the Constitution and for destroying U.S. military superiority to the “advantage of our global enemies.”

In other words…on the grounds of treason.

Possible charges of treason against Obama are many…too many to list in a mere op-ed…but here are but a few starting with his decision to waive restrictions under a federal law that prohibits arming terrorists….as in arming the al-Qaeda backed Syrian rebels…as per Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution…“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” As in sending more than $20 million to terrorist group Hamas (claiming it was for Palestinian humanitarian relief)…as in sending F-16 fighter jets and Abrams tanks to Muslim Brotherhood puppet ex-President of Egypt Mohamed Morsi…the very same man who condoned the burning of Coptic Christian churches.

As in his treasonous statement, “U.S. forces are playing a constrained and supporting role in a multinational coalition, whose operations are both legitimated by and limited to the terms of a United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of force solely to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under attack or threat of attack and to enforce a no-fly zone and an arms embargo,” Obama basically does away with the Constitution and makes America subservient to the U(seless) N(ations).

As in his ignoring the War Powers Clause in the Constitution when he got the US involved in Libya without Congressional approval (setting off the nefarious Arab Spring)…and including Benghazi…Benghazi where he knowingly and willingly left four Americans to be brutally murdered at the hands of his muslim brethren as he watched them die, and then jetted off to Vegas for yet another ‘it’s all about me’ photo-op fund raiser.

And on and on it goes…our military is hurting…our troops are hurting…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama smiles his best smirk of a smile as he’s off on yet another fundraiser with the party loyal.

So tomorrow on Thanksgiving Day as you give thanks to God Almighty for all the blessings he has bestowed upon you and yours, please say a prayer of thanks for our troops so far from home and their loved ones…our troops who are doing all they can to keep America safe and free, and doing so under a sham of a Commander-in-Chief who could care less about their mission…their safety...or their lives.

The countdown to war has begun

With yesterday’s 10 to 7 vote by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Barack HUSSEIN Obama is now one step closer to involving the United States in a sovereign country’s civil war.

And thanks to RINO extraordinaire and now ‘fallen from grace’ war hero Senator John McCain adding a last minute amendment to the resolution that said the aim of the US taking military action against al-Assad was to change the momentum in the war in favor of the rebels…thus the actual goal of regime change could NOT be spelled out any more clearly.

And with Obama using the argument that stopping the use of chemical weapons is in the national interest of this country, and while still ignoring the fact that both Great Britain and The Arab League will NOT support his true intentions of trying to initiate said regime change in Syria…make NO mistake about it…regime change is Obama’s ultimate goal…regime change where his brethren in the Muslim Brotherhood become the titular head of the once mostly secular Syria, and John McCain just helped him do it.

NOT only is Obama bucking the wishes of ‘We the People’ who are tired of sending our brave young men and women in uniform (men and women who come home broken, missing limbs, or worse) into muslim countries that don’t want us there to begin with…muslim countries that stab us in the back every chance they get…even international law says what Obama is preparing to do does NOT meet international guidelines…guidelines which condone the use of pre-emptive force only as a means of self-defense. In fact, the UN charter states nations may defend themselves only once they are attacked…and in NO way has Syria now or ever attacked the United States...so what is Obama defending us from …NOTHING … absolutely NOTHING at all.

And with Obama calculatingly planning to violate international law by 'selectively' targeting and bombing chemical weapons stashes in Damascus (which we all know have been moved to different locals by now because Obama loves giving away our military's plans), Obama has also declared the recent events that unfolded in Syria to be a ‘humanitarian crisis’, and basing that solely upon the photos of 426 ‘dead’ children. Photos of ‘dead’ children…most of which were either staged or were rerun from those taken in Iraq when Saddam gassed the Kurds…ignoring the 100,000+ deaths in the previous two and a half years of the conflict…deaths at the hand of both sides.

100,000 deaths vs. a ‘supposed’ but unconfirmed 426 deaths…you tell me which is the true ‘humanitarian crisis’.

Yet NEVER a word from Obama was said about those deaths…but pulling on the heartstrings of many with photos of ‘supposedly’ al-Assad caused ‘dead’ children was said in a voice loud and clear for all to hear. Only a weasel like Obama would use children … whether dead or alive…to push his personal agenda…his personal agenda once again being regime change.

