My Take on Trump's Address to the Joint Session of Congress

“America's momentum is back. Our
spirit is back. Our pride is back. Confidence is back,” so said
President Donald J. Trump at the beginning of his Tuesday night
address before a joint session of Congress...a visibly and
unmistakably divided Congress who actions on the “blue” side
of the aisle mimicked those of a child in the throws of a total
mental meltdown.
And while the Democrats theatrics was
but a call for attention, what I saw that night was President Trump
giving one of his best addresses ever...a true testament, if you
will, to what is America's and Americans exceptionalism. And his
words covered the important issues facing our nation today...from the
border and immigration...to escalating crime rates in “blue”
cities and states...to energy matters...to economics...to foreign
policy...as well as to the long awaited demise of DEI and all the
“woke” nonsense that overtook the political and social
discourse during these past four years that Biden was in office.
Thanks to Trump's words and actions, simple “common sense”
will again become the rule of the day replacing the nonsensical,
anti-science, anti-medical, and anti-American indoctrination that is
the hallmark of today's Democrat party.
Delivered in a direct, no nonsense
manner, President Trump showed the world that he is the right man to
be the “leader of the free world,” especially in these
most contentious of times. A man whose true love of country and “We
the People” shown through with his every word spoken...words which were
countered by the Democrats courtesy of their total disdain for even
the most basic of what is deemed to be American values...values which
include honoring those lost and championing those who beat seemingly
insurmountable odds.
Now I can understand Democrats not
standing or applauding Trump's current successes...successes they
fail to understand are not party exclusive but are successes for all
Americans...but in these two cases I cannot abide the Democrats
cold-heartedness or their disrespect shown. And the first case
involves their refusing to stand or applaud to honor not just the
families present but the murdered victims themselves...those murdered
by illegals due to Biden's disastrous immigration policies. And the
second case involves the 13-year old boy who not only beat cancer,
but who wants to be a police officer now that he has a chance to grow
up. To not applaud this child, his cancer battle won, or his dreams
is depravity of the very worst kind.
Simply, it was President Trump who
scored a grand slam home run on Tuesday night while the Democrats
showed their true anti-American nasty selves. And in her party's
official rebuttal it's Trump who gets the last laugh for in Elissa
Slotkin stating the lie that, “In his heart,
Trump doesn’t believe America is an exceptional nation,” she
officially signaled her own broken party's death knell for many
elections to come. Case closed.

seen his children's bodies being returned and identified... asked an IDF spokesman to let the “entire world know” about the “horrific manner” in which Ariel and Kfir met their end. And so
in their and their dear mother Shiri's memory I dedicate the very article I wish I never had to
write.
And
here I begin with the words of Benjamin Netanyahu, who upon hearing
that Hamas did not, at first, return the body of Shiri Bibas as per
the ceasefire agreement, and that they had also savagely murdered
Shiri and Yarden's two young sons, lead him to state, “As
the prime minister of Israel, I vow that I will not rest until the
savages who executed our hostages are brought to justice. They do not
deserve to walk the earth. Nothing will stop me. Nothing.” And
to thatI

The
Article I Wish I Never Had to Write

I write this article to
honor the wishes of Yarden Bibas, the husband of Shiri Bibas and the
father of Ariel and Kfir Bibas, the two young children who were
savagely murdered while in captivity at the hands of Hamas. And even
through his grief Yarden Bibas...after having
seen his children's bodies being returned and identified... asked an IDF spokesman to let the “entire world know” about the “horrific manner” in which Ariel and Kfir met their end. And so
in their and their dear mother Shiri's memory I dedicate the very article I wish I never had to
write.
And
here I begin with the words of Benjamin Netanyahu, who upon hearing
that Hamas did not, at first, return the body of Shiri Bibas as per
the ceasefire agreement, and that they had also savagely murdered
Shiri and Yarden's two young sons, lead him to state, “As
the prime minister of Israel, I vow that I will not rest until the
savages who executed our hostages are brought to justice. They do not
deserve to walk the earth. Nothing will stop me. Nothing.” And
to thatI
say no
truer words spoken for the sooner Hamas and all who support them are
eliminated, the sooner both some semblance of healing and the working
towards a true and lasting peace can finally begin.
And
also upon hearing his that, “Shiri
Bibas' body was not returned as promised,” adding
to President Trump’s words of just a few weeks ago that, “all
hell will break loose”
if all the hostages aren't released and all bodies aren't returned by
a certain date...special hostage envoy Adam Boehler warned
Hamas that they will face “total
annihilation”
if they do not immediately release all the hostages. And
to Boehler's words I also add my own words that, “not
only should Hamas be annihilated but so too should every Hamas
supporting Palestinian man, woman, and child which might, in this
case, sadly mean all of Gaza residents.”
