[[[ Very unsettling times, for while we have inflicted much damage on Iran we have NOT by any means won this what was to be a "few weeks war," with proof positive being that Iran is still able to keep fighting back  

Wars are not won by threats, repeated albeit limited military actions, ceasefire proposals that fail time and again, nor by negotiating with the enemy...in this case an enemy who is an avowed terrorist regime. And economic sanctions do not win wars for history itself has shown that many times sanctions actually become the conduit by which a war-hurting populace starts reuniting with its leaders against those they once begged for help.  

It's time for us to win this war even if it means some "boots on the ground" for if "boots" was never an option what do we train our military for...to be "occupiers" ...I think not.

We need to throw these time wasting deals and negotiations into what is history's garbage heap, for if things keep going on like this...especially with the newest round of supposed "toughest sanctions ever"... Iran will find a way now, as it has done in the past, to circumnavigate said sanctions courtesy of third party players. 

Lastly, and with all due respect, I believe that President Trump needs to at least start thinking of a possible "exit strategy" if we ever do need to exit fast to "save face." Remember, the great Ronald Reagan brought down the Soviet Union and ended the "Cold War"...right now all we seem to be doing is boxing Iran in while forgetting that a caged animal has usually planned for such a contingency and probably does have a well planned, waiting in the wings to be used, "tangible" and not pretty possible means out...and it  sure 'aint courtesy of a deal. ]]]

Ukraine vs. Russia...The Bigger Picture

Like it or not, we’re involved in the war between Ukraine and Russia. Right now we’re supplying Ukraine with arms and cash to the point where we’re actually supporting Ukraine’s national budget, and while arguments can certainly be made that we have our own financial issues to deal with aside from propping up another country, we believe that may be a bit short-sighted.

There are those out there who don’t like Ukraine and think Zelensky isn’t worth the effort. They think Ukraine is corrupt. It was, and maybe to some extent still is, but when looking at the bigger picture we don’t believe that should be the top priority when it comes to our involvement in their war against Russia. Before the war Zelensky had been taking positive steps towards ending his country’s corruption, and he was making progress in that direction. He was elected by the people of Ukraine to change the direction of his country, and as we well know from our recent history draining the swamp is not an easy task.

Zelensky didn’t start this war. Putin did. And because Ukraine is not a member of NATO it fell to other nations, many of them NATO member nations, to step up and assist Ukraine in any way possible. Yet many in the U.S. still don’t want to be involved as they see no benefit to the U.S. in doing so.

Here’s a brief look at the bigger picture.

Without assistance, military weapons, and money, Ukraine would have quickly fallen to Russia, and anyone who believes that Ukraine would have been enough for Putin is only fooling themselves. Putin believed at the onset of the war that Russia would quickly overwhelm Ukraine, but that alone would not have solved the problem Putin claimed to have in not wanting a possible NATO member as his next door neighbor. Before the war Ukraine was the buffer between Russia and NATO, but had Putin taken Ukraine, as was his plan, he would have then had NATO members directly on the other side of his border.

There is no way Putin would have stopped there. Putin would then have moved into Poland, and Poland is a member of NATO. And as per NATO's charter, should one NATO member be attacked, the whole of NATO... which includes the United States...would have had to become involved militarily. What we’re involved in now is not a cold war and it is not a hot war either, but if Putin should direct Russia to attack any NATO member we would, by our membership in NATO, be automatically engaged in a hot shooting war with Russia.

The bigger picture shows that we are far better off as things stand today by us assisting Ukraine in any way we can without us becoming directly engaged in a shooting war with Russia than we would be by simply leaving Ukraine to their own devices. Staying out of it altogether would have allowed Russia and Putin to take Ukraine and use it as a base of operations to further invade countries in Europe including Poland among others. Frankly, the cost of allowing Putin to do whatever he wants in Europe is far too high a price to pay as it would cause a global economic disaster with Russia emerging as the most powerful country in Europe.

If you think oil prices are high in Europe and here now, just imagine how much worse it would be if Putin were allowed a complete monopoly over Europe’s energy needs with no checks and balances. Furthermore, now imagine Putin’s Russia holding all of Europe hostage economically...it’s most definitely not a pretty picture.

