The Ugliness That Is Political Correctness

Over the years, both together and separately, we have written in our respective blogs and spoken about on our RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS radio show the insanity of "political correctness." In fact, the very term "political correctness" is itself quite telling

To examine the abject insanity of it, the term must be separated into its two parts, and perhaps the best way to go about that is to examine it back to front starting with the word “correctness,” which basically has three definitions. First, “correctness” is “the quality or state of being free from error; accuracy,” and there's nothing wrong in that definition. Second, “the quality of being right in an opinion or judgment” is the second definition of “correctness,” and again, that's perfectly acceptable as a definition. But the third definition, “conformity to accepted social standards,” shows just where the definition of “correctness” goes to “hell in a handbag.”

Then there's the word “political,” the front part of the phrase with said word having two distinct definitions. The first definition states, “in a way that relates to the government or public affairs of a country,”  which seems pretty straight forward and right to the point. The second definition is also straight forward and quite accurate, as in “interested in or active in politics.” But once again it's in the third definition where we see the real issue, and that is “motivated or caused by a person's beliefs or actions concerning politics.”

So now when you put the definitions together in the proper context of the term "political correctness," you have something solely motivated by an individual’s beliefs based upon their choice of a political party...a political party that conforms to their accepted social standards. In other words, "political correctness" has nothing whatsoever to do with governmental affairs nor with our being free from error or accuracy. Instead it's all about how the members of a single political party “feel” based upon "collective conformity" to their party’s accepted social standards.

To be sure, "political correctness" is owned by Democrats and liberals, and over the past decade both have weaponized the phrase. And while it's easy to refer to political correctness as folly, be assured that it's far worse than that for "political correctness" is, in fact, outright dangerous due to its nature of omissions.

And why do omissions render the concept of "political correctness" dangerous...simply because the omission of facts can and does lead to tragedy via the fact that being correct politically takes being truthfully correct morally out of the equation completely. And besides, being politically correct publicly in one's speech or even in one's writings does not mean one is politically correct in one's private thoughts let alone actions. Words themselves can surely be held in check in public to some degree simply out of fear of being called to task and publicly shamed, but one's personal innermost thoughts, feelings, and believed truths cannot and must not be suppressed. In fact, and something we are more than privy to today is the reality that by suppressing the truth...the long-standing calling card of the left...has actually allowed "political correctness" to become the festering catalyst not only for action but for the expansion of hate.

Remember, it's not part of what's called “human nature” to randomly change one's opinion simply because a politician mandates it to be so nor is it in “human nature” to blindly accept something as fact when there's no evidence of proof, thus rendering "political correctness" simply the tangible equivalent of religious blind faith. And religious hatred itself has so dominated the tome of "political correctness" that misguided religious fervor has become the devil itself in the eyes of the left.

How so...both Christianity and Judaism are but a political albatross that must be cast aside while islam...a political system masquerading as a religion...has now been taken under the Democrat's politically correct protective wing as being something one must never criticize nor mock. And while violent attacks on Christians and Jews are steadily increasing with but cursory reporting on at best, the facts surrounding who perpetrated said attacks are hushed up if said attackers are black or muslim. And why...because to say anything against blacks and especially muslims, even if it's just a means by which to identify the attacker, is now considered to be a “hate crime,” with the fallout being that the victim is turned into the instigator of their own attack just for being of the lefts deemed politically incorrect faith.

And while "political correctness" protects a selectively chosen few, it leaves the rest of us to be thrown under the politically incorrect proverbial bus. Remember, one cannot vocally, in print, or on certain social media sites criticize muslims nor can the words “muzzrat, muzzie, muz, islamic jihadi” or any other such name be used when referencing those wanting to kill or convert us all. And while one dare not say let alone think of the n-word in regards to calling someone within a certain segment of the black population a “nigger”...a word routinely used within the black ghetto and rap culture when describing themselves... it's perfectly acceptable for both muslims and said segments of the black population to use, even on supposedly politically correct social media sites, words like “whitey, spic, kike, Bible thumper,” etc. with no fear of banishment, shaming, having their post removed, or even being called to task.

And why...because the “PC police” have deemed them to be on the correct side of the political aisle. And while the old adage that “sticks and stones might break my bones but words will never hurt me” is but a remembrance of days long past, we now are bearing witness to the fact that it's the very politically incorrect deemed words themselves that have become not only the antithesis of common sense and decency, but an excuse for those with overly sensitive feelings to help initiate an action of the very worst kind...the action called censorship..."political correctness" to the nth degree.