And why do I say what some will deem to be but hate fueled words of
revenge...because to date as I write this article, I have not heard
even one Gaza resident come forward to condemn Hamas' actions of
October 7th; the horrendous treatment the hostages received while
captives of Hamas; nor the fact that it's Hamas who has broken what
was agreed to in “phase
one” of
the ceasefire agreement. Remember, if one does not condemn, one
condones.
And
while “all
hell breaking lose”
and total “annihilation”
hasnot
yet taken
place, I
do want to believe that in the end “hell”
will be even worse for Hamas than what they possibly could have
imagined. And why so...because the latest atrocities committed by
Hamas against these two innocent children...one but 10-months old...has not
only set the stage, but is the catalyst for, their very own demise. And
know Hamas' demise will likely take place when Hamas least expects it, for their ultimate fate will be sealed at a time, place, and in a manner of Netanyahu's and Israel's choosing
alone.
So
while Hamas...who thinks themselves invincible but who in my mind are
“pieces
of human garbage”...stillloves
to play “dress
up”
and strut around in military fatigues while pointing loaded rifles at
terrified hostages head; these anything but men continue to cover
their own faces out of fear of being identified, outed, and publicly
named. Cowards all...cowards who deliberately, and in “cold
blood,”
murder helpless babies with their own bare hands and thinks that
makes them men. “Denizens
of Hell” is what they really are for there are no words that
can describe those who relish in showing the civilized world the end
result of their inhumane actions...actions that have taken Ernest
Hemingway's words that, “the
smallest coffins are the heaviest coffins of all,” to
an entirely new level.
And these “pieces
of human garbage” murdered
Shiri Bibas and her two beautiful children...children who had barely
lived their lives...one a child who had yet to even take his first
steps...children taken from their home on October 7th, only to be
murdered but a month later by savages after God only knows what pain and suffering was inflicted upon them before their deaths. There are no mere words
that can truly discribe the cruelty that Hamas must have inflicted on then 10-month
old baby Kfir and his four-year old brother Ariel...murdered for no
other reason than they were Jews. “Never Forgive...Never
Forget,” those four hauntingly simple yet powerful words that do, once again, say it all.
And to deliberately add insult and
injury to the Bibas family's pain, and to the pain of 84-year old
hostage Oded Lifschitz family...whose remains were returned on the
sane day as the Bibas children... Hamas not only parading the tiny
coffin of baby Kfir around in a malicious attempt to show the world
that Hamas still deems themselves to the boss in Gaza; Shiri Bibas'
coffin held not her promised remains but those of an unidentified
Palestinian woman instead. And while the coffins were mockingly
paraded through the streets, Palestinians...including
children...applauded and spit on the coffins as they passed by. And
it's the images of baby Kfir's tiny coffin and that of his brother
Ariel, that are now ingrained in what is a tearful forever...and that
says all one needs to know about Hamas for “the
smallest coffins are (indeed)
the
heaviest coffins of all.”
I cannot even begin to imagine the
pain, anguish, and heartache that their father Yarden...who was also
taken hostage on October 7th but was released in the February 1st
hostage exchange...must feel knowing that the very thing that helped
to keep him alive while being held captive was the hope that somehow
his beloved family had survived and that someday they would be
together again. But now all Yarden Bibas has left is precious memories, the
very thing even Hamas cannot take away from this brave man.
Yarden Bibas, who has now laid his
beloved wife and children together in "everlasting rest" understands the truth better than most that evil does indeed walk amongst us. Evil so vile that it sees grown men defiling,
mutilating, and pummeling with rocks his precious children's tiny bodies just to help feed into Hama's lie that
they had been killed during one of Israel's bombing attacks...evil so vile that the cowards who perpetrated such acts probably also forced Shiri to watch them die
before they murdered her as well. And yet this husband and father, even as he
grieves this most horrendous of losses, is a man of true courage for like
I said at the beginning of this article he wants the world to know
that the only way to stop evil is by is by exposing evils ugly truth.