And at the center of all Obama’s subterfuge and political jockeying…being played for maximum impact…is the ‘supposed’ use of sarin gas that’s been the kindling igniting his sudden desire to send our country to war yet again.

Remember, after World War I the Geneva Conventions outlawed the use of chemical weapons during warfare, saying that irrefutable evidence that a chemical attack occurred must be presented along with a convincing argument that there is NO peaceful means to stop their use in order for the UN Security Council to authorize force against a sovereign nation. And NO definitive irrefutable proof has yet to be presented that al-Assad gassed his own people. In fact, many have claimed that it was the al-Qaeda backed rebels…the Free Syrian Army…that did the gassing.  Yet Obama has taken it upon himself to be al-Assad's judge and jury, and to declare him the one who gassed the children.  And to punish him Obama has decided that military action must be undertaken, and that it's in America’s national interest to do so.

Please pray tell how it’s in our country’s national interest to punish someone thousands of miles and continents away.

And while the War Powers Clause does allow Obama the right to deploy troops when there’s a ‘national emergency’ caused by an attack on this country or on our possessions, if Syria attacked us I must have been asleep, because I missed it.

So as Obama publicly claims that a US attack on Syria is NOT about his credibility or about the ‘red line’ comment he made last year, what is important for everyone to remember is that a military strike by the US against al-Assad will serve only one purpose…that is to strengthen the hand of those trying to turn Syria into an islamic state. And also remember that if al-Assad loses this war, Syria will become the first country ruled by either al-Qaeda or another jihadist group. And if that happens, neighboring Jordan will almost certainly fall to the same jihadists or to the Muslim Brotherhood itself.

And if Jordan falls the surrounding of Israel will be complete…and if Israel is attacked in any way World War III will be at hand.

And maybe just maybe that has been Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s plan all along.

Going to war with less than noble intentions

OK guys …let’s cut to the chase…do NOT…I repeat do NOT fall for Barack HUSSEIN Obama’s abrupt policy change of now trying to ‘appear noble’ by saying he will wait until Congress returns to session to get the votes needed to attack Syria. You all know as well as I do that this is NOTHING but saber-rattling of the worst kind…saber rattling to ‘save face’ and make himself appear a hero, and also to use this delay as his way out of a NO win situation of his own doing…as in 'red lines' that exist only in his mind.

And NO image speaks louder than that of Obama and Biden appearing together on Saturday in a Rose Garden news conference…something Obama only does when he needs to look presidential and feign concern by using the all important (to him) photo-op. Showing weakness and the demeanor of a man who’s playing a dangerous game with world leaders whose league he is way out of, Obama now claims that while the US should and will still take military action against Syrian President al-Assad for his (supposed) use of chemical weapons on civilians, he has now suddenly had a light bulb moment and decided to wait until Congress returns to session on September 9th to seek approval to do so.

What Obama does NOT say is that he did NOT make that decision to go the Congressional route…our allies who will NOT support him or his actions made the decision for him. Even America’s staunchest ally, Great Britain, wants NO part in attacking Syria as witnessed when the House of Commons refused to support any military action…NO matter how limited…against Syria.

And don’t let him try to fool you otherwise.

And while still bloviating that US national security interests are at stake…which we all know they are NOT for our contact with Syria and theirs with us has been fleeting at best for many years now…Obama knows that if the US acts unilaterally and goes it alone that he just might ignite an all out Middle East war with Israel at the epicenter…but that could very well have been his game plan all along, and been so since he first started bloviating about 'red lines' in the sand...maybe even using the same two words Netanyahu used when speaking about Iran just to throw it back in his face.  I would NOT but it passed Obama to do just that.

But to make him appear noble…to feign loyalty to the Constitution…back to Congress he suddenly decides to go.

“President Obama is abdicating his responsibility as commander in chief and undermining the authority of future presidents,” Congressman Peter King (R-NY), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. “The president doesn’t need 535 members of Congress to enforce his own red line.”