Sadly, we can no longer argue let alone disagree with each other and then shake hands and peacefully walk away, for today it seems that if even one individual reports that they're offended by the words of another the “PC powers that be” will shutdown the voice of the perceived offender by claiming it's a personal attack on another not understanding that there will always be differences of opinions between individuals. Remember, freedom of speech...the freedom to say what we chose to say...is a vital part of America's remaining a constitutional republic. And with politicians together with self-perceived do-gooders dictating what words “We the People” can or cannot say no matter the context in which they were said or to whom they were directed to...what was once but a simple act of disagreement has now been politically manipulated and blown out of proportion into being an overt act of racism.

Take for example the most politically incorrect of all politically incorrect deemed words...the powerful, emotionally driven word “nigger”...the “n-word” if you will. What was once just the Latin word for black, a word translation never meant to be derogatory per se, has over the years morphed into just that through no fault of its own. And with today's rap artists throwing said “n-word” into “whitey's” face as often as they can, they not only continue to resurrect the ghosts of hate but don't allow that hate to be put to rest. But the fact remains that “nigger” is but a simple six-letter word whose power to inflame emotions was long ago decided by politics, economics, and the slave trade itself into meaning the supremacy and favoritism of light skinned black individuals over the inferior deemed, even by some their own people, dark skinned individuals...simply the slave master ruling over the slave.

And while today the word “nigger” is used by blacks mostly in a show of solidarity with their ancestors past, and by whites in what blacks consider to be both an unacceptable cultural appropriation as well as being insulting and/or contemptuous, that does not mean the word should be banned from modern day vernacular for to do so is censorship at its worst. Removing words some don't like...removing words some find offensive...does not now nor will it ever change a word's history or original meaning nor does it eliminate the deeply-set smoldering emotions of both the word itself and the act of its removal.

And "racism" has now become the catch-all “no-no” word of the day, even though most banned words have nothing at all to do with someones race. Banned now, especially from social media sites, are the a fore mentioned words “muzzie, muz, and islamic jihadi” but with a caveat, for like with blacks being able to use the word “nigger” with no fear of reprisal, muslims themselves can use most any vulgarity of their choosing when describing we infidels... when describing we Christians and Jews...again with no fear of reprisal. In fact, anything negative or what we infidels consider to be truthful about muslims or islam cannot be said for how dare we offend those who relish in not only cutting off people's heads but seeing pictures of such spread far and wide on major social media sites.

A politically correct censorship double-standard based solely upon one's political leaning and especially ones religious followings. Another case in point...according to the left we must be not only politically correct but be inclusive of people of all faiths so we must say “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”...with the real reason for the season be damned.

And it's not only words themselves that are being labeled as either politically correct or politically incorrect but inanimate objects as well are being categorized as such by the politically motivated PC police. Now being deemed not only “culturally insensitive” but hateful and thus are being removed from public perusal, are Confederate statues and flags simply out of fear that they might not only stir up long gone hatreds, but that such inanimate objects might offend the modern-day sensibilities of those who never bore the pain of the slave masters whip.

Trying to change America's history does not and will not change America's past no matter how long one kicks and screams or has their hand out for “reparations” for acts they were not part nor party too. And such acts reek not only of trying to be politically correct, but truly reeks of "political correctness" running amok. And that alone is a dangerous thing in its own right for words and artifacts... whether they're in good or bad taste...whether they're culturally right or wrong...tell not only a country's and its people's history at a given point in time, but speak of the mindset and the reality of said times in which they lived. And nothing conveys that reality better than the words put to paper before the advent of television, movies, and such, for a country's classic literature is a time machine to that country's past.

However, today in the name of "political correctness" even the words of classic American literature are being changed to meet modern day standards of what's now deemed to be politically correct.

While "political correctness" is out of control, as a matter of social commentary, it is not at all relegated to new ideas, or to current discourse. Today’s political correctness has also invaded our past, and the discourse of history.

From a literary standpoint, we have the time honored writings of great authors like Harper Lee and Mark Twain just to name a couple. Lee’s “To Kill a Mockingbird” is a true classic, as is Twain’s “Huckleberry Finn,” but both have come under assault by "political correctness." In the case of Lee’s classic, it is now deemed politically incorrect to have a black character accused of a sex crime, and due to that supposed stereotype libraries have been encouraged to pull the book from their shelves.

In the case of Twain’s classic, we find the character of "Nigger Jim," and that too has become a target of the politically correct. “Huck Fin” has been removed from libraries, and schools because some people claim it to be offensive.

In both cases, the stories actually go toward erasing racist stereotypes. In both cases the characters in question are shown to be good, decent people who rise above the bigotry, and those who assist them along the way who ignore the preconceived notions of the day, are the true heroes. None of that matters to the terminally politically correct. All they care about is pretending to be offended by something which is, in no way, offensive.

