From the Fire Truth Emerges...If One Opens Their Eyes to It

Early Tuesday morning one of the most horrific acts I've ever seen perpetrated by one human being upon another was done as ISIS released a video...a true Hollywood-style video complete with music keyed to play into this heart-stopping drama...as these savages caged and then burned Jordanian pilot Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh alive. Setting up jumbotron screens in key cities within their held territories, the ISIS faithful yelled loud and clear “allahu-akbar” as this brave man was reduced to a pile ashes...ashes that a bulldozer then dumped concrete and garbage upon...sealing his fate for all time.

Executed...NOT murdered...executed...we now know a month ago...on January 3rd after being downed over Syria on Christmas Eve...and after his being tortured, paraded through, and spat upon in ISIS held cities, Lt. al-Kaseasbeh met his death with grace and dignity...and with a cry of sheer terror and agony that will haunt me forever.

Starting with a narrator speaking in Arabic condemning any Arab nation...most specifically Jordan...who takes part in the U.S. led air strikes against ISIS...and specifically condemning the pilot soon to die by fire “for what he had done by burning Muslims with the fire of his plane”...these savages used verse 16:126 from the qur'an as justification for what they were about to do (as in 'qisas' which is basically an eye for an eye...he killed fellow muslims by the fire of his plane so he will die by the fires of revenge).

And while the video shows how ISIS is both continually honing their killing methods to strike even more fear into the hearts of those who oppose them, it also shows their relishing in showing just how savage and barbaric one human being can be to another as witnessed by the condemned man standing in a locked cage with a line of armed and masked savages looking on with a line of fuel leading directly towards him. And as this line of fuel is then ignited by a coward whose face is hidden behind a scarf...Lt. Al-Kaseasbeh...whose now familiar orange garb was doused in both gasoline and kerosene beforehand...burst into flames...a human torch whose flames reminded me of those burned alive in Hitler's ovens.

And after Lt. al-Kaseasbeh was NO more, this most vile of videos...a video released on the same day Secretary of State John 'Swiftboat' Kerry and Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh signed an agreement to promote regional security and economic development...ended with ISIS offering "100 golden Dinars" to any muslim in Jordan who is willing to target then kill other Jordanian pilots...pilots whose names, pictures, and hometowns are shown in the video...shown so there's a bulls eye for these savages to zero in on...zero in on and then kill for money.

So as 'We the People' here in America...a people whose minds have trouble comprehending a group so savage and barbaric as to both physically break and mentally enslave others into obeying their 7th century anything but civilized norms....as we gasped in horror and repulsion at images of a man being burned alive...Barack HUSSEIN Obama had the audacity and sheer unmitigated gall to call these savages an “organization” as in, "It's just one more indication of the viciousness and barbarity of this organization," while again refusing to call them what they truly are...muslim islamic terrorists...or as I say...savages...savages that have NO right to exist in the world of civilized men.

And how sad a commentary on this administration is it when even a suspected muslim convert, as in former Secretary of Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, had the courage to say, "This horrific, savage killing is yet another example of ISIL's contempt for life itself."  Those words were needed to be said by Obama but were NOT for like I always say, "If you don't truly condemn then you condone." But sadly, while correct in his words about ISIS, Hagel just like Obama does NOT get...or maybe he does but chooses to ignore...the fact that by calling these savages ISIL instead of ISIS or even IS they give a shout out to the map of the Levant...a map which does NOT include the Jewish State of Israel being on that said map.

And what of Jordan's response to an act so brutal so vile as to be almost incomprehensible...swift retaliation starting with the words of of army spokesman General Mamduh al-Amiri who said, "The blood of the martyr will not have been shed in vain and...vengeance will be proportional to this catastrophe that has struck all Jordanians"...retaliation that ended in the execution...in the hanging by the neck until dead...of two Jordanian-held prisoners, including would-be suicide bomber Sajida al-Rishawi and al-Qaeda operative Ziad al-Karbouli, both put to death within hours of the video being confirmed as truth.

"The Jordanian response to the assassination of the hero pilot, Muath al-Kaseasbeh, will be strong, decisive and swift," government spokesman Mohammed al-Momani had said and it was even though, sadly, many Jordanians continue to blame Amman NOT ISIS for Lt. al-Kaseasbeh death. Claiming King Abdullah II dragged their country kicking and screaming into a war they still believe is solely between ISIS, the U.S., and our allies, these people just do NOT understand that their more moderate way of life will come to a very abrupt end if Jordan falls to ISIS.

And while we as civilized men grieve for one brave man we must give Jordan credit...the Jordanian military that is NOT the king...for doing what needed to be done in an oh so timely manner for Jordan has proven that if you kill us...if you execute us...we will kill you...we will execute you...instead of acting like our miserable excuse of a president whose motto has proven to be that if you kill us we will release those of you we've captured so that you can kill even more of us.

Sad isn't it...sad but unmistakeably true. So as we now wait and see how this plays out...as we wait for Jordan's, America's, and ISIS' next move...and hope that maybe now a strategy of sorts will finally be put in place to defeat NOT merely to contain ISIS...every American must NOT be afraid to watch the horrific video and see the still pictures at least once so that they really understand the true evil we face...so that they really understand and accept as fact that if these savages are NOT stopped 'over there' that these savages will soon be doing these most unspeakable of acts here on our own American soil as well.

And then after seeing the video* we MUST stand united and strong as one and demand that this president...that Barack HUSSEIN Obama...NOT only say the words 'islamic terrorists' loud enough for all to hear and then start to act accordingly in how he and America deals with them, we also must demand that if he still refuses to do so on either account that LEGAL action MUST be immediately initiated to remove him from office for NOT upholding his oath of office to protect the 'health, safety, and welfare' of the American people...and his ever ready to be used race card be damned.

And always remember...islam is islam is islam...and ISIS is islam...and islam in the guise of ISIS is what killed...what executed...one of their own. And if they can kill one of their own know that they can and will kill us as well...think about and then get the 'bullets and bombs' ready to go.

