God Save the Queen and Great Britain Too

And so in part the nursery rhyme goes...a nursery rhyme we're all familiar with yet in today's United Kingdom, especially within England herself, it's a nursery rhyme with more meaning than one can imagine for today it's not just London Bridge that is falling down but the entirety of the United Kingdom herself...the monarchy, the prime ministership, parliament, and all.

How so and why can both be summed up in one word...islam.

And when you add in the words diversity, inclusion, placating, and condoning you can see why the country that gave birth to our great nation is slowly dying of its own accord. America's staunchest ally...save for Israel of course...is on life support but fading fast as they refuse to stand up to those not only wishing them harm but actually doing them harm. In fact, in February of this year a report from the British anti-fascist group 'Hope Not Hate' showed that thirty-five percent of people in the U.K. believe that islam itself is indeed a direct threat to the British way of life, and that due to the recurring acts of jihad now taking place mostly in London proper, prejudice against muslims is growing by the day. And why shouldn't it be growing what with Britain continuing on with its policy of mass immigration... a "demographic upheaval"...if you will...that if left unchecked could forever change the societal complexion of British culture...change surely not for the better.

And breaking down that thirty-five percent number even further you find that forty-nine percent of Brits belonging to the Conservative Party believing that islam actually does threaten British culture. “If you don't condemn you condone,” are true words the British have now come to understand in regards to so-called moderate muslims... moderates in name only...for like here in the U.S., the U.K. is awash in misplaced political correctness. And it's this misplaced political correctness that sees radical muslims in Britain not just wanting but actually working openly towards having Great Britain become an islamic nation. And sadly, this can happen here in the United States as well if we keep insisting on electing muslims to Congress...“ballot box jihad” as it's come to be known.

And it's “ballot box jihad” that has allowed urban areas of Great Britain...most especially in London...to become islamic not only in tone but even sharia compliant in areas, what with the election of British born Sadiq Aman Khan as London's first...and hopefully its last... practicing, mosque attending, muslim mayor. 

And it's this very mayor who in the past shared platforms and sentiments with muslim extremists yet while on the mayoral campaign trail relished in calling himself an “antidote to extremism.” A center-left social liberal, Sadiq Khan has championed and continues to champion both muslim and liberal causes...while saying that one can be, “British, Western, and muslim” at the same time...a true oxymoron if ever there was one. And Khan does so at a time when crime is up in London...specifically crime committed by muslims against non-muslim British citizens. Burglaries are up, rape is up, violent crime is up, and acts of jihad are either made excuses for or deemed not a hate crime as Khan takes no tangible action against those who perpetrate said acts.

No tangible actions taken by Mayor Khan except to take to twitter where each act of jihad or major crime committed seems to be met either with an excuse or with his trying to place blame for his city's rising crime rate not on himself or his his misplaced political policies, but on a lack of police manpower. Khan forgets that it's he who commands London's Metropolitan Police...a police force in desperate need of increased manpower...and that without additional manpower the “bad guys” will soon outnumber the “good guys”...so to speak. And while Sadiq Khan foolishly raised Londoner's taxes in a misguided attempt to increase actual police resources...resources won't matter if the manpower isn't there to use said resources...the monies required to do what needs to be done could be easily gotten if Mayor Khan would just eliminate all the useless administrative “fluff” positions and use those monies saved to hire more police officers.

That action alone would show that as mayor, Sadiq Khan was at least making an attempt to try and get crime under some semblance of control...or at least be able to secure a “heads-up” so as to try and stop acts of jihad before they actually occur. But even that's asking too much from the very mayor whose response to the recent London Bridge attack was to speak first about Britain's embrace of diversity and not about the perpetrator's act of jihad itself...an act of a knife-wielding jihadi that resulted in two innocents being killed while seriously wounding three others casually walking across the north side of London Bridge.

Briefly, London Bridge jihadi, 28-year old Usman Khan...no relation to Mayor Sadiq Khan... was one of nine members of the al-Muhajiroun who tried back in 2012 to bomb the London Stock Exchange and kill now Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Usman Khan was initially given an “indefinite prison term” for his role in the thankfully failed attack, but won, along with two of his fellow jihadis, an appeal in 2013 which changed the time served to a “fixed sentence” after former press inquiry chair Lord Justice Leveson found that Khan and the two others had been “wrongly characterised” as being more dangerous than the other six men involved.