And that’s because all Obama’s rhetoric of ‘red lines’ and crossing them were and still are NOTHING but empty talk…empty talk that other world leaders NEVER took seriously to begin with. Obama’s words…words strung together just to pander to and appease his base…are just another reminder that he has set America’s foreign policy back God knows how many years, and is setting up what will likely be nothing but a bitterly fought partisan debate on whether to attack Syria or NOT and will be done just to waste time so Obama can say, ‘I followed the Constitution in regards to the War Powers clause and still Congress fought me and denied me what I want’.

And so like a little child stamping his feet and determined to get his own way, Obama will just issue another Executive Order or whatever it is he does when he’s NOT on the golf course or taking another vacation, and will send America back to war and for what…for more American blood to be spilled…for more American lives to be lost…because rest assured Obama will NOT be content with just shooting off a few missiles. After all he has to rebuild his reputation as ‘the man who sent al-Qaeda running’ (said sarcastically with a deep sigh).

And least anyone forget that claims of Assad gassing his own people have been made before and were ignored, but now suddenly this time is different…this time pictures of dead children lined up in a row are being used as justification that his ‘red line’ has been crossed…pictures to tug at the heartstrings of those whose votes he needs…pictures as phony as he is.

So with these pictures fresh in everybody's minds, this past weekend he sent over to House Speaker John Boehner his ‘proposed resolution’ to reign Cruise missiles down on the wrong side in this battle (remember it’s NOT Assad who fired off the chemical weapons). Obama’s proposed resolution gives him the authorization to use force if he deems it necessary to prevent the further use of weapons of mass destruction and protect the US and our allies from the threats posed by such weapons. But please pray tell how the use of such weapons in Syria…and in a highly limited use at that…poses a threat to us here in America, and if they were ever used on let’s say our ally Israel, I can safely say Obama wouldn’t do a damn thing about it.

This resolution is just lip-service and a sham used in a desperate attempt by Obama to try and show the world that America stands behind him…guess what…we don’t for ‘We the People’ have grown weary of war…especially wars with people that are NOT America’s friend and with people that this president cares more about than he does about the American troops who might be sent there to fight against them.

But if his resolution is approved that would allow Obama to ‘save face’ for this vote would then honor the Constitution and its words that only Congress can declare war…as in Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, what most call the ‘War Powers Clause’. But if his resolution is voted down and Obama then decides to go it alone and attack Syria without Congressional approval, he actually would NOT be the first president to make that decision as the last war Congress declared outright was WWII. Every war since then…Korea, Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya...has been fought with something less than a fully supported declaration of war by Congress. Our country has been on the proverbial 'slippery slope' for decades, gradually shifting the power to declare and wage war away from Congress and towards the President, and that needs to be stopped and returned solely to its Constitutionally given rightful deciders …Congress and Congress alone.

So as of today we stand at a crossroads as Obama is lobbying hard to get his wish, for both the House and Senate must pass the exact same bill to give him that authorization to take our country to war...to in actuality put our country into the middle of Syria's civil war.

And hopefully with many Democrats against this Obama will NOT get his wish…that is if RINOS extraordinaire John McCain and Lindsay Graham stay the hell out of this and keep their big mouths shut.

Sending us to war with a country we're NOT at war with...at least NOT yet

Having shot his big mouth off one too many times about ‘red lines’ now Obama has to save face and put up or shut up…and so he is sending America to war but NOT for the reasons he claims he’s doing that for.

Saying he’s NOT only concerned about the rising death toll in Syria, but also concerned with the ‘neighborhood’ as a whole (only a community organizer would call volatile warring countries a ‘neighborhood’)…a ‘neighborhood’ full of oil…oil translating into dollars…lots and lots of dollars…dollars he wishes to get his hands on to feed his radical leftist agenda…and more importantly a ‘neighborhood’ where if Syria falls to islamic forces this would be the finishing piece of the puzzle…a puzzle with Israel at its center surrounded by those who wish her gone…a puzzle Obama is more than happy to contribute to.

Remember, in the past whenever Israel attacked Syria’s weapons storage facilities Syria held back responding. But now a representative from Assad’s ally Iran, Hossein Sheikholeslam, the Director General of the Iranian parliament’s International Affairs Bureau, has publicly stated through Iran’s state run Fars News Agency, that if the US dares to attack Syria “the Zionist regime will be the first victim”…and that my friends means Israel. And Israel is taking these words quite seriously for they are currently in the process of passing out gas masks to its citizens. And if Syria does indeed attack them, Israel will ‘take action’ and rightly so for its high past time that she say ‘NO more’.