Calculatingly clueless

Barack HUSSEIN Obama's 'expert opinion' of ISIS this past January

On Obama's agenda for today...more fundraisers. Heads are rolling...literally...all over the Middle East and off Obama goes to raise more money for the caliphate... ooops...I mean for the Democratic party. So while David Cameron...the Prime Minister of England...raises his country's terror alert to the highest level...Barack HUSSEIN Obama is hob-nobbing with big money donors, Hollywood liberals with a capital 'L', and muslim sympathizers, all while ISIS continues its march across Iraq...all while ISIS continues its incursion into Jordan.

"I don’t want to put the cart before the horse...We don't have a strategy yet," Obama bloviated during his recent press conference when asked what he plans to do about ISIS. Stumbling for a answer...as he had NO teleprompted script to read from...Obama finally spit those words out, but the truth is that Obama does indeed have a strategy and it's called 'screw America, screw Iraq, and screw Israel'...because for him it's all about the caliphate and always has been.

“We cannot appease this ideology. We have to confront it at home and abroad... We are in the middle of a generational struggle against a poisonous and extremist ideology that I believe we will be fighting for years and probably decades,” David Cameron said when addressing the British people. Words spoken by a man now truly looking like a leader instead of looking like a man who's obviously bored with the job, the people, and the Constitution he swore to uphold and protect.

And David Cameron did NOT just spew words... he took action. First, he's denying muslims who leave Britain the ability to get their visa's back making it so they cannot re-enter the country, and he's also allowing the British people to have their say in any future strategy Britain takes in the...it seems...never ending fight against these barbarians. Meanwhile, our president (I still gag calling him that) informs 'We the People' that he and his administration have NO strategy against ISIS at all.

Well, let me give Obama a strategy that would end the situation with ISIS once and for all..a strategy that's really quite simple...a strategy called 'shock and awe'...as in carpet bomb these barbarians back to the 7th century where they belong...period. NO need for American boots on the ground...NO need for one American life to be lost...just bomb and keep bombing them until they are gone...it really is like I said quite simple. And screw the 'collateral damage' for in this battle we're now in its either them or us...and I sure as hell want the victor to be us NOT them.

But instead of doing the obviously simple, Obama has now given Secretary of Defense Chuck 'muslim supporting' Hagel and the Joint Chiefs of Staff the task of coming up with military options. “We’re gonna cobble together the kind of coalition that we need for a long-term strategy as soon as we are able to fit together the military, political and economic components of that strategy,” Obama said. “There will be a military aspect to that,” he quickly added.

So...let's get this straight...this most miserable excuse of a president now wants... YES wants...more Americans to die instead of bombing the hell out of the enemy. And so the truth once again becomes apparent that we have a president who does NOT side with America...a president who does NOT side with or care about 'We the People' or about those brave men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe and free at home. And we have a president who most assuredly does NOT support or care about men struggling to be free...men who need action now NOT a task force to decide what will be done if anything will be done at all.

Sadly, we have a president...the 'supposed' leader of the free world...who sides with the enemy time and time again for we have a president who is more concerned about muslim lives lost than he is about American lives lost...about allies lost...for the simple truth is that if he cared about anyone or anything besides his muslim brethren Barack HUSSEIN Obama would NOT even be thinking about placing American boots on the ground...he would be bombing ISIS back to bowels of hell from which they came. And he most definitely would NOT be going to fundraisers...nor would he continuously be on the golf course detached from reality...as he purposely does these things while the world moves closer to what the lyrics of an old 60's song called the 'Eve of Destruction.'

And words spoken do indeed matter for they speak of what's in one's heart...of what's in one's soul...and Barack HUSSEIN Obama's heart and his soul are cold. So while David Cameron's words call ISIS a "poisonous extremism" that poses "a clear danger to Europe and to our security," Obama speaks of ISIS as a "JV team" who poses NO imminent danger to America...making them a second string player if you will. And while Obama continues to refer to ISIS as ISIL...knowing full well that he has now willingly aligned himself...and thus America...with ISIS...as he knows and understands that the word ISIL is a direct insult to Israel...that the word ISIL is an acronym that does NOT recognize the existence of the Jewish State of Israel...and he is more than happy with that.

And sometimes words spoken do come back to haunt for Obama also defended during this press conference his (unconstitutional) decision NOT to seek authorization from Congress before beginning air strikes on ISIS just three short weeks ago. Claiming the urgency of the threat to the U.S. consulate in Erbil required immediate action he said, “I can’t afford to wait in order to make sure that those folks are protected,” forgetting that those words were NEVER spoken nor were any actions taken almost two years ago when Ambassador Christopher Stevens begged for protection...begged for help...in a place known as Benghazi.

But does any of this matter...do any actions taken or words said mean ISIS will be stopped...NOT with Barack HUSSEIN Obama as president for he knows that ISIS wants to march down Pennsylvania Avenue and raise its flag over the White House and NOTHING of true lasting substance is being done to stop them. So while Obama's on the golf course hitting more golf balls with that infamous stupid 'gotcha' smirk on his face, ISIS will march in through our unsealed southern border and make themselves at home...make themselves at home at the 'American People's House'...that is unless Congress does what they know needs to be done...and starts doing it NOW for pretty soon it will sadly be too late to do anything at all.

Obama's Caliphate...The Truth Exposed

The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, has backtracked on his previously issued statement that we must take out ISIS in Syria, and now says that he will NOT recommend U.S. military air strikes against ISIS in Syria until he determines that they have become a direct threat to the U.S.

Uh...excuse me but didn't Dempsey just sit alongside Defense Secretary...and known muslim sympathizer...Chuck Hagel a few short days ago in a joint press briefing, and agree with Hagel when he said ISIS is an "imminent threat to every interest we have" and that ISIS is "beyond anything that we've seen." Yeah...he did.