The language used in both literary works and the social standards reflect the words and social discourse of the times in which they were written. Both are matters of history, and in their time both were considered somewhat radical as both works took a stand for minority rights even against the mainstream way of thinking. Both those great works should be held aloft by the politically correct as examples of good and showcases of morality. But both contain the word “nigger” and are therefore the targets of idiots.

Art has always imitated life and has always been a reflection of the times from which it was created. Pop culture is nothing new but because of our access to it, it has become ground zero for the scorn of "political correctness." Today, we see old movies and television shows being remade, but updated to reflect the politically correct standards. While nothing was wrong with the original versions, they lack today’s politically correct forced diversity, and therefore we see updated versions of time honored classics like “The Wizard of Oz” remade into “The Wiz” featuring an all-black cast, or “Cinderella” remade into a racially diverse shadow of its former self.

“About Last Night,” “Death at a Funeral,” and “Annie” are but a small handful of other movies that received the politically correct reboot treatment, and to be perfectly honest, the politically correct, racially diverse versions paled in comparison to the originals because they were obviously and transparently contrived knock-offs serving only to make Hollywood feel good about itself.

That really is what political correctness is all about, feeling good about one’s self for dancing around reality and feeling morally superior about chastising others for not playing "make believe."

Politically correct standards do not allow us to keep score in playground games lest we offend the losers. Those standards have also resulted in a grading curve in our public schools that eliminates failing grades lest students feel offended by their inability to keep their grades up. Schools, public or otherwise, should be about education not about perceived fragile feelings, but in today’s politically correct curriculum the purpose of our system of education has been turned upside down.

“Common Core” has replaced actual education and has become the public school version of “Affirmative Action” as "political correctness" has replaced high standards in the classroom with a substandard acceptance of abject ignorance. “Common Core” came about because kids in inner cities were struggling with test scores, and rather than raise the bar by finding a way to turn out highly educated young students, political correctness dictated that those who excelled in the classroom be “dumbed down” so that fragile feelings wouldn’t be bruised. Black kids in urban areas were testing lower than white kids in the suburbs or rural areas, and political correctness demands equality at the lowest common denominator not at the highest rung on the ladder.

Congratulations to the politically correct, as 2+2 can now equal whatever the dumbest kid in the room wants it to equal, and that kid gets to pass on to the next grade with those who know the answer is 4.

And while there will always be those smart enough to achieve success in the real world, those stupid bastards who have been coddled throughout their early lives are in for a very rude awakening when real life sets in, and that is where political correctness goes from being an annoying exercise in tip-toeing around the truth to being dangerous with potentially deadly consequences.

Take a young adult who has been reared in the politically correct fog of delusion, who has never failed an exam or a class, never lost a baseball game, and has always been told that they are right, smart, special and successful when they aren’t any of those things, and then set them loose in the real world. What have you got then? Sociopaths, psychopaths, and ticking time bombs to whom the rest of the world is hurting their feelings.

"Political correctness" has seen to it that such people have no basis in reality, and no reason to strive for economic success or social acceptance. They have been led to believe that they are entitled to the same status as those who actually prepared themselves for real life, but they were never told that "political correctness" was all just pretend nonsense.

Nikolas Cruz, Adam Lanza, Jared Loughner, and James Holms are but a few classic examples of the deadly danger of political correctness. People in such cases knew that the perpetrators of their crimes were way off center. People knew of the problems they had, their sociopathic tendencies, that they weren’t smart but were potentially dangerous, but because of political correctness, nobody said or did anything about it. They wanted to spare the future mass shooter’s feelings.

How many times have we heard that such people “fell through the cracks?”

Well, there’s a big part of the politically correct problem right there. Those people and so many others just like them didn’t fall through the cracks at all, but "political correctness" doesn’t allow itself to be scrutinized or challenged. “Falling through the cracks” is the politically correct term for how the very system that thrust those people into the general population by mainstreaming and coddling them is an abject failure.

So, how do the politically correct deal with the Cruz’s, Lanza’s, Loughner’s and Holms’ that they themselves created? They don’t blame them, do they? No, they blame the guns they used, and they blame the rest of society that had nothing to do with it. In fact, the proper politically correct way to deal with their dangerous spawn is to print up and distribute more “Gun Free Zone” signs, and then they try to apply to the intelligent, highly functioning members of society the same standards they used to create the sociopathic, low functioning dregs of society.