This is what Obama’s wanting to reign down missiles on Syria is all about…Barack HUSSEIN Obama is trying to provoke Israel into retaliating…into de facto starting WWIII. NO question about it for if Israel is forced…manipulated is more like it… to go on the attack against Syria to protect her citizens, that gives Iran and the Arab countries that surround her the go ahead to attack …attack Israel with their ultimate goal being to wipe her off the map.

And so with this maneuver Obama feels his hands are clean…let someone else start the war of Armageddon as long as his 'brethren' come out on top...or so he thinks.

And for those of you who doubt this scenario just put the pieces of the puzzle together one by one, and you can start with the latest maneuver…a maneuver generated to tug at the heartstrings of the compassionate West…a maneuver involving ‘phony’ photos of ‘supposedly’ dead Syrian children. And believe me a number of the recently released photos of ‘dead’ children are staged…staged by the rebels…most likely by the al-Qaeda linked Free Syrian Army...and staged for impact, sympathy, and to evoke the passions for revenge…revenge calling for retaliation against those who could do such a thing to sweet innocent children.

And Barack HUSSEIN Obama counts on the hearts in America to be moved by these photos…moved enough to support his reasons to send us to war.

But if you look at the newest photos and put aside in your mind the older legitimate photos of people you’ve seen dropping in the streets…taken with cell phones some shakily held and somewhat blurry as they would be if taken in the midst of all the surrounding turmoil and chaos…in some you can clearly see the pain on the dying people’s faces…the foaming at the mouth…the vomit…the stains on their clothes from urinating and defecating on themselves as the sarin gas takes hold…and if you compare them with the newest photos of the ‘supposedly’ dead children you will be amazed at the difference for these ‘victims’ are squeaky clean and look ‘posed’ like they were sleeping. Notice how ‘crisp’ and in focus the photos are…NO shakily held cameras here…photos more like a pre-arranged photo shoot…but more importantly NO foaming at the mouth…NO vomit and human waste stains on their clothing…NO blue lips one of the markers of sarin gas exposure…and most critical of all NO blood on their small faces for the simple fact is that sarin gas causes seizures and convulsions and someone in the throws of either would bite down hard on their tongue causing much blood…but NOT a drop of blood is showing on any of these children’s faces or clothing.

And by the way, check out the circled area in the photo below…dead children don’t hold up photos for dead hands are flaccid and wouldn’t be able to hold them (rigor mortus does NOT set in immediately). Also, after going through many photos it became quite obvious that ‘certain’ children appeared over and over again…in different photos taken at different locations.

Were they ‘knocked out’ with drugs, posed, photos taken, and then woken up…I have NO answer to that, but it has been documented and proven before that in the past many photos coming out of Syria, especially those from the side of the Syrian rebels have indeed been staged and/or photoshopped…done so to evoke sympathy and compassion for their islamic cause…and Obama is doing just this with the photos of ‘supposedly’ dead children…gassed he claims by those loyal to Assad.

Have children died by poison sarin gas in Syria...of course they have (by the same poison sarin gas that Saddam used on the Kurds with the excess moved to Syria before we entered Iraq), but the gassing has come from the side of the rebels...by the rebels but still attributed by Obama to Assad, as Obama sides with the rebels...rebels who have sworn allegiance to al-Qaeda and to his brethren in the Muslim Brotherhood. But NO matter as the pictures of dead children is one of Obama’s ‘supposed’ reasons to send four warships armed with up to 90 Tomahawk cruise missiles each and position them off Syria’s coast…warships ready to reign down missiles on Assad’s forces at a moment’s notice…and doing so without evoking the Constitutionally required ‘War Powers’ clause just like he did in Libya. Once again Obama is overstepping his presidential bounds and slapping Congress in the face as he ignores the fact that our Constitution states that it’s Congress who has the authority to declare war…and reigning down missiles on a country we currently are NOT at war with nor who is at war with us…a country that poses NO threat to us or to our national security…is indeed a declaration of war.