European stability is the benefit we, the United States, derive from our involvement in Ukraine's war against Russia, and that stability is gained by keeping Putin and Russia in check. While we may not see immediate dividends from our involvement, we most certainly will see rewards down the road including the ability for future U.S. administrations to work with Ukraine on measures favorable to both our nations while holding Ukraine accountable to clean up their own internal corruption.

So while we believe that U.S. involvement is necessary we do not believe that our involvement is being handled correctly, and that goes back to the Obama/Biden administration. Remember, it was Obama who sent blankets to Ukraine when Russia invaded Crimea while Biden was playing quid-pro-quo games with monetary and military aid to Ukraine. As hindsight isn’t always 20/20, it’s a fair bet that had the Obama/Biden administration stepped up in a bigger way back then, neither we nor Europe would be in the position we’re in today. Had Putin been held in check then he wouldn’t have been brash enough to move on Ukraine now.

Remember, Putin was held in check through Trump’s tenure, and it wasn’t until he sensed weakness with the installation of Biden in the Oval Office that he made his move against Ukraine. Putin saw the same weakness in Joe Biden, perhaps even to a greater extent than he saw in Obama, and he took advantage of that weakness as quickly as he could. Putin knew that Biden, because of his ties to Russia, would do as little, if anything, as possible to hold him back.

What we should have done at the onset when Russia invaded Ukraine nine months ago, was send Ukraine everything they needed and requested including military aircraft and defense systems, rather than slow-rolling aid and dragging our heels where military hardware is concerned. Had we done that, there is a good chance that diplomacy, not from us as Biden isn’t capable or respected on the world stage, but from Europe could have ended the war in a matter of weeks.

And for those who still cannot see the benefits of our country's involvement in Ukraine's war against Russia, a war started by Russia for the sake of but imperialist expansion, we remind you that by ignoring the lessons taught as a result of two World Wars...wars we did everything possible to remain out of until it was nearly too late...would unquestionably lead to WWIII.

Without the assistance of the United States, limited as it is, Ukraine would have fallen months ago, and the future of Europe would be much darker than it is today. But there is something else Putin never counted on which has led to him being trapped in a corner making desperate threats, and it is not something to be taken lightly.

Simply, Putin's military operation against Ukraine is falling apart.

Now suffering defeat after defeat both on the ground and in the air no matter Russia's recent large scale bombardment of civilian areas within Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and other key Ukrainian cities, President Zelensky recently gave both “Mother Russia” and the Russian people a way to “save face” with his words to the affect that, “the terrible consequences of the war could be stopped at any moment if one person in Moscow gave the order. The fact that there is still no such order is obviously a humiliation for the whole world,” to which we add, no truer words spoken. And with both Finland and Sweden now joining NATO, Putin could soon find himself in a difficult position in regards to the all-important Baltic Sea, as his forces are already being stretched thin, and can only handle fighting on a limited number of fronts at any given time.

And so it might well be up to the Russian people...or Russia's military itself...to force Putin to end this war as Zelensky's forces continue to successfully push back Russian forces including in the key industrial now battlefield city of Sievierodonetsk. And it's here where Putin has now ordered the blowing up of bridges to prevent Zelensky's forces from bringing in military reinforcements and delivering aid to help the civilians trapped in an almost nine months long war...a war Putin still insists on calling a “special military operation.” But while he can call it whatever he wants, Putin can no longer hide the fact that the once overwhelming advantage in both personnel and equipment that Russia once held has now suffered humiliating defeat at the hands of a rag-tag army of resistance fighters whose best weapon has been that their fight in the name of freedom has proven to be the best and most powerful weapon of all.

And with word having leaked out that Russia's elite 3rd Guards Spetsnaz Brigade...the GRU agency's (which is the acronym for Russia's Main Intelligence Directorate) secretive and highly classified military intelligence unit which has been operating in Ukraine...may have lost at the hands of Ukrainian forces 56 of its soldiers...as in a full 75% of its reconnaissance manpower. And loss of such an elite unit is a sure indication that the tide of the war has now started turning in Ukraine's favor. And this should not be as unexpected as it seems to be for some for the Ukrainian people have been preparing for just this war ever since Russia illegally invaded and then annexed Crimea back in 2014.