And didn't both he and Hagel say that ISIS must also be defeated in Syria as well as Iraq. Yeah...he did.

Gee I wonder what changed his mind...do the words 'Barack HUSSEIN Obama' come to mind...they sure do for us. Hey, we wonder if they 'talked' over one of Obama's recent games of golf...or if Obama has 'something' on Dempsey.

Sorry folks but it's just too damn convenient that now Dempsey...who was all gung-ho about taking out ISIS in Syria just a few short days ago...suddenly echoes Obama's words by saying that he believes ISIS is more of a 'regional threat' and is NOT currently plotting or planning attacks against the U.S. or Europe. Guess he hasn't looked at the ISIS conquest maps for starters or all the Iraqi heads rolling for finishers, and thrown in the middle is all ISIS' threats to attack the U.S. done through social and conventional media.

Guess Dempsey also forgets when an ISIS spokesman vowed to “raise the flag of Allah in the White House.” Guess he forgets Mosul being wiped clean of its Christian population as they declared an islamic caliphate covering northeastern Syria and northern and western Iraq with the threat of expanding it all the way to the Americas. Guess he forgets that recently journalist James Foley...an American...was also beheaded and the threat made to do the same to the other American journalist, Steven Sotloff, still being held captive.

Now comparing ISIS to al-Qaeda, Dempsey seems to forget that even al-Qaeda wants NO part of them. Odd isn't it that while al-Qaeda fears their barbarism it seems Dempsey does NOT as he speaks words of 'containment' out of one side of his mouth on one particular day, as in "it would be possible to contain" ISIS, but then quickly adds "NOT without going after the group in Syria"...and then out of the other side of his mouth on another day says, and I quote, "This is an organization that has an apocalyptic end-of-days strategic vision that will eventually have to be defeated," but obviously to his way of thinking NOT now. But last time we checked 'end-of-days' referred to the whole world NOT a small section of it and guess what Gen. Dempsey...the U.S. is indeed part of that world...and so is Israel...more on that in a bit.

And with Gen. Dempsey on his way to Afghanistan to attend today's change of command ceremony as Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford steps down as the top commander and with Army Gen. John Campbell taking over...you just have to wonder why at this time of war has another General 'retired' (yeah right) and is being replaced by an Obama 'yes man'...sadly, we think we all know why and the thought isn't pretty.

Now notice how Dempsey, Hagel, Obama, and others in positions of power keep referring to ISIS as ISIL, or as the Islamic Front, or as Sunni terrorists...any and everything but ISIS. And why...because referring to them as ISIL means they do NOT recognize Israel as a Jewish state...do NOT recognize Israel's existence at all, and are sending a message to their muslim brethren to that affect. Remember, ISIL stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant with Levant being the land bridge from Egypt to Turkey, as in there is NO Israel at all existing in that land.

And now with this backtracking on Syria what a convenient way to buy time...to buy time for ISIS to take out Israel (or at least try) to do 'their' dirty work for them... keeping 'their' hands clean so to speak. Think of it this way...currently ISIS is like a shark...a constant killing machine with that machine growing stronger everyday as either you join them or you die. And as their numbers increase ISIS grows stronger, and will push out from Iraq into Iran, then into Afghanistan, to arrive at their intended destination of Pakistan...a country who already supports them.  (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/08/op-edhey-pakistan.html). And what does Pakistan have that would give ISIS a weapon of true power to use against both Israel and America...nuclear weapons...in fact between 100 and 120 nuclear warheads.

And once they have control over those countries and bring them into the fold, they will backtrack again towards Israel...gathering up the rest of Syria and Jordan as well...and remember, Jordan, as we know is NO friend of Israel and is directly linked to both Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood...two barbaric islamic groups who want Israel destroyed and all Jews worldwide...murdered.

And while King Abdullah II tries to portray himself as a moderate Arab, he is anything but. His allegiance lies squarely with both Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood…he knows it, Netahyahu knows it, we know it...and Obama both knows it and supports it.

Seeing what Israel is doing in Gaza against the human shield-using Hamas is what is, for now, keeping Abdulla II at bay, but there is something he fears more than Israel’s reprisals. And what is it Abullah fears...he fears ISIS and he’s NOT alone in that fear as both Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood exist, for the time being, in Jordan under the shaky protection of Abdulla II, and shaky may well be an understatement of epic proportions.

ISIS, the barbarians of all barbarians, hates HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood hence, they harbor a decidedly deadly hatred for those who harbor them and that includes Jordan. To the point…ISIS is threatening an invasion of Jordan and they already hold a few key strategic points from which such an invasion could be launched.

In a clear case of the pot calling the kettle black or, more succinctly, 7th century barbarians calling other 7th century barbarians…barbaric…Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the ‘spiritual father’ of the Muslim Brotherhood and the president of the 'World Federation of Muslim Scholars,' leveled the charge that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the defacto leader of ISIS was an “illegitimate Caliph in the Muslim world” which failed to sit well with al-Baghdadi who in turn, accused the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas of being Muslim “apostates” and “followers of witchcraft theology.”

To be clear, it’s a tangled web of islamic mudslinging, but what you need to know is that ISIS is threatening to invade Jordan over it and destroy both Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. To that affect, they will execute King Abdullah II in the process, thus extending the reach of ISIS to the very front door of Israel and if ISIS and its recent history can be any sort of a guide, what they’re doing in Pakistan right now is most likely the way they’ll go about it.

In Pakistan, several factions of the Taliban have already vowed their allegiance to ISIS. Tehreek-i-Khilafat, a Talibani branch is one of them, and let’s be crystal clear from the get go on this…Lashkar-e-Jhangvi's (Lej) Balochistan and Punjab Talibani groups from Pakistan have been with ISIS since their conception in Turkey. During their building of strength process in Syria they in fact, set up the training camp called, Ghazi Abdul Rasheed, in the Iraqi city of Erbil all the way back in 2013.