A declaration of war is being issued in a deliberate, calculated, and manipulative prelude to WWIII…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama built it and outright owns it…and is using America’s military as his choice of delivery and he hopes Israel as his bait.

And American citizens must understand that we do NOT have a moral imperative or obligation to act either for or against Assad’s government, for Syria was NEVER our friend nor our ally, and they have always sided with those out to destroy Israel…Israel our one true friend and ally in the entire Middle East is being thrown to the wolves in all this subterfuge over the ‘supposed’ gassing of children for remember, the Syrian civil war has been going on for almost three years now with a death toll over 100,000, yet it 'miraculously' took these photos to push Obama into action.

And, even as bad as Assad is…and make NO mistake that he is a dictator in every sense of the word…NO angel for sure but less of a devil than al-Qaeda…Assad needs help in crushing the growing al-Qaeda presence in his country and in toning down the rhetoric against Israel.

And while we should stay out of Syria completely…for their civil war is NOT our war…if Obama was an honorable man and had to side America with anyone it should have been with Assad against the al-Qaeda supported rebels…Putin knows this and has aligned Russia accordingly. But Obama knows NOTHING from honor, and with his threatened impending military action against a country we are NOT at war with again proves that his loyalties lie NOT with America, the American people, or with those in the Middle East who are truly seeking freedom, but with those out to kill us all…and the sooner Congress and the media accept this as truth and stop feeding into and perpetrating the lies the better off we’ll all be.

Crying wolf for the most devious of motives

Ramadan...meaning 'Scorched Earth'...began on July 8th and ended on August 4th, the so-called 'Night of Power' (Laylet al-Qadr)...the 'Night of Revelation'...the 'Night of Destiny'...when the first verses of the (vile) qur'an were revealed to mohamed...or so the muslims claim.

And on that day, on orders initiating from Barack HUSSEIN Obama, 19 US embassies across the Middle East, North Africa, and certain parts of Asia were closed and locked down as a precautionary measure.  Closed and locked down because of what government officials and 'supposed' intel operatives said was an 'unspecified' terrorist threat coming from al-Qaeda and its affiliates...as in intercepted communiques which 'supposedly' included an attack order from al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri to Yemen-based al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. 

But of course NOTHING happened as most of us knew it wouldn't, because Obama gave the game plan away (probably to warn his brethren) giving al-Qaeda time to change their plans...if there were ever any plans to attack our embassies to begin with. And even if this was true, the ONLY embassy that should have been closed was the one in Yemen, the new ground point zero for al-Qaeda operations.

And now a week later as all the embassies are reopening, except for the one in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, the stage has been set for Barack HUSSEIN Obama to do what he does best...campaign about how wonderful he is and what a great decision he made in order to keep our embassy personnel safe.  But wonderful he is NOT for whether the threat was real or NOT is quite the distraction from the fact that this miserable excuse of a president once again allowed our beloved America to seem weak in the eyes of the world...allowed America to be seen as backing down to the enemy...allowed America to be seen as a coward who high tails it and runs when threats...'unspecific' threats at that...get too great.

And this 'We the People' can NEVER forgive him for as America caters to and backs down to NO one...to NO nation...especially to NO muslim (YES muslim) terrorist organization...at lest this was so before this man...this muslim...usurped his way into the presidency.

But what can we expect from a man who sides with the enemy every chance he gets...a man who welcomes the enemy into the White House...the American people's house...to break bread.  Remember, just last month Obama hosted his fifth,...YES fifth...White House ' iftar' dinner in the State Dining Room to celebrate Ramadan.  Joined by members of his administration, elected officials, religious leaders, and members of the diplomatic corps Obama saluted muslims (on national television NO less) who claim to be Americans (I will NOT hyphenate anyone claiming to be an American) for their, according to him, contributions in helping build the nation as business entrepreneurs, technology innovators, and pioneers in medicine (gagging BIG time on that one).

Remember at that dinner Obama said the holy month of Ramadan was “a time of reflection, a chance to demonstrate ones devotion to God through prayer and through fasting, but it’s also a time for family and friends to come together”...as in his family...his friends...his devotion to his God...the false pseudo-god known as allah...for NO true Christian or Jew would grovel like that before those out to kill them.