The politically correct clamor for laws that will punish the law abiding by taking away their rights so that the criminal element of their own design won’t do it again. To the politically correct it’s never the fault of the sociopath with the gun, it's always, somehow, the fault of the law abiding righteous in society who have risen above the make believe nonsense and don’t go on killing sprees.

And that brings us back to where we started, to both the root cause of the problem and the politics of "political correctness." And really what is "political correctness" but a blanket term used to describe and then inhibit language, policies, and/or measures in an effort to avoid offending the disadvantaged members of certain groups of society. And to that we add "political correctness" is nothing but the catering to the whims of minorities in the hopes of garnering their vote. Also, "political correctness" is also a way to mold language and behavior to meet and check off the items on a given political party's agenda.

And "political correctness" cannot exist without a modicum of narcissism being involved for if anything "political correctness" is not about the whole but about the one...one accepted way of thinking, one accepted way of acting and speaking. And dare we not forget the hypocrisy that is part and parcel of the PC crowd for without its roots in hypocrisy "political correctness" simply could not exist.

What's good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander as per the left side of the PC political aisle.

Remember, "political correctness," if we look at it without the filter of absurdity, is societal suicide for those who adhere to it, and yet it's societal homicide if it’s being forced down our collective throats. And forced down our throats it is no matter that while the Constitution itself does guarantee us freedom of expression it does not guarantee anyone protection from being offended.

And lastly, the ugliness that is "political correctness" is also rooted in historical tenets for without some semblance of history "political correctness" would be seen for the abject failure that it is for if "political correctness" actually succeeded in doing what it was designed to do, we Right Side Patriots would not be forced to write about the absurdity that is the hallmark of "political correctness." Case closed.

Charges Dropped and A Hoaxster Walks...Maybe

And all I can say is liar, liar, pants on fire...anyway...

Normally I do not write about so-called celebrities...narcissistic sorts who for the most part gather around the uber-left side of the political aisle. Their left leaning bloviations mean absolutely nothing to me, and anyway those most vocal cannot really act, sing, or whatever it is that they do yet they are venerated and hailed as heroes by way too many folks. But in the case of 'Empire' actor Jussie Smollett I feel I must say something...either that or throw this computer at the TV.

Jussie Smollett has now become the media distraction of the day...the week...and probably will be even way longer than that. And while he is being used by the 24/7 news cycle to help take our focus away from witnessing the Democrats in total meltdown mode over their failed coup attempt to remove our duly elected president from office, there is an underlying reason why we should not just idly sit by and ignore this story, for Jussie Smollett...and so many others like him...represent all that is wrong with American jurisprudence today. 
 
And that wrong is all tied up in a neat little package called “black privilege.” And it seems that an ever-increasing segment of black Americans today think they are above the rule of law, thinking it as a form of reparations owed them for their ancestors being slaves in centuries past.

Yes...you heard me right...“black privilege”...where the darker color of one's skin allows a criminal to walk free. “White privilege” does not exist contrary to what liberals and other assorted 'gimme-gimme...you owe me' sorts say, for in today's legal world having white skin seems more times than not to translate into you're automatically being guilty of whatever crime against a black you're being charged with. And in turn that means if one is of a darker skin color they receive a “get out of jail” free card, especially when one has a former first lady...I relish in now saying “former”...pulling strings for you behind the scenes.

Such is the case with Jussie Smollett, a grade B actor at best...a truly no talent sort striving for his 15 minutes of fame via a concocted story of racism, homophobia, and physical assault all rolled up into a politically based hate-crime hoax...Trump Derangement Syndrome acted out to the nth degree...or so bad actor Smollett wanted the gullible amongst us to believe.

By now we all know the story of how back on January 29th, one Jussie Smollett, a gay black actor, told Chicago police that he was physically attacked at 2am by two men in the Streeterville section of downtown Chicago while he was walking home after leaving a Subway restaurant. Claiming his assailants not only spewed vile racial and homophobic slurs, wrapped a rope around his neck, and poured what he said was an “unknown substance” (it was actually bleach) on him, Smollett also claimed that they were wearing Trump red caps, ski masks, and yelling that he was in MAGA country. And that alone...never mind the video of the two men (two brothers) purchasing these items the day before the supposed attack occurred...should have been the first tip-off that Smollett's story was nothing but fabricated nonsense for if anyone thinks Chicago is MAGA country they are as stupid as Smollett is.

However, within a few short weeks Smollett rightfully went from victim to suspect after the police interviewed over 100 witnesses and tracked down the supposed assailants after going through numerous area surveillance cameras.