And why does Erbil sound familiar...because that’s where U.S. diplomats were trapped by ISIS just a few short weeks ago, so don’t be telling us that Obama was caught off guard by the formation and ascension of ISIS…it was being built right under his nose for the last year or more.

Pakistan, as far as ISIS is concerned, now is starting to show a quantum shift in barbaric thinking, from being only a shark-like killing machine to the incorporation of strategic planning, and that is something exactly like the Benghazi 'stand down order' was...which obviously came directly from Obama...and now is being done again in regards to taking out ISIS in Syria.

Here’s the strategy…ISIS intends to overthrow Pakistan’s corrupt government by means of attracting islamist militants and financial resources from within the ranks of the Taliban…courting jihadis...plying them with new power until they are sizable enough to simply topple the Pakistan government.

This should be a major concern to Obama as...once ISIS takes over Pakistan...they will have all the military accoutrements that the 21st century has to offer including nuclear weapons...and if that doesn’t make them an imminent threat, nothing ever could.

However, without such weapons, their task of eliminating Israel from the face of the Earth is much more difficult. And so Obama’s ‘just do enough to make people think we’re trying to “contain” ISIS, but don’t do anything that would really interfere with the growth or strength of the caliphate’ thus slapping down the Kerry State Department, Hagel, and General Dempsey over this past weekend.

ISIS isn’t the only entity in all of this employed strategic thinking…so too is Obama, but his is decidedly in favor of the caliphate and is doing everything he can to help establish it.

Obama knows he has but two years left and we believe, by keeping any involvement of the U.S. military at a bare minimum, he is attempting to buy time for ISIS to make a move in the next year to seize power and the weapons most coveted by 7th century barbarians…the nuclear weapons in Pakistan...along with their sacking of Jordan at which point, NO unilateral military action could end the caliphate.

Israel would be all but surrounded with only Egypt militarily capable of offering assistance, along with the more moderate Arab nations like Saudi Arabia and the UAE in support roles.

Right now, the Kurds of all people...people NOT known for their military prowess...are holding the line against ISIS in small enclaves which demonstrates the vulnerability of ISIS to a concentrated, well trained, and ultimately well-equipped military like ours…like the one Obama refuses to deploy to put an end to them. ISIS could indeed be destroyed right now, but Obama...true islamist that he is...wants to hold a position of respect amongst 7th century barbarians, and that means clearing the way for and the building of the ISIS caliphate, so simply refuses to do so.

Last week, Obama was blaming the 'surprise' that is ISIS on a lack of accurate information from our intel community. "There is no doubt that their advance, their movement, over the last several months has been more rapid than the intelligence estimates, and I think then the expectation of policy makers both in and outside of Iraq." Are we really to believe that the Director of the CIA, John Brennan...a muslim convert himself,...didn’t know what ISIS was up to...oh please…

The Obama doctrine...creating vacuums of power in the Middle East and North Africa...is giving way to the strategic plan of ceding regional power to ISIS in an effort to do away with Israel and complete a caliphate the size and strength of which has never been seen before. And like a garden variety islamist, Obama has moved on from his support of the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda to throw in with ISIS…always bowing to the barbarians who carry the biggest sword.

Those in the media and elsewhere who believe Obama to be some sort of ignorant wuss, simply in over his head so far that he hasn’t a clue what to do...are sadly mistaken.

None of this is the result of a community organizer trying to feel his way through the world’s most dire chess game. No…this is all being directed by islamic design and Obama is the architect. And so Israel will be surrounded by one of the most brutal of barbaric forces ever to walk this Earth. And Obama and his minions hands will be stained with the blood of millions because he did NOT take ISIS out when he had the chance too.

Oh and by the way, it will be Israel in the end who survives because Israel will in the end do our job for us...and take out ISIS...and then Obama and his minions will truly have something to fear...for payback will indeed be a bitch.

Violating Federal Law and Getting Away with It

“None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act may be used to transfer any individual detained at United States Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to the custody or control of the individual’s country of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity except in accordance with section 1035 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014.” - Rule of law broken by the Obama Administration

Just as we all knew...the Obama White House did indeed violate federal law when they traded...'transferred' they called it...five terrorist leaders for one American traitor without going through Congress first.

In a blatant disregarded for our rule of a law in addition to violating America's longstanding policy of NOT negotiating with terrorists, Barack HUSSEIN Obama took it upon himself to authorize a more than questionable prisoner exchange that cost we...the American taxpayer...almost $1 million. And by his doing so, the non-partisan Government Accountability Office (GAO)*...a government watchdog agency...found that he and the Defense Department most certainly did violate the 2014 Department of Defense Appropriations Act, section 8111, by NOT giving Congress the legally required 30-day notice for any all GITMO prisoner transfers. And because the Defense Department also appropriated funds...to a tune of $988,400 to carry out the prisoner transfer when NO funds were expressly set aside for that purpose...they also violated the Antideficiency Act...31U.S.C. §1341(a) which prevents unauthorized government expenditures.

And NO matter National Security Advisor Susan Rice's bloviations that, “This was an urgent and acute situation,” her claiming that Bowe Bergdahl’s health and possibly life was in jeopardy if this transfer was NOT immediately done (photos taken at the time of transfer proved this NOT true) was reason enough for this administration to ignore all the mandated legal requirements...basically admitting for all to hear that this administration knowingly, willingly, and deliberately chose to side-stepped the law.

But of course, as expected, Defense Department officials and specifically Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel himself...good little muslim supporter that he is...defended the transfer claiming it was done to reduce the risk to national security, and that the Justice Department...Eric 'Fast and Furious' Holder's Justice Department... determined before the transfer was done that the move was legal...as if anything else was expected. And Defense Department officials also told the GAO that since they did NOT believe the failure to give 30-days notice would make it unlawful to approve the prisoner transfer, that this in effect would make the payment itself for the transfer legal.