So while Hamas has yet to be eliminated
in full, I still do believe that in time they will be for two
Saturdays ago, in a quite unexpected move, Israeli opposition leaders
“vowed” to give Benjamin Netanyahu both political and
public backing in a hoped for move tohelp
him bring homeall the remaining hostages held in
Gaza...or return their bodies to Israel if that be the case...in but
one sum total release. And said opposition did so even though
Netanyahu
had publicly stated that he will not agree to a complete withdrawal
from Gaza until Hamas' military and political capabilities are
totally eliminated, for that is the only thing that will ensure that
Hamas can no longer regroup and cause harm to Israel and the Jewish
people.
And while some in Israel, and even some misguided sorts here in the
U.S., still do believe that Benjamin Netanyahu is
actually...albeit unintentionally...setting the stage for Israel's
possible destruction courtesy of his even agreeing to negotiate with terrorists...most especially in regards to the disproportionate
hostage-to-prisoner ratio...nothing could be farther from the truth.
And also while some hostage families continue to blame Netanyahu for both
not doing more to rescue their family members still being held
hostage, and for a prisoner exchange that might well see the
regrouping of Hamas courtesy of those released from Israeli jails...I
truly do believe this blame is misplaced, for Benjamin Netanyahu
is carrying on his shoulders and in his heart, the collective
grief of both Israel and the Jewish people...a blame no one man...no one leader...should ever have to bear alone.
The
Jewish people must stand united behind Benjamin Netanyahu...a man now
forced by circumstances to have to make “Solomon” like
decisions while at the same time trying to save the Jewish nation...for many
are forgetting that if not for him none of the hostages taken on
October 7th would have ever seen home or their loved ones again.
And
so I close the article I wish I never had to write, but
due to the horrific circumstances perpetrated by those I will always
deem to be just“pieces of human
garbage,”
I knew I had to write it. I had to write it not just for Yarden Bibas to help
spread his pleas that “the truth
must get out” about
what happened to his beloved family, but because I know, in my heart, that not
to do so would see other “small
heavy caskets”
being buried as well, for “Never
Again” has sadly proven to be now.
May the God of
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob...keep Shiri Bibas and her precious babies
safe in His arms, and יהי זכרם של צדיקים לברכה... “may the
memory of the righteous be a blessing”
(“yehi zchram shel tzdikim
levarka”) to
those now left behind. Amen.

Op-ed: Another American Dream Ended By: Diane Sori / The Patriot Factor / Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio
“It’s Brooklyn. You don’t lock your doors...We lock our doors now. Every night.”
- Dalton Jack, Mollie Tibbetts boyfriend of two years
She's dead. And while we hoped for the best in our hearts we knew
from day one that this would be the outcome. Sadly of late it seems it
always is.
Mollie Tibbetts' body was found in a cornfield but ten miles from her
boyfriend's home...found murdered by yet another illegal alien. Kate
Steinle revisited...and as the Tibbetts family grieves...a depth of
grief only the parents of murdered children can know...the Tibbetts
family name now gets added to the ever-growing list of 'Angel
Families.' And most of us grieve along with them for another young life
has been taken by one who should never have been in our country in the
first place.
Illegally...yet another Mexican criminal...a criminal by his very act
of knowingly breaking our immigration laws to get and stay here...saw
24-year old Cristhian Bahena Rivera now being arrested and charged in
Poweshiek County district court with first-degree murder while being
held on a I.C.E. lodged immigration detainer with bail set at a five
million dollar cash only bond. And this murderer led authorities
directly to Mollie's body...a body he threw face-up...a body he dumped
like trash...into a cornfield where he covered her body with cornstalks and
leaves a little over five weeks ago.
And so 20-year old Iowa University sophomore Mollie Tibbetts was dead
from day one, something many of us suspected for quite some time now,
and it tore at our heartstrings to watch her dad on T.V. begging and
pleading with whomever he perceived to be her abductor to let his
daughter go...holding onto a glimmer of hope that his beloved Mollie was
still alive. But he probably knew all along the reality that she
was already dead.
Common sense and knowing of Kate Steinle's fate had to tell him just that.
By now Mollie's story is well known, how in the early evening hours
of July 18th, Mollie went jogging as she had done so many times before,
and that authorities investigating her disappearance found just a few
weeks ago a home surveillance video that showed a black car following a
woman running...a woman who turned out to be the missing co-ed. And when
the car was traced back to Rivera, who had been here illegally for
almost seven years; worked for the past four years at Yarrabee Farms in
Brooklyn, Iowa, where he passed the government’s E-Verify system (big
red flag here folks as Rivera used a false identity and a phony social
security card to secure employment); and who did not try to resist
arrest; Rivera told police how he saw Mollie jogging and pursued her,
getting out of his car and running alongside her until she warned him
she would call the police if he didn't stop following her.