Released from prison in December 2018 “on license”... meaning Khan was still serving his sentence but was allowed to live in the community instead of in prison... Usman Khan was a known student of radical islamic hate preacher Anjem Choudary, the very man of whom Dr. Paul Stott, a research fellow at the Henry Jackson Society, found that twenty-five per cent of all islamist terrorists in Britain had some sort of direct link to. And even after knowing this as well as the danger Khan posed to the public, British authorities released Sadiq Khan as it seems they are hellbent on pretending that acts of jihad in the very prim and proper British Isles simply do not exist. But sadly they do and will continue on as long as the authorities and the crown allow British culture and society to be infected by "uncivilized men."

And it's here I must include and call to task the crown for British royalty have sadly become islamic condoners of sorts whether it be through fear, misinformation, or just simple cluelessness as to the dangers these people pose. Adding to this is the fact that many islamic scholars including Ali Gomaa, the former grand mufti of Egypt, and Burke’s Peerage (the British authority on royal pedigrees) believe that Queen Elizabeth herself is descended from mohammad via a muslim princess named Zaida, the granddaughter of Abu al-Qasim Muhammad ibn Abbad, and that she converted to Christianity and became the concubine of King Alfonso VI of Castile, whose bloodline has intermarried with the British bloodline for generations. And if true, this makes Elizabeth II a distant cousin of the current kings of both Morocco and Jordan, as well as to Iran's infamous Ayatollah Ali Khamenei...men who all claim blood lineage with mohammad.

In fact, Prince Charles himself, the future King of England, is not only a defender of islam but is a patron of the 'Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies' where he greets folks with the muslim salutation, “as-salamu alaykum” (peace be upon you). And many in his inner circle have said that when Charles ascends to the throne that he wants a multi-faith coronation as well as to be ordained as “defender of faith” not specifically a defender of the “[Christian] faith”...a direct slap in the face to England's Anglican Church, the monarchy, and Great Britain itself.

And one wonders why the U.K. is in such a mess...such a mess that they now have their own version of “pulling a Hillary”...passing the blame if you will...and passing the blame in Great Britain is not the sole property of London's mayor what with passing the blame now being seen in prison releases gone ever so horribly wrong. And such is the case with Usman Khan, who reportedly asked while still in prison to join a de-radicalization program and even sent a letter back in October 2012 asking for the “Home Office” to provide someone to work with him. Yet forgotten by all is the fact that Khan was most likely employing the art of “taqiyya”...doing and saying anything to promote his islamist agenda...and the British were too blind to see it.

In fact, “red flags” should have been raised when Khan's lawyer...“solicitors” the British call them...Vajahat Sharif, a fellow muslim, wanted a “very specific jihadist ideology expert" to work with Usman Khan because he himself feared that Khan’s hate was so deeply-rooted and all encompassing that a standard de-radicalization program would not work with him...which obviously it did not but not for lack of trying but for the fact that such programs rarely do work. And why do they rarely work...because rehabilitating a brainwashed terrorist is next to impossible as said terrorist really doesn’t want to change nor assimilate into his or her host country's society, they only thing they truly want is to kill...after all the qur'an mandates they do so.

And by the way, Anjem Choudary himself is due to be released from prison in the near future unless said release can somehow be stopped for if that release is allowed to happen it will likely re-galvanize and re-energize his supporters to go out and commit new and even more heinous acts of jihad...acts of jihad that will turn more of Britain's streets red with infidel blood.

So as acts of jihad are increasing in Great Britain...acts of jihad no matter how hard the British try to whitewash such acts...no matter how hard the British try to downplay, rename, or turn a blind eye to such acts...there remains one constant truth the British people dare not want to see nor hear. And what exactly is that truth but the fact that Great Britain has gone from being an empire of substance to being a place of muslim colonization driven by liberal kumbaya sorts who not only embrace diversity but welcome into their country those to whom diversity is but a dirty word. Sadly, Great Britain is losing its British identity one muslim at a time what with it now having close to 100 sharia courts within its borders... courts, tribunals, and councils dealing with marriages, divorces, and even with serious criminal matters. Translation: the British rule of law is slowly yielding way to islamic law, and if things don't change islamic law will soon supersede or even replace British law.

The right of self-determination...a right afforded to all “free men”...has been slowly stripped away from British citizens via the a fore mentioned “demographic upheaval” due to the allowing of mass migration from countries whose people are not what we'd call “civilized men.” And if this trend continues unabated, Great Britain will soon see muslims outnumbering Britons, and it will be way more than London Bridge that falls down. Calls of “God save the Queen” will be replaced by calls of “praise be to allah who saved the caliphate,” with Prince Charles happily and ever so foolishly smiling from the wings.