Saying also that Hagel authorized the transfer based upon a section of the law that allows transfers of GITMO prisoners if said actions are being taken to reduce the risk that they...the five prisoners in question...will re-engage in hostile activity... please pray tell what the risk would there have been to anyone if these five stayed put where they were...as in the high security prison known as GITMO. And other Obama officials chimed in claiming that the law was NOT violated because U.S. diplomats went through a third party...as in Qatar...to arrange and finalize this prisoner exchange.

Semantics...NOTHING but semantics as Obama's minions tried to play a game based upon their own interpretation of the words of law instead of basing their actions upon the law as written. But we all know that America's rule of law means NOTHING to Obama and his ilk NO matter how the laws are written or what said laws legal interpretation might be.

And of course the GAO disagreed...and rightfully so...with the Obama administration's and the Defense Department's interpretation that the law did NOT apply to prisoner exchanges...for this is what the so-called 'transfer' really was. "The 30-day notice would interfere with the Executive's performance of two related functions that the Constitution assigns to the President ," the administration's lawyers wrote in a statement outlining its legal opinion to the GAO's findings. "[So] we believe it is fair to conclude that Congress did not intend that the Administration would be barred from taking the action it did in these circumstances."

Claiming this comes down to a separation of powers issue as laid out in Article II of the US Constitution, which defines the president as "commander in chief" of the armed forces...thus giving Obama the right to direct the US military during wartime...the Defense Department tried to claim that the five-for-one prisoner exchange was a military operation done during wartime, and as such if Obama had to notify Congress about it then that action would have infringed upon his constitutional rights and authority.

But seriously, one cannot pick and chose to accept one part of the Constitution as law while at the same time ignoring other parts of the Constitution that pertain to the actions in question...that is unless one is Barack HUSSEIN Obama who has NO respect for the Constitution at all.

So while the GAO findings do NOT address the actual prisoner exchange itself or whether said exchange in any way affected national security as it only dealt with the use of Defense Department funds to execute the deal without the required 30-day notice...dangerous ramifications for America have now been put in place, and as we all know ramifications can and do have unintended consequences.

Ramifications indeed as this exchange has sent a message to America's enemies that our long-standing policy of NOT negotiating with the enemy is now NO longer worth the paper it's printed on so to speak...at least 'selectively' that is as word has it that a ransom demand was made by ISIS in exchange for James Foley's release and the White House turned it down.

So let me get this straight...according to this White House negotiated with terrorists with the currency being five terrorist leaders who will most assuredly kill again for one American traitor is NOT considered negotiating with the enemy, but the mere thought of negotiating a monetary demand for an American life is. Now while I completely and totally agree with NO negotiating with terrorists ever, but how about if 'phony' negotiations had gone on to give us more time to try and rescue Foley and the others kidnapped...guess that possibility NEVER entered Obama's mind now did it...and one has to wonder why.

But when all is said and done Obama's throwing aside our rules of law to trade five terrorists for one American traitor sent a message to the enemy that this most traitorous of administrations will indeed negotiate with terrorists...as long as that trade is advantageous to those out to kill us all...and NO GAO investigation is needed to prove that very fact.

And oh yes, do NOT expect any action to be taken against either Obama or the Defense Department as Obama's buddy...Eric 'Fast and Furious' Holder...still is head of the DOJ and RINO extraordinaire John Boehner is still Speaker of the House...so we know these findings will go nowhere.

An enemy from when barbarianism was in fashion

“We have come to you with slaughter.” 

-ISIS' sole declaration of intention to conquer Jordan, Lebanon, Gaza, Sinai, Jerusalem, Rome, and Spain...and then on to western Europe and America

As Barack HUSSEIN Obama gives a commencement speech in California, does a fund raiser or two, and of course hits the links, the Middle East is on fire as Sunni insurgents continue gobbling up Iraq city by city.

Sunni insurgents uniting under the banner of ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant/Syria) still tied to al-Qaeda yet independent of them at the same time. ISIS...the most brutal of the brutal...marches forward towards Baghdad with NO one but a group of rag-tag Iraqi civilians trying to stop them. Funded with $429 million looted from Mosul's central bank and from their many acts of extortion and such, donations by wealthy sponsors and ideological sympathizers throughout the Arab world continue to fill their war chest as they infuse their blood-lust with the treasure from the cities they take.

ISIS...once unheard of here in the west...now is in possession of U.S. made tanks, trucks, Blackhawk helicopters, cargo planes, and guns...equipment that once belonged to Iraqi security forces who left all behind when they ran from the very ones who even have al-Qaeda operatives running in fear of them.

And what is the ultimate goal of ISIS as they steamroll through Iraq...it really is quite simple yet at the same time it's a harbinger of horrific death for all who oppose them as ISIS wants to establish a nation ruled under the strict unbending auspices of sharia law.

Entering Iraq from the northwest...from bloody war-torn Syria...they want to carve out a crescent nation...the crescent being the symbol of islam...and other Sunni rebel groups, furious at Baghdad's refusal to include them in its mainly Shi'ite government, are joining ISIS in the raping and pillaging of a nation...and in the killing of all who oppose them...in the killing of all who oppose islam.

And I believe all this is a cleverly crafted plan NOT a random unforeseen occurrence for the fall of Iraq has Obama's mark all over it for NO other reason that NO one with even one modicum of decency would help build a nation then desert that nation when they need help the most...NO one that is unless that someone had something personal to gain by that nation's fall...unless that someone was doing so for their own selfish political reasons.

Sounds quite like Barack HUSSEIN Obama now doesn't it...sounds quite like a man who wants us out of Iraq while we're still on his watch so he can puff up his chest and crow that he ended America's involvement in what he refers to as 'Bush's war'...sounds like a man achieving his goal of geopolitically destabilizing the entire Middle East as he sets up the perfect storm as a prelude to his oh so-wanted islamic takeover of the world.