Identified as Nigerian brothers Abimbola 'Abel' and Olabinjo 'Ola' Osundairo (one of whom had worked on the 'Empire' show), they willingly told police that they agreed to help Smollett carry out his “hoax” because of both their friendship with him and that he was helping their careers. Also telling how the three of them rehearsed the incident in the days leading up to the actual staging, the brothers spoke of being paid $3,500 by the actor to “beat him up” to make it look like a hate crime...with the promise of $500 more after they laid low in Nigeria for two weeks. And their proof was that Smollett actually paid them by check...a traceable check.

A Hollywood farce of the stupid and the absurd could not have been better written.

So with the two brothers now facing no charges, Jussie Smollett instead saw himself facing 16 felony charges ranging from mail fraud (Smollett had mailed himself a hate letter postmarked four days before the incident), to class 4 disorderly conduct, to filing a false police claim. And so the grade B actor who thought both sympathy and publicity would garner him a huge pay raise (Smollett believed he was not being paid enough) instead now saw himself being fired from the very TV show he costarred in.

I guess even Hollywood can only take so much bad press.

And it truly was an open and shut case, that is until the prosecutor, in an unannounced court hearing, suddenly decided not just to drop all 16 charges against Smollett but to also “wipe” his record clean even though no statement of innocence was issued nor any exoneration given. This led Chicago's Mayor Rahm Emanuel to hold his first press conference concerning the event where he stated in no uncertain terms that Jussie Smollett had callously used his city's hate crime laws for his own "self-promotion." Adding that this is "a whitewash of justice," Emanuel was particularly furious at the state attorney's office for not informing him ahead of time that they would be dropping all charges.

And Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson, whose department learned about the dropped charges only when the news was made public, is beyond angry because he knew the Jussie Smollett case was an open and shut case...a stunt that cost the city $130,000 in investigative fees...a stunt that just a few weeks earlier had him demanding that Smollett apologize and pay the city back for the time the Chicago PD spent investigating what all along was a hoax.

Forfeiting his $10,000 bond...which like I stated above doesn't even touch the amount of money the city spent on their investigation...Smollett's big punishment is to serve just two days of community service. A miscarriage of justice if there ever was one...a miscarriage of justice partially but most likely unknowingly, summed up in Rahm Emanuel's own words... “a whitewash of justice.” And why do I say “partially summed up”...because what the Jussie Smollett case is, is a “blackwash of justice”..."black privilege" personified...especially since Rahm Emanuel has now totally changed his tune, possibly being ordered to do so by whom I believe is the biggest racist of them all...Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself.

Now referring to Chicago as a "Trump-free zone," Rahm Emanuel true to his liberal left leanings suddenly did a complete 180 and blamed the president for creating a "toxic" and "hate-filled" environment that allowed Smollett to think he could get away with faking a hate crime. “My recommendation is the president go to Opening Day baseball, sit on the sidelines and stay out of this," Emanuel said, adding that, “This is a president who drew a moral equivalency between people who are trying to perpetuate bigotry and those who are trying to fight bigotry, " thus proving that racism is alive and well in today's America but it's not white hatred of blacks...what with most of today's white population having distanced themselves from the racial hatred Obama instigated and the race war he tried to start...but it's black hatred coupled with their general resentment of white people that does not seem to be on the downturn, at least not on the surface.

And really, why would it be when groups like Black Lives Matter, the New Black Panthers, and even the Congressional Black Caucus, keep stirring the pot to help keep racism alive. And by still portraying himself as the victim...no matter that state charges were dropped... Smollett remains able to rally the discontented and the bleeding hearts behind him while on the road, on twitter, and on any media venue that will give him air or print time...as he claims to still be a victim of “white man's justice” that is.

But Jussie Smollett is a fool if he thinks he's home scot-free. Forgetting that while Chicago might have cowered and acquiesced out of fear of riots breaking out if he, a black man, was convicted as charged, Chicago has no say if the feds choose to get involved...which they will. In fact, President Trump tweeted that both the F.B.I. and the D.O.J. will be looking into not only the actual case itself but into the hows and whys the state charges were dropped, including who might or might not have been involved...hear that Michelle. 

Also, the Fraternal Order of Police have called for a federal investigation into Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx's handling of the Smollett case...a case she claims she had no part in the dismissal of but never actually recused herself from. And why...because the incident happening in January and by late March it's over without even a trial...over without even what's known as “deferred prosecution”...a case now seeing all charges being dropped...dropped and yet no one knows why or who actually ordered that decision. And to happen in such a fast-tracked manner...when cases of this sort usually take over a year to settle...know that the order to do so most certainly had to come from “higher up.” 

 

Again, Barack HUSSEIN Obama anyone.