Simply put, and due to its now “rapid collapse and disorderly retreat” from northeastern Ukraine...most especially from Lyman where Ukrainian forces have now moved deeper into Russian-held territory in the neighboring Luhansk region...Russia's military has proven that it truly is ill-prepared to fight against NATO forces in Europe if it were to come to that, what with Putin still sounding the nuclear alarm.

 

And with the Ukrainian military having modernized, if you will, the sum of its forces, tactics, strategy and command...thanks of course to help from the NATO nations...the Russian military under Putin's command still remains mired to Stalin's old style diktat that “quantity has a quality all its own.” And while this has allowed Russian forces to succeed in wars past, those very words are proving to fail when up against the entirety of a country now mobilized together to fight to the death.

And as Putin's battlefield losses start to add up...what with 65,500+ Russian soldiers killed to date (October 17th) as we write this...the scope of these loses is truly staggering as there are 367% more casualties now than in two 4-year long Chechen wars, and 335% more than was lost by the then Soviet Union during their nine years of fighting in Afghanistan.

Now add in the 17 and a half+ billion dollars that Putin has spent (again to date) on military equipment and the amount of equipment lost*...lost to Zelensky's less equipped and less numbered military...and you can see that Putin is losing the war on both fronts. And with almost half a million military age men having fled “Mother Russia” to avoid having to fight in Ukraine, Putin has been grabbing young men off Russia's streets...men ill-prepared to fight...men who do not want to fight...showing the world not the face of Russian victory but the face of desperation on Putin's part alone.

And it's desperation tempered with humiliation and his overwhelming need to “save face” that now drives Putin's war forward...forward to use the only means left at his disposal that could turn defeat into victory...but it's victory that comes at a high price via both threats and blackmail of the nuclear kind.

When Russia first invaded Ukraine back in March, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) first raised concerns about shelling anywhere near the proximity of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant...concerns that it could lead to what they deemed to be a possible “nuclear disaster.” And after such a shelling did occur early on in the war President Zelensky rightfully stated that, “For the first time in the history of humanity, the terrorist state (meaning Russia) has resorted to nuclear terrorism. We must stop the Russian Army immediately!”

And not surprisingly both the IAEA's concerns and Zelensky's statement sadly did prove true for Vladimir Putin has continued throughout this now almost nine month long war to let the world know that for him...that for “Mother Russia”...the nuclear option, tactical in scope or otherwise, remains on the table. And while most think that what Putin is referring to is the actual dropping of a nuclear bomb on Ukraine...which surely must not be dismissed...there is another option that most have overlooked and it involves the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant itself...the very plant that had already seen land mine explosions which resulting in a fire that posed a serious threat to the infrastructure of the first unit of the facility.

But first a little background on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant beginning with the fact that said power plant is not only the largest in all of Europe but is amongst the ten largest in the world. And not only does this plant generate half of Ukraine’s nuclear-derived power with its having a total capacity of about 6,000 megawatts... which is enough to power about four million homes for a full year...but is located only about 125 miles from Crimea and about 342 miles southeast of Kyiv...two very heavily populated areas now seeing both heavy ground fighting and large scale Russian missile attacks.

And know that while the Zaporizhzhia plant itself has six Soviet-designed water-cooled nuclear reactors each containing uranium 235, the actual reactors themselves cannot explode on their own because the fuel feeding them is not compact enough to allow for an uncontrolled chain reaction. But, and this is key, that does not mean that a leak or worse cannot occur what with the plant itself being heavily shelled by the Russians or that an internal deliberately set explosion is set off, thus allowing the core to actually be breached or destroyed, either of which could result in a reactor meltdown. 

And if such a scenario were to occur not only would we then find huge amounts of radioactive material being released into the air, but it would fall back to Earth as radioactive fallout, and would reach more than a dozen European countries** as well as Russia herself, in but a mere three days time. And as the fallout is picked up by the jet stream, said fallout would, in time, also reach areas of China...which the Chinese would surely not be happy about...albeit having dissipated contamination wise to some degree.