And we CANNOT and must NOT allow that to happen for his allegiances hold court with those who want to bring a...for now...still somewhat free nation down.

And as Obama's minions and the media tries to quell the growing firestorm here at home over both the release of the 'GITMO 5' and the nightmare of ISIS run amok, good old muslim sympathizer Chuck Hagel ordered the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush to the Persian Gulf, along with the guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea and the guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun. Carrying Tomahawk missiles that could easily reach Iraq, the USS Bush carries fighter jets that could also reach Iraq in a heartbeat if...and only if...the green light to engage is ever given.

But you know that will NEVER happen as this display of military might is all for show...a photo-op political maneuver of the first degree...for while the war goes on 'over there,' Obama's malicious indifference to our security concerns here at home remains, as it does so also for any US interests remaining in Iraq. Obama had the chance to help keep Iraq even somewhat free by negotiating with al-Maliki to put in place a 'Status of Forces Agreement' that would involve a limited but continued American military presence in a nation on the cusp of being reborn in freedom, but instead chose to announce the date on which he would have America basically turning her back on Iraq and the Iraqi people...letting a floundering new government have its future taken away by the very people they fought to have a future from.

So as those who still live as if in man's barbaric past make gains by spilling as much blood as they can...as they consolidate their power in the north to move into and take over the south...the conflicts in Syria and Iraq have basically become one and the same as the borders between Middle Eastern counties slowly but surely melt away. And through it all Barack HUSSEIN Obama limits the use of American fire power...of boots on the ground...as the lands of civilization's beginnings turns violent and volatile yet once again.

And Obama knew all this...he's known it for quite some time...he knew the insurgency was growing ...he knew the most vile of the vile were joining forces to become a mighty army of conquerors who take NO prisoners...who cut off people's heads as a misguided trophy of manhood of sorts. He knew their goal all along and his actions...or actually his inactions...have been the banner the evil ones lead their forces with as Barack HUSSEIN Obama sits back with a smirk on his face as he watches a nation fall...a nation whose grounds are soaked with American blood of his spilling.

And as the photos of atrocities committed by those who do NOT belong amongst civilized men now seem to have be removed from the internet so as NOT to paint these bast*rds as the incarnation of pure evil that they are, always remember when George W. Bush left office the Iraqis had proud purple fingers...when the enabler Obama leaves office the Iraqi people will most likely be without a nation and so many will be without their heads.

Who does Chuck Hagel think he's kidding

"The law is the law. The way you challenge constitutionality is you go to court and you figure out whether or not the courts say it's constitutional or not. And until the courts rule on that, it is the law." - Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel in his opening statement to the committee investigating the Bergdahl exchange

Simply stated...Chuck Hagel is a LIAR. And his LIES started the minute he opened his mouth during Wednesday's House Armed Services Committee hearing on Obama's 'five-for-one' prisoner exchange. Saying that he and Obama would NEVER do anything to jeopardize the U.S. or those fighting overseas, you just know Hagel must have been gagging on those words even as he was spewing them out...choked on them as he tried to defend Barack HUSSEIN Obama's decision to move forward with this exchange without Congressional approval.

Negotiating with terrorists...with the Taliban...an unprecedented move by an American president who ignores the fact that now the go-ahead has been given to other terrorist groups...including al-Qaeda...to up their use of kidnapping of our troops and civilian personnel to get what they want.

And Hagel had the audacity to say to lawmakers that the decision was kept secret from Congress because Obama felt that leaks could have negated the deal or increased risks to Bergdahl before the exchange took place. Calling the exchange a “military operation” that had been tenuous at best, Hagel went on to say that this was all part of the “dirty business” of war.

Conducting the 'dirty business' of war is one thing, but 'aiding and abetting' the enemy during a time of war is quite another...and doing so knowingly puts this exchange even higher up on the ladder whose top rung is treason.

And while Hagel finally admitted that the ultimate decision for this exchange rested on the shoulders of Barack HUSSEIN Obama...it became obvious that Hagel was NOT going to take the fall for Obama. And Hagel was also forced to admit that Obama could have done a better job of keeping Congress informed that the exchange was going down, but giving the excuse that it had to be done in secret because this was an "extraordinary situation" that combined both 'time-sensitive' concerns over Bergdahl's health and safety, and that last-minute arrangements over where to pick up Bergdahl coupled with fears the Taliban may have been negotiating in bad faith...colored the entire deal.

More LIES as Bergdahl actually looked healthier...as in heavier...at the time of the exchange than he did when he walked away from his base camp.

And so Hagel kept trying to justify why five jihadis with American blood on their hands were traded for one American traitor. Carefully crafting his words to NOT only protect his boss but to try and rescue his boss from the ire of the American people...as well as to cover his own participation in this nasty deal...Hagel kept twisting facts to suit Obama's end. NOT wavering from his insistence that this administration did NOT negotiate with terrorists because in the actual deal Washington only took part in "indirect negotiations" with the Taliban as they dealt directly with Qatari officials, and that it was the Qataris who were the ones talking to the Afghan Taliban...a group he claimed was NOT a U.S. designated terrorist organization...Hagel grew nervous as the questions from the committee members continued on.

And nervous he should be as the Taliban were indeed once on the U.S. terrorist list...put there by George W. Bush in 2002 and obviously removed from that list by Barack HUSSEIN Obama soon after assuming the presidency...Hagel had to know that his LIES would soon trip him up.

Continuing on, Hagel claimed...at least he tried to claim...that the five released were "enemy belligerents" who had NOT been implicated in any attacks against the U.S., but Hagel, former military himself, should know better than most that if you attack U.S. military personnel you have indeed attacked the U.S. itself. And it's been proven that weapons given three years earlier by Obama and crew to rebel forces in Libya have found their way into the hands of the Taliban who then use them to attack American troops. And guess what country made the delivery of those weapons? None other than Qatar, the very same country that helped broker the now called 'GITMO 5' prisoner exchange with the Obama White House.