Remember it well for this is where Barack HUSSEIN Obama's allegiances lie...always have and always will.

So knowing where Obama's true allegiances lie why did he really close all those embassies...why would he do something so drastic, at a huge cost to we taxpayers based on what amounts to little definitive information...why when one year ago direct communications were received from Ambassador Stevens begging for back-up and help at Benghazi...why when Obama saw with his own eyes the video coverage of the attacks from the drones flying above the compound did he and his people claim they didn't have enough information to act...why...why...why.

Why...could it have something to do with what I've said since day one...that Ambassador Stevens caught Obama and his people smuggling guns and military grade weapons to the al-Qaeda supported and financed Syrian rebels and was going to expose him...could those weapons have been the ones unaccounted for that he ILLEGALLY gave to the Libyans in violation of our Constitution's 'War Powers Clause'.  And why last week were US Navy amphibious ships in the Red Sea moved closer to Yemen and then pulled back...

Or...and this is a biggie...did all these closings have to do with Edward Snowden and Obama's fear that Snowden found out 'certain things' and is 'talking' to his nemesis Russian President Vladimir Putin. Could Obama have had to destroy all the evidence housed in our embassies to hide 'certain' high-level classified spying programs...to shred documents...to delete files and films...to try and wipe his fingerprints NOT only off of Benghazi with his weapons running but to wipe clean his role in spying on Russia, especially with Russia supporting Assad's government forces and he supporting the al-Qaeda backed rebels.  Could this be the real reason for the closings...what better way to stealthily operate than to do closings in plain sight while the world's eyes were diverted away by phony terrorist threats...this way he could do his 'dirty work' behind closed and sealed doors while the world was fooled into thinking the doors were closed for the safety of our embassy personnel...and doing this to coincide with Ramadan is the perfect cover for it all.

I put NOTHING passed this most vile of men, for Obama is NOT trying to get Snowden back because of his disclosures about spying on 'We the People'...he needs Snowden back because he might spills the beans on him. And don't think for a minute that Eric Snowden won't end up being in an 'unfortunate accident' somewhere...but above all else NEVER forget that Barack HUSSEIN Obama's loyalties will NEVER be with America, with American interests, or with 'We the People' but will always be with those out to kill us.

Op-ed: Kudos to the Egyptian people...job well done

As Egyptians continue to celebrate the take back of their county, remember this started on the grassroots level with those who said NO to sharia law and islamic oppression.

About a year ago the people of Egypt also rallied en-masse, and the three decades long regime of Hosni Mubarak came to an end. When at the ballot box the people thought they were voting for freedom and rights, and instead got Muslim Brotherhood controlled puppet Mohamed Morsi, it soon became apparent that they went from ‘supposed’ bad to most definitely worse.

And Barack HUSSEIN Obama sided with, aided, and supported the worse…the Muslim Brotherhood…and still does.

Mohamed Morsi was elected by a small majority, in elections as full of fraud as that of our 2012 presidential election, but even with that Morsi had a chance with his win to show NOT only the Egyptian people but the world that the Muslim Brotherhood was NOT just fundamentalist ideologues (we all know they are), but instead was a party ready to work for the good of the entire nation, and a party that would respect the rule of law laid down under Egypt’s constitution. Morsi also promised to get Egypt’s ailing economy back on its feet but failed miserably as Egypt is financially worse off today than before he took office.

Instead Morsi did everything to forward the strict islamic agenda of his party, including implementing sharia law. This total betrayal of his campaign promises led Egyptians, just one year into his presidency, to organize for his removal before things got even worse; before women were stripped of all their rights; and before the economy deteriorated into total bankruptcy.

Remember, before Morsi Egypt was predominately a secular nation whose economy was fueled by tourism…a nation at peace with Israel…a nation that was an ally and friend of the US. Under Morsi tourism came to a screeching halt, Israel was again an enemy as Egyptian children were being taught that Jews were the offspring of swine, and our president was funding a regime hell bent on throwing aside the Camp David Accords and aiding in wiping Israel off the map…and doing it with weapons funded by our taxpayer dollars.