And if Great Britain does eventually fall can America truly be far behind...just something to think about for obvious reasons as we move closer to November 6, 2020...just saying.

A Decision Not Unlike Solomon's

Little Alfie Evans has gone 'home' to become one of God's angels, but some say he was sent 'home' before his time. Some even say he was murdered by the British government's state-run National Health Service... socialized medicine at it worst...but the question is was Alfie murdered or was he set free from a horrific illness there is no cure for.

And while some might not like what I'm going to say, only those of us who have had a loved one with an incurable illness...an illness where choices like those Alfie's parents had to make...can even begin to understand the type and scope of decisions that must come into play. And it's from here that I speak from experience...experience no mother or father, son or daughter, should ever have to make.

Little Alfie was not the first many of us prayed and cried for...before him there was Charlie Gard...another baby 'supposedly' mandated to die in a hospital against his parents wishes. And while a quiet reverent dignity was indeed denied both families...for both their baby's passing was turned into a media circus replete with the standard lights, camera, action scenario of not just being a ratings blitz, but a soapbox for the lefts call for even more government intrusion into all our lives, while the religious right said the legal decisions to end both baby's lives were nothing but the work of satan...yet one still has to wonder if there really are any villains or heroes in cases such as these.

And as both babies sadly did pass in the cold sterile surroundings of an impersonal hospital room...sick as no little one should ever be...their parent's battle to keep their children alive had become the stuff of parents v. doctors, judges, and a legal system most here in America rightly see as repulsive. Socialized medicine, some say, equals government death panels come to life and in some, maybe even in many cases that surely is true, but was the British court's ruling to pull both babies plugs on the machines keeping them alive the right thing to do instead of letting the parents make that heart-wrenching decision on their own...a decision that might haunt them for the rest of their lives?

Sadly, and it pains me to say it, it might very well have been for under British law courts are asked to intervene when parents and doctors disagree on the best treatment for their child...treatment many times demanded based upon emotions alone and not based upon what is in the best interest of the child.

And while some claim these legal "purveyors of death"...as some call them...did so solely based upon law instead of upon compassion...based upon a law stating that once a dispute comes before a court over the care of a child...which in both cases it did...the 'Children Act 1989' provides that the welfare of the child is to be the “paramount consideration”...it now becomes a reality some in the public might not want to face...a reality that sometimes the parents might very well not be the best ones to make the decision regarding the welfare of their child...especially when all the facts are not known nor have a right to be in the public domain.

And sometimes it's a decision no parent should ever have to face let alone make...a decision to let their child die. And while that child is of their flesh and blood and should never be a pawn of government bureaucracy... unfortunately at times it comes to just that. And then sometimes in the end the villain to most people's surprise turns maybe not into a hero but into a guide showing the way to setting a pained life free.

So in regards to little Alfie were his parents the best ones to make the right decision...a decision to try and keep their baby alive at all costs...to have experimental treatments done on him knowing the chances of success were slim or dare I say nonexistent...or were the doctors and the law actually trying to ease the pain of having the parents make a decision no parent should ever have to make when they ordered Alfie's life support to be turned off?

After much soul searching and praying with many tears shed that my opinion in such a truly sad case is the right one...at least for me...and while I know that opinion might anger some...I believe in Alfie's case and in Charlie Gard's case as well...that the doctors...who said that prolonging Alfie's life as it was, was both “unkind and inhumane”...did the right thing in saying 'no more' but not for the reasons you think.
 
Bare with me here...please.

So then why was it the right decision...because the doctors and the British legal system...contrary to what the religious right claim...were not playing God but were instead letting God call Alfie 'home' at the time of His choosing...coming to Him unencumbered by machines, tubes, and wires, and with his loving parents by his side to say their good-byes to his earthly body leaving his memory etched into their hearts forever.

And did it really matter if little Alfie passed in a hospital room or at home...a home he had not seen in almost a year for a hospital room had become home to him...no it did not for the place where one passes is not really important...what is important is that Alfie's suffering was over and that he was now one with God...and free of a sick and pained body that did not serve him well.

Little Alfie Evans...the latest victim some say of British socialized medicine...was born on May 9, 2016, with a progressive degenerative neurological condition referred to as Mitochondrial DNA Depletion Syndrome (MDS)...an embryonic present DNA affliction where “energy” (oxygen and other necessary nutrients) does not get to muscle, kidney, and brain tissue...“energy” necessary to sustain life...the same illness little Charlie Gard was believed to have had.