And Hagel had the audacity to say that Qatar promised to keep the former GITMO detainees inside the country for a year and that they committed to what he and Obama called "sufficient security measures," hence it was decided that the risks were NOT too great.

Yeah right...like Qatar will keep an eye on them...bet they have NO idea where they are even as I write this...and Obama and Hagel knew this would be the case and released them anyway.

And Hagel adding into his bloviations that "if any of these detainees ever try to rejoin the fight, they would be doing so at their own peril" was comical at best for what pray tell would Obama do...drone them...I really don't think so.

Finally claiming that a "logistical agreement" was reached a mere four days before the exchange, and that only then did Obama make a final decision to go with the deal, Hagel also said that officials only learned about the general area for the handover of Bergdahl a day in advance, and that they were given the exact location just an hour before it went down.

I really do NOT think so as logistics on our end would have to be worked out including back-up protection for those going in just in case this was a Taliban set-up.

And while Hagal's testimony charmed the die-hard kool-ade drinkers in attendance ...including those in the media...some Democrats have put their glasses down long enough to do the right thing as the House Appropriations Committee in a bipartisan 33-13 vote, voted to add a provision to a $570 billion defense spending bill that barred money for any future transfer of GITMO detainees to anywhere. And this provision also withholds other monies from the Defense Department until Hagel assures those in Congress that the notification rules will be followed.

Like that will ever happen with this administration.

So as Rep. Howard 'Buck' McKeon (R-Calif.), the committee's chairman, opened the hearings delving into the Bergdahl exchange, two things remain clear even for those who still hang on to every word of the media anointed 'savior' of us all...first, this deal made with the enemy...with the Taliban...is, as McKeon said, "deeply troubling" due to its "unprecedented negotiations with terrorists." And second, NO matter how Hagel tries to temper it down or to spin it, this deal is paramount to treason...period.

And the penalty for treason is...google it and you'll see.

Treason, sedition, and Barack HUSSEIN Obama

So now it seems the U.S. military will pick-up all the medical bills for Bowe Bergdahl (too bad they do NOT do that for all our honorably serving veterans). So now it seems that the only thing Bowe is suffering from is some 'cognitive issues' after five years of captivity, and that physically he is quite stable NOT on the verge of imminent death as claimed by the White House. So now it seems that when search-and-rescue teams first went out to look for Bergdahl after he went missing that they were given orders NOT to bring him back alive, but were to shoot him on sight, because command knew he was NOT only working with the Taliban but that he would kill our people if given the chance.

And so now it seems that even as more information comes to light everyday supporting the fact that Bowe Bergdahl did in indeed go AWOL...did indeed desert...this administration...this president...  continues to stand by its claim that they did the right thing by making a deal with terrorists but claiming the deal was made to bring peace to Afghanistan.

And if you believe that...to put it as kindly as I can...you are simply clueless or suffering from kool-ade overload.

And negotiating with terrorists...caving to terrorist demands actually...got us what...it got us a traitor back as the enemy got to welcome back into their fold five of the world's most cold-blooded hard- core murdering terrorists...terrorists listed by the U(seless) N(ations) as perpetrators of war crimes ...terrorists now biding their time in Qatar until they can freely kill more of our troops yet again.

And Obama still claims we got the better part of the deal because he left NO man behind...I say this was more like a deal made in hell...and one for which we'll be paying the price in American blood for many years to come.

And now out comes the devil's minions...ooops...I mean Obama's minions...to spew out the words they've been instructed to say...minions led off by an Obama puppet in the guise of Susan 'It Was A YouTube Video' Rice.

The day after Bergdahl's release, and once again making the rounds of the Sunday talk-show circuits...NOT learning a lesson after her Benghazi fiasco I guess...Rice was asked if Obama's deal of trading terrorists to get back one of own back meant that the U.S. could NO longer say that it does NOT negotiate with terrorists...and her response, "I wouldn't put it that way."

Excuse me, but how would you put it for that is exactly what was done...in fact, negotiating is NOT the right word...selling us out to the enemy's demands is more precise.

And in an official statement, muslim supporting Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, in defense and in support of Rice's words...had the audacity to say, "We didn't negotiate with terrorists," totally ignoring the simple fact that this lopsided 5-for-1 exchange could start the ball rolling for future kidnappings of American soldiers... future kidnappings and beheadings of American soldiers if we do NOT acquiesce to their demands is more like it.

Continuing on with the words, "In war, things are always dangerous and there are vulnerabilities... but our record, the United States of America, in dealing with terrorists and hunting down and finding terrorists, is pretty good," Chuck Hagel refuses to accept the simple fact that when our troops lives are at stake 'pretty good' just does NOT cut it.

And just two days ago, in a heated discussion with a Fox News reporter, U.S. State Department spokesperson Marie Harf had the unmitigated gall to claim that Bergdahl's fellow soldiers...those who were in his unit and who knew him and his mind-set well...were NOT reliable sources in their accusations that Bergdahl deserted his post of his own free will.

When directly asked, “Does the State Department consider Sergeant Bergdahl to be a deserter?” Harf's answer was an unequivocal "NO." Saying that, "... we are going to learn the facts about what happened here,” Harf's regurgitating of the very set-in-stone 'party loyal' words set in motion...yet again...the act of diverting and deflecting attention off Obama...on whose shoulders this very act of acquiescing to the enemy's demands truly lies.

And treason is what Barack HUSSEIN Obama must be charged with as this man... this President of the United States...committed treason by the act of knowingly and willfully releasing known terrorists...known killers of American troops...as treason encompasses sedition as per 18 U.S.C. § 2388 : US Code - Section 2388: Activities affecting armed forces during war...as per (a) "Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies..." And that is exactly what this man has done...he has promoted the success of America's enemies by releasing their leaders back into the fold to kill Americans again.