And as protests grew in size NOT only in Cairo but across all of Egypt, and after refusing to honor a time frame for reform and compromise set down by the military, a predominately peaceful coup was staged that removed Morsi from office, put him under arrest along with many Muslim Brotherhood leaders including supreme leader Mohammed Badie, and issued security travel bans against all Muslim Brotherhood leaders.

And what say Barack HUSSEIN Obama about all this…the man who initiated the so-called ‘Arab Spring’ when he ignored our constitution’s War Powers Clause and butt into Libya’s internal conflict…the man who said he supported democracy but who instead supported his terrorist brethren in the Muslim Brotherhood. These were his first comments, issued in a written statement, as it became evident that Morsi’s government would fall:

“During this uncertain period, we expect the military to ensure that the rights of all Egyptian men and women are protected, including the right to peaceful assembly, due process, and free and fair trials in civilian courts,” he said.

And of course Obama expressed ‘deep concern’ about the military’s removal of his buddy Morsi and the arrests of his supporters (but for the wrong reasons of course), as he called for a swift return to a democratically elected civilian government…forgetting that what he called a ‘democratically elected civilian government’ was as corrupt as his administration is.

But now that Morsi’s government has indeed fallen to the military, and with Egypt’s top army commander Abdel Fattah al-Sisi saying that the army agreed with opposing political forces to temporarily suspend the constitution and swear in Adli Mansour, the head of Egypt’s Constitutional Court, as the country’s interim president until new presidential elections are held, Obama pipes in and says, “I have also directed the relevant departments and agencies to review the implications under US law for our assistance to the Government of Egypt.”

Of course he does as now he won’t be funding his brethren and their dual dream of islamicizing yet another nation, and believe me that irks him no end.

Remember, the US gives Egypt about $1.5 billion in annual aid, of which $1.3 billion is in the form of military assistance, and much of that aid is mandated by the 1979 peace treaty with Israel (and pray tell how does that justify Obama giving muslim terrorists…the enemy…F-16 fighter jets and Abrams tanks…it doesn’t), but US law prohibits aid going to military controlled governments, but with a new president, albeit a temporary one, his argument is basically a mute point.

And with Mansour now in place as interim president (saying in his inaugural speech that the massive anti-Morsi protests that began Sunday, June 30, had “corrected the path of the glorious revolution of Jan. 25,” referring to the 2011 uprising that toppled Mubarak), the question as Egypt slowly moves towards democracy is how to include the once banned and now ousted Muslim Brotherhood into the new government…if to include them at all. Remember, Mubarak and previous regimes banned the group, but pro-reform Muslim Brotherhood critics say they must be included in the government if Egypt is to be truly free.

But now add into all this that islamic extremists, including those in the Muslim Brotherhood, have vowed violence…lots of violence…in retaliation for Morsi’s removal. “We declare our complete rejection of the military coup staged against the elected president and the will of the nation,” said Muslim Brotherhood senior cleric Abdel-Rahman el-Bar.

“Friday of Rage,” it has been dubbed as Morsi supporters vow that today they will instigate violence if the military does not back down. And they will do just that as violence is all islamic extremists know for they do NOT honor diplomacy nor the rule of civilized men…and Barack HUSSEIN Obama, president (gag) of the United States, supports these barbarians, for democracy is NOT and NEVER was his hope for Egypt just like democracy is NOT his goal for Syria, for if it was he would NOT have sent weapons to either Morsi’s government nor to Syria’s al-Qaeda supported rebels.

And with the old adage that even a broken clock is right twice a day, in comes Bashar al-Assad (who is NO fan of the Muslim Brotherhood or of Morsi as the Syrian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood was one of the factions behind the mostly Sunni muslim uprising against him) to say, “The summary of what is happening in Egypt is the fall of what is called political islam.”

And I for one can only hope he’s right for the fall of Morsi and his string pullers in the Muslim Brotherhood might have just ignited a real flame of discontention that could spread throughout the Arab world…a flame that could signal the start of a true road to democracy and the will of the people.  And after Wednesday’s events Barack HUSSEIN Obama just might have to start sleeping with one eye open for if he continues as he is, trampling our Constitution and the will of ‘We the People’, Egypt might just have ignited that flame here in America as well.