So as we write this article, the still Russian controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant supposedly remains shut down as it was disconnected from the electric power grid back in September...meaning the reactors are in a “cold shutdown state” (with the reactors coolant system at “atmospheric pressure” and at a temperature below 200 degrees Fahrenheit following what's known as a reactor “cooldown”). But the fact is that's not totally true for the plant's six reactors always require a certain amount of electricity for cooling and other safety functions...meaning some power must still be running into the plant whether it be by emergency power lines or by diesel generators as “nuclear material” must...and we repeat “must”...continue to be cooled even when switched off.

And so if power in any form is still on even if not in full or near capacity mode...whether said power is courtesy of power lines or diesel generators...even if they're in an alternating mode...this allows Putin plenty of time to sabotage the plant if he dared to deem so.

And sabotage could be the very means by which one or more of the reactors are breached, thus leading to an actual nuclear explosion/meltdown which would indeed pose problems for Europe for years, if not decades, to come. And Putin could have his seemingly wanted nuclear scenario...a nuclear winter if you will...while not having to actually launch a nuclear missile attack on Ukraine, albeit an attack with the same result...the same destruction...just courtesy of a different delivery means.

Simply, and by no means are we saying that this is Vladimir Putin's plan, we're just presenting a possible scenario where Putin could deem a “nuclear accident” more plausible and yet just as effective in both the short and long term as an actual nuclear attack on Ukraine with his response being akin to a how did that happen “ooops” moment to the nth degree.

And with Putin now finding himself in a self-created bind of sorts as his nuclear blackmail threats can only go on for just so long, it wouldn't come as any surprise to see some sort of nuclear scenario taking place as both he and “Mother Russia” need to “save face” especially after not being unable to crush Zelensky's forces or hold onto territories captured. And with history showing that it was the United States alone who dared to drop a nuclear bomb on another country, history also shows that with said drop our country became and remains the world's number one super power. And this is something Vladimir Putin cannot abide...his narcissism and delusions of grandeur simply won't allow it...never mind that our dropping the bomb on Japan was done to end a war...Putin's using nukes in Ukraine is to see nuclear armageddon come to fruition with “Mother Russia” alone, he hopes, being the so-called “last man standing.”

Quite simply, Russia’s “special military operation” has grossly under performed as Putin has demonstrably underestimated the tenacity and resolve of Ukraine while overestimating his capability to inflict his will outside his own borders. And to be quite frank, Putin is now beginning to overcompensate for his shortcomings by threatening nuclear war.

Adding to Putin’s woes resulting from his self-inflicted war mongering, the Russian people even at gunpoint, are not with him. Last week Putin began tightening “security” within Russia’s borders which is Kremlin code for cracking down on his own people for their dissent. As for the regions Putin falsely now claims are Russian annexes inside Ukraine, Luhank, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson, he has placed them under the Russian equivalent of martial law, something he would not have had to implement had the people in those regions actually voted, as Putin claims they did, to join Russia.

In fact, last week Putin ordered the pull-out of all Russian installed officials in the Kherson region as well as the “organized, gradual displacement” of up to 60,000 civilians. That means that Putin knows he’s lost that falsely annexed region, and he’s literally kidnapping tens of thousands of civilians to hold as hostages. We can add that to the growing list of Putin’s war crimes, although it remains unlikely that the U.N will hold one of their favorite thugs accountable.

Within certain regions of Russia itself, Putin has now resorted to what he calls a “medium level of response” which means that he is “boosting security and public order” (read threatening people to go along with his madness), and has restricting people’s ability to move about, and enter or exit those regions. Putin has also ordered regional governors within Russia to “meet the needs of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops and troop formations.” That means Putin is putting the needs of his already depleted and diminished military ahead of the needs of the Russian people, and that is yet another sign of desperation.

That sort of desperation coupled with what Putin has to believe is a shortened timeline makes him a very dangerous “actor.”  And while it remains unlikely that Putin will actually resort to dropping nukes in Ukraine (unlikely but not completely out of the question or off the table) causing a militarily forced “nuclear meltdown” of Ukraine’s primary facility...one of the largest such nuclear power facilities on Earth...thus irradiating a large portion of a small country and potentially rendering that region uninhabitable for possibly thousands of years is something a desperate narcissist who has painted himself into a corner would be more than apt to do.