And that made Rivera angry as per his police interview, but from here
Rivera's story borders on the truly absurd. Claiming he panicked and “blocked” his “memory,” after getting angry at Mollie for her threat to call the police, Rivera stated that he then “blacked out” but “woke up”
at an intersection in a rural part of Poweshiek County and noticed a
headphone earpiece in his lap which made him remember that he had put a
young woman in the trunk of his car. Adding that when he took her out of
the trunk he saw blood on the side of her head, he panicked and
disposed of her body in the above stated cornfield.
And if you think that's absurd how about the fact that Iowa does not
have the death penalty so if convicted...as he should be...Cristhian
Bahena Rivera will most likely get life in prison without parole and the
people of Iowa...including the Tibbetts family themselves...will be
footing the bill to keep their daughter's killer alive for decades to
come.
And so Mollie Tibbetts becomes but another statistic to add to the
ever-growing number of those murdered by folks in our country illegally.
And while this should anger each and every American down to their very
core, unfortunately it does not. And why...because the fact is that
little will be done to stop these killings as long as the Democrats
don't want the killing of innocents to stop. Better they let into our
country and take care of illegals whose only thing the Democrats ask for
in return is their votes, than it is to protect law-abiding American
citizens from the very monsters who now walk amongst us.
Proof of the Democrats favoring illegals over American citizens can
easily be found in the fact that after Kate Steinle's untimely death at
the hands of illegal criminal alien Jose Inez Garcia Zarat, 156
Democrats voted against Kate's Law choosing instead to protect their
future voting pool never mind that as of today the number of American
citizens murdered by these monsters has now grown by one.
And as for the 'open border' kumbaya sorts response after learning of
Mollie Tibbetts' death...when Iowa's Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds
issued a statement that expressed heartfelt grief over Mollie's death,
offered condolences to her family, and praised law enforcement for their
outstanding work on the case, she ended her statement by rightfully
saying that Iowans “are angry that a broken immigration system allowed a predator like {Rivera} to live in our community.”
And angry Iowans are that “...a predator like Rivera” was
living in one of their small Iowa communities, but the fault for that, besides
our current immigration laws not being enforced, must also lie within
Iowa's state government itself as the state's Democratic party recently
denounced federal immigration laws and called for local officials not to
enforce them. In fact, the Iowa Democratic Party 2018 platform, adopted at their convention this past June, in a section
entitled 'Statement of Principals'...which has suddenly been denied all internet access to...states, "We oppose: detaining undocumented minors, immigrant
detention/deportation quotas, locally enforcing federal immigration
laws, mass raids/related enforcement practices, religious exclusion,
'papers please,' unnecessary travel-bans, abrogating
birthright-citizenship, separating minor children from their parents
when they are trying to enter the country, internment and concentration
camps." And these words are a slap in the face not just to the memory of Molly
Tibbetts but to all unfortunates like her.
So how did Democrat voters in Iowa react to both Mollie's death and
the governor's statement? Instead of criticizing or condemning the
killer or even calling for justice to be served...which Democrats nationwide
rarely do...many instead chose to criticize Governor Reynolds online
for what they perceived to be her “politicizing of a tragedy,” while also trying to paint her as a bigot. “You are now adding to the problem by using Mollie's death for your agenda,” a user @quanthealing tweeted, while another Iowan tweeted that “This is not an immigration issue...this is a women’s safety issue.” And a man named Rezin Secrest wrote on the governor's facebook page that, “there's no reason to blame all Latinos for this.”
But the thing is that first, only those who are racists themselves
play the race card every chance they get for in no way did the governor
allude to the nationality of the killer in her statement (besides Latino
is not a race) and second, Mollie Tibbetts' murder was, is, and will
remain an immigration issue for like Rachel Woods stated, also on the
governor's facebook page,“this crime was avoidable because the murderer should not have been here in the first place”...no
truer words ever spoken.
And when you add in that Mollie's murder being
a woman's issue is unequivocally not true, what pro-illegal Iowans
don't get is that when an American is murdered by someone here in our
country illegally...no matter their country of origin...it is a general public safety issue not an issue
specific to one sex.
“You saw what happened to that beautiful, incredible young woman.
Should have never happened. Illegally in our country...the immigration
laws are such a disgrace. We’re getting them changed.” So said
President Donald Trump at a rally in West Virginia last Tuesday night, where he
referred to Mollie's killing and the arrest of his rightfully stated “illegal alien” from Mexico.