Fighting off one respiratory infection after another...coming off the ventilator and having to go right back on again...and with seizures causing Alfie to be in a permanent semi-vegetative state...led the doctors at Alder Hey Hospital to say that it was in Alfie's best interest to stop mechanical ventilation...aka life support...and that he be provided with palliative care in order to let him pass at a time when God chose to call him 'home' for the damage to his brain was severe...damaged to such a degree that Alfie had little brain function as his brain had been “eroded away” leaving only water and cerebral spinal fluid where what we refer to as the brain should be.

And as can be seen by the sad photos above and below, Alfie's kidneys were shutting down as well as witnessed by his so swollen legs, arms, trunk, and face as toxemia...as uremic poisoning...set in. The sweet cherub faced little baby of months ago was now long gone.

And knowing this leaves open the question of why did his parents try so hard to keep little Alfie alive when they now knew his death was predestined even before his birth? Seeing his deterioration go from bad to worse well over a year ago with nothing but artificial means keeping him alive...was it really their will to save a child they in their hearts knew could not be saved...no...I believe it was solely their refusal to let him go...the hardest decision any parent would ever have to make.

MDS is almost always fatal in babies and young children, but a few of the 16 known sufferers...it is that rare a condition...have made it into their early teens but with severely limited brain function...basically existing as a shell of a body being kept alive artificially by machines, tubes, and wires with a mind all but blank to the world. And while no can argue that morally it still should have been Alfie's parents decision if that was the life they wanted for their son, ethically the British courts...and later on the European Court of Human Rights...thankfully stepped in and removed the Evans' input from what they knew would have been their son's lingering, painful, and horrific death. But the media terribly misunderstood the intent of the rulings...as they relished in twisting the facts to help fuel worldwide consternation...consternation that even drew the pope into the fray.

But before I go on let it be known that I too am totally opposed to socialized medicine...or what we here in America sometimes refer to as a single-payer system...as I believe with every fiber of my being that neither the government nor the courts should be involved in health care at all...that it should be best left to an individual, their family, and their doctor(s). But I also know that a sovereign nation...in this case Great Britain...has a right to have a health care system of their choosing without the butting in of let's say we across 'the pond'...especially when that health care system is the wishes of its own citizens.

So with that said, there is still something wrong when the law...when the government...has its citizens saying that both entities think themselves God. Would it have hurt them to let little Alfie go home to die...would it have hurt them to let his parents take him to Italy for a treatment that in all probability would not work? No, it would not but there is a caveat with that 'no' for it would have just postponed the inevitable dragging out little Alfie's suffering even more...dragging out the parents desperate hope for a cure that would not come. And while some say miracles do happen...which we all know they do...miracles were not in Alfie's future...not when one is basically both brain dead and encased in a body that simply does not work.

Yet even with Alfie's death his memory still leaves many, especially the religious, with questions that seem to have no answer...questions about medical ethics and who and when does one deem a life “not worth living.” Many Christians...especially Catholics which Alfie's parents were...saw in Alfie's case secularism run amok as they believe all life is worth living, but is it really life when it's just machines keeping someone alive. And is all life truly worth living especially when today's Catholic social teachings add to the discourse that preserving life should be “tempered by an awareness” that life should “not be artificially prolonged” in all cases...in other words God alone should make the decision of when to call someone 'home.'

“In the final analysis, it pertains to the conscience either of the sick person, or of those qualified to speak in the sick person’s name, or of the doctors, to decide, in the light of moral obligations and of the various aspects of the case.” The Catholic Church's Declaration on Euthanasia 
 
And that is what the doctors and the British courts did when they...not unlike King Solomon...weighed the wishes of the parents against the welfare of the child. And as much as it left broken hearts in its wake, I believe, they did the right thing in a case that really had no right or wrong for in the end little Alfie is now with God as God intended him always to be.

Rest in Everlasting Peace little angel...you are finally free.

Muslims in America...like oil and water they just don't mix

Yesterday I posted this picture and it really got me thinking as there is much truth in these numbers beyond their numerical value, for what these numbers indicate is stealth jihad going on right before our eyes.