Putin has reached full boil over what he considers to be the disgrace of Gorbachev’s move to a far less belligerent and threatening Russia, and his determination to reclaim what Gorbachev gave away while increasing Russia’s sphere of influence in Europe has set the table for his ultimate downfall and humiliation on the world stage. Vladimir Putin is highly unlikely to go quietly into the night, and as he continues to lose both ground and “face” in this war, a scorched earth policy should be expected.

On the other side of the battle lines, Volodymyr Zelensky stands strong, and has positioned his country to become far more respected that it has ever been.

As for our involvement...what it has been up to this point as well as what it may become... we stand to benefit from a much more stable Europe and possibly reap economic benefits should we return not only to energy independence in a matter of a few years, but energy dominance, allowing the U.S. to overtake OPEC+ as a supplier of energy for Europe, thus cutting Russia out of that economic equation altogether.

In closing, we would be remiss not to mention that the world is watching how we respond to Vladimir Putin’s aggression, and specifically China is watching to see if there is any change after our midterm election. If the House and the Senate turn red, but the status quo with regards to our involvement short of “boots on the ground” remains the same, China will be emboldened to move against Taiwan before the 2024 presidential election regardless of Putin’s losses in Ukraine. On the other hand, sending Ukraine the military hardware necessary to bring about a rapid end to the war would have the effect of dampening China’s desire to engage in expansion.

We are on the cusp of dire things and a failure by the U.S. to force an end to the aggression of one of the world’s most dangerous “actors” could well lead us where no one wants to go…WWIII.

And that is the bottom line.

A Declaration of War That is Anything But

Let's start with some truth...Obama lost the peace that Bush had won in Iraq... equating to thousands of American lives lost and American blood shed having been for naught. And the Iraqi people who once held up proud 'purple fingers' are now drenched in blood and lots of it. And all because Barack HUSSEIN Obama does NOT want to win...period.

And isn't it sad that it took this man months after the horrific beheading of two Americans to ask Congress for an official Declaration of War...a Declaration of War with stipulations that is...stipulations because he dare NOT step too much on the brethren's toes. Simply put, Obama's resolution asks Congress to authorize his going to war against ISIS so long as the war does NOT include “enduring offensive ground combat operations;” so long as it does NOT go on for longer than three years; and extremely critical...so long as other authorizations already in place (especially those put in place by GWB) be repealed first.

Selectively choosing which authorizations he wants to keep and which he wants to do away with...such as the authorization that allowed Bush to invade Iraq in 2002... while keeping the ones he favors...like the one that allowed him to use drone strikes against suspected terrorists, like the one that allowed him to initiate airstrikes in Iraq and Syria, and like the one allowing him to send 3,000 military advisers back to Iraq...Obama has again proven himself to be both partisan driven and anything but a much needed commander-in-chief.

And with this particular resolution...actually a draft authorization for use of military force (AUMF)...America's traitor-in-chief has done it again...appeased and placated the enemy with stipulations that will allow them the time to actually grow stronger... appeased the Democrats with an oh-so carefully worded proposal so as to make war palatable to the kumbaya left while forcing the Republicans to either pass or NOT pass what they know is anything but a true Declaration of War...and allowing for the passing of the buck onto the next president so ISIS becomes their headache...and all while jeopardized our national security by his very act of inaction...inaction in his refusing to deploy American 'boots' to do what 'We the People' know needs to be done.

And in Obama's saying that American 'boots' will be sent to the ISIS theater of war only “If we had actionable intelligence about a gathering of ISIL leaders, and our partners didn’t have the capacity to get them, I would be prepared to order our special forces to take action, because I will not allow these terrorists to have a safe haven,” Obama is basically eliminating the U.S. from doing what only the U.S. can do...destroy ISIS in full. But then again why would he do that when the fact is that Barack HUSSEIN Obama still will NOT recognize let alone say that ISIS is indeed a terrorist group...a muslim islamist terrorist group...and why would he do that when he continues to refer to ISIS as ISIL...ISIL...the acronym for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant...ISIL...a word that salutes those wishing to wipe Israel off the map for the Levant's map is minus the Jewish State of Israel.

But Obama knows all this and simply put...he just does NOT give a damn that America be the victor in this 21st NOT 11th century war...a war he alluded to in his despicable Prayer Breakfast comments.