And Kim Foxx, who just this past Friday saw the Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association calling her handling of the Smollett case "dishonest and unethical," still is publicly defending said final decision by saying her office often handles other cases involving those with “nonviolent backgrounds” in a “similar manner”...something many Chicago attorneys claim is simply not true...which leads one to believe that something stinks in the Windy City and it ain't just on the Cook County level.

So as the fallout from the dropped charges decision itself starts to settle, Cook County best be prepared for their criminal defense attorneys to start lining up at their white clients requests to receive the same treatment in the same timely manner that Jussie Smollett received. And if they don't get such treatment based upon their white skin color, Chicago could see itself embroiled in escalating cries of racism on a scale not seen before...proving that right now justice in America is not color blind as it should be, but now is indeed dark and dank.

Bottom line...Jussie Smollett paid for a hate crime to be committed upon his person...a hoax that cost the city of Chicago $130,000 to investigate...to investigate a case I believe was racially predetermined to having the charges dropped right from the get-go. And why do I believe this... because the key players are all black, the key players are all liberal Democrats, the supposed victim himself is a personal friend of the Obama's, and both separately and together they all show great disdain for President Trump and wish he could somehow be removed from office. And what better way to aid in doing just that than claim that Trump's MAGA slogan not only is racist in and of itself, but that it's being used to justify physical attacks on blacks.

And so we have yet another Democrat orchestrated ploy to further divide us along racial lines, after all the Democrats need something...they need anything...to try and stop the 2020 Trump juggernaut. And by re-stirring the ever simmering pot of racism...by continuing to portray blacks as victims of self-perceived white injustice...coupled with the fact that most, but not all, blacks are Democrats...might be the only option the Democrats have left for getting out the black vote.

“Outrageous and an embarrassment to our nation,” President Trump rightfully stated after hearing that all charges against Jussie Smollet had been dropped. But what I say is even more outrageous is what remains under all this mess...as in 13 percent of our overall population thinks that they can still hold the rest of us hostage simply because of the dark color of their skin... the old "white guilt" ploy used over and over again. And while I hope the feds throw the book at Jussie Smollett, I'm not holding my breath that they will for the “race card” has been successfully played yet again and most are too blind to see it.

He Had No Business Being There

“We are not as divided as we seem because I know America.” 
- Barack HUSSEIN Obama at Tuesday’s Memorial Service for the five slain Dallas police officers

And so said the man who has done more to perpetrate a racial divide in our country than any president in decades before him…and all I can say is "he had no business being there."

Former President George W. Bush had every right to be there. Texas Senator Ted Cruz had every right to be there. Even Vice President Joe Biden, whose son wore the uniform of our country, had a right to be there. But Barack HUSSEIN Obama did not.

Nor did his disrespectful wife Michelle, complete with her bare arms at what was supposed to be a solemn Memorial Service. And so the man, who we know is really a muslim, quoted scripture…something he does not do well…and again "he had no business being there" nor did an imam as none of those officers killed was a muslim, and especially with it being that the killer indeed was a muslim convert.

And so in a teleprompted script obviously written for him and not really convincingly yet oh so theatrically given…a speech some will laud but I will not…Barack HUSSEIN Obama, as expected, brought into his what should have solely been words of comfort for a grieving nation, words he instead peppered with alludings to the past…alludings spoken to deliberately keep the fires of racial unrest going as he spoke of slavery, subjugation, and Jim Crow…all the very mention of which sets off those who relish in behaving badly.

And "the man who had no business being there" also alluded to his gun control agenda as in his ridiculous assertion that “it’s easier for a poor kid in a struggling neighborhood to get a Glock than a book”…shameful at a Memorial Service to say the least. And he did so while at the same time trying to temper down the agenda of the very hate group…Black Lives Matter…who is at the bottom of most if not all of the recent attacks against those who have sworn to ‘serve and protect.’

Saying those very three words that should never have been said on this most solemn of days and for obvious reasons, Obama consciously chose to rub salt into the wounds of the families of the officers killed…families who rightfully did not clap as some others did...when he spoke glowingly about Black Lives Matter and their (anything but) peaceful protests and when he spoke of the killings in Minnesota and Louisiana…something that should never have been mentioned at a service in Dallas that was to honor five police officers gunned down in cold blood…a service never meant to honor persons behaving badly.

Nor at this service for five fallen heroes should Obama have spoken the words that people “cannot dismiss protesters and those questioning law enforcement tactics” for words like that at the time they were spoken not only dishonor those now gone but once again show where Obama’s true allegiances lie…and it is so not with our police no matter some of his flowery oratory to the contrary.