Now here's a scary thought that we Westerners must face...it's been predicted that if unchecked, by the year 2030, muslims will make up more than one quarter of the world's projected population of 8.3 billion. One-quarter of this entire planet will be muslim in a mere 15 years or so...8.3 billion people will be muslim when in 2010 there were 1.57 billion muslims...and I cannot stress those numbers enough for if that does NOT scare the hell out of you NOTHING will for those numbers alone will assure them victory over their enemies.

And we infidels...we Westerners...we Americans...are their enemy.

And these simple numbers tell you that in time Israel will easily be overrun as will most of Europe for the ever increasing muslim population continues to grow unchecked, and with those sheer numbers alone they will be able to do what all the wars throughout all of muslim history have failed to do...eradicate the infidels without them needing to lift a finger to do so.

In Great Britain alone, almost one in ten people will be muslim by 2030, because of lax immigration policies (one in four immigrants to Great Britain is currently muslim) and sky high muslim birth rates. And this will translate in less than 15 years into Great Britain...America's mother country as some like to say...having more muslims than the entire Arab nation of Kuwait. Scary huh...

And at the current rate of muslim immigration combined with their notoriously high birth rates, once secular France...the country who has always shied away from religion in government...will become a muslim majority country within 23 years...complete with prayer rugs in every home, burqas on its women, and a mosque on every corner.

So what of our beloved America...separated by oceans but with a muslim loving if NOT outright muslim president. Our beloved America could see 'Yankee Doodle Dandy' replaced by the muslim call to prayer as the number of muslims in America is expected to double within the next 20 years up from today's 2.6 million to 6.2 million or more.

Talk about the need to seal our borders and seriously limit...if NOT outright halt...muslim immigration into our country. And please do NOT dare call me a racist for thinking this...as some on the left and maybe even some on the right will most assuredly do...for being a muslim is NOT about nationality for anyone, NO matter their race or ethnicity, can become a muslim as all the word 'muslim' means is a follower of islam and NOTHING more.

And while these numbers in and of themselves pose a danger to Western culture and society, let's NOT forget that once a country's population numbers start to shift in their favor, muslims will begin to 'legally' takeover said country's government by slowly but steadily getting their people elected. And when that happens they will start introducing sharia compliant legislation...which will probably start with removing the penalties for 'honor killings' and mandating that burqa 'garbage bags' become the rule of dress for all women.

And while we as Americans can do NOTHING to stop the muslim immigration into the European countries, we sure as hell can stop it here. With the vast majority of Americans rightfully having an unfavorable view of both islam and muslims...as they simply do NOT fit into the fabric of our American society...it's way past time to understand the whys...and the whys do indeed go back to the word 'religion' and the practices that word encompasses.

The right to freedom of religion was indeed a basis for the founding of our country. But freedom to practice one's religion does NOT mean the freedom to have some in power force 'We the People' to accept a barbaric perverted cult nor does it mean that we must comply to that said cult when it goes against the very founding of our country as a Judeo-Christian nation. In fact, it means that we as Americans must do any and everything in our power to rid our country of any and all dangers put upon it, even if that means stopping and turning back those who practice said cult from ever reaching our shores.

Remember, islam is NOT a religion but is a political system that hides behind the guise of calling itself a religion...a political cult and NOTHING more. So by denying immigration status to those from muslim countries, we are NOT discriminating against those who practice a certain religion...which would be against our Constitution...but we are stopping them from coming here because what they practice is NOT a religion but is a political ideology based on the mindset of terrorism as a legitimate answer to any perceived problems and that is NOT acceptable in America...period.

Religion...legitimate recognized religion here in America is based upon a set of beliefs, values, morals, ideals, and practices following the teachings of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Abrahamic God of the Jews...in other words religion in America is based upon the one true living and loving God of the Christians and Jews. Religion in America is NOT based upon the rantings of a delusional madman who expounded jihad...just another name for terrorism by the way...and wrote down in his anything but a holy book...the qur'an...at least 109 verses that call for muslims to 'war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule'...verses that are part of the eternal, unchanging, unforgiving word of the false god allah.

So sealing our borders to muslim immigrants is in NO way discriminating against them for their belief in islam, but is stopping them from entering or country because by their very following of islam as laid down in the qur'an they are sworn and commanded to kill all those who do NOT believe as they do...meaning almost all of the American people.

And last time I checked killers were denied access to our country

And even if all I have said is still NOT enough for you to understand why muslim immigration into America must be stopped then how about this...just the fact that the qur'an states that there shall be NO law higher than sharia law, and with the Constitution being the law of our land, that alone should be enough to make anybody see that islam and its muslim followers are simply the diametrical opposite of what is compatible with our American way of life.