So after sending his resolution to Congress for discussion and then for hoped-for approval, this miserable excuse of a president said with a straight face that 'his' actions...it's all about 'him' after all...would “show our troops and the world that Americans are united in this mission.” Oh really...tell me how when the resolution presented puts a time frame on how long America will be “united in this mission”... as in three years...for he just told ISIS...just like he told al-Qaeda and the Taliban...how long they need to lay low before they can safely resurface even stronger and more vicious than before.

And the sum total of what Obama wants his mere three-page resolution to do in regards to the enemy adds up to zero for in NO way does it lay out a viable and workable strategy to defeat ISIS...it barely lays out a plan to contain ISIS. First, this Obama fiasco provides NO geographic limits on the battle, meaning what small amount of ground forces that will be fighting will be stretched to the breaking point in an attempt to cover all bases; second, it limits American ground troops by banning the afore mentioned “enduring offensive ground combat operations,” in other words it bans a much-needed army of occupation for an extended period of time and allows for Special Ops only if Obama gives the go-ahead (remember Benghazi and know that said go-ahead will NOT be given); and third, it expires after three years unless renewed by Congress meaning Obama has once again given the enemy America's time table for war.

And if approved...and I truly hope the Republican-controlled Congress will toss this nonsense in the garbage...it would be the first time Congress has 'officially and legally' authorized this president's use of military force in an actual declaration of war as all other military actions by Obama have been done unilaterally ignoring the War Powers clause of the document he so loves to trample...the U.S. Constitution.

So now as we await hearings on Obama's proposal, remember that the military campaign in both Iraq and Syria that began six months ago will continue whether Congress approves this resolution or not, and remember too that to defeat this enemy a detailed and fine-tuned military strategy is a must NOT a strategy that starts off limiting military options. So, what do some of America's military leaders and those in the political know think of Obama's plan...a plan that is NOTHING but a rehash of the to-date failed airstrikes and airstrikes alone.

First, House Homeland Security Committee Chair Michael McCaul (R-TX) says the the authorization Obama has proposed, “ties our hands and specifically ties the hands of the generals.” Adding that he would rather have NO AUMF than the one Obama is proposing because of Obama's insistence the NO ground troops will be sent unless there is a direct threat to our homeland, McCaul clearly recognizes the fact that without American 'boots' going on the offensive ISIS cannot be defeated.

And according to Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) Obama “has never had a good strategy,” and he went so far as to say that he believes that if Obama had bombed al-Assad’s government forces in Syria as he proposed doing last year, then ISIS would have already taken over all of Syria. Translation: Obama does NOT have a clue what constitutes sound military judgment and that lack of judgment would continue on against ISIS itself as this most miserable excuse of a president has replaced our top military leaders and strategists with NOTHING but party 'yes-men' and islamic sympathizers.

As for the generals and military officials themselves...generals like four-star General Martin E. Dempsey and General Lloyd J. Austin, former Commanding General of U.S. Forces in Iraq, many believe Obama's proposal is weakened by its very words “enduring offensive ground combat operations.” Ambiguous in its meaning leaving the interpretation of its words to Obama alone...and we all know how dangerous that could be...it basically NOT only puts a definitive time frame on a specific operation but it also leaves the amount of 'boots' needed for said operation up to Obama and his political cronies alone instead of the generals on the ground who know best.

In fact, Defense Intelligence Agency’s Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart, in speaking before the House Armed Services Committee, did NOT hold back his disdain for Obama's proposal. Saying he is tired of the lack of leadership coming from this White House, Stewart reiterated the fact that ISIS is growing rapidly, and that Obama’s either pathetic response or NO response is simply NOT getting the job done. “U.S. President Obama has no intention of being a leading part of that team,” Stewart said in reference to the coalition Obama claims he's leading. Adding, “When will he (Obama) learn that diplomacy doesn’t work with savages!”...note that Stewart said 'savages' something Obama will NOT say about his brethren. (article continues below video.)

So now we wait to see what the Republican-held Congress will do as hearings are held...discussions behind the scenes take place...backdoor deals are made...and all sorts of placating to the enemy becomes a sad reality. But what we cannot afford is for politicians to decide what 'truth' will be disseminated and what 'truth' will be kept from the public's consumption for the simple fact is that today's world is in the sad shape it's in due to Barack HUSSEIN Obama's weak stance on escalating terrorism coupled with his pushing his own personal agenda...his own personal islamist agenda that is.