And I agree with our president one hundred percent even while the Democrats are now using the Trump administration’s “zero-tolerance”
immigration policy to call attention to the legal rights of
immigrants...both legal and especially illegal immigrants...under U.S.
law. And while we know legal immigrants should and do have certain legal
rights, what of those entering out country illegally thus breaking our
laws...does the Constitution afford them certain rights as well?
According to Cristina Rodriguez, a professor at Yale Law School it does. Saying that, “Most of the provisions of the Constitution apply on the basis of personhood and jurisdiction in the United States,” Rodriguez claims that with the Constitution using the terms “people” or “person” instead of “citizen” that laws like “due process”
do apply equally to everyone physically on U.S. soil, whether or not they
are a citizen.
But there's an inherent flaw in Rodriguez's thinking as
this battle is not about citizenship per se, but is about those
illegally entering our country by breaking our laws thus being deemed
criminals courtesy of their very act, and nowhere...I repeat
nowhere...in the Constitution does it say we must treat criminals the
same as those whom uphold and live by out laws.
And while lawyers on the left love to scream “due process” any and every time an illegal alien is caught and tagged for deportation, it must be remembered that “due process” itself is a double-edged sword of sorts, for while the Constitution via the Fifth Amendment states that,“no
person...shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness
against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without
due process of law.”...today even those words are open to judicial interpretation.
How so...just because one technically has the right to “due process”...especially those who are seeking “asylum”...does not mean those tagged for deportation without what they perceive to be a formal hearing aren’t receiving “due process.”
Again how so? How about via the actual legal process known as
“expedited removal.” Created by theIllegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, the “expedited removal”
process allows for immigrants who have been in this country illegally
for less than two years and who are caught within 100 miles of the
border to be deported almost immediately without going through a formal
court hearing.
“Due Process” in action courtesy of a law already on the
books, but a law Democrats choose to ignore as they clamor to secure the
illegal's votes.
Also something even those on our side might not know is that while
our Constitution states that under the law anyone facing a criminal
charge has the right to counsel, the government is actually only
required to provide counsel if the person is accused of a felony. And to
date, crossing the border illegally is still a misdemeanor no matter
that Trump's rightful “zero-tolerance policy” requires most illegal border crossings to be tried as criminal cases. A 'catch twenty-two' if ever there was one.
So where do we stand now as to Mollie's actual murder and where do we
go regarding this entire illegal alien issue...illegal aliens not
undocumented immigrants as the Democrats so love to call these
criminals. To start with, Rivera's lawyer, Allan Richards, filed yet
another motion for a private hearing after an earlier defense motion for
a gag order was rightfully rejected, leaving Richards to then argue that the
case had already become too politicized...that his client could not get
a fair trial. To that I personally say that since this monster
basically admitted killing Molly Tibbetts...after all he did take the
police to where he hid her body and admit he placed Molly in his
trunk...his trial should be swift with adjudication carried out
immediately with politicization be damned.
Now as for the issue of illegal immigration itself and the Democrats
wanting to pad their voter rolls coupled with the fact that Mollie's
death is but another direct result of failed immigration policies that
Congress still refuses to fix...not only won't the whining Democrats
allow our government to do its two most basic jobs...as in securing
America's borders and protecting our citizenry...but to be honest we
also have to throw the Rinos into that mix. And while Congress refuses
to allow immigration laws currently on the books to be wholly enforced
while new laws are hashed out, voted on, and implemented; there's now
the issue of sanctuary cities and states that need addressing as
well...and both are something that should never have been allowed in the
first place.
And while we're at it...since when did American cities become a haven
for criminals...since when did I.C.E officials, whose job it is to
secure our borders thus making America safe for Americans, become the
enemy...since when did Americans become relegated to second place behind
criminal illegal aliens...and since when did the number of Americans
murdered by illegals start to rise in both number and brutality? I'll
tell you since when... since Barack HUSSEIN Obama became president and
his fundamental change of America began...I cannot say it any more
directly than that.
Now it's up to President Trump to clean-up this Obama-initiated
immigration mess, Dreamers included, but 'We the People' can help him do
so by voting the Democrats out in November. But until that time
President Trump must call for the “expedited removal” process
to be the immigration rule of the day, and my fellow Republicans need to
stop worrying about their public perception and start worrying about
the reality that America is losing her American cultural identity...and
sadly now doing so on the Republican watch.
Molly Tibitts had dreams, her family had dreams for her too, but
those dreams were taken away from her by a young man who had no business
being in our country in the first place...her blood forever also remains on
the Democrats hands.
Rest in Peace dear Molly...you will not be forgotten.