And so the man who mentioned himself 45 times during his speech…in fact he did so twice before he even mentioned the slain officer’s names…had no business standing in front of the seats that held but folded flags in honor of those five officers killed…Michael Smith, Lorne Ahrens, Michael Krol, Brent Thompson and Patrick Zamarripa…five officers who now were relegated to second place by the man who "had no business being there."

Continuing on with his wanting America to change…it’s always about change and not for the better…Obama was quick to place blame for the officer’s deaths solely upon racism in America…most especially his self-perceived law enforcement racism against blacks…daring not to mention that the killer of the five white police officers had skin the same color as his.

And yet he spoke of what he called “righteous anger” but he never really said who specifically we should be angry at. And so I will tell you at whom our collective “righteous anger” should be directed…and by collective I mean Americans of all color whether they be white, black, brown, red or yellow…as ’We the People’ not only should be angry at Barack HUSSEIN Obama himself but we must be angry that at the bottom of all the hate and divisiveness that emanates from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is the fact that this one man has turned the ‘People’s House’ into anything but our house now.

And truly "he had no business being there."

This was not, as I see it, a Memorial Service but a political rally complete with Obama and Michelle hugging and holding hands with those on the stage…props used only to make it seem like they cared…for these were people they would never go near if not for the cameras watching. And what an insult to Dallas Mayor Mike Rawling’s opening remarks…remarks that brought the crowd to their feet…when he expressed his awe of his city law enforcement officers, and when he said, “We will weep, we will not whine. We have too many bridges to build that we will cross together.”

Words I hope can be turned into reality but words I fear are just the mayor’s wishful thinking at best.

And I do truly wonder why did Dallas Police Chief David Brown felt the need to spend most of his time quoting the words of singer Stevie Wonder instead of speaking his own words…words from his own heart…about his fellow officers murdered by a young angry black muslim man.

No, this Memorial Service was political in nature, even having the feeling of a political rally, and I believe it did a terrible disservice to the memory of the five officers lost, especially when the man who had no business being there spoke of “the very real fear and pain among black Americans who have felt targeted or mistreated by officers”…never once mentioning the fear police officers face when confronted by angry black mobs…and how “we” (meaning white America) need to “open our hearts” (meaning we are the bad guys) on the subject of race.

And yet there were some memorable moments by others…moments when the true character of the man stood out, and I am speaking about former President George W. Bush whose words were the words of a leader comforting a nation still in shock...comforting a nation still grieving. "Too often we judge other groups by their worst examples, while judging ourselves by our best intentions," he said. "This has strained our bonds of understanding and common purpose...We want the unity of hope, affection and higher purpose.”

Yes we do want unity but true and lasting unity cannot happen when hate and disunity are this president’s rules of the day. And how can said unity be accomplished when this very same president, who in a political move that even a blind man could see, brought one of his most outspoken critics, Texas Senator Ted Cruz, with him to Dallas aboard Air Force One. Rubbing it into Cruz that this is the closest he will ever get to riding the Presidential jet seems more like it, especially on this particularly sad day.

And even with Barack HUSSEIN Obama labeling the murders a ‘hate crime’…a crime he said was “motivated by bias”…how can unity be achieved when he refused to say what these killings truly were…as in an act of domestic terrorism committed by a homegrown convert to islam…a convert to islam who also happened to have the same color skin that he has.

Being color blind is one thing…being blinded to color is quite another.

And now with Obama scheduled to soon meet with both civil rights leaders and law enforcement officials on what he refers to as “the broader issues” regarding race and law enforcement…issues he claims have fueled demonstrations nationwide…you just know that all his Dallas ‘for the camera’ kumbaya moments will be replaced by his ongoing support of Black Lives Matter’s rhetoric and actions against the police.

Remember, you can take the hate out of words but actions will always speak louder than words said.

And with that I say “he truly had no business being there.”

Revenge Replaces Justice in a Small Midwest Town

A few short weeks ago an Orthodox Jewish rabbi was brutally murdered on his way to synagogue in North Miami. A good man died...a man of the cloth...and nary but a few words were reported on this crime because there was NO rioting in the aftermath...NO call to violence...NO call for revenge. He was laid to rest peacefully and his story has faded from the public eye even though his death was indeed a hate crime as a swastika and the word 'Hamas' was found painted on the synagogue's walls that he was walking to.

This week a thug in Ferguson, Missouri was gunned down by the police after committing a strong-armed robbery of a convenience store where he struck the cashier in the neck pushing him hard against the counter. Only 18 years old...and even his parents said he was NO angel...yet the media went into full damage control and is portraying him as such. References to the Trayvon Martin case abound amid cries of racism and revenge, and this city's black population sees once-improving race relations purposely being setback yet again.