Abdullah...a Mere Figurehead in the Fight Against ISIS

The war against ISIS...or Daesh as the Arab's call them...has been going on for some months now but Abdullah dared to speak these words only after the muslim world joined the rest of the world in gasping in horror as ISIS' burned alive captured Jordanian pilot Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh. And Abdullah's’s military pledging to go after ISIS only came after Obama leaked to the press that he would probably seek Congressional authorization for an upgrade in military force against ISIS.

And contrary to the photos being released, Jordan's King Abdullah II did not take part in the airstrikes against ISIS as witnessed by this official statement issued by his office..."The king is NOT taking part in strikes on ‪#‎ISIS‬, reports were inaccurate.” Inaccurate is an understatement as this king...this Muslim Brotherhood supporting king...is all about photo-ops just like his buddy Obama...and to release photos such as this...to have people think that he, Abdullah, is a hero while Jordanians grieve for their lost pilot and actually blame the palace for not doing enough to secure al-Kaseasbeh's release...is a stunt right out of the Obama playbook....as in Obama's insistent bloviations that, “I got bin-Laden.”

So before anyone goes 'all-in' with Jordan’s King Abdullah II and starts promoting him as the leader of men that Obama is not...remember that Abdullah is not all that he appears on the surface to be no matter what the mainstream media says for the fact is that Abdullah is not in control of Jordan...the military is.

But first the photos...contrary to what the media is leading you to believe the photo of Abdullah in an F-16 fighter jet leading the Jordanian air force forward in retaliation is a phony...for he is not in an F-16 fighter jet but is in a Black Hawk helicopter and how do we know...beyond the above statement issued by the palace itself...Craig Andresen...co-writer on this article...has flown in an F-16 fighter jet and can testify to the affect that Abdullah is surely not in one. And as per fact, Abdullah was never trained as a fighter pilot...he is a certified Cobra Helicopter pilot alone... and no helicopters whatsoever were involved in the airstrikes. And the photo of him in fatigues with a parachute strapped to his back is nothing but a PR shot because any fighter pilot will tell you that your 'chute' goes on over your flight and pressure suits...not over your fatigues.

And so the king who tries to promote himself as a hero is in reality a coward for only a coward would try to capitalize on the death of Lt. al-Kaseasbeh just to save his throne.

Just to save his throne...and why...because Abdullah knows that if ISIS moves in and takes control of Jordan he is out, but if the Muslim Brotherhood moves in and does likewise he gets to remain their figurehead-in-power with them pulling the strings. This is why both Abdullah and Obama want to go after ISIS and ISIS alone, because by separating out this individual 'tentacle' if you will, and regarding ISIS as an ‘organization’ as Obama recently called them, both can still maintain their affinity and loyalty to the 'host organism'…Islam…leaving it intact to continue to caliphate-build.

And know that King Abdullah II is indeed directly tied to the Muslim Brotherhood no matter some 'supposed' signs that he is removing himself from their orb for Abdullah is faithfully continuing with settling the debt to the Brotherhood incurred by his late father, King Hussein. And this debt started in the 1950's when King Hussein relied on the Muslim Brotherhood...the region’s chief Islamist movement at that time...to help protect his Hashemite kingdom against threats of revolution from Arab nationalist movements. And as part of his debt to them he supported their becoming part of Jordan's government, and after they triumphed in the1989 election, Hussein allowed them to hold five ministries no matter that he reined them in a bit after their strong opposition to his peace treaty with Israel. And now Abdullah is continuing on with repaying that debt for the son dares not renege on the father's debt to those as powerful as the Muslim Brotherhood.

And for Abdullah, as well as for Obama...remember the two feed and work off each other...their being able to separate ISIS from Islam has become quite easy to do, because the latest acts of brutality committed by ISIS in the name of Islam have raised the ire of both Arab nations as well as non-Arab nations...meaning ISIS has become bad for the caliphate-building business so ISIS must be dealt with sternly.