And to those who spout the 'coexist' nonsense...and to those who tried to blend Christianity and islam into the kumbaya, touchy-feely abomination known as Chislam...I say wake-up...for God's sake please wake-up for we CANNOT coexist in peace with people commanded by their (un)holy book to kill us all. Coexist is NOTHING but taqiyya in action, and if we as Americans dare to fall for that then indeed all will be lost.

So seal the borders to all muslim immigration and seal them now before our beloved America becomes just like Europe but on a larger scale.

Rest in Peace 'Iron Lady'

Winston Churchill, Golda Meir, Ronald Reagan...most of the great ones of the 20th century are gone, and yesterday we lost another giant amongst leaders as British Prime Minister Baroness Margaret Thatcher, 'The Iron Lady' as she will forever be known, died peacefully after suffering a stroke.

As the first woman to hold the position of Prime Minister (1979-1990), Margaret Thatcher transformed her country and the world with her unyielding anti-Communist, anti-Socialist stance, and with her unabashed embrace of capitalism. Lady Thatcher turned Britain, paralyzed by strikes and impoverished, into a proud, rich, powerful, world-beacon of a country.

Margaret Thatcher came to be known as the peacetime Churchill...tenacious, implacable, and with a sometimes terrifying steely resolve. As Prime Minister she brought both positive and negative changes (the poll tax) to the British economy and political landscape. A larger than life political figure of conservative consequence who lauded over the leftist political bloviators of her day, Margaret Thatcher was the epitome of strength, dignity, courage, and leadership as was evidenced by her standing strong in her belief in a robust free market system of government while most of Europe was leaning towards socialism.

"The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money," she said...wise words that need to be heeded today.

Margaret Thatcher was a champion of private business ownership, when in 1980, with more people out of work in Britain than at any time since the Great Depression (there was 13% unemployment when she entered office, 5.8% when she left office), she transferred many state owned businesses into the private sector, a move which put people back to work as profits soared. She also broke the power of the labor unions and forced the opposing Labour Party to abandon its ideology of nationalized industry. Margaret Thatcher was in power when Britain fought and won, with Her Majesty's warships, the Falkland Islands War against Argentina in 1982. 

"We have raised Britain in the respect of the world from what it was -- broke, bankrupt, unwilling to defend itself properly," Lady Thatcher said in 1987. "We have, I think, transformed Britain."

Yes, madame Prime Minister you sure did, and together with our beloved Ronald Reagan, as one voice united in everlasting friendship, they helped transform the world by bringing the mighty Soviet Union to its knees as they ushered in the fall of communism, warmed up the Cold War, and reunited Germany with the tearing down of the Berlin Wall. 

In fact, Margaret Thatcher's positive rapport with the Mikhail Gorbachev (“I like Mr. Gorbachev...We can do business together”), and her deep friendship with Ronald Reagan made her a critical link between the White House and the Kremlin in their negotiations to halt the arms race of the 1980s.

Thatcher and Reagan...allies on the deepest level (ideology soul mates they have been called), Lady Thatcher NEVER wavered in her support of Reagan or with his world view. A strident and adamant defender of the United States, Lady Thatcher was considered Britain's Ronald Reagan. In fact Reagan called her the "best man in England" and she called him "the second most important man in my life.”

After stepping down as Prime Minister in 1990, Lady Thatcher remained steadfast in expressing her opinions, and in her defense of the United States. She advocating Western intervention to stop the ethnic bloodshed in the Balkans in the early 1990s, and after the September 11th terrorist attacks, believing that terrorism demanded a united response, she endorsed President George W. Bush’s policy of sanctioning pre-emptive strikes against governments that sponsored terrorism. She also outwardly and vocally supported the war to overthrow the Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein.

Margaret Thatcher broke many barriers and was admired and respected for her brilliance, charisma, and political savvy. This wondrous woman knew how to lead...NO dithering, NO faltering, and NO vacillating. She was one of the last politicians you could look at and know exactly what she stood for.

A great leader, most assuredly...an important one, undoubtedly...a determined one, without question.

“My task will not be completed until the Labour Party has become like the Conservative Party, a party of capitalism.”

Hopefully, Lady Thatcher's wish will someday become reality, but until then may she and Reagan's words and visions help guide us back to both our country's shared conservative roots.

Rest in peace 'Iron Lady' knowing you made a difference NOT only to Britain but to the world.