Sedition as per 18 U.S.C. § 2381 : US Code - Section 2381: Treason. "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

And while we know Barack HUSSEIN Obama's allegiance is NOT to the United States, he did take an oath of office to “...faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

But how can one protect and defend the Constitution when one has given 'aid and comfort' to the enemy...when one has 'aided and abetted' the enemy...one simply cannot, therefore, one is in direct violation of the very oath one took in full public view.

So those in this administration and those who are helping to circle the wagons around this most miserable of presidents...those folks need to take a step back, take a deep breath, and accept the fact that this president...one Barack HUSSEIN Obama...is guilty of acts of treason against the United States of America...most specifically concerning acts 'aiding and abetting' the enemy in a time of war.

And that is something 'We the People' must demand that he be charged with... demand he be tried for...and demand when found guilty that he be punished for...period.

Left to die by an administration run amok

They fought for our country...their blood stains the soil of foreign enemy lands...and yet when they come home...many to a hero's welcome...they are being denied rightful medical services.

Dysfunctional bureaucratic red tape unlike any stonewalling ever seen before now faces our veterans on a daily basis. And these brave warriors who put their very lives in harm's way to keep us safe and free at home cannot get much needed medical care but a traitor to America can.

Recently, muslim sympathizer Chuck Hagel...the most miserable excuse of a Secretary of Defense we've ever had...approved convicted felon Pvt. Bradley Manning's request to undergo hormone therapy and surgery to become a woman. The man found guilty of leaking classified government information (the Wikileaks scandal) is going to get what amounts to taxpayer funded gender reassignment surgery moving to the head of the line as our veterans...many of whom sadly come home NOT whole...sit and wait for services that might NEVER come. 

And to that effect enter center stage the Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Scandal along with its par for the course cover-up. This newest scandal amongst the many facing the Obama administration involves the hiding of unacceptably long wait times for vets seeking (or actually being denied) medical treatment they are rightfully entitled to. By the creating of 1.5 million 'false' records, this allowed the VA (comprised of 1700 hospitals and clinics across the country handling 80 million outpatient visits a year) to collect monies for care and services NEVER rendered, causing many veterans to die who might have been saved. By this action, I believe, the VA has actually assisted in what could be called 'criminally negligent homicide' as the Obama administration once again looks away even while Capitol Hill hearings into these charges is ongoing.

And as the VA says it has reduced wait times of outpatient appointments to within 14 days of a veterans 'desired date' request...which by the way is NOT true... allegations are being sounded by whistleblowers in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming about VA administrators actually ordering thousands of appointment requests by veterans to be placed on a so-called 'secret' unofficial list in an effort to improve their hospital's performance record...hence their salaries...by basically shifting around appointments and manipulating wait lists to cover for what in reality is overly long delays for primary and follow-up appointments. And while allegations are being sounded that VA employees faced reprisals by administrators if they refused to manipulate appointment books, and as these very same administrators issued orders that if a veteran died while awaiting treatment their names were to be removed from the wait lists, a traitor to America moves to the front of the line to get sex change surgery.

There is something so very wrong with this picture...a picture designed and created to make the VA, and especially the administrators, look good on paper and NOTHING else. And looking good on paper translates into administrative salary increases, and sadly, that is the bottom line as far as they are concerned. 

And as nightmare stories start to surface about veterans being denied medical services...like the one out of Arizona where dozens of patients at one hospital died (possibly as many as 40) while languishing on a hidden waiting list without ever being given an appointment....while officials at the hospital shredded documents and faked evidence to make it seem as if waiting times were under control...and the one that claims all this 'supposed' bruhaha is because the VA is NOT paying local doctors and hospitals in a timely manner...the VA does admits there is a problem, but a problem NOT of their doing as those in the Obama administration face genuine condemnation while continuing to play the 'pass the buck' game yet again.

Claiming the problem lies with the NON-VA Care Program...a program where the VA pays for veterans to go to local doctors or hospitals with an authorization letter (a voucher) where they get treated...payments to said doctors...of which the VA claims there are NOT enough of...and hospitals are often late causing some veterans having to be turned away.

So with Veterans Affair Secretary Eric Shinseki (a former general now the darling of the left for speaking out against the Iraq war) in the hot seat for claiming he knew nothing about the all-encompassing abuse in the VA under his command, he's now spewing that he's “mad as hell" about the whole affair. Words a bit late in coming if you ask me. And even though he read some talking points before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee investigating the abuses...Shinseki claiming he's working on fixing the problems is kind of a mute point as he does so while our veterans continue to be hurt and continue to die.

And who is called to task by Obama and crew for this most grievous of disservices done to our vets...just a few 'faceless' bureaucrats that have been placed on what's called 'temporary administrative leave' and a scapegoat in the guise of Veterans Affairs Undersecretary, Robert Petzel, who tendered his immediate resignation NOT saying he was scheduled to retire very shortly anyway.

In other words our hurting veterans have been delegated to just another mere slap on the wrist by Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his crony Shinseki...as the man who closed the World War II Memorial to our aging heroes...as the man who found time to personally chastise an old racist's wiretapped phone conversations from half a world away...that man has done NOTHING to help our vets as he sent his mouthpiece Jay Carney (who whined that there was "just a suggestion of a scandal" at the Veterans Affair Department) to read a prepared statement that he was “concerned and angry about the allegations." 

NO he was NOT and is NOT concerned about the pain and sorrow our veterans face, and his lack of concern proves for all to see that Barack HUSSEIN Obama has NO concern whatsoever for anything that involves helping those who fight for America on foreign soil.

And the bottom line in all this is that as per The Financial Times, “If the evidence of mismanagement continues to accumulate, the Obama administration will find itself not in another partisan knife-fight, but under fire from both parties in a Congress where the uniformed military is venerated.” And that on top of Benghazi might bring a long overdue end to a man and his administration who defame, dishonor, and slander our military...our troops...our veterans...every chance they get.