But unfortunately, sternly to both Abdullah and Obama means limited and targeted airstrikes. However, if they were truly serious about ridding the world of ISIS they would not only be calling for just airstrikes but would be signing off on 'boots on the ground' and getting other Arab nations to send in 'boots' as well as alone Jordan has no capability to stop ISIS, a that fact that even Abdullah knows. And with Obama lacking the much needed will to commit American 'boots'...as 'boots on the ground' would be bad for his legacy...Obama's allegiances again come to the forefront with his just released plan for dealing with ISIS...a plan he calls 'strategic patience'...a repackaging of the same old-same old just with shiny new words. And know that patience is a hallmark of Islam itself for the simple fact is that Islam is nothing if not patient...remember they have been in the caliphate-building business for 1,400 years.

Sadly, to date, an upgrade in airstrikes still seems to be Abdullah's and Obama's sole plan to stop ISIS and know that it will fail, because unlike the other 'tentacles' of Islam, ISIS is dripping with ready cash on hand. An ISIS commander in the field can make as much as $1500.00 per day…something no other Islamic 'tentacle' can match...the Muslim Brotherhood can’t pony up that kind of pay…al-Qaeda can’t do it... Hamas can’t even begin to match it nor can Boko Haram...and money is why so many young men are flocking to ISIS...that along with wanting the feel of infidel blood on their hands.

And why do we believe that Jordan's military is in control of Jordan and not its king...here are the facts...Abullah was against the war on ISIS up until three days before the war and after learning that al-Kaseasbeh was burned alive it was the army NOT the king who immediately went on Jordanian State Television to tell the people, and it was the army who during that announcement said they not the king will exact revenge by all means possible against ISIS. However, what most here in the U.S. do not know is what the army did was actually a breach of the Jordanian constitution as they have no legal mandate to launch a war, but they did just that right on state TV...and that equates to a slap in the face to the king thus elevating the military above the monarchy.

And while Abdullah did go on Jordanian State Television from the U.S. (he was in D.C. to address Congress and meet with his buddy Obama) to address the burning alive of al-Kaseasbeh he never mentioned the words 'revenge' or 'retaliation' and was quite mild-mannered in his response not forceful like the military was. In fact, in his address Abdullah called ISIS an 'organization' albeit a terrorist one, proving that just like Obama he is trying to separate ISIS from Islam. Also know that our Congress finances the Jordanian army with our taxpayer dollars to a tune of more than $400 million a year, and said army is for the most part U.S. trained and equipped. The U.S. and Jordan are very close when it comes to air strike cooperation and do not allow yourself to think that the Jordanian military acted solely of their own accord as they were most assuredly operating under the instructions of the Obama administration. Now do not think Obama wants ISIS destroyed for altruistic reasons as both Obama and Abdullah want ISIS gone so that the Muslim Brotherhood becomes the dominate force in both Jordan and the entirety of the Middle East.

So, this war of sorts is actually being fought to create a vacuum of power within the growing caliphate to be filled by the Muslim Brotherhood, meaning that the Muslim Brotherhood, while vicious in its own right, is still more palatable to the Arab nations than ISIS is.

And as we all know limited and targeted airstrikes will not be enough to stop or even contain ISIS as 'boots on the ground' is the only option that will. And while Obama keeps saying that American 'boots' will not happen on his watch, and while Abdullah said recently on the 'Charlie Rose' show that he is against a ground war, both the U.S. military and the Jordanian military know that a ground war is indeed the only viable solution. And the Jordanian army doing what they did in retaliation shows that they disagree with their king and will act with or without his approval...translation: the army does not give a damn any more as to what the king says or does as their actions have actually stripped Abdullah of his control over the army.

And whether most know it or not the truth is that Obama also wants Abdullah out of power even though Abdullah supports the Muslim Brotherhood. And why...because Obama wants a strict Muslim Brotherhood government in place without the king remaining as a figurehead. This was the same reason why Egypt's Mubarek had to go as Morsi was not a figurehead but was an actual Muslim Brotherhood operative, and that was palatable to Obama as he outwardly supports the Brotherhood...case in point is his flooding our own government with Muslim Brotherhood members.

As per the facts presented here it becomes obvious the both Abdullah and Obama are not what they seem to be. Obama (we believe) is an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamic factions, and King Abdullah II has been relegated to the status of a figurehead with no real power whatsoever. Neither Jordan nor the Middle East can prosper under the Muslim Brotherhood and in that regard the Muslim Brotherhood is as dangerous as ISIS.