Two men died yet only one death has been a call to arms, to riot, to loot, and to steal. Only one death has been made into a national news story about racism where NO racism appears at this moment to have been involved, yet the media and the race-baiting political whores have twisted it, trying to make it so. And of course our hater-in-chief...Barack HUSSEIN Obama...put his two-cents into this affair just as he did in the Trayvon Martin case...simply because a young black man was killed by a white man.
 
"If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin," Obama said as he fueled the embers of hate in the small town of Sanford, Florida a few summers ago. And those words and others he said still smolder at times. And now with the death of Michael Brown he again butts in NOT knowing the facts surrounding the case. Saying with a look of pre-judgment on his face that, “Of course, it’s important to remember how this started...we lost a young man in heartbreaking and tragic circumstances...he was 18 years old, and his family will never hold Michael in their arms again,” I say, "NO Mr. Obama...a thug who made a conscious decision to steal...to rob...paid the ultimate price for his actions." And NO matter how the media tries to turn this shooting into a white man killed a poor black boy scenario, this shooting was NOT a black thing or a white thing but a decision made by a police officer who whether rightly or wrongly was in fear for his life.

And that officer's decision needs to be judged in a court of his peers NOT in the court of public opinion...especially NOT in a court where the media portrays every black man as the innocent victim and every white man as the guilty party. And sometimes to make matters worse the media doesn't report black on white crime at all.

Now don't get me wrong it is indeed sad when any young person is killed, but this anything but a child was heading down the wrong path in life. Posing for selfies and then posting them on the internet for all to see...these photos showed a young man making gang signs, drinking, and in one supposedly showing off an illegally gotten gun. So NO...this is NOT the action of someone the media needs to be making a victim of. His choices in life were anything but noble, and it's way past time to end the violence being done in his name...being fueled on by statements made by a race-baiting president who has already set race relations back 50 years or more.

Ferguson, Missouri is hurting as it's being engulfed in the fires of hate and revenge as predominately black-owned businesses are being looted and destroyed in this thug's name. And the other race-baiters of name are egging this type of behavior on. The likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton descended with their entourages on this town before the police even had time to name the officer who fired the fatal shot. Stirring up hate these race-baiting whores use their own people to line their pockets, for truth be told stirring up racial hatred is indeed big business bringing in big profits to those who make their living off hate.

And the logic of these race-baiters is in and of itself twisted, for they are encouraging the destruction of their own people's businesses... encouraging the destruction of black-owned businesses. Honest and decent citizens...hard working business owners...are the ones being hurt...as they watch their piece of the American dream being destroyed by divisive men who are using them as their cause de-jour to up their own bank accounts...to get their face on air so they can perpetrate and spread the lie that every and anything bad done to a black man is whitey's fault.

And now into the mix comes the New Black Panthers to stir up NOT just trouble but to encourage revenge at all costs. In fact, the FBI is more than a bit concerned that Panther members have arrived in Ferguson to advocate violence against the police themselves. In the words of NBP leader Chawn Kweli, “This is the hour all the greats promised. If you die, die like a warrior. I’ll see you on the ground.” Vile words of hate, violence, and revenge...vile words that can spread beyond Ferguson bringing what was the riots and aftermath of Watts to the midwest...bringing the lie of perceived racism to an American public that has grown weary of the black victim mentality that blames everyone white for indiscretions done long before anyone alive today was even born.

And with Missouri's governor now being forced to issue a 'state of emergency' along with a curfew to help try and quell the looting and escalating violence being spurred on by America's 'supposed' black leaders...the biggest losers of all are the black people of Ferguson... honorable men and women of color who have taken to the streets in peaceful protest as they exercise their First Amendment right to protest the death of one of their own. These are black people who do NOT condone all the hate, violence, and destruction being done as revenge for a death that is still enmeshed in conflicting reports, yet these are the ones who have become lost in all the media attention being given to those who loot, steal, and hate. And that is so sad for when mob violence...mob mentality...takes over...'innocent until proven guilty' becomes a concept that the likes of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and their ilk, twist and distort to make it seem that justice is for 'whitey' alone...that justice and truth is 'for them NOT for us.'

So as Ferguson's police and town officials try to restore calm and diffuse the still growing unrest, the race-baiters...who are in actuality the very ones who hold black people down...continue to counter their every move. Using Michael Brown's death as a catalyst for hate...using his death as an excuse to loot and to steal...these 'supposed' black leaders will be the only ones to come out as winners of sort, as they line their own pockets on the back of a small midwest town hurting over the death of one of their own...hurting over a young man's death whose circumstances are still NOT yet truly known.
